this is rakesh chaudhary.i have regestered my online bus ticket in zaror anand...and my ticket was from palanpur to anand on 9th march 2015 departing time was 1.45 AM i was dere on pick up station bt bus dnt stop and den i overtake bus on my vehical on bike and stoped it forcefullly den driver replied that there is no reservation and he went away hows this possible?plz rply...GSRTC on line bus booking service is worst den ever my PNR no is_G8953357

Transaction was failed after making payment through net-banking, hence my tickets were not booked but amount of tickets Rs. 1412-00 (Rs. One thousand four hundred twelve only) was deducted from my account. I checked booking history but ticket was not booked. The deducted amount is still not refunded to my account since last 96 Hrs.       Hi, This is Rajesh Tahiliani, working for a leading Media company since last 3 years. Several times, during travelling I found I should raise this issue but due to time constraint, I could not. At Ahmedabad - Vadodara - Intercity Booking Counter during morning hours between 7:00 am to 10:00 am I have noticed ticketing staff deny for change even if he has the change. Moreover, ticketing staff's attitude is so arrogant & impolite that a decent education person will definitely feel hurt. Staff name : Mr. Thakkar. * Date of Travel : 05th March 2015 Time : 10:15 am Place : Ahmedbad ST (state transport ) Depot - Ahmedabad Vadodara Intercity terminal ticket window. After a short travel to Vadodara, Same thing and same replies came from Vadodara Intercity Terminal Ticket Window in the evening where Staff was different and he too commented " You people will not able to do anything", "Go and do whatever you want to ". (Staff Name : Mr. Pancholi) I was more shocked as this was height of the government employees' arrogance and in a single day same situation occured two times at different places across Gujarat. I would request you to get me the right contact authorities whom we can put forward this issue.         I am travelling from Baroda to Ahmedabad in GSRTC Volvo 8:00am bust seat no.1 thru PNR No.G8873880. Your Bus No. J01DV0348. Seat No.1 & 2 are supposed to be ladies seat, but to my shock and surprise seat no.2 is allotted to a male customer from the ticket window at Baroda bus station. This male customer has bought his ticket himself from the ticket counter. How pathetic is this???? Seriously, your ticket window staff is either blind or in deep sleet that he/she can't see that he was a male customer and how come they issued a ticket to him???? Disgusting this is. And your driver also was not courteous enough to ask this male member to change his seat through out the journey though it was mistakenly allotted.

        Hi,

        I have bitter experience at Vadodara Volvo reservation counter. Staff was really impolite and rough enough when I asked the guidance for the schedule and complained delay schedule of Volvo bus.

        In past I had experienced worst services from Intercity - Reservation Window, Opp Railway Station due which I shifted from Intercity
        to Volvo. But I was astonished to see similar and arrogant behaviour at Volvo Counter too. Basically, I think all of the employees of State Transport consider that as they are Government service.

          I am a regular traveler from Sarkej to Gandhinagar gstrc transport bus . We have frequently experienced that male travelers are sitting on the seats reserved for ladies and not allowing a lady traveler to sit . Conductors are also not cooperating and giving answers like "this is Gujarat not Mumbai" In the state, where one lady is a CM and talking about woman empowerment this issue should not be neglected and needs to be taken care of ASAP. Bus timing was at 8 AM today at thaltej stop towards gandhinagar

                પરન્તુ મને ભાડા માટે થોડી ફરિયાદ છે જો હુ અમદાવાદ - નદાશા ની બસ માં મુસાફરી કરુ તો અમદાવાદ થી અંબીકાનગર ના ૩૨(બત્રીસ) રુપીયા ભાડુ લે છે પરન્તુ જો હું અમદાવાદકડી ની બસ મા મુસાફરી કરુ તો તેમા ભાડુ રુપિયા ૨૮(અઠાવીસ) લેવા માં આવે છે.તો સવાલ એ છે કે જો એકજ રુટ હોય અને બન્ને બસ સાધારણ હોય તો ભાડા માં ફરક કેમ હોય છે તેમને સમજાતુ નથી તો આ બાબત ની જોખવટ કરશોજી ભાડાનું માપદંડ શું હોય છે.બીજુ કંડક્ટર ક્યારેય ફરીયાદ બુક આપતા નથી અને તેમની પાસે ક્યારે ભાડાનું લિસ્ટ હોતુ નથી અને સામાન્યરી તેઓ મુસાફરો ને ધમકાવતાજ હોય છે

