I am on my way from baroda to ahmedabad travelling in gsrtc volvo.

The behavior of the driver is rude towards all the passenger. I haven't seen such rude person.

As a tax payer I would like to complain about the driver.

I have experienced the same behavior from other gsrtc volvo driver

I live in Ahmedabad, today i am traveling in Ahmedabad to Dhanera AC Chair Car Bus.
(Ahmedabad to Palanpur). Departure time of this bus is 02:00 P.M. and Arriving time of this bus at palanpur is 5-30 P.M., and now time is going 5-40 P.M. this bus is reach at just in between o[censored]nja-sidhdhpur, this bus is taking 25 minutes hault for fueling and still its not started its journey further. Even also this bust also already took rest at near mahesana for 10 minutes. Why GSRTC is not fueling the vehicle before its journey start. Till now bus takes 3:40 Hours to cover 114 Km distance from Geeta Mandir to fueling station. Now remaining km is 34 to reach at Palanpur, Now how this bus cover its time? So please make sure refueling of bus before departure from any station. so every bus can maintain its proper time.

We have booked two tickets but no issue yet and tickets amount have been debited (dr.) from the bank.

This is with reference to unlawful deeds by a restaurant tendered by GSRCTC. They have charged us with double prices of MRP and misbehaved with us when asked about the same. We've tried contacting GSRCTC but got no response. I request you to look into this matter.

I'm traveling from Pipli to Ahmedabad by bike. the GSRTC bus that was overrating the Bike very badly. the time is 7:20 Am on the 1st of Oct 2022 near Pipli Ahmedabad Highway the bus number was GJ07 YZ 7987( Bhavnagar to Ahmedabad) And its very risky for people that this kind of bus driver are in gujarat Gsrtc bus.

Dear sir/mem,

I would like to file a complaint about early moving the bus from bus station although the time of bus was 5:45 hrs for pickup. When the conductor contacted me it had reached 2.5 kms ahead from junagadh bus station to honda showroom ahead of majewadi gate junagadh and the time was 5:43 hrs. The average time required by bus to cover that much distance would be about 10-12 minutes.

According to him he has not received any list although there was a list on his phone and he didn't have checked who had boarded the bus and from respective station junagadh. This clearly shows carelessness of the duty.

I had to take autorickshaw worth 100rs to reach to majewadi gate. The bus had left the junagadh station more than 10 minutes ago.
He has realized that he forgot the passenger after he had reached 3 kms from bus station

The name and the number of conductor was Jatin paldi[protected] and the bus was keshod visanagar my boarding station was junagadh with time 5:45.

There was no second message received by me or any second time. I am attaching screenshots of call log and of the message that I have received.

Kindly take some action.

I am a working women employeed under government of Gujarat . I wanted to travel to halol from vadodara for joining my duty as i recently got transferred. As soon as i board the mini bus GJ 18 Z 3281 which was routed for vadodara to dahod via halol the driver asked me about my destination and told me to deboard the bus as the bus is small and he can’t get enough fare with mid way destination passengers. I didn’t listen to him but he again asked me to get off the bus so I didn’t argue with him and de board the bhs with my luggage . As i was new to halol route as soon as i de board i asked him whether the anither bus will go to halol via tha same route as i want to pick a friend from the mid way, he mis behaved and shouted at me telling all buses have same route. I told him to speak nicely as i am new and asking softly bt again he shouted and mis behved.
I deeply condemn this type of behaviour of the driver with the passengers who genuinely asking for some guidance.

Pls look into this matter seriously.

જય ભારત સાથે જાણવાનું કે દહેગામ ડેપો માંથી 12:30 વાગે બારીયા બસ મુકેલ છે એ બારીયા બસના ડ્રાઇવર અને કંડકટર બંનેનું એવું કહેવું છે કે આ બસ બારીયા ની છે એટલે આ બસ બારીયા પાટિયા જશે દેવકરારણ ના મુવાડા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ઉતારવા નહી જાય તમારે બારીયા પાટિયા ઉતરી જવું વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ત્યાંથી ચાલતા ચાલતા દેવકારણના મુવાડા ના અને પરા વિસ્તરના વિદ્યાર્થી હોય છે વિદ્યાર્થી કઈ બોલે તો એવું કે બીજી બસો આવે છે પસાર તો એમાં આવવાનું રાખો આ ઘટના જલ્દીથી નિરાકરણ આવે તેવી ડેપો મેનેજર સાહેબશ્રી વિનતી કરું છું

