Respected sir/madam,
I have booked ticket from morbi old station to rajkot in bhuj gondal . I have paid for it online. My bus time was 17:55 . I have waited for almost one hour. There were no concerned person on enquiry desk to give us proper answer. After so much time of waiting I need to travel through another bus.

My question is if your bus will get late you need to inform us. I deed not have bus number for tracking the root.

If the bus will not travel from old morbi depo then why you have collected money from me.

I hereby wrote you to refund my money as soon as possible as you have taken it not in a proper way.

I once again give you the bus name. It was bhuj gondal. Kindly make inquiry at your end as I have received a news that, that bus was never arrive at bus stop then why you have given the option of selecting that bus online.

Nh 48 road very worst conditions august 2022.Public so many toll on road. But road service is not maintained during the rainy season.

Big trouble in travel any format.

Yday i had come across Gsrtc GJ18Z 7039 (Gandhinagar-Vadodara-Gandhinagar) on Ahmedabad Baroda Express Way, Driver talking on his mobile while driving. When I told him not to use his mobile while driving, he ignored me and continued his driving. This is how u put passengers life in danger? Do you have any rules to stop this? What actions you take against the driver?

Dear Team, i had booked ticket bhavnagar to surat on 14 August 2022 but transaction failed and money was debited. Its been a month and money is not return. OB reference no. GS22992291. amount was 494 rs. Please look into this.

Dear sir,
I booked ticket for my sister on the eve of Rakshabnadhan through GSRTC website, I booked two times ticket for the trip of Navsari to Dhandhuka on 09 th of August & 10 th August 2022, But unfortunately my payment was cut down and ticket was not confirmed, Than I booked ticket through physical mode on Navsari Depo. and also I booked ticket for my family group to came Dhandhuka to Navsari on 18 th August 2022 and same problem faced during this process. and I contacted Navsari Depo for claiming refund but they told that was transferers within 7 to 21 days, But after completion of 1 MONTH yet my refund was not giving by GSRTC.
So. Please do needful.

I am traveling via this particular bus number(V.no. - GJ-07-YZ-6944) From Adalaj to Mehsana @7:50AM & @16:20PM
And this bus has always been delayed by atleast 15 to 20 mins ..and bus gps is not working since 2 weeks.. this service is unacceptable by GSRTC... I can understand that bus can delayed by 5 to 10 mins sometime not all the time but this bus ia continuously delayed by 15 to 20 mins sometimes 25-30mins also. We have to wait for half an hour on bus stand

I received an SMS from GSRTC on 08/08/2022 that booking is cancelled due to heavy rain and will get a refund for the same.

On 10/08/2022 i opened a ticket on GSRTC site to get a refund and ticket no is : 768412 and following till today but no response from GSRTC.

Pls find below cancellation sms:

Based on request from GSRTC i have sent them screenshot of booking and cancellation and bank statement but not received any positive response from GSRTC. Till now i have opened 5 - 7 ticket but without solving the problem GSRTC is closing all tickets.

I am following up for my money from 10th August and it is more than 1 month now. Rs. 2888 is with them

Today I have stand on Unjha Sardar Chowk Bus Stop For Pick up Bus to Going on Job at Vijapur. On Arround 8:40 Local Bus No GJ 18 Z 1124 Going to Prantij. I Have Give Signal To Driver to Stop Bus but He Don't Stop Bus even Bus is Approx 30 % empty. How can Rude behaviour this kind of person.

How can I Reach on my Job on Time.

They can't stop bus at road (bus stop) our gsrtc slogan is" Hath uncho kro ane bus ma beso" I was stand my hand to stop bus but they can't stop a bus... And very rudely behave... So i request please actions against this type of your rude drivers... I hope you understand this problem... Bcz this type incident occurred daily... Thank you...

I booked ticket for Rajpipla from Ahmedabad for 10 September. Bus arrival time was 12:00am, I reached to Ahmedabad geeta mandir at 10:00pm, 9 September.Due to ganpati visarjan all buses was late, So i started waiting for bus. There was no official at enquiry office to inform me about bus's current status. After waiting for 2:45 am(2:45 hours after estimated arrival time) I had to cancel my plan. All that time at bus stand there was no official to ask. I request gsrtc to take action on this matter. I am still waiting for refund from GSRTC!!! As passengers never travelled in the GSRTC BUS. Botad depot bus, bhavnagar, gujrat, bus no - GJ-18-Z4066, THEY have a stop at bavla sanand chowkdi but they don't stop bus i run behind bus driver can't stop bus and i hurt at my leg 😭

I am talking from navsari bus stand..My PNR number is G[protected]...I reserved vapi-chanasma bus and my pick up point is navsari and want to go ahmedabad...My bus time shown in schedule 00.30 and I reached at navsari busstand at 00:27 but bus already gone from navsari bus stand before 00:27 means 5 to 10 minutes before actual pickup time...and conductor doesn't call me...i called him at 00:45 and he told bus leaved and i am fresher so dont know about calling you and there is nobody in bus stand so without reporting bus leave before actual time of pickup...thus I lost my money and much important time as I had emergency to reach at ahmedabad before 8:00 but due to mistake of conductor I can't reach on time...I want my money refunded and please take strict action against that bus conductor (Vapi-Chanasma date:10/09/2022)...I asked him to say his name but he denied because he did mistake and my important work doesn't done because I can't reach on time due to mistake of this kind of conductor...Give my money refund and take action against him...

I had a pickup from Iskon Ahmesabad at 07.10 pm while bus arrived at 08: 20pm. Again it stopped far from its stop near busstand.. When I reached the conductor without confirming the passanger arrival told driver to go. I have to speak loudly to get into bus.. on that speaks rudely like how can u have booking what is seat no? Then I told him your phone is switched off and u r leaving wothout passangers..

On that he says i didnot said no to you which ia correct but he did shouted. Also driver told grstc had not provided them mobiles that they will keep it turn on.

I was connecting him as tracking was not available, neither ahmedabad bus stand was picking up call. And conductor switched off the mobile.. my concern is how can we know bus left is late by how much time?

Kindly do needfull for service and also train the conductor and driver
