I have booked a ticket on gsrtc app on 10/10/2022 on onroute bus for gandhinagar from baroda central bus station. The bus no. was GJ-18-7211, it was from Chhota udaipur to vijapur. After boarding the bus the conductor told me to show the ticket i showed him my online booked ticket, then he asked me about the seat no. I said that I have book the onroute bus and in it the seat no. Doesn't show it shows the no. Of seats u have booked. But he told me forcely to buy another ticket otherwise he will drop me out of the bus. I showed him the confirmation message also then also he told me to buy a new ticket.

      The ticket was booked from Rajkot to Ahmedabad for 1st Oct 2022, departure time 07:00'o clock in the morning.
      somehow bus got canceled by GSRTC and didn't get any update for the replacement of the bus.

      after a day, we raised a complaint on the GSRTC helpdesk and sent an email to [protected]@mail1.gsrtc.in multiple times but they always close ticket without any reason/refund.

        i would like to inform you that i booked bus from Rajkot to Somnath
        on the date 27/08/2022. The trip was cancelled by GSRTC because the bus was
        Sent on PM program in Ahmedabad as informed by depot manager.
        please look into the matter and help me to refund my money as soon as possible.

          I have travelled sleeper bus. Rain is coming on the top of roof of bus. Sleeper seat is totally wet and my clothes and language are wet due to water is coming on the roof. I have also informed to bus conductor but he did not take seriously. My experience is totally worst. Please do the needful and take serious action against bus staff.

          Regarding worst service provided by GSRTC. Rain is coming top of the roof of bus. And bus seat is wet. Bus staff is not take seriously.