Sir I travelling from godhra to vadodara after 15 travelling vejalpur bus hold 30 min for free breakfast candackter told it's 5 min hold but 30 it's very Pani full time bus is overloaded how can we stand very safocetion in bus please sir take some ligal action all pesanger are safring

I was travelling in this bus as it was delayed by 2 hour and driver was very rude to all the passengers pls take some strict action agains him

આજ રોજ તા. ૨૩/૦૯/૨૨ ને શુક્રવાર ના રોજ હું. ડો.રાહુલ શાહ ગુજરાત એસ. ટી. ડેપો બસ નંબર GJ 18 Z 5978 અંબાજી - દાહોદ બસ માં લીમડી દાહોદ મુસાફરી માટે વિજયનગર ત્રણ રસ્તા બસ ને દુર થી જોતા જ હાથ લાંબો કર્યો તેમજ બસ પાસે આવતા જોરથી બૂમો પાડી ઉભુ રહેવા કહ્યું પરંતુ બસ ઊભી રાખવામાં આવી નહીં. ત્યારબાદ મેં પ્રાઇવેટ ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટ મારફતે ઈડર બસ સ્ટેન્ડ પહોંચી બસ પકડી.
મે કન્ડક્ટર તેમજ ડ્રાઈવર ને વાત કરતા તેઓ એવું કહે છે કે ત્યાં હમારે ઉભુ રહેવાની ના છે તો પછી જે બસ બરોડા, સુરત જાય છે એ લોકો કેમ ઊભી રાખે છે. દાહોદ થી અંબાજી આવે છે ત્યારે આ બસ વિજયનગર ત્રણ રસ્તા ઊભી રહે છે. તો ત્યારે કેમ ઊભી રહે છે. આનો મને જવાબ આપશો જી.
અને ડેપો નું કહેવું છે. કે હાથ ઊંચો કરો અને બસમાં બેસો તો આનો શો મતલબ.
આશા છે કે આનો જવાબ દરેક મુસાફર ના હિત માં મળશે. તેમજ ડ્રાઈવર અને કન્ડક્ટર પર કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવે.

Hum bus me musafari isliye karte hi ki hume apne station pe sahi salamat utare...par yahaki gujarat st me maine Bhiloda se kashimira musafari kiya...aur muje bataya gaya ki bus flayover se jayegi app kashimira se pahle utar lo ya fir borivali chalo...mene kaha niche se bus jaati hi. Unhone bataya ki raat ka samay hota to hum aap ko sahi javana utarte the ab to subah ho gai hi aap yaha hi utar jao..
Ye sab baate meri draivar se ho rahi thi...esme condactor kuch nahi bola...
Aakhir me muje draivar ne kashimira se 1/2 km. Dur utara...
Maine 11/09/2022 ko musafari kiya tha...aur aap ka costomer care call kabhi lagta hi nahi...bekar sarvice hi...

સવિનય જણાવાનું કે અમદાવાદ સંતરામપુર બસ જે સવારે 10.00 કલાકે અમદાવાદથી ઉપડે છે બધીજ બસ હલધરવાસ ચોકડી સ્ટોપ છે તો અમારા 10 પાસ ધારકો માટે આ બસ ને સ્ટોપ આપવા વિનંતી

We have book a ticket of semi sleeper and bus was cancel and we were offered a express bus.
They have taken ticket althrough we have book online .
So pls refund our online ticket money

Totally rash driving near Gujarat gas circle and misbehavior of the driver I was with a baby in the car saved my car with inches away to impact too rash driving

Gstrtc godhara don't clean depo and toilet in after 6 manth

I am traveling from rajkot to Ahmedabad in a gsrtc bus number GJ-18-Z-3164 Date:17/09/2022. The Behaviour of the Bus driver/conductor is very rude to me. I would like that the gsrtc should take some disciplinary actions against him.
