In Bhavnagar City Bus stand. Parking charged at 10RS for 12 hours but they were not providing any receipts.

જે વિડિયો અપલોડ કર્યો છે. તેમા વોલ્વો ની બીજી બસ નો ડ્રાઇવર એ આમારી કાર ને ટકર મારવાની કોશિશ કરી અને આમને લોકો ને ઓવરટેક પણ કરવા દેતો નથી.
તો તેની વિરુદ્ધ કાયદેસર ની કાર્યવાહી કરવા નમ્રતાપૂર્વક વિનંતી છે.

I m trying to cancel my ticket before bus (30 min)departure but ticket cancellation not valid show online and GSRTC help line number. After call help line number, by the gentleman inform that cancellation only available before 2 hour of departure time. But as cancellation rull i read it's only show IN GSRTC web site before departure (time not mentioned) so request you please refund my money.

I am travelling from Vadodara to Ahmedabad at 1:00 am and took GSRTC bus from railway station. I am travelling with my husband and have 2baggages. We inquired the conductor for bus and he didn't even replied and as I took the bus he drove the bus and my husband with luggage was left behind. When I asked him to stop the bus he behaved so rudely and denied of giving the tickets and asked to get down. But I managed to stop it and my husband was able to catch it running through the traffic. Also 3other passengers boarded it. Still he was rude and shouting with bad behavior. Vadodara to Ahmedabad is quite long distance and at 1am some buses are available. This behaviour is not appropriate and action must be taken immediately.

I have boarded the bus from Makarpura Bus stand to Nehrunagar a multiple times now. It always arrives 15-40 minutes late. I had to stand for about an hour waiting for bus. This is not the service we expect paying so much money. Please update the timings of the arrivals accordingly ASAP. The bus journey starts from Surat to Ahmedabad. Please fix this.

Prangadh route ni bus je chalu hati te thoda samay thi rad kari se. Hal prangadh thi surendranagar java praivet vahan ma dabal bhadu chukavi javu pade se.atyare college, praivet school, iti vagere chalu se . Mate prangadh route ni bus chalu karva vinnti.

I P.V.Parthiv booked volvo gsrtc bus from Ankleshwar gidc to vadodara central bus stand on 9 of july 22.The bus timings was 12:30 from Ankleshwar.However my booking was failed but the amount was debited from my account.

I booked 4 seats in that bus.its been more than a week and no refund has been processed till now.

I am attaching the screenshot of the failed booking.

My reference number is GS21413248.
Amount fare is Rs 677.

Please help me with this.

Hello sir I have travel from rajkot to amreli.
And call to enquiry office but no person reply properly and disconnect the call then and also they don't know which bus is comming or late/stopped l. Really I m facing poorly experience in rajkot st bus stand. Train proper staff person

હું પાલનપુરનો છું .અને મેં gsrtc એપ દ્વારા ઓનલાઈન બે સીટ બુક કરાવી છે. 18.06.2022 તારીક અને 3:45 નો સમય હાતો બસ નામ (પાવાગઢ-થરાદ)પણ બસ પાલનપુર બસ પોર્ટ થી 3:35 એ નિકાડી ગઈ, જેના થી મારી ટિકિટ બગાડ ગઈ, મારા પૈસા આને મારે સફર પણ.મહેરબાની કરીને ડ્રાઈવર અને કંડક્ટર નોધ લેવી આને મારા પૈસા પણ મને મોકલી અપવા.

I have inquired about bus time on phone, they are not answering properly,
For a single bus time i have called them 2 time but i didn't get any proper answer about bus timing.
I have called on[protected] which is officially number of GSRTC amreli (365601) bus station.
I think this is not fair, they r not doing their job properly,
So I am complaint about it.

I hope someone would look in to this matter. Because many people are facing this but only very few are doing complain.

I had book tickets but was not able to book and money got debited. I called many times gsrtc customer care to refund the amount. It is now been months the money is not refunded still. What a fraud company. Tha amount was of 1707 and transaction happened on 19 th may .

