मालिया मियाना बस का स्टॉप होने पर भी राजकोट गोंडल भुज बस के ड्राइवर को रुकने के लिए कहा फिर भी मुजे नजरअंदाज किया और बस रोकी नही मुजे अंजार समय पर न पहुँच ने पर अधिक समस्या का सामना करना पड़ा, ड्राइवर कन्डक्टर के इस अनुचित व्यवहार के विषय मे आप उचित कार्यवाही करें।

The bus driver driving very roughly on National Highway Between Ankleshwar to surat. We were near miss the accident and after he abusing very badly even he dont want to listen anything and continually abusing us.

Here I'm sending this to respected MD, GM (Operations), chief traffic manager and other related officers along with P.A. Of MD and EDV.

I Yash Joshi, travelling from Ambaji to Gondal facing an issue due to the problem in the route of the Bus I'm going into.
I'm going in the bus Ambaji - Mangrol (also attached its photo here) and it passes the Gondal bypass stop but this bus doesn't have allotted the Gondal bypass stop. And it's not a big deal for driver to stop at this place as it comes in the way and driver just have to break for 2 minutes.

The bus doesn't have to come into the city even it doesn't have to change its route because the Gondal Bypass stop comes on the road.

Now as a person who is travelling with his mother and few luggage it's such a task to get down at Rajkot bus stop and change the bus a long with his mother and luggage. It's a big deal specially when the bus passes from his destination town Bypass.

What's the whole point of saving two minutes and giving much and unnecessary trouble to the long route passenger? I don't understand.

And there is the stop of Shapar Highway and Shapar is just 17km far from Rajkot and Gondal is 40 km far. And Gondal has more than double the population than Shapar. So even if you logically then there is more need to give Gondal a stop. And they have given Shapar Highway a stop in this bus's route and not to Gondal Highway. Which seems illogical to me.

Hope any of you look into this matter and will try to solve it for the sake of the GSRTC's passengers.

My bus no.GJ18Z7401 Trip code 1300SHRDBVNEX51 shirdi to Bhavnagar's official departure time from Surat was 21:45 now it is almost 23:00 still no information was provided for the reason for being late no information is updated on the website or the gsrtc app. By taking to some other people who travel frequently it has come to my knowledge that this is not the first time. Please take appropriate legal and departmental action against those responsible and notify me to the earliest.
If no action is taken on this complaint I will be forced to take severe action like informing the media and top officials like secretary of road transport and others.

Mu name is paresh mer i am from kodinar.
Recently I travelled kodinar to mangrol..and we reach chorvad bus station. I felt thirsty so I was looking for water tap .But there is no drinking water for tourist.
But at bus station i found a stall. And I have to purchase water bottle..
So I would like to take your attention to there is no (government) water tap at chorwad bus station .
Kindly please pay your attention on that.

