Money was debited from my account. (Rs.260). But ticket not confirmed yet. I have not received any sms of booking...
So please refund my money...

I m tired to write complaints for Nadiad to Dakor Bus at evening after 6.10 pm

6.20 Bus not coming regularly

And not satisfy with the answer from nadiad depo.

They will not arrange the bus from nadiad Depo

Can you help or not???

Please do the needful asap.

રવેચી - માંડવી બસ મોડી આવવાના કારણે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ, નોકરીયાતો તેમજ અન્ય મુસાફરો સમયસર પહોંચી શકતા નથી. વહેલી સવારે ચિત્રોડ લાકડિયા તેમજ સામખિયાળીથી અન્ય બસ કે બીજી કોઈ સુવિધા ન હોવાથી લોકોને હેરાનગતિ સહન કરવી પડે છે. તો આ બસ સમય પર નિકળે અને સમય પર પહોંચાડે એ બાબતે ઘટતું કરવા વિનંતી.
આજે તા. 9/2/2022 સમય- 6.50 am
હજુ બસ આવી નથી .

I try to call gsrtc but no response comes from gsrtc. They only send one message, here it is:- Payment of Rs. 162.00 to GSRTC succeeded. Your transaction id is IUUPIU[protected].

I commute from Vadodara to Sachivalay, Gandhinagar daily. The bus for Sachivalay starts from Panigate bus depot and I reach at Sachivalay on time in morning. But at evening the bus departs from Sachivalay at 5.45 p.m. As you may be aware that staff from Sachivalay and other office can leave the office at 6.10 pm. I hereby request you to kindly change the evening time and do the needful to depart the bus at 6.15 pm onwards from sachivalay. So we can avail the evening time journey to Vadodara. And please it is to be noted that this is the only bus which has been started to commute from Sachivalay to Vadodara.

But this bus didn't came till 7:30 and also it departure time is 6 :45

Afterward I have booked new ticket for next upcoming bus . Many try to your helpline number but they were didn't hanged up my call

This Bus not pick me at Samakhyali bus depot, even bus not arrived there, and bus direct through highway passed but not pick me even I already reservation it . I arged to responsible people why they not picked me and I want explaination/ refund my money .

I live in Thasra, the applicant and have a job at Civil Hospital, Petlad. Amo Thasra to Petlad ST. About 50 kg in the bus. M. As much as we do subdowns.
Our complaint is that there is not a single local bus from Nadiad to Thasra after 6:15 pm and all the buses are very irregular. Also, there is not a single express bus from Nadiad to Dakor after 6:00 pm. And when we are standing Nadiad Mahagujarat, if we touch any bus going towards Dakor, the bus does not stop.
Hence our ST from Nadiad to Thasra. There is a complaint against the bus route that we also work in the health department and do social work. We also have a society, a family. We also have to get home on time. So that S.T. Such negligence of the depot causes us a lot of trouble and also hinders our government duty. Also, we are not the only victims of the problem but many government employees. So that such a serious problem is disposed of expeditiously. We are ready to be present at the district level depot in this regard.

Today at Limbasi stand bus stay but conductor allowed only one person to sit in a bus because tickets machine not work. My question is why only one person allowed other why not??? One person is special person of conductor??? Rules are same to all citizens. Bus No is GJ-18Z-4423 bus route is Ahemdabad-Khambhat-Dhuvaran. Conductor has bad behave to me.

