Many time complen mail and telephonic complen but not solved issue.

Kindly be informed that I m daily customer of your GSRTC bus sevices from Gandhinagar to Ahmedabad. Todat at 9;15 am I board a bus with registration GJ01Y 9147(Gandhinagar polytechnic college route) for Ahmedabad .
It was raining heavily outside and the thing of great concern is that it was raining heavily inside bus also.
This is the condition of your buses . All passengers were standing as seats of the bus are not in a condition to sit.
Also There should be clear (bold black) mention of route of buses on Bus Boards...this should be mentioned all around (front, back, both sides) the bus...
This is creating hell lot of problem for all daily passenger. Also it is very unsafe to travel in these buses as it leads to an untimely accident/loss of lives

Plz look into the matter at an earliest.

I was standing in padra depo with my family to go to jambusar. after an hour a local bus came which was over crowded and we try to get in somehow my wife and two children able to get in bus me and my elder daughter were hanging at the door. at that time driver start the bus and drove away i required to conductor to stop the bus but he ignored my request. somehow i managed to get down but my daughter lost control and fell down and got internal injury and pained. after this driver stops bus and both come down. then we argued with them and they replied so whatever you can. as we are in hurry we go for jambusar as another bus came. i complained at jambusar depo on 15/08/2022 and incident was happened on 13/08/2022 at around 6 PM.in this incident my daughter got injured internally and lost her Titan brand watch and my wife's mobile screen got damaged and my spectacles damaged. after i enquired about status of my complaint there was no proper reply from authority. bus no was GJ 18 Z 4111 of jambusar depo. i request you to take necessary action against both driver and conductor and compensate us.

On 26 July 2022 I was travelling from Kutch to Ahmedabad in the GSRTC Volvo bus GJ-07-YZ-7623 and around 4 am the bus driver was not able to control his speed and he couldn't see a hump due to which he pressed the break forcefully and the bus felt a huge jerk. Due to this I got a fracture in my collar bone. The accident happened around 4 am and I was dropped at Ahmedabad around 6 am and I was in pain for the remaining 2 hours. When I asked the bus driver that why was he driving like this and couldn't he see the bump he ignored me and did not show any concern towards me. I request you to take strict action against it.

I am traveling mahuva to Ahmedabad (*GSRTC m-Ticket*MAHUVA to AHMEDABAD GITA MANDIR BUS trip code:0730MHVKSNEXP51PNRNO/OB:G56388516, GS23277771 DOJ:[protected], :07:30:00)
This bus starting point at mahuva yet leave 15 min late after that they fill fuel and stop many points, bus reached bhavnagar at 11 am ( 1:30 hr late ) ..due to this irresponsible behaviour my train would be left out from Ahmedabad...this dealy only cause by the staff..plz do needful

Respected sir, their was too much horrible experience been with me today, driver had almost stopped the bus and when I stepped in he suddenly started bus and went away. May be it was injured me. But luckily it was not happened.

I did my booking on GSRTC app from Dhoraji to Jamnagar on 20-August-2022 with the PNR - g56263833 for 2 seats (No.1 and 2) with the tripcode 1415SMNTJMNEX51

When I boarded the bus from Dhoraji which was supposed to depart at 17.15 but the bus departed at 19.35 after the bus being late by more than 2 hours, the conductor didn't considered my reservation and behaved very badly with me and my mother!

He asked us to either get down from the bus or buy a new ticket even though I had debited my money to book before 2 days!

I forcefully took the ticket because conductor told either to get down from the bus and travelled from Dhoraji to Jamnagar standing on the bus even though I had the ticket booking which was showing on app/website/PDF but the conductor was not ready to listen anything.

This is totally unacceptable and pathetic management.

For now, I demand the refund of my ticket that I booked and also an apology from GSRTC for this bad experience with the complimentary free tickets!

The conductor and driver were shouting on us and told our ticket as fraud. The conductor's name is Mahavir Singh.

I've enclosed all the necessary screenshots with this email. Also I've attached the ticket picture that I had to buy forcefully even though I had the booking.

Today dated on 22/08/2022 many buses does not come on ankleshwar depot after 7:00 pm and directly goes from highway hence many passengers travelling from ankleshwar to surat facing major problem also had madical emergency to some !!

We are having A lot of problems of not having bus from adajan to olpad in timings between 3 to 5 . We are standing whole the time and if any of the bus comes the Drivers themself don't stop the bus and scold us. ### OFF BHENCHOD. A bus Driver of Hasot . He was MADARCHOD. he never stops bus in Palanpur Patiya and Ramnagar. BHENCHOD MADARCHOD CHUTIYA BHOSDIKA.

Bus route:- Gondal rajkot(via kotda sangani) AND rajkot gondal (via kotda sangani)(KHOKHRIWALI BUS)
TIME:- 5:15AM FROM
GONDAL(MORNING) AND 7:45PM FROM RAJKOT(Evening)

In kotda sangani there are irregular of bus which is Gondal depot bus, this bus is not come from last one month, this bus is first and last bus for kotda sangani, so many students and passengers of kotda sangani is troubling since last one one month we also complaint this problem to Gondal depot but issue is still not resolved so please do need full as soon as possible.

Gandhinagar depot - Officer not available on window during office hours and went out for his personal work.

not getting proper response and doing work very slow. queue was huge but officer is taking is own sweet time. this is not acceptable at all during office hours officer not on his desk for more than 20-25 minutes.

My brown duffle trolley bag is lost. I was traveling in Volvo GJ-18-AZ-8205 from Surat to
Ahmedabad. When I reached Ahmedabad I
my bag was missing from dickey of bus. Please let me know if someone submit it

Bhavnagar to naliya bus always come late at Surendranagar bus station about 2 to 3 hours as per schedule time, so passanger need to wait for 2 3 hours in poor condition of bus station so please change the schedule time or do run bus on time

Bus Porbandar -Bhuj was late around 4 hour and depot manager not arrange other bus for this condition ..Depot manager arrange other bus if bus problem repairing time is more than 1 hour ...what to do passenger at this time ...who is helper at this time for passengers..

This is about 21 August 2022 Dhrangadhra to Ahmedabad journey by Morbi to Ahmedabad via Dhrangadhra BUS PNR no. - G[protected]Rs. 220/-) . On GSRTC App departure time was posted as 14:00 PM & arrival time at Ahmedabad was posted as 3:20AM based on which we booked the tickets. The bus arrived late and departed at 3:07 PM ( ONE HOUR LATE) . I did not receive the bus number prier my journey nor did the per person at the enquiry counter responded correctly after my I enquired about the bus.
The estimate journey time mentioned by the GSTRC on the app is wrong. The bus usually takes about 1 hour 30 min extra. I understand outside factor like traffic. But every time if something happens they should loo into it.

We are facing problems because of gsrtc volvo is always late...at least 1 or 2 hour late...for example bus from Una to Junagadh should be at kodinar at 2.40 and its 3.20 and stil it is not here...even it doesn't cross Dolasa...this is just 1 example...i ..my self face this problem always with Volvo we are wasting our time...even students doesn't reach there college or school on due time we are facing too much problem because of this...so i m requesting you to solve this query...please do needfulll...