અમદાવાદથી ગાંધીનગર સુધીની પોઈન્ટની બસમાં અગાઉ બસના પાસમાં જે-તે સ્ટોપ પરથી ઉપડતી કે પસાર થતી અલગ અલગ રૂટની બસોના રૂટની વિગતો બસના પાસમાં છપાયેલ આવતી હતી જે હાલની નવી સીસ્ટમમાં નીકળી ગઈ છે અને પોઈન્ટની બસ માટેના પાસ માટે કોઈ એક જ રૂટ છપાઈને આવે છે જે કારણે કોઈ એક સ્ટેન્ડના પેસેંજરને પોતાના પાસમાં છપાયેલ રૂટ સિવાયની બસ કે જે એજ સ્ટેન્ડ પરથી પસાર થતી હોય તેમાં "આ પાસ નહી ચાલે, તમે ખોટા રૂટ/ ખોટો પાસ છે" એ પ્રકારે કન્ડક્ટર દ્વારા દરરોજ પેસેંજર સાથે માથાકૂટ કરવામાં આવે છે અને ઘણીવાર આવૂ કરીને કન્ડકર મહિલાઓ સાથે ઉંચા અવાજમાં વાત કરીને સારા ટોનમાં વાત કરતા નથી.આ પ્રશ્ન છેલ્લા થોડા સમયથી ઉભો થયો એમ જણાય છે જે અગાઉ સિસ્ટમમા એક થી વધુ રૂટ પરંતું એક સ્ટેન્ડ માટે પાસમાં છપાયને આવતું હતુ. અલગ અલગ રૂટ છપાયેલ હોવાથી કોઈ એક પર્ટીક્યુલર રૂટની બસ કોઈ કારણોસર ના આવવાથી અમો બીજા રૂટની બસમાં એડજસ્ટ કરી શકતા હતા. જે હવે આ પ્રકારે પાસમાં રૂટ લખેલ હશે તો જ ચાલશે પ્રકારના આગ્રહથી હાલકી ભોગવવી પડે છે.
આથી આ મામલે તમામ બસોના સ્ટાફને બસના પાસ બાબતે આ પ્રકારનો જે પ્ર્શ્ન ઉપસ્થિત થાય છે તે ન થાય એ સારૂ જરૂરી સૂચના/સ્પષ્ટતા આપવા અથવા તો પાસની ઓનલાઈન જે કંઈ પણ સીસ્ટમ હાલ કાર્યરત છે તેમાં અગાઉ જે રીતે એક થી વધુ રૂટ છપાવી શકાતા હતા તે ફરીથી થઈ શકે તે માટે કાર્યવાહી કરવા અથવા અન્ય બસમાં એડજસ્ટ કરવાનું થાય તેવા કેસમાં બસના રૂટ બાબતે આગ્રહ રાખવાનો રહેતો નથી એ મુજબની નિયમનુસાર સૂચના આપવા વિનંતી છે.

Bus has a name as gandhinagar-polytechnic did not stop by bus driver at kamalam bus stop at 9:05AM Date: 08 June 2022 despite being signaled. when It has bus stop there at Kamalam then why most of bus does not stop by bus driver at there(Kamalam Bus Stop)

I have been travelling in (rajkot -kalavad) bus since a year ..but recently, we are facing issue o[censored]nhygienity..our health are at stake ! We even told the management of bhavnagar GSRTC but they aren't giving positive response !

The bus was stopped at Bhavnagar at Palitana for 9 hours, but the bus was closed for about 15 days Due to which the commuters who come every day have to suffer a very annoying speed
Because the bus from Bhavnagar to Palitana is available directly after 8.15 pm to 10.30 pm

There is a mismatch if timings of more than one month in GSRTC application and by actually asking at depo at inquiry office. And rather than this, buses are already running late by an hour. So, for booked tickets actual waiting period for a person for online booked ticket is more than 02 hrs. I have experiences this 2 times recently and it is happening with anyone.

It is highly required to look into this error to correct it at the extent possible to make GSRTC an ideal model and for people trust.

Myself Amit N Kanzariya, I am handicapped and as and when I need to travel through GSRTC, I have faced problem for online booking which is not supporting especial for AC Volvo Bus. Also, no repsonce on Toll Free No[protected]. On other hand our Honorable PM Modi sir is extending helps to handicaps (Divyanga). So go through my complaint and revert back me.

I am regular passenger updown Nashik to chikhli on weekly basis. We are passengers from punchvati suffering in communication due to gsrtc bus driver and conductor not performing their duty to take their bus to regular stop. There are many drivers and conductors are doing this but when you have to face this situation twice in week. It’s like they are mentally torturing us. Today 05/06/2022 bus name Shirdi Palanpur didn’t stoped at panchvati due to this we had to face some problems. We need a strict action against them who are doing this. Even after complaining their concerns depot no one is listening to us and telling us come there to register complaints. This what passengers has to do?? And why the driver didn't stoped the bus at panchvati.
Please do the action as soon as possible because it is a loss to GSRTC.
