I've book online ticket for journey on 13 aug, bus timing was 5 :00 and we waited till 5:40 no bus was coming and when we enquired about bus whether it got cancelled or late staff was very rude, giving irresponsible reply
Even online tracking system was not working properly how to track bus??
Even after wasting time and money service was not proper
Is this way public transport works??

Bus in ticket machine not working and 15 people dorop to medel road and may people are have exam. Plaz to help them nex time not same esuse any people to faceing them and, any legl acting to gsrtc to apply to all people. People are not happy.

On that day i have booked a ticket from gsrtc through my SBI debit card of ₹344.
the payment was done but the ticket was not booked. So, i want a refund.

I've booked the ticket from Ahmedabad Gita Mandir to Surat Kamrej Bus stand. Money was debited from the account but the ticket was not confirmed.
Please help me

I am travelling today from una to porbandar in una-dwarka express bus scheduled at 4.30 PM
Departure time of this bus from una depot is 4.30 pm but today it departed at 5.22PM 52 minutes late second thing is that from una to dwarka is long way journey today's bus condition was very bad it is not comfortable for such a long journey request to look into matter

સહર્સ જણાવવાનું કે રાપર ઝાલોદ બસ તા- 11/08/2022 જે વારાહી સ્ટેશન પહોંચવા નો સમય 9:30 સવાર છે જે હજી સુધી 11:10મિનિટ સવાર સુધી બસ પહોંચેલ નથી તેમજ તહેવાર ની સિઝન હોઈ આવી મુશ્કેલી નો સામનો કરવા નો થાય તેમજ સંવેદનશીલ સરકાર માં પ્રજા ને આવી મુશ્કેલી નો સામનો કરવા નો હેરાન ગતિ ભોગવવા ની તેમજ રાપર ડેપો માં સંપર્ક કરતા કોઈ પ્રત્યુત્તર મળેલ નથી તેમજ જ્યારે બસ કંડકટર કે ડ્રાંઇવર નો સંપર્ક મળેલ નથી અમે અલગ રીતે નંબર મેળવી કન્ડક્ટર નો સંપર્ક કર્યો તો એવો જવાબ મળ્યો કે આ બસ છે પ્લેન નથી તેમજ સરખી રીતે વાત પણ કરેલ નથી તેમજ ફરિયાદ બુક માંગતા મનફાવે તેવું વર્તન કરેલ છે તો આ બાબત નું સત્વરે નિરાકરણ થાય એવી વિનંતી

I booked two online tickets, the vehicle number is not printed on the ticket, the conductor did not call, the driver denied to take us in the bus, saying there is no online booking and this bus is different, the windowman called the driver, the driver denied to take us in then too. I booked the ticket for 220, for 10th august, they behaved rudely, what am i supposed to do now? My money got wasted, we dont get seats. Please solve this asap.

I m from rajkot as per gsrtc registered pickup point most of express bus running on rajkot Ahmedabad route not run in city as per pickup point I.e.parewadi chowk is registered pickup point but most of busses
Not driven in this route at the time between 7 pm to 9 pm. PLEASE CHECK GPS SYSTEM FOR VERIFICATION.

Malegoan - Badoda Bus Start at 7:00 AM Wednesday (Toady) Conductor of this Bus Do not Allow passengers Step down to their Stops. I use to Up Down since 4 years from malegoan to navapur as I am working as Government Officer so I usually face this problem from last 6 months as Conductor Changed the Stop also changes as they have their monopoly. While going from Rajkot to Vadodara, Volvo stopped at Raviraj Hotel which doesn’t have clean ladies toilet . when we as traveller are paying for premium tickets we expect atleast basic hygiene specially for women.

My self JigarKumar and I am traveling from Bhuj to Ahmedabad by Volvo bus and reached at Ahmedabad bus stop at about 0530 hrs after that I am trying to take seat on Volvo bus(bus from Ahmedabad to zalod) during this time any stranger has stolen my purse at about 0605 hrs. Sir I carried about 2500 to 3000 rupees on my purse and other documents i.e ATM card, license and I card also.

Dear sir i have issue about the bus will not hold in bus stop.bus route matanamadha -nakhatrana-bhuj mini bus type date 08/08/2022 time 16:45 i just shaw the hand for hold at mamaldar bus stop nakhatrana.driver not responce at the time and he run away from bus stop. i am daily passenger and i was hurt to behaving like this .i don't acceptaction behaviour like this in goverment service.so please take some necessaries action against the responcble person thank you

I am sanidhya and I want my refund for GSTC BUS Cancelled on[protected] timing is 4:30 from Kamrej, surat and We are sitting from 4:00 pm till 7:30 pm but wasn't came. We try to reach GSRTC SURAT CUSTOMER CARE, But This Government Customer CARE are worst. No one is picking calls and we didn't get the Bus number without any alerts they cancelled bus and still don't get refund
