આ બસ દ્રાઇવર તારીખ 5-8-2022 ના રોજ બસ ચલાવતા સમયે ફ઼ૉન માં વાત કરતા હતા અમારા જીવ ના જોખમ ની જવાબદારી કોન લેશે દ્રાઇવર નું નામ બોઘા ભાઈ છે અને કંડકટર શૈલેશ ભાઈ ડાંગર દડવા થી ચભાડિયા 3 km ના અંતરે આવેલ છે છતાં દડવા થી બેસતા ચભાડિયા ની ટીકીટ આપે છે પોતાની મરજી મુજબ ટીકીટ આપવાનો અધિકાર કોણે આપેલ છે અને પાસ વાળા વિધ્યાર્થી ને કહે છે તમે કાઇ કર્યુ તો ત્યા બસ ઉભી નહિ રહે માટે દ્રાઇવર મોબાઇલ મા વાત કરે માટે અને કંડકટર ની દાદાગિરિ અને ગેરવર્તન ના કારણે તેમની યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી થાય તેવી આશા..

Hi. I am a gsrtc passenger having monthly pass to travel from navsari to surat daily. Today on 6th August, 2022 at 9:20 am I have entered in the navsari central bus depo, a gsrtc bus valsad-dholka just leaving the depo. The bus was in the compound of bus stand and not running. I have waved my hand to bus driver to get into the bus and he was seeing me. But still he didn't stop and start leaving the depo. Bus was having not more than 20 passengers in it. My question is, what is the value of customers for gsrtc. GSRTC not interested to serve us? Or earning too much beyond expectations? Same incident happened few days before also with the same bus. Why drivers and conductors of the bus not showing interest to pick the customers when the bus is in not out of the bus stations? I need a quick prompt actions to be taken by the top management of gsrtc in this matter.

We are facing problem of mahudha vadodara surat bus (time 07am at nadiad) not stop at. Nadiad, maha gujarat hospital. Even in bus not more then 10 passenger, driver ignore the stop to bus. Also 2 to 3 time verbaly complain in nadiad and mahudha depo.
So please we request to you solve the above subjected problem parmenantly.

સવિનય સાથે જણાવાનું કે પોશીનાં થી સોનગઢ જતી બસ છેલ્લા 2 દિવસ થી પોશીનાં ડેપો ખાતે સાંજે ૬:૧૦ કલાકે ઉપડતી હતી જે આવતી નથી. અને તે બસ ઓનલાઇન જોઈ તો આવશે એવું બતાવે છે. તેમ છતાં ડેપો ખાતે આવતી નથી.અને આ બસ પોશીનાં થી અમદાવાદ સાઈડ જતાં ગવર્મેન્ટ કર્મચારીઓ ને અપ-ડાઉન કરવાનો પાસ હોવા થી આ બસ નો લાભ લઈ શકતા હતા. અને આ બસ ની રાહ જોઈને પછી પ્રાઈવેટ વાહન માં મુસાફરી કરવી પડે છે પાસ ઉપયોગ માં લઇ શકાતો નથી.અને મુસાફરો માટે આ બસ બહુ ઉપયોગી થતી હતી.
આ બસ આશરે ૪૫ દિવસ પહેલા જ બસ સેવા ચાલુ કરી હતી અને તેનો લાભ નાઈટ માં મુસાફરી કરતા મુસાફરો આ બસનો લાભ લઈ શકતા હતા.અનેં તે મુસાફરો પણ ડેપો ખાતે આવી ને રાહ જોઈને બસ નાં અવના કારણે પ્રાઈવેટ વાહનમાં જવું પડે છે તેવી હાલાકીનો સામનો કરવો પડે છે. જો આ બસ બંધ કરવા માં આવી હોય તો ફરી જૂના સમય ચાલુ કરવામાં આવે અને આગામી દિવસો માં તહેવારો આવે છે.તો આ બસ મુસાફરો માટે ઉપયોગી નીવડે તેમ છે. આપને સાહેબ એક ન્રમ અપીલ છે કે આ બસ સતવરે રાબેતા મુજબ ચાલુ થઈ જાય એવી અશા રાખી છીએ. અપ-ડાઉન કરતાં કર્મચારીઓની પરીસ્થિતિ ધ્યાનમાં લેશોજી.આપનો અભિગમ હકારાત્મતા હશે તેવી આશા રાખીએ છીએ.

