Dear sir,
I booked a e ticket through your website from Siddhpur to Dabhoi journey date 04/05/2022 PNR no. C51773456. Vehicle no GJ-07-YZ-7321.
But at boarding time the bus conductor refused to accept this ticket and he compelled me to buy another ticket in bus.
And he misbehaved me also.
You are requested to take a necessary action and refund me my booking amount

Transection failed and the debit amount my account and after 22 days back I will not credit in my account. I have sent main at last one days but it will not response me and I have to try to call its helpline number but didn't pick up it.

Sir, please tell Deodar Bus Depot to take the bus from under Akhol char rasta Bridge.
I will be gone to Akhol to diyor but bus not stopped

They are requested to take a atleast all ordinary bus from under Akhol char rasta bridge🌉

1) very dirty platform area & seating
area of traveler.
2) Since very long time i have seen not
working fans in platform no. 6th to
11th
3) It is very important to repair the fans
in summer season.
Thise all complaint are VERAVA DEPO ( SOMNATH )

જય ભારત સાથે આપ સાહેબ શ્રી ને જણાવ વાનું કે ખેડા ડેપો માંથી સાંજ ના સમયે 6:30 કલાકે ઉપડતી નાઈટ ની ખેડા _પેટલાદ બસ વાયા રતનપુર, રધવાનાજ, ઊંઢેલા, અલીન્દ્રા, હેરાંજ, ખંધાલી, નંદોલી, ભડકડ, Dabhou. મલાતજ, કાસોર, પીપળાવ, પાલજ થઈ પેટલાદ પહોંચે છે. વહેલી સવારે 5:00 પેટલાદ થી ઉપડી ખેડા જવા માટે ઉપર દર્શાવેલ તમામ ગામ માંથી આ બસ પસાર થઇ ખેડા પહોંચે છે. આ અંતરિયાળ ગામડા ઓમાં વહેલી સવારે ખેડા જવા માટે આ એક જ બસ છે. જેના થકી આ દર્શાવેલ ગામડા નાં લોકો અમદાવાદ તથા ગાંધીનગર જવા માટે આ બસ નો ઉપયોગ કરે છે.
આપ સાહેબ ને જણાવ વાનું કે છેલ્લા દસ દિવસથી ખેડા ડેપો દ્વારા આ રૂટ મનસ્વી રીતે કેન્સલ કરી દેવામાં આવે છે અધિકારી કે વહીવટ કર્તા ઓને પૂછવામાં આવે તો કહે છે કે ડ્રાઈવર નથી કન્ડક્ટર નથી એવા બહાના કઢવમાં આવે છે. પાછલા સાત દિવસ મા ત્રણ દિવસ આ બસ કોઈ કારણ વગર કેન્સલ કરી દેવામાં આવી છે. તા-23/4/2022શનિવાર. 27/4/2022બુધવાર. તા, 29/4/2022 શુક્રવાર આ ત્રણેય દિવસ ના રોજ આ બસ કેન્સલ કરી દેવામાં આવી છે. ડેઇલી પાસ હોલ્ડર વાળા તથા આ રૂટ ઉપર આવેલ દરેક ગામડા ના લોકો હેરાન થાય છે.. માટે આ બસ મહેરબાની કરી ને કેન્સલ કરસો નહિ અને નિયમિત ચાલુ રાખવા વિનંતી. આ બસ રૂટ મા આવક ઓછી આવતી હોય તો દિવસ મા ઍક ટ્રીપ ખેડા થી અમદાવાદ થી ખંભાત મારવા વિનંતી. અને સાંજે નાઈટ ની બસ ખેડા, પેટલાદ ચાલુ રાખવી.

આપ સાહેબ શ્રી નમ્ર વિનંતી કે આ નાઈટ ની બસ ખેડા_પેટલાદ ચાલુ રાખવી. બસ એજ. જય ભારત.

I am facing issue in bus service in route between surendranagar to nadiad. Bus never come on given time. Actual time is 8:05 frome surendranagar but never come on same time. Is this express bus but never seems as express bus average speed is between 40 to 55. And not one time but having same routine everyday. Even local bus/ trucks are taking overtake of express bus.i am having screenshot of bus speed. Even some express bus traveling between surendranagar to padti having more than 70 to 80 speed. Why difference between all buses in gstrc???? Also while booking tickets some time gsrtc app is not responding only show loading the page and also not getting booked.i am not at all happy with this service route between surendranagar to nadiad even there are more buses between this route. One more thing for gstrc app I am not able to cancel ticket from same. I am not happy to complain about this but time is precious and valuable so need to focus on same. I am complaining above issue 2nd time.

I am central govt employee . i have a bad experience in your gsrtc service . please prepaid your ST condocor behaviour . nothing manor of Discussion with passanger .