ડેપો મેનેજર મેડમ ને આજે જણાવતા દુઃખ થાય છે કે તમારા જ ડેપો મા રહેલા ડ્રાઈવરે ભલા કાકા જે બેઝ નંબર :૧૨૪૪૬ અમદાવાદ થી આણંદ રોજ સાંજે ૫:૩૦ કલાકે રામોલ ચોકડી લઈ ને આવે છે તો તે બસ મા જગ્યા હોવા છતાં રોજ ઊભી રાખતા નથી. અને ગઈકાલે તારીખ: ૧/૨/૨૦૨૨ ના રોજ બસ ખાલી હોવા છતાં ન ઊભી રાખી અને અમે ચાલુ બસે ચઢવા જતા જમીન પર પટકાતાં બચી ગયા અને બસ મા ચઢી ને જયારે ડ્રાઈવરે ને કેહતા ડ્રાઈવરે એ અપ શબ્દો બોલીને ધમકાવ્યા અને અમોએ સામે કેહતા હતા કે તમારી કંપલેન અધિકારકારી ને કરી શુ ત્યારે અમને ભલા કાકા એ ધમકી થી કીધું કે જે ને કંપલેન કરવી હોય તેને કરો.
તો શું આજ કેહવવા મા આવે છે ડેપો દવારા કા તો આવા વતૅન મુસાફરો સાથે કરવાનું કહેવામાં આવે છે અમો રોજ અપ ડાઉન કરવા વારા મુસાફરો છે અને એ સમય પછી કોઈ બસો ન હોવાથી અમને ઘણી મુશ્કેલીઓ પણ
પડે છે અને રોજ બસ રોજ અમારે ભાડું ખરચી ને પ્રાઈવેટ સાધનો મા આવવું પડે છે તો આ બધી પડતી તકલીફ નો જવાબદાર કોન??
અમો પાસ ધારકો છે તો શું અમે તો રુપિયા ખાલી ખચૅ કરી એ છીએ એમ કહી સકાય કા તો અમને સાફ ના કહી દો કે પાસ ના કઢાવવા બસ સ્ટેન્ડ હોય તેમ છતાં નથી ઊભી રેહવા ની. અને જે ડ્રાઈવરે ચાલુ ડયુટી એ કરેલા વલણ નો જવાબ જોઈએ છે. તે થી આપ ડેપો મેનેજર ને
જવાબ આપવા વિનંતી.
અને અમોને પડતી હાલાકી નુ નિવારણ લાવવા આજીજી કરીએ છીએ. અને અમોએ કરે લી કંપલેન પર કાયૅવાહી કરી મહેરબાની કરશોજી.અમો કરે લી કંપલેન ની કોપી મુકી છે

અમો દહેગામથી કપડવંજ મુકામે જતા આવતા કાયમી મુસાફરો છીએ અને અમારી નોકરીનો સમય સવારથી લઈને સાંજનો છે અને સદર ઉપરોકત વિષયમાં જણાવેલ બસ સિવાય બીજી બસ રાત્રીની કોઈ ન હોવાથી આ એકલી જ બસ છે અને સદર અમો ધંધા તેમજ નોકરીવાળા હોઈ સદર બસનો ટાઈમ જે જુનો ચાલતો હતો સાંજના ૬-૪૦ નો હતો તે બદલીને હાલમાં નવો ટાઈમ સાંજના ૬-૩૦ વાગ્યાના કરેલ છે જેનાથી અમો મુસાફરોને ઘણી જ તકલીફ પડી રહેલ છે અને અમોને બસ મળી રહેતી નથી અને અમાર પ્રાઈવેટ સાધન કરીને આવવુ પડે છે અને આમ અમોને તકલીફો પડી રહેલી હોઈ જેથી આપ સાહેબને શ્રી ને અરજી કરવાની જરૂર પડેલ છે.
માટે જે જનો ટાઈમ હતો બસનો સાંજના ૬-૪૦ નો એ અમો સૌને અનુકુળ હતો જેથી અમારી અરજીને ધ્યાને લઈ સદર દહેગામથી કપડવંજની બસનો સાંજનો ટાઈમ : ૬-૩૦ થી બદલીને ૬-૪૦ કરી આપવા મે.કરશોજી.

I have a student pass( junagadh to jetpur) having code number 132280

Conductor jayesh (Deesa depo) has not allowed to travel who having student pass.

I requested to conductor to show order or any reason for not allowing but he did rude behaviour with me and not reply properly and forced me to either take ticket after giving such amount or get out of the bus

Bus timing is 7.15 from Junagadh

Hope will you see this matter at most priority and resolve it.

Bus conductor jayesh ( deesa depo) of junagadh deesa 7.15 pm refused to give ticket of junagadh to jetpur on the basis of student pass. And forced me to take a ticket after giving such amount.
I have student pass of junagadh jetpur.

The bus conductor was giving the street and was saying this is my area or I or my friend hit the road or was also talking about doing the street or was talking a lot.
