me bus me beth ne gaya andar se darawaja lock tha.meine conductor se darwaja kholne ko bola usne mujhe mana kar liya mene pucha kyu wo bole mujhe memo milta hai overload ki wajah se mene kaha meri wajah se me 1 single passenger hu to memo nahi aayega.mera weight bhi kam hai load ni hoga.mene kaha khade khade sote hue jaunga.usne lock khola me bus me chad gaya darwaje pe khada gua tha tab vo bole hum ekto ap logo ki seva kar rahe hai.mene kaha seva kaha se apko salary milti hai aur me paise de dara hu ticket ke.usne bus rok di depo me hi mene kaha dc sir se baat karlo bus aage nahi jayegi aur memo mil rahe hai.wo mere pe gussa ho gaya bole laga jisko bhi phn karna ho.dc sir me phn receive ni kiya .3 baar kiye.passenger chillane lage meri wajah se bus q rok di.usne saaf saaf mana kar liya driver ko ki bus aage nahi jayegi.thodi der baad jab gussa utara tab aage le gae bus.kya ese hi unke gusse semanmani se sab chalega??.

I am travelling in bus number ( GJ 18-Z-2076 ) which was arrived in Rajkot bus port at 9:30 pm on[protected]. i wanted to complain about very improper and rude behaviour of BUS CONDUCTOR. when asked a simple thing he answering very misbehaved manner. also the bus was very much dirty from inside and on telling the conductor about it he said if you want to travel in this bus then it will be this much dirty and if you want cleanliness you can go and take other transportation. and also the upper berth was very much bend than usual so we are not able to sit properly. so i request GSRTC to file my complain and take appropriate action.

Today i had travelled in Rajkot to Ahmedabad, departure timing was 4 pm from Rajkot while bus number GJ18Z7757, MY sear number was 20 (advance booking),
Hualt was at hotel Raviraj near syla, this hotel's rates r too high, like thums up 200 ml MRP rate is RS 20, bt they r charging RS 30, same in icecream n other items, i asked them y u r taking high rates, than reply was it's a routine, like " ले ना हो तो लो, वरना चलते बनो " n we also have to serve gsrtc people on free of cost basis,
I requested to please stop ur hualts on these types hotels,
Wt u r wishing for ur customers, u likes that someone cheats ur customers n it clearly seems that ur people or u people likes that someone cheats ur customers n harrase them .

Dear sir, I was travelling from jodhpur to amabaji in gsrtc bus, which departure from jodhpur at 6 am in morning. on the way to himmatnagar when bus stoped at sirohi bus stand, I went to a shop to get something to eat. when I came back the bus had already left. I had my bag in the bus. there was valuable things in the bag. please help me to gety bag.

Sarkhej to Mansa bus is running from last 15 years regularly. But last 7 days bus cancelled. we called to our depot Manager (Mansa). He said he has not driver and conductor for this bus. we called multiple times but we can't get any resolution from his.

We are 40- 45 regular passengers of Mansa.

Sir.. we are requesting..

Please resolve as early as possible.

Mera name parimal hai mene gadhada se ahmedabad ki ticket li, me bus me chadha to meri seat pe kisi aaur ko bitha diya aaur usne mere saath rudely baat ki, mene bola ki meri seat reservation karai hui hai to usne bola me kya karu. Aaur Tumhari seat gai. Me khade khade 5 ghante aaya. Ticket checker ka name Kaushik bhatt hai. Use kadi se kadi saja mil ni chahiae.

Hello sir I am Meet. I have booked 2 sleeper sheet tickets on gsrtc online website on 24th December 2021 and the date of journey is 4th February 2022. But for some reason bus was cancelled by gsrtc corporation and till date the refund of that ticket i didn't receive. I Complaint many time for refund but they didn't resolve my issue. So i want my refund as soon as possible and i wish to that gsrtc will punish for not cooperating with customer and not refund the cancellation rupees till 7 and more months.

