There is no bus service provide on Valsad to Kakadmati route during night time..Before lockdown two buses running on that route i.e one from valsad to chichai and other valsad to velvach.
People are facing problem for transportation on that route..
After lockdown there is no single bus running even in day time and night time.
Even after complaining to GSRTC depot valsad..There was no response..
Please look after it.

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
This is with reference to the attached ticket. I booked my ticket online a day before. At the day of travel I reached Baroda Central Bus Stand on time. The time of travel was 7:50 AM

Around 8:10 AM bus arrived at the bus stand but didn't parked at the platform.

We were tracking the bus, when the bus starts moving out, we (me and my Husband) ran after the bus, but the driver didn't stop the bus. Running after the bus was so risky as it was the arrival and the departure gate. We took so much risk and is not acceptable at any condition. we were shocked that the driver didn't stop the bus after viewing it from rare view mirror.

I want the authorities to take serious action against the driver or the person concerned.

Kindly accept my application and take serious action against the driver / concerned person. Pl. revert at the earliest.

At Mandvi Kutch Bus station the platform have steps platform type arrangements but the steps are nearly invisible due to the same colour of tiles throughout the platform. Due to this uneven surface passanger have fall or trip many times. So kindly make this unevenness of platform visible so that any age of passanger can walk through platform easily.

I have a booked the ticket for Ahmedabad to Ambaji on 18 March"22. Here, I mentioned my ticket details for your reference. When I take a bus, Conductor has told me that seat anywhere, there were not fixed seat even I have booked the ticket and reserve the seat for my travel. He has given seat to his relatives and told me that seat somewhere. This is unethical and not expectable behaviour

Hello i am doing updown from jamnagar to rajkot everyday, today i showed my student pass to conductor of mini bus intercity he doesn't allow it and told me to get down from bus.according to gsrtc rules mini bus should allow student pass but they are not doing it. Please do the needful as soon as possible. And make a rule for it.

જય ભારત સાથે જણાવાનું કે તા. ૧૨/૦૩/૨૦૨૨ ના રોજ અમરેલી થી સુરત નંબર GJ-18-Z-5256 સમય ૩:૩૦pm બરવાળા બસ સ્ટેશમાં આવેલ હતી મારે બસ મા બેસવા માટે ગયો તો બસ કંડકટર કહે બસ માં જગ્યા નથી પણ બસ માં ઉભા રહવા અને બેસવા માટે જગ્યા હોવા છતાં પણ મને બસ માંથી નીચે ઉતારી દીધો. મારે તારાપુર હોસ્પિટલ ના કામેથી જવાનું હોવાથી કંડકટર ને કહિયું તો પણ તેમણે મને બસ મા બેસવાનું ના કહી દીધું તેથી હું ત્યાં સમય સર નય પોહચી શકું. આવું કોઈ મુસાફર સાથે ના થાય એટલા માટે કંડકટર ઉપર આગળ ની થતી ક્યાર્વહી કરવા વિનતિ.

On 07.03.2022 i was approach for the information at the Bus Stop, Junagadh for the bus from Rajkot to Diu departed from Junagadh at 14:45. We have reservation for that bus, we were waited for the said bus at 16:30 but bus was not came in the Bus Stop. thereafter, i was approach again for the said information but at the counter namely Dinesh was not given answer to me and he was said that we have not know about the said bus if you desire to know regarding said bus you will approach to Rajkot Bus Stop and also said that you desire to go to Diu you had go any other bus but he dont know about said Rajkot to Diu

Dear Sir,
Its been few days since I am traveling from Surat Station rd to Surat Airport in bus no 136 and they do not give tickets but take the money.even yesterday afternoon 4pm bus GJ05BX 2150 driver was driving rashly as well as conductor never gave ticket and on his behalf a boy in school dress was collecting money. Also conductor was rude and arrogant and wanst in uniform atall.
He also said that you do whatever you want nothing has happened and nothing will happen.
As a airport employee I am also marking this email to PMOs office as our Tax payers money is spent in a wrong way by Gujarat SITIlink bus services and no one is bothered to take any action.

જય ભારત સાથે આપ સાહેબ ને જણાવવાનું કે હું મારા ગામ DABHOU થી અમદાવાદ દરરોજ નોકરી અર્થે આવજા કરું છું અને તેના માટે મે એસટી તંત્ર ખેડા ડેપો માંથી પેસેન્જર પાસ પણ કધાવેલ હતો. પરંતુ એસટી તંત્ર દ્વારા કોમ્પ્યુટર પાસ માટે નું નવું સોફ્ટ વેર અપડેટ કરવામાં આવ્યું હોવાથી કોમ્પ્યુટર ના લીસ્ટ મારા ગામ નું નામ સિલેક્ટ થતું નથી અને કોમ્પ્યુટર માં દેખાતું ન હોવાથી મારો પાસ નીકળતો નથી. હું છેલ્લા દસ દિવસથી ખેડા ડેપો મા ચક્કર લગાવી ને થાકી ગયો છું.
તો આપ સાહેબ ને નમ્ર વિનંતી કે મારા ગામ DABHOU તા_સોજીત્રા જિલ્લો_ આણંદ નું નામ ઓન લાઈન કોમ્પ્યુટર લીસ્ટ મા દાખલ કરસો.

Rajpipla bus depo Bus No. GJ18 Z1223 BUS Route Dediapada to Rajpipla(Local Bus) Date 09/03/2022 Time 13:30PM.I was standing at the bus stop.My village is khutaamba between Dediapada to Rajpipla.I raised my hand to stop the bus but it did not . Even though the bus is empty.No other bus was coming that time.that driver always on the move bus.
Why was the bus not parked at our bus stand despite being a LOCAL BUS??
My humble Request is that you take action against driver.

There is huge nepotism at paas reservation window, we are waiting in queue for renew our paas but they are taking their relatives/friends 1st and and we when we told about this issue, they didn't gave us proper answer and behave rudely.
So i request to GSRTC authority to consider students problem who are come from far region for study and it's also violation of fundamental rights of Indian constitution (art-15).

I am travelling through the Volvo bus from Surat to Ahmedabad departed at 4:30 from Surat.

I would give -1 review for the ride.
There should be regular maintenance for cleaning and mosquitto repellent should be there.

All the passenger along with me are suffering from mosquitto bites. We asked driver and conductor for mosquitto repellent and they replied "ame thodi machchhar ghusadya chhe". We are not complaining about them but atleast the authority should take care of what service should be provided with the money paid by traveller.
