It’s always delay or cancelletion of bus of route santrampur. It never comes on a time, even after half an hour.
Please provide bus or atleast make sure that you are fullfilling the service of route panchmahal.

On the behalf of all Nargol people, I want to acknowlege that Bus from Vapi to Nargol at evening 5:30pm is not available since 07.09.22 till date. And there are no other options since there is too much traffic in Vapi to reach train station. It's very problematic especially to all ladies travelling from Vapi to Nargol.
A request to please resolve the matter.

I have already wait my bus on my station . I call bus conductor and he says within 15 min we reach and pick you...next 30 min. Passes after we call bus conductor and he says bus have already gone from ur station point...so why conductor not calling me? Which puropse reservation time i give my mobile number.?

મારી ૩ સીટ તારીખ-૦૧/૦૯/૨૦૨૨ ની હતી.પણ તેને postpone કરીને તારીખ-૦૩/૦૯/૨૦૨૨ ની કરી હતી. ગાંધીધામ થી વડનગર ટિકિટ confirm થઈ પણ conductor ના રિઝર્વેશન લિસ્ટ માં નામ ન હોવાથી મારે ફરીથી ટિકિટ લેવી પડી.તે માટે ટિકિટ ના રૂપિયા ૬૯૯ પરત કરવા વિનંતી.

I have an express pass, even though I have a pass, they say that the pass will not run, there is an extra bus and they say that if I don't want to take a ticket, I should sleep here. Now if we do, what should I do? When I get my Adalaj pass, when I turn 18 for Adalaj ticket, I have 24 rupees in my pass.

Dhandhuka depo runs bus service between Ranpur - Surendranagar like circular route. Bus is running since 1994 or so.
Last couple of weeks but time table is totally mis-aligned. Every day in the evening bus starts from Ranpur to surendranagar at 6.15 P.M. but it runs one hour late daily. No solution found even after calling dhandhuka depo.
Please maintain timing at any cost.

I am CA Siddhi Shah. I am working professional. I commute daily from Rajpipla to Baroda in bus no. GJ-18-Z-2564. Evening timing of this bus is 6:20 PM. The bus is not coming since 4 consecutive days. We have asked conductor regarding this, they are telling that we have not been provided bus. In time-table, bus timings are mentioned but they are not bring the bus. We around 50 people are facing issue regarding this. After that intercity is at 6:30 PM. But the same bus is always late and comes around at 7:30. Moreover, landline no. [protected] of GSRTC is not working since five months. Kindly do the needful.

I was traveling in gsrtc bus which met with an accident. So I stopped another bus to travel and complete my journey. So the new bus conductor asking me report of the old bus . At that time old bus conductor is busy with an accident and he can't capable to give me report . And new bus conductor doesn't allow me to travel in the bus . And he gave me another ticket for my journey.
Old bus number : palitana depo
New bus number : (Rude conductor) - amrelo division: GJ 18 7851
I have attached the bus ticket of new and old bus .
Please take an action toward the conductor. And the taking report is responsibility of him not consumer .
He is public servant but acting as a owner of the bus .

I had book 2 seats by PNR G[protected] at[protected] named 1) Alkesh Parikh and 2) Jagruti Parikh for Umreth to Bharuch -Jadeshwar X on seat no 21W, 22A. After reaching nearby Bharuch bus diverted at Main bus stand due to some technical problem, and all passengers shifted in another bus and we dropped at Zadeshwar x. at time we dropped My Ladies money purse and 1 Mobile stolen.

Kindly be informed that I m daily customer of our GSRTC bus sevices from Khambhat to Ahmedabad. Today at 9:30 am I was traveling in the bus number GJ 18 Y 7289 (Khambhat to kalol) for Ahmedabad.
It was raining heavily outside and the thing of great concern is that it was raining heavily inside bus also.
This is the condition of our buses . All passengers were standing as seats of the bus are not in a condition to sit. Other than that this is an accident site bus which is running after a little repair. The local bus looks better that that.
This is creating hell lot of problem for all daily passenger. Also it is very unsafe to travel in these buses as it leads to an untimely accident/loss of lives.
Plz look into the matter at an earliest.
