I am regular passenger updown Nashik to chikhli on weekly basis. We are passengers from punchvati suffering in communication due to gsrtc bus driver and conductor not performing their duty to take their bus to regular stop. There are many drivers and conductors are doing this but when you have to face this situation twice in week. It’s like they are mentally torturing us. Today 05/06/2022 bus name Shirdi Palanpur didn’t stoped at panchvati due to this we had to face some problems. We need a strict action against them who are doing this. Even after complaining their concerns depot no one is listening to us and telling us come there to register complaints. This what passengers has to do?? And why the driver didn't stoped the bus at panchvati.
Please do the action as soon as possible because it is a loss to GSRTC.

Today 06/06/2022 bus name khambhat selvas didn’t come at kharel stop.due to this we are become answerable in our office. We need strict action against them who are doing this. Even after complaining their concerns depot no one is listening to us and telling us come there to register complaints. This what passengers has to do??

Dear sir, I was going throgh GSRTC bus from Vadodara to godhra. In the Halol depo bus conductor said there is problem in the bus so we have to change the bus. So I asked for a report but he denied and said that shaw other bus conducter your ticket and he will let you sit. So we changed the bus and show another bus conducter our ticket, he uneccept it and ask us to buy new ticket. Please help us regarding this.

As we booked for Krishna Nagar-Bagasara bus on date 5/6/2022, and reached on time at Iscon station. Bus conductor called me at 5:34 a.m., when the bus reached Nehrunagar, which was earlier than mentioned in the message. But when we reached Iscon and asked conductor after waiting for 5 minutes, he told us that bus has reached far from destination and he didn't informed us through call even if we had mentioned our destination. Take some strict action for this. PNR no. G53271891

I would like to information that bus number GJ 18Z 4361 Aamaran kalavad . This bus are every day are running late more than 30 to 45 minutes but no any authorise person they indicate
Many time complaint raised by phone and email but nothing any proper answer given from your department. Only promise to pursue.
Jamnagar depo bus and this bus are play compilation who one goes first in between Wes t time due to all passengers are worries

we the passengers on the route from zagadiya to netrang hereby
sincerely request you to start a bus from zagadiya to netrang at 7 am.
We had requested frequently in the past on telephone and in person also but the bus service as per our request has yet not started.
we the passengers which includes school students, colleges students government employees and the other passengers are in dire need of a bus which would depart from Jhagadiya at 7 am and reach at Netrang.
this bus service would help a lot to the students to reach to school and college in time and other passengers to reach to the offices, markets etc.
please consider this request application positively and arrange for the new bus route from zagadiya to netrang at 7am.

With reference to the above subject, we would like to draw your attention that for the Last six months & above period we are facing heavy trouble to updawn via mahemdabad to ahmedabad by daily bus route at 8:00 O'Clock morning. Today dt 04.06.2022, saturday the bus was not coming as on regular time at 8.00, while we are crossed check & call to Kheda depo about the bus issue they have no any word to say for the reason of cancelled the bus. These kind of issue have repeated every weekly & fortnightly While we are call to kheda depo about the bus they have given answers as below:
1) Driver/ Conductor on Leave
2) Ticket Machine is out of order
3) Tyre Punctured
4) Going to Government service

also the bus condition is coming in very bad condition. many times the Tyre got punctured, breakdown failed, clutch was not working.

There are 70-80 passengers are doing updown on daily base from mahemdabad to ahmedabad by this bus route and its very effected to the passengers when the bus is not coming/ cancelled.

So i humbe request to check above issue & hope to recover the best service by this bus route.

સવિનય સાથે જણાવવાનું કે મહેસાણા -ગોઝારીયા-મહેસાણા બસ સવારે ૭ કલાકે ગોઝારીયા માં આવતી હોય છે.પરંતુ છેલ્લા ૧ મહીનાથી બંધ છે. જેના લીધે મુસાફરો, નોકરીયાતો તથા વિધાર્થીઓ ને ખૂબ જ‌ મૂશ્કેલી વેઠવી પડે છે..તો આ બસ ફરીથી રાબેતા મુજબ ચાલુ કરવા વિનંતી છે..

We advance book below ticket (PNR# G[protected]but when inquire on bus stand we know bus cancel its not coming many days.

We request to cancel booking office at Vadodara central bus station but no one listing and not responding after so many request they advice cancel online. We immediately try cancel online ticket but website shows time over and unable to cancel.

We book other ticket by paying extra money at 8.35PM and spend 350/- for tax to reach our destination at vanthli. if we go through booked bus we have nothing to pay.

We request to refund our ticket money and mental harassments compensation because GSRTC is booking even bus not available. Not send message of cancellation.

Prangadh route ni bus je chalu hati te thoda samay thi rad kari se. Hal prangadh thi surendranagar java praivet vahan ma dabal bhadu chukavi javu pade se.atyare college, praivet school, iti vagere chalu se . Mate prangadh route ni bus chalu karva vinnti.
prangadh thi savare 6:00 vagye upadi surendranagar.

I have a bus pass from bharuch to baroda.
Pass was issued from bharuch. The validity of the pass is over. Now I want to renew it online. But ihowever in P.M. Modi's digital India it is not done. I leave the bharuch at 07:00 a.m. and return at 09:00 p.m. . The timing of gsrtc bus pass renewal office is 10:00 a.m. to 03:00 a.m. . How can I renew it?. Pls. Solve my problem immediately...

Due to which our daily pass holders get in trouble. The pass is issued keeping in view the bus time. What is the point of getting a pass if the bus is picked up early?

It's a complaint or request for panigate depo vadodara.
Please make a regular bus for panigate to rajpipla.
A bus in morning at 6:50 is not so regular also it not come at evening. Please sir make it regular ... Thanks

All the bus(vishnagar, dhandhuka, dahod) which passing through Surat are departure by the same time in morning and after that no buses are available till 7:35. Requesting you to keep the departure time of bus wait by 10 minutes gap.

In the bus from amreli to bhavnagar MTS scheduled at 7 am ON 31/5/2022 and ticket no. Is 090097 the bus driver is put his things on 5 seats to reserve it for their loved ones and not allow to seat another passenger on it even after there is no reservation thus he is not following his duty and doing partially with others that's why there should be strict action against him. Thank you.

I have one complain about this bus trip. I am coming in this bus atleast once in a month and have observed below things.
While driving the driver is continuing talking in mobile phones and also sometimes doing chatting. Driving is too much rough. He is taking turns very roughly. His driving is very Dengerous as is may cause harm to passengers. Passengers are not reaching at time in their destination. I request you to take some action in passengers Safer side.
