Respected Sir,

According to the above subject, the route of the bus going to Ankleshwar-Rajpipla, although it is long and in a very old condition, is placed. The bus which breaks down in two to three days is allotted by Ankleshwar Depot. So that daily up-and-down passengers cannot reach the company / job on time. So up-and-down passengers face many difficulties on a daily basis. In order to allocate new bus considering the application of Rajpipla-Ankleshwar up-down passengers, the passengers can reach their company / job on time so that they are requested to take necessary action for allotment of new bus.

    I am from dhanali which is located in mehsana district and kadi talaku. Here i complain against bus conductor. My village is located mehsana- ahmedabad highway. Properly between nandasan mehsana, nearly nandasan. So my complain is it bus named kadi-mehsana bus's conductor not stop bus at stand dhanali. Bus time is early morning exactly 6 to 6.30 . Because of it, i always suffer from my problems. So, i request to head of GRSTC, please accept my complaint and take strick steps towards conductor. And solves my problem. Jay hind 🇮🇳

          Good morning sir,
          I am from Navapur (Maharashtra) who use to travel by GSRTC.
          I have a complaint against a bus which moves towards Malegaon from patan (via Navapur), today I was waiting for that bus because I have to go Malegaon for my practical examination, and I don't have any other service to reach there, the only bus for Malegaon was (patan - Malegaon) when the bus reaches on the bypass driver had not stopped bus on the point. Everyday bus don't come in the bus stand it just get crossed from bypass road. Navapur is the stop given to the bus by GSRTC but the drivers of the bus don't stop bus here. Navapur is a big town in Nandurbar district and there are lots of passengers who uses GSRTC service. I have got late because of the inconvenience and a misbehaving like thing by a GSRTC bus driver. We can't expect this from GSRTC
          I am requesting that you will definitely take action against the inconvenience of passengers, Thankyou sir for your time.

                જય ભારત સાથે આપ શ્રી સાહેબ ને જણાવવાનું કે આજે તારીખ 25/03/2022 ના રોજ જસદણ ડેપો ની બસ જસદણ - સુરત બસ નંબર
                G J 18 Z 6885 બપોરે 12.30 વાગ્યે ખેડા થી નડીઆદ તરફ જતી હતી એમાં મુસાફરી દરમિયાન મેં નડીઆદ સિટી માં રામ તલાવડી બસ ઉભી રાખવા જણાવેલ હતું જે ફરજ પરના ડ્રાઈવર એ અહીં સ્ટેન્ડ નથી એમ કહી ઉભી રાખેલ નહોતી, વધુ માં ફરજ પર ના કંડકર ને મેં કંપ્લેઇન બુક આપવા કીધું હતું ત્યારે તેઓએ ઓનલાઇન બધું થાય જ છે હવે એમ કહીને મારાં 3 વાર માંગવા છતાં પણ કંપ્લેઇન બુક આપેલ નથી.

                દરેક બસના ડ્રાઈવર નડીઆદ સિટી માં એન્ટર થતા રામ તલાવડી અથવા મિશન હોસ્પિટલ અથવા પેટ્રોલ પંપ ઓવર બ્રિજ એ એમના નીતિ નિયમ અનુસાર ઉભી રાખતા હોય છે પરંતુ સદર બસ ના ડ્રાઈવર એ સિટી માં એક પણ સ્ટેન્ડ પર બસ ના ઉભી રાખતા સીધા બસ સ્ટેન્ડ હંકારી મુકેલ હતી અને ફરજ પરના કન્ડકટર એ અમે સુરત ક્યારે પહોંચીયે પછી એમ કહેલ હતું.