હું રેનિશ પટેલ ગામ આંબળાશ (ગીર) અમારા ગામમાં કેશોદ ડેપો ની બસ આવે છે, કેશોદ-આંબળાશ એ બસ ૨-૩ દિવસ થયા નથી આવતી તો મેં કેશોદ ડેપો મા ફોન કરી ને પુછી કે બસ કેમ થી આવતી તો તે લોકો એવુ કે છે કે તાલાલા- આંબળાશ રસ્તા પર રોડ નું કામ ચાલુ છે, તો મેં તેમને વાત કરી કે બીજી બે બસ આવે છે આંબળાશ ગામમા એને કાંઈ વાધોં નથી આવતો તો એ લોકો નુ કેવુ એવુ છે કામ પુરુ થશે તો આવશે બાકી નહીં આવે એમ કહી ને ફોન કાપી નાખે છે, અને સરખો જવાબ નથી આપતા અને હું પેસીન્જર પાસ કઢાવી ને જવ છું તો મારા પાસ ના રૂપિયા ભરેલા છે તો એનુ તો નુકસાન થાય ને, મારી એટલી વિંનતી છે કે આ સમસ્યા નો હલ કરવામા તમે મદદ રુપ થશો અને મારી આ અરજી સ્વીકાર કરશો.

આ બસ GJ18Z4394 વડિયા થી જુનાગઢ જતી ત્યારે ખજુરી હડમતીયા ગમે 16/14 મિનિટ આસપાસ પસાર થઇ અમો હડમતીયા ગામ થી અઢી કિ. મી દૂર હડમતીયા ચોકડી એથી બસ મા બેઠા અને ભેસાણ ની ટીકીટ લીધી અને ભેસાણ આવતા બસ પરબ રોડ પર કંડકટર ના કોઈ જાણતું બસ મા હોય તેને રસ્તા મા જયાં ઉતરવું હતું ત્યાં ઉતારી દિધા અને અમારે આગળ ઉતરવું હોય અમે કંડકટર ને કહેતા અમોને કાયદા બતાવવા લાગ્યા
આવો પરીવાર વાદ કેમ
શું કંડકટર ના પીતા શ્રી ની એસ ટી બસ છે
એના પોતાના જાણીતા ઓને મનફાવે ત્યા ઉતારે અને સામાન્ય લોકો ને કાયદા બતાવે
અમે જયારે કંડકટર સાહેબ ને કિધુ તમારી ફરિયાદ બુક મા અમારી ફરીયાદ નોંધોં
તો કંડકટર ઉશ્કેરાઇ ગયા અને અમારી સાથે ગેરવર્તાવ કરવા લાગ્યા અમોને કહ્યું તમારી ફરિયાદ થી અમારો કાઈ ના ઊખડે
તો સાહેબ આ કેટલું વ્યાજબી કહેવાય

નમસ્તે 🙏 અમે ૪-૫ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ છીએ જે ધંધુકા થી અમદાવાદ રોજ આવનજાવન કરીએ છીએ અમે કૉલેજ ના સ્ટુડન્ટ્સ છીએ.સવારે જે મહુવા થી ગાંધીનગર ની બસ છે જે ની સમય ૦૪:૪૫ નો છે સવારે એ બસ ૫:૪૫ જેવા ટાઈમ પર ધંધુકા આવે છે એટલે કે ૧ કલ્લાક જેટલી મોડી આવે છે અને એના કારણે અમારે અમદાવાદ પોચવામાં મોડું થાય છે રોજ અને અમે ટાઈમ પર ઘરે થી નીકળ્યા હોવા છતાં બસ રોજ મોડી આવવાના કારણે કૉલેજ મોડા પોચીયા છીએ અને અમારો ૧ ક્લાસ જે નો સમય ૦૭:૩૦ છે અને બસ અમદાવાદ મોડી પોચવાના કારણે અમારે ટાઈમ પર ઘરે થી નીકળ્યા હોવા છતાં રોજ કૉલેજ પોચવામા મોડું થઈ છે અને આ ફરિયાદ. અમારી ૨, . જી ફરિયાદ છે છતાં અમારી કોઈ ફરિયાદ ને સાંભળવામાં આવતી નથી તો મહેરબાની કરી અન સામે પગલાં લેવા વિનંતી, 🙏