I'm going to surendranagar to Viramgam bus time is 2:15 but now 3:00 and bus is not come at time and staff behaviour is also irritating they are not accepting complaint also so please take action against this

I paid for pamol to Mehsana ticket and my job time was a 10.30 and and 9 clock i set on bus and i am still in bus coz bus is really in bad conditions i need my refused and also take action against depo manager bus name vijapur to Mehsana bus number Z-1644

More people office work but let time bus aarived and let go to office plz 9 Am going to vansda to navsari

Team, I have booked a ticket for my family from Ahmedabad to Dhrangdhara. Passengers arrived on time. GSRTC gave intimation text with vehicle no and conductor contract no but given information is wrong or other vehicle information, the conductor did not pick the call as after time and given information was working hence bus was gone.
I have claimed for that and raised a ticket but no revert from GSRTC, no consumer center help regard, also no replay mail from GSRTC department but no one given answer.

after a week ticket was removed by GSRTC without a solution.

kindly help with this problem.

મારુ નામ પ્રફુલ પ્રજાપતિ છે હું ખેરવા થી અમદાવાદ જોબ કરું છુ મારી સાથે મારા આજુ બાજુ ના મેહસાણા, લાખવડ, રામપુરા કડવાસણ, ખેરવા, પુનાસન જગુદણ, મુલસણ, મેઉ, આનંદપુરા એમ કરી ઘણા બધા પાસ હોલ્ડર રોજ અપડાઉન કરે છે.
અમારે સાંજે જવા માટે કૃષ્ણગર-મેહસાણા બસ 5.30 કૃષ્ણનગર થી ઉપડતી હતી.

જે બસ નો રુટ લંબાવ્યો હોવાથી સાંજે 6:20 વાગે કૃષ્ણનગર ડેપો મા આવે છે.
અને અમને બધાને ખેરવા પહોંચતા 9 થી 9.30 વાગી જાય છે.

આથી દરેક મુસાફર ને દોઢ બે કલાક રોજ નું લેટ થાય છે.
આ અંગે અમોએ બેચરાજી ડેપો તથા મહેસાણા ડીવીઝન માં પણ ટેલિફોનિક જાણ કરી આ અંગે કમ્પ્લેઇન કરેલ છે.
તો આ બસ ફરી 5.30 વાગે કૃષ્ણનગર થી જુના ટાઈમ મુજબ ઉપડે એ રીતે ફરી બસનો સમય કરી આપવા બે હાથ જોડી વિનંતી.

અમારી અરજી ને ધ્યાને લયી જલ્દી થી નિરાકરણ લાવી અમારી મુશ્કેલી ને હલ કરશો જી.

I frequently faced a issue of timing
e.g As per Your official website arrival time is schedule 4:00 Pm but
Till 5:30 PM I can't catch up Bus
From Shihori To Radhanpur ( Sidhpur to Bhuj Bus)
This bus timing is so irregular
sometimes I got it 4:22 PM
Sometimes 4:45 PM
Today it has come Shihori 6:05Pm
It is very serious negligence which should be resolved at your side

Dear Sir,

I am CA Siddhi Shah. Before Covid, there were 4 Metrolink available on our route and After Covid we are having only 2.I am writing this to bring to your kind notice that the buses plying on Rajpipla to Kirti(Vadodara) are insufficient. The Office-goers, students and other workers have to wait for half an hour to get a bus from Kirti.

The other issue is we are not getting the busses in evening. Generally, the office timings are from 9:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M. After offiice we, around 50 people, require 10-15 minutes to reach kirti. We have 2 busses during that time, metrolink and intercity. Metrolink is scheduled at 6:00 P.M. so we all are not able to catch it. And the one is intercity at 6:30 P.M from depot which is the most irregular bus. Sometimes it doesn't arrive and is always around 45 minutes late. Being a female, I feel so unsecure standing there for buses. We all are suffering a lot due to this.So I request you to please keep a metrolink at 6:30 P.M from kirti.

I, therefore, request you to introduce some more buses on this route. Hope that you will get our isses addressed soon. Also attaching some proof for your reference.