                  જય ભારત સહ જણાવવાનું કે મારૂ નામ દર્પિત ગાંધી, વડોદરા ના રહેવાશી છે અને સિંટેક્સ કંપની કલોલ, ગાંધીનગર માં જોબ કરું છું .આજ રોજ તારીખ 06/10/2022 ના રોજ, ગુરુવારે સવારે વડોદરા -રાપર બસ માં મે એડ્વાન્સ બુકિંગ કરાવેલ તારીખ 05/10/2022, OB :G[protected], GS24236430 SEAT NO :27.(વડોદરા થી અંબિકાનગર ), પ્રવાસ તારીખ 06/10/2022.
                  હું અમિત નગર, વડોદરા એસટી પિક અપ સ્ટેન્ડ પર સ્થળ ઉપર બસ ઉપડવાના 15મિનિટ અગાઉ થી બસ ની રાહ જોતો હતો .બસ આવી અને ચઢ્યો ત્યારે કંડકટરે બીજા ભાઈ ને મારી સીટ ઉપર બેસાડયા હતા જેને મે મારૂ બૂકિંગ બતાવી સીટ ખાલી કરાવી, આ સાથે મને જોતાં જ બસ કંડક્ટર શ્રી (સરનેમ :રબારી ) એ મને ઉગ્રતા થી અપશબ્દો કહ્યા અને ઉશ્કેરણી જનક અપશબ્દો બોલ્યા, તને ભાન છે કે નહીં ડોબા તારા લીધે અમને ખોટી થાય છે, એમ કહી બોલાચાલી કરી જઘડો કર્યો, જે તદ્દન ખોટું હતું, હું મારા સમય અને સ્થળ મુજબ હાજર હતો, ત્યારબાદ કંડકટરે બૂકિંગ ની વિગતો તથા આઈડી માંગતા મે મારો મોબાઈલ તેમણે આપી બધુજ બતાવ્યુ તેમ છતા મારી સાથે ગેરવર્તણુંક કરી અને વારંવાર આજીજી કરવા છતા મને ટિકિટ ફાડી આપી નહીં, તેમજ અપશબ્દો માં તને જોઈ લઇસ અંબિકા કેમનો ઉતરે છે તે જોઈ લઈ ને મારવાની ધમકી આપી, તેમજ સતત કોઈ વ્યક્તિઓ ને ફોન કરી ને અડાલજ આવવા બોલાવ્યા .
                  ત્યારબાદ અડાલજ ચોકડી એ 5મીનિટ થી વધારે બસ ને સાઈડ માં રોકી રખવીને બોલાવેલ માણસો સાથે વાતચીત કરીને મારા તરફ ઇશારા કર્યા તેમજ બીજા માણસો ને પણ ત્યાં બોલાવવા મોબાઈલ થી ફોન કર્યા, અને મને ગભરાવવાના ડરાવવાના તમામ પ્રયાસો કર્યા. આ તમામ ઘટના થતાં બસ મુસાફરો એ બૂમો પાડી મૂકી ત્યારે ના છૂટકે બસ ત્યથી ઉપાડી.
                  તો આવી સતત હેરાન પરેશાન અને જીવ ને જોખમ થાય તેવી ધમકી ઑ આપી મારૂ મેન્ટલ હેરાશમેંટ કર્યું અને છેક સુધી ટોર્ચર કર્યું.માનનીય સાહેબ શ્રી આપના માધ્યમ થી હું જાણવા માંગીસ કે આ શું આપડું ઉત્તર પ્રદેશ છે કે જ્યાં એક સામાન્ય મુસાફર ને આવી ધાક ધમકી તથા મારવાની ધમકી ગુજરાત ના એક એસટી કર્મચારી મુસાફરને આપે છે તે કેટલું યોગ્ય કેવાય, આ કંડકટરે તમામ વાતો માં જુઠ્ઠું બોલી મારી સામે ખોટા તથ્યો ઊભા કરવાની પણ પેરવી કરેલ છે. આ સમગ્ર ઘટના દરમિયાન મે કંડક્ટર ને શાંત રાખવા પણ પ્રયત્ન કર્યા પણ તેઓ માન્યા નહીં અને મને કોઈ પુરાવા ના મળે એટ્લે ટિકિટ પણ આપી નહી. કંડકટરે ખોટી સહી ઑ કરી ને પોતાની જાતે ખોટું લખાણ પણ બનાવ્યું હતું. આ કંડકટરે તમામ વાતો માં જુઠ્ઠું બોલી મારી સામે તથ્યો ઊભા કરવાની પણ પેરવી કરેલ છે.હું હેલ્પ લાઇન માં ફોન કરતો હતો ત્યારે જેને ફોન કરી ને બોલાવવા હોય તેને બોલાવ કહી ને પણ ધમકી ઑ આપી. સુ આ કંડક્ટર ને કોઈ નોજ ડર રહ્યો નથી ?? એસટી ના કર્મચારી છે કે નહીં તેની પણ ચકાશણી કરશો.
                  આઉપરાંત પિક અપ સ્ટેન્ડ ના હોવા છતાં પણ સીટીએમ, અમદાવાદ ની પહેલા હાઇવે ઉપર(ગાંધીનગર જવાના વડાંક પાસે) બસ ઊભી રાખી ને મુસાફરને રૂપિયા લઈ ઉતારેલ. એ કેટલું યોગ્ય છે??? અકસ્માત થસે તેની જવાબદારી લેવા તૈયાર છે ??? અને સ્ટેન્ડ વગર ગાડી ઊભી કેવી રીતે રાખી સકે ???
                  અમે સામાન્ય જોબ કરતાં મુસાફર છીએ અને અઠવાડીયા માં 1-2 વાર કાયમી છેલા વરસ થી મુસાફરી કરીયે છીયે અને એડ્વાન્સ બુકિંગ પણ કરાવીએ છે, તમામ બીજા કંડક્ટર શ્રી પણ મને જાણે ઓડખે છે. તો આપશ્રી આ ઘટના ઉપર તમારું તાત્કાલિક ધોરણે ધ્યાન લેશો અને આ કંડક્ટર ઉપર કડક માં કડક પગલાં લેસો એવી મારી વિનંતી છે.
                  તમામ ઘટના ને વિડીયો તથા ફોટા માં મે રાખ્યા છે તો ભવિષ્ય માં મારી પર કઈક હુમલો કે એવી ઘટના ના બને અને આ કંડક્ટર ને યોગ્ય પાઠ મળે તેવી મારી વિનંતી છે .અને મારી સાથે કઈ પણ અણબનતું કે અનિછનીય ઘટના ના બને એની કાળજી લેશો. આગળ જો પગલાં નહીં લેવાય તો બીજા મુસાફરો સાથે પણ આ બની સકે છે.
                  (નોંધ : બસ બુકિંગ દરમિયાન અમિતનગર નું ઓપ્શન આપેલ નથી જેથી અમારે સેંટ્રલ બસ સ્ટેન્ડ પર સિલેકસન કરવું પડે છે, નિયમિત આવતા તમામ કંડક્ટરશ્રી ને આની જાણ છે તેઓ ફોન કરી ને પણ પૂછી લે છે તેઓ મને જાણે પણ છે તથા અમિતનગર, વડોદરાએ એસટી નું કાયમી પિક અપ સ્ટેન્ડ છે. તો આજ આવેલ નવા કંડક્ટર ને આવી ગેરવર્તણૂક તથા ધાક ધમકીઑ આપતા પહેલા વિચારવું જોઈએ.શું એસટી માં પણ અમે સલામત નથી સાહેબશ્રી ??)