Sir/Madam,
We have booked 4 tickets in GSRTC AC VOLVO Bus number GJ-18-BT-0049 for the journey started on 12 july 2022 at 5 PM. The journey had to complete on 10 PM on the same day. 3 tickets are from ahemdabad to surat (PNR G[protected] Rs 1573 and one ticket is from vadodara to surat (PNR G[protected] Rs 301. We had to take a train from surat to mumbai central (SAURASHTRA MAIL PNR [protected]) on 13 July 2022 at 12.08 AM midnight and we missed this train because the bus was not reached on time and late by more than 2.5 hours. It would be good if you please provide us the full refund amount as we have suffered huge loss of both bus tickets and train tickets.

Bhavnagar to suigam bus અવાર નવાર બસ બંધ થઈ જાય છે પેસેન્જર ને તફલીક પડે છે

ધારી ફતેપુરા બસ આજ રોજ તેના નિર્ધારિત સમય 16:35 કરતાં 17:40 સુધી સાળંગપુર ખાતે આવેલ નથી તો શું કારણ છે મોડા પડવાનું ? અને નિયમિત રીતે આવું બને છે ?

Bus number Gj-18-Z-4484 Time:-02:50 p.m., the name of the bus conductor is Jignesh McWan ..the conductor of this bus told to my relative girl in a very rudely and dirty way and told that she don't sit again in the bus, so I want the answer that the bus was conducter own or the government's ?? And have you given him information on how to talk to a girl ??

Today i am complaint against misbehave from conducter in bus . Today I am travelling 11/07/2022 from Surat depo to songardh. From Surat at morning 9.45 am there is bus. Surat to nashik (GJ-18-Z-6445) I ask her is this bus going to songardh or not. I ask 4 to 5 time. But he not response me. And shouting in bus loudly it's not my work to tell anyone where this bus goes
He misbehave with other passenger including ladies passenger in bus. And treat like as a rudely with me. Told me that this bus goes everywhere. I am not authorised to tell u where this bus goes.
So I kendily humble request to gsrtc
And authorised officer to take against this type of people who misbehave with common people.

From the BAYAD TO LUNAWADA there is much fair amount is taken
GSRTC has taken 85 rupees in online. But actually fair is 54 rupees.
So i was request to please reduce amount here GSRTC has taken too much fair amount than actual requirement.

The bus was suppose to arrive at fort Songadh bus stand at 02:57 AM. It is now 03:33 Am still it has not arrived and gsrtc digital display was showing bus last location before.but now it is not showing about it.this means they crossed Songadh directly without coming on Songadh Bus stand

ગામ ગુંજાળા તાલુકો વિસનગર જે મહેસાણા થી 8 કી.મી દૂર આવેલું છે ગામમાંથી મોટી સંખ્યામાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અભ્યાસ માટે મહેસાણા જાય છે જેમને બપોરે ઘરે આવવા માં તકલીફ પડે છે વિદ્યાર્થીઓની આ તકલીફને ધ્યાને લઇ બપોરે 3:45 કલાકે મહેસાણા જુના ડેપો માંથી ગુંજાળા ગામની બસ મુકવા વિનંતી. આશરે 35 વિદ્યાર્થીઓ આ સમયે ઘરે આવવા માટે બસની સુવિધાથી વંચિત છે વિદ્યાર્થીઓના હિતમાં નિર્ણય લેવા વિનંતી

Gsrtc bus rout :-NAVSARI TO WAGHAI.(GJ 18-Z-1045)..The bus is small as per passanger, literally passanger are standing in middle of bus from many kilometers, bus building quality is very poor and bus is old..this why RAIN WATER COMES INSIDE BUS.. that's why passanger facing problems..gsrtc need to take action and improve the quality of service...I AM NOT STATIFIED..with this type of poor service...I request sir.. please take the action & provide the good facility..

I have two small boxes of dates (5 Kg each) & one carry bag non more than 2-3 kg weight. Conductor charge me extra Rs. 22/- for carrying boxes with me. It is with me on seat. I also show him that government increase capacity of luggage from 15 KG to 25 KG per passenger....

Ahmedabad to Morbi bus has not arrived even after waiting of more than 3 hours