વિષય:- વડોદરા થી ઈડર આવતી ગાડી ના ઊભી રાખવા બાબત ્્્્
સવિનય જણાવવાનું કે હું જયકુમાર આશરે આ સમયે નરોડા પાટિયા બસ પિંક આપ સ્ટેન્ડ પર ઊભા હતા તે અરસામાં વડોદરાથી ઈડર બસ નં ૩૯૯૮ આવતી હતી હું તથા ઘણા બધા મુસાફરો ઊભા હતા પણ હાથ લંબાવીને રિકવેસટ કરી પરંતુ ડ્રાઈવરે કંઈ ધ્યાન રોદેલ નહીં ને મનસ્વી પણે ગાડી દોડાવી મુકેલ હતી હું મારા નજીકના મિત્ર સદર વાહન માં મુસાફરી કરી રહેલા હતાં તેઓને ફોન કરીને કહ્યું હતું તેઓએ કહ્યું કે કંડકટરે પાટીયા ઘંટડી મારી બસ ઊભી રખાવવા ના પ્રયત્નો કર્યા પરંતુ ડ્રાઈવરે મનસ્વી પણે ઊભી રાખેલ નથી તો આપ સાહેબશ્રી ને વિનંતી કે ઘટતું કરવા વિનંતી ત્યાર બાદ અડધો કલાક બાદ બીજી બસ મલી હતી

I am travelling from Rajkot to surendranagar by Bus No.GJ 18 G 1560 Satadhar to harij(harij depo-divusion Mehsana) . The stop of bus at Raj Rajeshwar hotel where not found pure water and and not lady and boys toilet in proper cleaness.Hotel was very in dirty condition and also heavy rainy water in parking of hotel so senior sitizen feel vary trouble.Changr the hotel stop and decided most sincere and clean hotel where public were get affordable services.Kindly take necessary action in public favour

I have booked two tickets on 8 July 2022 and cancelled on 9th July 2022 with OB reference number is GS22137570 and PNR Numbers are G54683138, and G54683139. Till date refund is not done in my account, I have so many time complaint by raised E-mail tickets. But I received only the answer that you will get refund within 7 to 21 days in your bank account. I also ask that give me refund transaction ID. But I didn't get any response from GSRTC. Customer care number not responding. Please check and give me responsible answer .

I'm getting third class service
Right now I'm traveling in AHMD-KHM route,
I have paid for gurjarnagri express
& I'm getting a local bus
I'm supposed to reach at my destination 1 hour ago.
But it's still 2 hours to go
THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE

The Bus
Jogwad Kakariya which travels from Navsari to boarding whose timing to reach the station is 7:00 pm but always arriving late at 7:30 pm.

We complaint about it a lot at the valsad dc and Navsari depot manager but still the problem persists.

So this is our humble request to manage the bus on time at the station cause this is really affecting students and workers to reach their destination on time.

Ghadoi Buhari
From Navsari to Satem Ghadoi Buhari has been shutdown for unknown reasons and due to that students are having difficulty to travel.

So this is my request to resume the services for the following bus. We do not have other options than this only bus. We would be so glad to have services of this following bus.

Main per month me 20 days bus me journey karta hun. Har baar bus ka halt wahi hota hai jaha rate MRP se jyada lete hai aur pakka bill mango to bolre hai 15/20 rs me koi bill nahi hota.
Jab tender accept hota hai tab sarkar taraf se koi rate check nahi karta koi inquiry nahi hoti aisehi apprrow hota hai tender??
Aaj ki hi baat hai. Radhanpur highway pr rajsthani lodge hai jaha chai 1 cup ka 15rs lete hai. Pure India me 7rs hai bus jaha halt karti h vaha 10rs lete h aaj to had hi ho gy. Aur bhajiya jesi khane pine ki items mai 300 k jagah 500 rs lete hai..
Main Rapar se Ahmedabad ja raha hun vadodra vali bus main thik sarkar se nivedan hai ki jo system hai use change karvai jaaye

I had booked 3 ticktes in GSRTC bus and paid full payment but the amount got deducted from my account and I didn't received PNR number. Although I have Order ID/Ref no. Now I want my refund as I don't have money to go home but GSRTC is not giving proper answer.