We have noticed that the night shift enquiry window person is observed sleeping by switching off all the lights of his cabin on 29.April.2022 at 4 am...

The Indian Government and Goverment employees are working hard, but few of such ruing the fame of Indian govt service...

Pls take necessary action...

I want to draw your kind attention of the bus service with GSRTC Volvo.The passengers face hardships since the buses are never punctually.At the time of ticket booking shows 2 hour estimate time but it's take more than 2 hour. It's Just monopoly of make people fool and getting more money.One more thing bus driver's behavior very rude while request for washroom. We're paying for time and service but we not getting it form GSRTC Volvo.
So Please Look in to this and Improve this Facility.

I have booking for ahmedabad ranip to surat central bus station for 8:35 am ( mahesana - surat ) i m stay ahmedabad ranip platform num 16 to 20 for bus waiting at 8:00 am to 9:15 am... I m many more time asking for bus inquiry at ranip inquiry bus but he tell me this bus is late and last time he tell me bus is going but i m still present at platform till 9:15 am.. So i got so much trouble and i lost my job transfer bcz of gsrtc worst service.. I want complaint against this bus conductor...

Bus driver bus ko income tax par station par rokne ki bajay bridge ke upar se le jata hai or bridge ke ak shor par hi utar deta ha. Bus no. Z-6091 Vadnagar.

I am Amar Suthar from valsad traveling to sarangpur kashtbhanjan hanuman temple here I want to inform you your bus conductor jayesh and driver is not telling his name are not serious about passengers facilities. The seats are very dirty even they were talk like they don't care about passengers seating on their paid seat or not.

Behaving like the property is their own. Even some ladies wants to go to washroom and they said the bus will stop after 1 and half hour after that they are stopping bus for them self for washroom anywhere.

Seriously the worst experience of your gsrtc bus service. Required improvement and manners with passengers also the driving manners while passengers slipping they paid for the services.

Hope you will take action against it or I will go for the another higher level for the solution.

My name is Shan chaudhary, I'm working person I have to travel my home to office (50 km) every day. And it's total cost me of 120 rupees. It half of my salary / day. I have travel in private transport.

Please add bus at Thaltej to gandhinagar

Time 6:30 to 7:00 pm

On 26 april morning it was 7:43 am and adajan hazira bus departure time is 7:45 am.Security stop me to enter in yard and said to stop at gate.I stood there and at 7:50 am bus paas before me, I show my hand to stop but he ignore me and passed away.Goverment rule is up hand and sit in bus but this employees ignore because of they don't have interest in loss or profit of government sectors, they only interested in pass time of duty.I don't know bus no or Driver name.pls take strict action.As many people loss their time and government loss their revenue due to this type of lazy employees.

Start Surat to Nathdwara sleeper Bus 5pm from Surat EVERYDAY.Which will reach NATHDWARA at 5am.So we can go for Morning Darshan.Start NATHDWARA TO SURAT BUS 8PM from Nathdwara, So we can visit in a day.ALL PRIVATE BUSES have Scheduled like this.I[censored] got full support, u may start second bus also.All private buses are full working on this Schedule.Please do necessary as early as possible.And publish this local newspapers Also.This change will earn u tremendous income also.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE THANKS

I took a ticket from Amreli to Jamnagar on Friday 22/04/2022, Mahuva Jamnagar bus number GJ-18-Z-4987 and started the journey but took me in 5 minutes despite having a 10 minute stop at Rajkot Madhapar intersection. Without the bus departing, I have to reach home on time but due to the serious negligence of the bus driver I had to wait for hours on the road at night time, I request you to take strict action against them so that no passengers face such serious problem in future.

There is so much passenger traffic during peak hour 6:00 Pm to 8:00 pm from vadodara-kirtistambh to padra-Jambusar route but there is no regular bus operated by padra depo.There so many people going coming to vadodara for there job and study purpose.bbut padra depo management not arrange any bus during this time period.so i request to resolve this problem.I hope my request will get some solution.

Chhotaudepur's local bus Kelanpur station is never stopped.

Dear sir we have journey on 21/04/22 from bagsara to nadiad bus root desarda to basvada santrampur depo bus.

Sir we request him so many times but he can't hear and every time bus not brake near breaker and ruff road.after some time he angry and fire to us and told us bus is old why you journey this bus why not choos new bus.

Sir bus old or new it's not our problem but drive is in your hand and please ask to your bus driver give proper answer to passages.

I have travelled from navsari to surat, but ticket conductor have me ticket from Kharel to surat, when i talked to her, she was some what rude in reply, same incident alsa happened with two other passengers who was traveling from navsari to sachin, but ticket was given to them was Kharel to sachin.
Here i am send my ticket with bus details too with this..plz do surveillance and resolve this mistchief...
