I am traveling from nakhtrana to kukma in ST bus, Naransarova to radhanpar and bus number is GJ 18 Z 0418. Date of traveling is[protected] Saturday.
The bus conductor argue to me to "bus is not Stop to kukma you can leave bus or I will drop you anjar". According to my view I talked to Bus conductor and say kukma is large of number passenger for this bus so your bus is stop thare then way you not drop me thare. Bus conductor behave like this bus is thare property and tel as if you won't to travel this bus then you leave this bus bhuj or anjar but I not drop you in kukma.

Sir thi type of behavior is not acceptable to any cind of your staff members so please take sum cind of step again to this bus conductor

      Sir, my daughter intend to travel to Ahmedabad at Dhrangathra depo. Having reservation in AC Morbi -Ahmedabad bus on 20 .Aug .2022 The schedule time was 7.00 pm but bus was late by 2 hours without giving any message on mobile not only that bus was get emptied at Sanand depo for fueling bus at west of half an hour. pessanger were tired mentally as well as physically.so pl.ensur timely running of the bus.

          I booked the ticket and my money got deducted and i never got my ticket

          I call customer care number and try for almost two hours and nobody answer and cut my call i need refund in 2 days or i will file a complaint in consumer court

            Today on 20/08/2022 the bus of Nadiad-Radhanpur route, the bus number is GJ-18-Z-7299 the bus driver changed its route unofficially. The bus driver did not drive bus through nehrunagar, iscon, which comes under the route. He drive directly to sarkhej from paldi and took shortcut. Due to this i missed my bus from iscon. I request you to take strict action against driver and not to repeat the same in future.

              Address: Radhika park, behind sterling hospital, 150 feet ring road, Rajkot

              I booked four tickets from Rajkot to Lalpur in Piton -Lalpur route (bus No. GJ-18-Z-5421) to travel on[protected] but bus did not arrived on tine. Even waited for an hour but not arrived. On inquiry, no proper reply was given. Not also considered my request to cancel my tickets. Hence, even after advance booking, nor bus was arrived nor my tickets were cancelled even after waited for more an hour. Hence I compelled to travel I Rajkot - Jamnagar local and then Jamnagar - Lalpur local ans compelled to pay another ticket charges from Rajkot to Lalpur. Hence I request to refund my amount of reserved tickets and oblige.

                Dear Sir,

                I am regular passanger for traveling Jamnagar to Mahuva. In present there has been some timing alloted to Jamnagar GSRTC Bus depot for this route which has been very difficult to travel for passenger.

                Jamnagar to Mahuva is distance nearly about 310 Kms for which bus departure time from Jamnagar has not been alloted around the night journey time. There has been two different time alloted for this route is 3:00 and 4:00 A.M. which between night journey and it is very obvious to passenger face problem for this unusual and unwanted timing.

                So it is request to you that please provide new bus for this route departure time from Jamnagar between 10:00 to 12:00 P.M. because it has been journey around 7:30 hours so passenger can reach early morning and full day available at destination for which planned.

                I also request that all buses between this two places is sitting facility so if it is possible to arrange and provide sleeper or A.C. Volvo bus then it should be greatly appreciated by passengers of this route.

                I hope that you understand my complain and please do the needful for this situation.

                            I have booked 3 Tickets in sleeper coach from Nathdwara to Rajkot. During journey Bus Faliur happened at Ahmedabad. There 20-25 people. We have requested the Ahmedabad Bus station authority to provide a another Bus to Rajkot. However they have denied and asked us to catch seating Bus to Rajkot.
                            As I have paid for sleeper coach. Hence I would like to have Refund of the difference amount of Tickets.

                              "While traveling from Navsari (Gujrat) to Borivali (Maharashtra) in GSRTC bus with reservation" Bus was delayed by 2.5hrs without any intimation on bus depot and customer care also refused to provide any information about bus location or cancellation, etc. Over and above our reserved seats were occupied by someone and the occupants along with arrogant bus conductor who refused to vacate the seats resulted to travel us standing.

                                I am writing this letter to inform you that we have booked tickets from (Dhule to Silvassa) through Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation because your bus some technical issues and environment issues.
                                1. Not given proper response from Vapi Gujarat bus depot.
                                2. Also not received refund amount.
                                3. Not provide exact status and conditions and misbehavior related online ticket.
                                4. MSRTC bus is going from Dhule to Vapi.
                                5.Need my ticket amount and other losses due to your bus suddenly cancellation.

                                  We are living in digital era and tie up of hotel for halt between rajkot and Ahmedabad is raviraj hotel and height is not a single counter is having google pay or any digital transactions facilities.

                                  And height due to tender they are charging goods above mrp so consumer don't have any choice except paying cash above mrp and no digital transactions

                                        i have booked the bus at 2:40 at bus has be delayed by 3hrs ..
                                        I am very disappointed by gstrc they have not inform that bus has been delayed they distrub my whole schedule there should be a value of time the govt has to do something well and take some actions against it..My mother is with me she is an aged she has to suffer regarding gstrc issue wasted the whole schedule i am really a very disappointed by gstrc .
                                        They should take care the passenger should get the right time while book the bus and later they should be inform by sms that bus has been delayed by some hrs..
                                        I hope that govt will take some action .
                                        I am attaching my ticket as proof and i have recording with conductor that he is informing that bus has been delayed by 3 hrs ..
                                        All proofs i have i can forward to anyone whom they want..
                                        Just make a service as much better as possible..
