I was traveling to morbi with my family and the conductor was very rude . He was swearing in bad words and was yelling at everyone. I will never use this transportation again. I will tell everyone of the horrible service.

How can conductor refuse to the passengers who don't have online ticket in the case if bus is fully online reserved. If passengers are ready to travel without seat but standing. Why conductor not allow the passengers to come inside sleeper bus if bus is fully online reserved? Is it right as per GSRTC law that if all seats get reserved online than no other passengers should come inside? This thing happened with me many times and many conductor refused to come inside the bus when bus fully reserved online.

Bus is not hendal, seet not issy, upper bording greeling is good length, seet covered not Dunlop, windows glass 8s breced and criing, lighting not working, chargers is not working, and stopeg is not a toilet avlebal at stopped side..no woter avlebalety, not a doctor kit, not a tv, not a fm ..vary good income is tikit and not a good service to be gsrtc bus..

Sir, Today on dtd 28.05.22/21.50 hrs, Sundhamataji-Rajkot bus, Sheet no-1, 2 booked from Mehsana to Rajkot wide PNR no-G52831369, we reached Mehsana bus port at 21.00hrs, but bus not come to bus station platform up to 22.45 hrs, but gone by pass direct highway at 22.45 hrs. we were awaiting in Platform, but we see bus on highway & my son Dhruval mevada run fast and come out from bus station to main modhera highway and, still bus was running away to t/w Ahmedabad, Dhruval was loudly spoken to stop, stop, stop..bus immediately stopped on the spot highway, after we all come out from station & asked to conductor why bus not come in Platform-? they asked that, we never come in bus station-? by Localy persion i had been confirmed that, bus always come in Platform.

sir what type of system is this -?

if we did not run fast, we must left bus and it was must possibility to failed my son reservation.

please clarify, and make action again those who are defaulter-? said complain I forwarded to hight authority for justice and reply imidiatly.

Dear sir madam m traveling...Surat to Ahmedabad...the man who on Rockit counter...he gave me ticket to Ahmedabad but I want to go paldi Ahmedabad..but didn't tell me the chargiess of different stations. I ask him and he said U tell coundecter he will drop that place..but in bus coundecter say I can't i[censored] want to go that Ur station U have to paid extra other wise I will send U to the police station..is this the way to behave with pessanger..so plz request kindly take action against both of man...

Hii I am from Nakhatrana, Kutch. I am a student. I go tuition daily through bus
with passengers pass. Today[protected] I was going to renew the pass but the officer on the duty at bus depot of Nakhatrana said that sir or depot head was gone out for tea. I and my friend waiting from and half and hour.
After that same the same officer renewed my pass. I was shocked. Like waiting from half hour for the head and that officer renewed. What timepass was that? I have been late for tuition. When I asked that officer about why you were doing timepass. The officer scolded me. This was very suspicious.
Like I was scolded for asking the irresponsible officer for wasting my time. What the hell is this?

This is my journey details
A male was allowed seat number 25 which was a double sharing seat with me,
Where as the rule is you are not suppose to allot a couple seat to a male when it is booked for a female

At bus stop point, Driver is not stopping the bus, so I request you to do the whatever need to solve this issue.

Dear Sir,

Vadodara - Lunawada ( Division Godhra / Root no.28) bus time is Vadodara to Lunawada on 7:35 AM but public needs g corporate sector & students bus timing is 7:20 AM so very comfortable.
So please need full timing adjusting .
Kindly suggest the Godhra division .

Tried booking from adipur to ahmedabad, 3 times the money got deducted but no ticket was created. Please help me out in getting refund of the same.

I have booked Khambhat to Surat GSRTC BUS Two Ticket then I have Lagage on 30 kg. But Conductor has extra Money to pay on My Lagage.
So please solve my problems.

The hotel owner's was very bed and misbehaving with gsrtc customers and food quality was very bed and chip...
So i kindly humble request to that the pass or tender of this hotel cancled with immediate effect...
When gsrtc customers eat that food and gone to the hospital who was responsible for that????

my seat no was no.

seat recliner not working and found damage also.
cause my seat not proper movement and due to this my back getting pain .
its created difficulty in whole journey.
gsrtc need to be improved this type of basic facilities.
bus was too much late almost 50 minutes late from actual timings at my pick up point.
driver and his driving not up to the mark.

Bus leave the stand without taking me although I reached at exact time at stand and also the bus conductor did not informed me via call that I had not got the bus so that I could get the bus within nearby station,
I did not got the trip details(including bus info)message,
And finally that reserved ticket costs me Rs.448 without journey.
I want refund of that 448 rs.

I used to travel from Ahmedabad to Patan0p. Adalaj is the main centre for North Gujarat. So I used to take bus from Adalaj so I have taken the passenger pass from Adalaj. But the Buses like Ahmedabad-Radhanpur, krushnanagar-Bhabhar, Ranip-Patan, Sanand-Unjha doesn't stop their buses at Adalaj and used to say it is full and over and above it's capacity and drive the bus faster near the bus stop as no passenger could chase. If they are right then department must take this as a serious note and provide additional buses for the rout considering it as a busy rout.

And if they lie then they must be punished and a geniune inquiry must be conduct and a showcause must be issued from the respective departments and provide a good service to our citizen to have faith in public sector unit.

In the evening there are 2 buses from himatnagar to gandhinagar. One is himatnagar-bavla and other is khedbhrma- bopal. The timing of d buses are same. And both the drivers will intentinolly drive slow to reach late to gandhinagar depot. There will be huge crowd at gandhinagar depot as there is no other bus service available from gandhinagar to gota. The first bus arriving early will have to deal with this crowd. So intentionally both will try to b late. Kindly reconsider the timming of both the services as there will b no other bus after that from himatnagar to gota. It shoul be managed with half hour gap so it would be easier for the service people.

Dear GSRTC,
this is really pathetic to get traveled with wrong person is taking care of the passengers with rude behaviour and non following the rules . As I am in a bus GJ 07 - YZ6534 AC dated 20/05/2022 today as ticket attached from Rajkot to Veraval where the conductor is not a good person as he is not checking ticket passenger to passenger instead of this he took names from gate and I requested him for 1 of my couleeg is coming from Junagadh to veraval he denied and not allowed to him to says all reserve but he allow another 4 persons in bus . He is misbehaving with me also for saying that I can do anything. I don't know the name of that person but you have a passenger list where you can confirm with other passengers also about incidence .
Please take care of service which expected .