                          I am on my way from baroda to ahmedabad travelling in gsrtc volvo.

                          The behavior of the driver is rude towards all the passenger. I haven't seen such rude person.

                          As a tax payer I would like to complain about the driver.

                          I have experienced the same behavior from other gsrtc volvo driver

                            I live in Ahmedabad, today i am traveling in Ahmedabad to Dhanera AC Chair Car Bus.
                            (Ahmedabad to Palanpur). Departure time of this bus is 02:00 P.M. and Arriving time of this bus at palanpur is 5-30 P.M., and now time is going 5-40 P.M. this bus is reach at just in between o[censored]nja-sidhdhpur, this bus is taking 25 minutes hault for fueling and still its not started its journey further. Even also this bust also already took rest at near mahesana for 10 minutes. Why GSRTC is not fueling the vehicle before its journey start. Till now bus takes 3:40 Hours to cover 114 Km distance from Geeta Mandir to fueling station. Now remaining km is 34 to reach at Palanpur, Now how this bus cover its time? So please make sure refueling of bus before departure from any station. so every bus can maintain its proper time.

                                  This is with reference to unlawful deeds by a restaurant tendered by GSRCTC. They have charged us with double prices of MRP and misbehaved with us when asked about the same. We've tried contacting GSRCTC but got no response. I request you to look into this matter.

                                    I'm traveling from Pipli to Ahmedabad by bike. the GSRTC bus that was overrating the Bike very badly. the time is 7:20 Am on the 1st of Oct 2022 near Pipli Ahmedabad Highway the bus number was GJ07 YZ 7987( Bhavnagar to Ahmedabad) And its very risky for people that this kind of bus driver are in gujarat Gsrtc bus.

                                      Dear sir/mem,

                                      I would like to file a complaint about early moving the bus from bus station although the time of bus was 5:45 hrs for pickup. When the conductor contacted me it had reached 2.5 kms ahead from junagadh bus station to honda showroom ahead of majewadi gate junagadh and the time was 5:43 hrs. The average time required by bus to cover that much distance would be about 10-12 minutes.

                                      According to him he has not received any list although there was a list on his phone and he didn't have checked who had boarded the bus and from respective station junagadh. This clearly shows carelessness of the duty.

                                      I had to take autorickshaw worth 100rs to reach to majewadi gate. The bus had left the junagadh station more than 10 minutes ago.
                                      He has realized that he forgot the passenger after he had reached 3 kms from bus station

                                      The name and the number of conductor was Jatin paldi[protected] and the bus was keshod visanagar my boarding station was junagadh with time 5:45.

                                      There was no second message received by me or any second time. I am attaching screenshots of call log and of the message that I have received.

                                      Kindly take some action.

                                        I am a working women employeed under government of Gujarat . I wanted to travel to halol from vadodara for joining my duty as i recently got transferred. As soon as i board the mini bus GJ 18 Z 3281 which was routed for vadodara to dahod via halol the driver asked me about my destination and told me to deboard the bus as the bus is small and he can’t get enough fare with mid way destination passengers. I didn’t listen to him but he again asked me to get off the bus so I didn’t argue with him and de board the bhs with my luggage . As i was new to halol route as soon as i de board i asked him whether the anither bus will go to halol via tha same route as i want to pick a friend from the mid way, he mis behaved and shouted at me telling all buses have same route. I told him to speak nicely as i am new and asking softly bt again he shouted and mis behved.
                                        I deeply condemn this type of behaviour of the driver with the passengers who genuinely asking for some guidance.