                આપ શ્રી સાહેબ ને જણાવવાનું સરકારી નોકરી અર્થે અપ ડાઉન કરતા હોવાથી આ રોજ નો પ્રશ્ન છે જે રૂટ થી બસ પસાર થઇ એ જ રસ્તે રીટર્ન આવવાથી સમય અને નાણાં વ્યર્થ થયેલ છે અને અંગત કામ માં પણ વિલંબ થયેલ છે.જેની આપ શ્રી સાહેબ નોંધ લઇ યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરશોજી

                      લુણાવાડા ડેપો ની બસ નંબર GJ 18 Z 3396 અને ડ્રાઇવર બેઝ નંબર 396 તારીખ 24/3/2022 સમય 13/45 એ સોનેલા ITI સ્ટેન્ડ ખાતે હાથ કરવા છતાં પણ બસ ખાલી હોવા છતા પણ બસ ઊભી ના રાખી..અમે 45 મિનિટ સુધી વીરપુર ની બસ માટે તાપ માં ઉભા રહ્યા.

                        I had booked bus for 9.00 AM. From surendranagar to Ahmedabad but bus has not yet arrived and the call are not receiving on GSRTC complain number and also no answer from bus depo help desk.
                        Its 9.38 AM now bus is stilll not arrived .

                              Hon'ble Bus Depot Manager Mr. Shri Surat Subject- Regarding cleaning in the bus
                              Please be informed that the bus going from Udhana to Surat on[protected] has not been cleaned. So that every passenger has a problem to sit in the seat. If there is a seat that spoils the clothes, you know that Mr. as a conscious citizen, I request you to clean and put in it.

                                  I am booking one ticket vadodara to Surat via Paytm. And this ticket time is 3pm and i am reaching before 3pm at station.this ticket is shown by inquiry office of vadodara station. Inquiry office man tell me to the bus arriving at 12 number stop and i am standing at that stop and all bus to going to Surat and i asking to all conductor to any reversed sheet but they all tell me and finally after 3 pm i am asking to inquiry office he told me bus is going they all are answering to rudely and they said to that is not our fault i am inquiring back back to when bus arriving plz tell me or information to me but no one take responsibility against reserves sheet that is not fare and also bus number not mentioned in ticket or any contact number not mentioned in ticket. So I am requesting to refund my ticket amount.

                                    Had booked tkt for Volvo from Ankleshwar GIDC to Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad by GSRTC App online on 19th March 2022 at about 17.40 hrs. for a adult & a child with travel date as 21st March 2022 16.22 hrs bus time. Payment was done by my credit card for Rs. 569 with transaction No. [protected] and on the app I got the PNR No. G49875533. While booking, I had registered my email ID as [protected]@gmail.com & cell no. of the 1st passenger. No messages were recd. on the email ID or cell No. Fortunately I had taken the screenshot of the tkt. Thus after not receiving any messages, tried to retrieve the tkt from the app, but was unable to do so due to very bad app. After which I called up the help line No.[protected] but always kept on hold for atleast 15 mins with information that all executive are busy & then the line gets disconnected. I tried this for atleast 5-6 times, but all in vain as the results was same-no reply. Today when we went to board the bus, we were denied informing that the tkt is not been booked & had to again pay Rs. 621 offline traveling, thus we have paid Rs. 569 + Rs. 621 (twice). Even the control room at Ankleshwar GIDC ST stand was not in position to help, as the computers had failed at there station. Even lodging a complaint thru' the complaint site is a challenge.

                                    Sorry to say, but I have never experienced such a worst situation & a third grade service. Please let me know, when will I get my refund of Rs. 569. I will also be escalating this complaint to Prime Minister / Ministry of Road Transportation & Customer Forum for such a worst service & asked the PM whether India is really shinning & are we really developing.

                                        Dear Team,

                                        In Manavadar town which is located in Junagadh district in Gujarat state, there was a bus named Batva-Ahmedabad at 9.00 PM.

                                        Very good staff and it was regular and very good crowd and booking from Batva and Manavadar but due to some reason this bus is stopped now and people here is facing huge problem. No other alternative options available for this.

                                        Its my humble request to track data of income come from this bus and track this issue and if possible restart again and give us a huge smile as gift