                    I am regular traveller from ahmedabad to surat in GSRTC sleeper bus since last three years. It has been notice from last two to three months that some sleeper buses are cancelled due to accident, reschedule for other trip or under maintenance but online booking remained continue for the same. Recently example of META TO SURAT sleeper bus is under maintenance but still online it is showing and booking also continue. Many people like me have booked and suffered. It is creat bad impression of GSRTC and its service. Here I have been attached recent travel ticket for the same which I have suffered for your consideration to improve service. My suggestion : If any bus cancelled (planned) it must be shown on online booking and informed via sms to booked person in advance and also in real time.

                            Dear Sir / Madama, I am trying to book Online ticket from Ahmedabad Central Bus Stand to " Zadeshwar-X " vide trip code 1310ABDSRTEXP51, However after entering passenger details the further process is not taking place because in your site Drop off point is appearing blank. For this problem, when I talked to your customer care on[protected] .. I got answer that it would take minimum 48 hours to resolve that problem and hence i can not book ticket. I think it was very pathetic answer and it raises serious questions on your working Capability and Support Services. It clearly shows your poor working system and lack of instant solution to problem of travellers. Plz Treat it as urgent and solve my problem it is very urgent because i want to book ticket for tomorrow (i.e 20/02/15) Kindly inform me any other way of booking said ticket for tomorrow.                                 I had booked 4 ticket an online ticket on gsrtc website for travel from ahmedabad central, ahmedabad to bhavangar. The bus departure was scheduled at 7:00pm but it departed from ahmedabad central station at 6:55 pm. When I reached the station with my family, the person at the counter told me that the next bus is at 7:45pm and the earlier one departed on time. I felt cheated. But had no other alternative, had to purchase another ticket for 7:45 pm bus !! the trip details are attached below for kind reference. I want my rs 524 back, with a message to the gsrtc guys that they cannot fool the general public. |

                                  I Snehal D. Punjani, i tried to book tickets on date 13-feb-2015 from baroda to jamnagar in sleeper class. My money deducted from my bank account but i didn't get any tickets confirmation msg or mail from GSRTC. i didn't get ticket. It deducted two times Rs. 726. total ammount is Rs. 1452.00 . My PNR number is GS1600502. so please refund it. Thank you.

                                      Hello Sir My Self Chirag And I Am A Regular Passenger OF Your GSRTC from MEHSHANA TO AHMEDABAD, my pick up stand is Incometax (Ahmedabad) At the time of evening 7.00 pm to 7.30 pm. I have observed from last 4 month there is lack of buses come from ahmedabad to mehsana route At the same time and there were bunch of travelors awaiting of mehshana side buses but 7.00 pm to 7.45 pm at least 2 buses passes from income tax stand. i humble request to you sir plz make arrengement of buses in between time of 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm regular office day. because we are very ambarsing from bus irregularity.                                         Hello Sir, Myself Saurabh Mahendrabhai Darji, from Petlad. I am daily up and down from petlad to ahmedabad. we are reach between 09.50pm and 10.00pm at nadiad. And Nadiad to Petlad Local Bus time is 09.40. So, we are missed for that bus. So we have to waiting for an hour for Patan-Petlad. bus. And one more thing, Patan-Petlad bus is not coming right time at 10.15pm. So, we are facing this problem. We are heatly requesting to you, Please change Nadiad - Petlad local bus time 10.00pm instead of 09.40pm. We hope solved this problem as soon as possible. With Regards, Saurabh Darji [protected]
