I have booked my reservation seat in patan -Navsari bus. It's departure time is 20.30 from patan bus station. We waited upto 21.00 and when asked to inquiry window at bus depot we didn't get proper answer. The man in inquiry window told us, Your bus has break down at Ahmedabad. And we can't arrange another bus. Due to this approx 25 reservation passengers have to travel fron another bus by standing.

      Many of people are travelling from gandhinagar towards sarkhej.we got buses in morning bt don't have on office hours.and not to the pich hours during returning to home kindly do the need full plz allot some more buses to this route as we have to suffer from poor transportation

          Dear sir
          Banaskantha district's Many pepole stay ni mundra for government or private job. But not any any single in night mundra to palanpur & palanpur to mundra . 3 bus available at morning mundra to palanpur (5:00am, 5:30am, 7:00 am) and palanpur to mundra 4 bus (6:00am, 10:00am, 11:00 am, 11:30 am ) but no any bus in night so pls request to any one bus time change and start in night mundra to palanpur & palanpur to mundra

                  On 9/5/22 i try to book a ticket from Ahmedabad adalaj cross road to unjha for traveling on 10/5/22. I try to book a ticket for 2 time by using official app of GSRTC app. Both the time my money is deducted but I didn't get any confirmation of ticket massage via sms or mail.
                  I even try to call helpdesk of GSRTC but no one is receiving call. Then I try mr Joshi number who is incharge of this online booking problem he talked with me in very bad way and said I can't help you in thai matter I am busy and cut the call.
                  So try again his number but he is not receiving any call of mine ...
                  How can I get my refund back the total amount of refund is 188 rs
                  Kindly help on this matter

                    Respected Sir,

                    im daily doing updown mehsana modhera bus station to gota .but seing last many days some bus not enter mehsansa modhera bus stand and bus going to bypass stand then im tomuch late reach at my office.This all happend done between 8:30 am to 9:30 am and this Unjha-sarkhej, Palanpur-sarkhej, Harij-sarkhej all bus doing like this, i have already done this complaint to mehsana depo manager and depo incharge, but they never take any action and respond. this is my request to you please resolved this kind of happeining which was done whith me and other passenger who are siniorcitizen also.

                      Vadodara to bharuch bus hotel stop at Every hotel food quality is very bad and higher prize than mrp. During the day bus pessanger haven't any other option for take food. Hotel owner strickly obtain the high rate compare to mrp. Bus driver and cunductor says that we are not able to say any statement because gsrtc has given the permission for this hotel stop. So it is my humble request. Plz remove the contract of all hotel and give any other hotel. Thnx

                        First thing no counter staff is serious for passengers all passengers are facing problems in finding bus and on enquiry counter staff is not giving proper information they don't no the status of buses and also not behaving properly with passengers there behaviour is very rude with all even with women's also government buses are there for helping passengers but there system management is very poor if you can't solve this problem than what is the mean of Government Government is not for creating problems to people its for solving problems of people shame on this system ...

                                And found extra stop adding by conductor which is not in route, and also found roughly behavior by him when I ask questions.

                                And not shown he betch number and not given his name.

                                So I strongly recommend to take action on both conductor and Driver.And reply me as soon as possible.

                                    There are many bus available to carry people from Navsari to all over GUJARAT. But not a single bus available to go to Navsari from Surat in the evening hours. I own myself waited from 7:45 p.m.to 10:00 p.m to go to Navsari. There is no availability of bus from SURAT to NAVSARI and So, people of Navsari have to run like animals to return to Navsari. THERE IS A NEED OF BUS from 8:00 TO 10:00 p.m. to go to Navsari.

Please contact soon [protected] and another contact no. [protected]. This conductor having rudly behave with me and please do the solution as soon as possible otherwise i have complaint in police statation

                                      GSRTC provides us very worst services. I have booked my ticket from GSRTC App and my bus was at next day morning 4:55 AM and no any message or mail arrive for bus details. I asked to control room at ISKON ahmedaabd, they provided me a number for enquiry, when I called on that number they responded rudly and told contact to other. My bus didn't arrived since 3 Hours of bus timing. My booking was already done and My money wasted . GSRTC is not responding even thru their toll free number.

                                        GSFC UNIVERSITY is located in dashrath. Many students are regularly come through gsrtc bus from Anand, Nadiad. After the completion of classes, when we are free to go home, . We wait for local buses to come below the bridge but all the buses are go on the bridge and we are suffering problems to go home .
                                        Please resolve this issue as soon as possible
