I have a problem with Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] which I request to resolve.
No bus from Visnagar to Kheralu in Mehsana district is stopped at Paldi Chowkadi.
in which bus details are as follows. mahesana to kheralu, bapunagar to kheralu (3737)

I was in trouble when I booked a bus scheduled for 4:05 but bus was late without any notice.My booking is from Nehrunagar stand but when I tried to contact them I got no reply.

I had booked 3 ticktes in GSRTC bus and paid full payment but the amount got deducted from my account and I didn't received PNR number. Although I have Order ID/Ref no. Now I want my refund as I don't have money to go home but GSRTC is not giving proper answer....

At Gita mandir central bus station toilet displayed with 0 rupees charges for urinal but one person collecting 5 rupees for urinal per person.
Either update the board or collecting money for urinal should be stopped for passengers....

At ahemdabad Gita mandir bus stop person deployed at urinal point charge 10 RS for two persons urinal

The board displayed outside the urinal shows 0.0 charge for the urinal.

Person at urinal asking for the 5 RS charge from everyone for the urinal only...

I was booked bus from Nashik to vapi, and that bus was arrived at wrong platform number at nashik and they did not changed name plate and did not asked and wait for passengers and they depart without intimating, they just give a paper of details to bus administrator and without a minute stand stand at bus stand they just leave within a minute without asked to online booking passengers. Hello gsrtc all rajkot to morbi and morbi to rajkot bus is full no sit available passenger and bus is fully full passenger stand up in midam line so please number of bus on this rought are increasing please....

I have been using services of gsrtc app from a long time and have never faced such issue.

Today[protected] i had a booking for Lunawada for bus travelling from Surat to Lunawada which was showing time 9:05am i waited for 10:15 am but the bus did not show up. I also have confirmed with the inquiry counter and they also could confirm that the bus did not come. After taking other bus i received a call at 10:39am...

I am traveling by pnr no G55080801 but i do not get my seat because of conductor set seat himself not as per the rules and layout of GSRTC and conductor tell me go to police. I tell them i am fight for my rights of booking policy. But conductor threat me whatever you have do. And also your customer care number service not provide me guidance and Miss behave and not given satisfy answer....

Every time Rajkot to Diu bus time is 2:30 but departure at 3:30 every day.
Every Saturday bus is breakdown and repairing at Gondal depo.
Every time bus delay reach at his destination.
Bus start at Gondal depo then why not proper check by drivers.
Very bad experience and people are dissatisfied...

In Ahmedabad Central bus station, toilets are too much dirty that we can't use it. They are collecting money for toilet but don't maintain proper cleaning. Please do the needful....

Pnr no. G55077575 i booked gurjanagari but vehicle is delux gj18z5948 booking information is wring showing and passenger paid for gurjarnagari and vehicle actual is delux this is fraud with passengers by gsrtc...

Dear Sir/Madam,
I booked a bus ticket ( PNR- G50279909 and Ref.No/OB no- GS[protected] of amount 822 from www.gsrtc.in and canceled on the same day around the evening. As per gsrtc refund policy refund money will credit into the client's account in 7 to 21 days but today is[protected] it's now around 113 days but still I have not received any refund. I tried to resolve this via customer support but he/she did not answer properly. So...

The driver didn't stop the bus for an aged lady(with tickit from morbi) who went for toilet she is patient of dibitis, high bp and colestrol. at bhachau and left her at the stop. The driver tossed out the bag of the passanger.tickit money is not given back to her.the bus driver behave very badly with that aged lady and shouted on her bus number express GJ 18Z6108 The name of the driver is lakhan gadhvi who is very misbehaving...

The Kapadvanj- Vansada bus run by you often breaks down. Due to this every day passenger, driver and conductor are annoyed.All passengers are experiencing this distress again and again..
It is a humble request sir that a new bus or a bus in good condition should be provide, as 75% of the passengers in this bus are daily commuters. . Hope you will understand the problem and take appropriate...

Recently i visited and ahmedabad Gita mandir bus station, and when i had gone go to use the toilet facility, there was a man standing there and collecting fees for the use of toilet

Whereas there was a board outside the toilet that no money has to be given for the toilet use, then also the man sitting inside was collecting 5 rupees per person for the urinal use.

I urge you to look into this matter, hence one...

I’m writing this to complain about Khambhat depot’s bus Ambaji -Khambhat. Before Covid-19 lockdown this bus’s departure time from Ahmedabad was 9:15PM and from Khambhat it was 8AM.But after Covid-19 outbreak bus timings changed by the authorities don’t know exactly by whom?
