I have a bus pass from bharuch to baroda.
Pass was issued from bharuch. The validity of the pass is over. Now I want to renew it online. But ihowever in P.M. Modi's digital India it is not done. I leave the bharuch at 07:00 a.m. and return at 09:00 p.m. . The timing of gsrtc bus pass renewal office is 10:00 a.m. to 03:00 a.m. . How can I renew it?. Pls. Solve my problem immediately......

Due to which our daily pass holders get in trouble. The pass is issued keeping in view the bus time. What is the point of getting a pass if the bus is picked up early?

It's a complaint or request for panigate depo vadodara.
Please make a regular bus for panigate to rajpipla.
A bus in morning at 6:50 is not so regular also it not come at evening. Please sir make it regular ... Thanks...

All the bus(vishnagar, dhandhuka, dahod) which passing through Surat are departure by the same time in morning and after that no buses are available till 7:35. Requesting you to keep the departure time of bus wait by 10 minutes gap....

In the bus from amreli to bhavnagar MTS scheduled at 7 am ON 31/5/2022 and ticket no. Is 090097 the bus driver is put his things on 5 seats to reserve it for their loved ones and not allow to seat another passenger on it even after there is no reservation thus he is not following his duty and doing partially with others that's why there should be strict action against him. Thank you.

I have one complain about this bus trip. I am coming in this bus atleast once in a month and have observed below things.
While driving the driver is continuing talking in mobile phones and also sometimes doing chatting. Driving is too much rough. He is taking turns very roughly. His driving is very Dengerous as is may cause harm to passengers. Passengers are not reaching...

Very rude conductor and bus driver . I was traveling to morbi with my family and the conductor was very rude, mean and swearing in bad words . He kept on raising his voice despite customers telling him to calm down. He never helped elderly and was physically pushing everyone . I will never ride this bus again. Please do something or I will complaint above. There was no sense of customer service skills in this conductor . Disgusting

I was traveling to morbi with my family and the conductor was very rude . He was swearing in bad words and was yelling at everyone. I will never use this transportation again. I will tell everyone of the horrible service.

How can conductor refuse to the passengers who don't have online ticket in the case if bus is fully online reserved. If passengers are ready to travel without seat but standing. Why conductor not allow the passengers to come inside sleeper bus if bus is fully online reserved? Is it right as per GSRTC law that if all seats get reserved online than no other passengers should come inside? This thing happened with me many times and many conductor...

Bus is not hendal, seet not issy, upper bording greeling is good length, seet covered not Dunlop, windows glass 8s breced and criing, lighting not working, chargers is not working, and stopeg is not a toilet avlebal at stopped side..no woter avlebalety, not a doctor kit, not a tv, not a fm ..vary good income is tikit and not a good service to be gsrtc bus.....

Sir, Today on dtd 28.05.22/21.50 hrs, Sundhamataji-Rajkot bus, Sheet no-1, 2 booked from Mehsana to Rajkot wide PNR no-G52831369, we reached Mehsana bus port at 21.00hrs, but bus not come to bus station platform up to 22.45 hrs, but gone by pass direct highway at 22.45 hrs. we were awaiting in Platform, but we see bus on highway & my son Dhruval mevada run fast and come out from bus station to main modhera highway and, still bus was running...

Dear sir madam m traveling...Surat to Ahmedabad...the man who on Rockit counter...he gave me ticket to Ahmedabad but I want to go paldi Ahmedabad..but didn't tell me the chargiess of different stations. I ask him and he said U tell coundecter he will drop that place..but in bus coundecter say I can't i[censored] want to go that Ur station U have to paid extra other wise I will send U to the police station..is this the way to behave with pessanger..so...

Hii I am from Nakhatrana, Kutch. I am a student. I go tuition daily through bus
with passengers pass. Today[protected] I was going to renew the pass but the officer on the duty at bus depot of Nakhatrana said that sir or depot head was gone out for tea. I and my friend waiting from and half and hour.
After that same the same officer renewed my pass. I was shocked. Like waiting from half hour for the head and that officer renewed....

A male was allowed seat number 25 which was a double sharing seat with me,
Where as the rule is you are not suppose to allot a couple seat to a male when it is booked for a female

Bhavnagar gadhda The time does not come every day. If no solution is found, the above complaint will be lodged...

At bus stop point, Driver is not stopping the bus, so I request you to do the whatever need to solve this issue....

Dear Sir,

Vadodara - Lunawada ( Division Godhra / Root no.28) bus time is Vadodara to Lunawada on 7:35 AM but public needs g corporate sector & students bus timing is 7:20 AM so very comfortable.
So please need full timing adjusting .
Kindly suggest the Godhra division ....
