Had booked tkt for Volvo from Ankleshwar GIDC to Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad by GSRTC App online on 19th March 2022 at about 17.40 hrs. for a adult & a child with travel date as 21st March 2022 16.22 hrs bus time. Payment was done by my credit card for Rs. 569 with transaction No. [protected] and on the app I got the PNR No. G49875533. While booking, I had registered my email ID as [protected]@gmail.com & cell no. of the 1st passenger. No messages were recd. on the email ID or cell No. Fortunately I had taken the screenshot of the tkt. Thus after not receiving any messages, tried to retrieve the tkt from the app, but was unable to do so due to very bad app. After which I called up the help line No.[protected] but always kept on hold for atleast 15 mins with information that all executive are busy & then the line gets disconnected. I tried this for atleast 5-6 times, but all in vain as the results was same-no reply. Today when we went to board the bus, we were denied informing that the tkt is not been booked & had to again pay Rs. 621 offline traveling, thus we have paid Rs. 569 + Rs. 621 (twice). Even the control room at Ankleshwar GIDC ST stand was not in position to help, as the computers had failed at there station. Even lodging a complaint thru' the complaint site is a challenge.
Sorry to say, but I have never experienced such a worst situation & a third grade service. Please let me know, when will I get my refund of Rs. 569. I will also be escalating this complaint to Prime Minister / Ministry of Road Transportation & Customer Forum for such a worst service & asked the PM whether India is really shinning & are we really developing.
