Jab mai Surat bus depo pahucha., tabhi mere Saamne se meri bus subah 6:00am ki Surat gariyadhaar bus depo ke border tak pahuchi aur udhar maine haath deke rokne ki koshish ki... But un logo ne Surat bus depo me nahi roka.. Uske Baad mai complain conductor ko call kiya.. Fir unhone bola, kamrej Aa Jaao, uske Baad ankleshwar Aa Jaao, aur at last palej Aa Jaao, itna torture kiya hai., meri ticket book hai... Maine unhe bola... Tab to vo aur...

This Driver conductor duo was late to arrive at every station and were badly treating passengers, They stopped at a place for Lunch officially but then left without announcing and made me run after The bus

I was traveling from morbi to Vadodara with PNR NO 47628555 on 15/01/22. In MORBI- SURAT route. Bus started from MORBI at 1800 hrs.
GSRTC sleeper bus made a Halt at SHIV SHAKTI HOTEL near Malvan . Halt is approved by GSRTC AUTHORITY.
AS A PASSANGER, WE FOUND THAT MALE/ FEMALE URINAL IS SMELLING BADLY. NO WATER FACILITY IS AVAILABLE FOR PASSANGER TO CLEAN THEIR HAND.
MORE OVER THEIR FOOD ITEMS RATES ARE...

A bus stopped at sardhar (rajkot- bhavnagar highway) bus conductor allowed 2 persons and denied rest to get in with reason only 75% allowed. But it was actually full and beyond 2 persons were standing. I argued at morning people are being allowed more than the capacity so why not you are allowing only 1? As I have some medical emergency and cannot wait for another bus to come. But conductor misbehaved and he was not wearing mask as well as...

I was travelling from ahmedabad to khambhat and I didn't knew that we have to take ticket from driver only and not ticket collector. The driver did very bad behavior for that, i was just calling parents to tell them, but he's like phone hi nai chodte and threatened me regarding tickets.

The fare was 81rs so he told me to give him 1re, i said i don't have and i gave them 100rs, he just gave me back 10rs and didn't gave back...

Dear Sir,

My complain for the bus Diyodar to Ahmedabad Vai Thara those bus get more tickets charges from us.

Normally the busses of this route tickets is 48 rupees for 1 person but those get 71 rupees for person

I hope you do something...

Payment Recived By The GSRTC But Tickit Not Confirmed...

After ticket booking I didn't get confirmation mail or text...my payment was cut from my account...even though I had to buy a ticket and I paid again for the same...my order ID is GS17615057..plz reply for this as soon as possible..thank u.....

Rajkot-Una via Atkot (Time 2:30 from rajkot) didn't stopped in atkot busstand today.
Driver passed the bus very fastly from atkot busstand without stopping even a single minute.
Many passengers want to go on that bus. Not a single passenger can go on that bus.
Also driver's behaviour is very rude....

I had already payed money for the Ahmedabad to morbi and i still don't receive my ticket number and I got mail that I had already payed sucessfull amount of 245 RS via (online payment) AGRPAY with transition I'd IUUPIU[protected] and still I have to buy more tickets worth rupees of 274 offline...

Jay Bharat sathe Jana vanu ke chela gana time thi Kapadwanj to Dehgam daily Bas je Dehgam Depo mathi return 6:40 pm time a upadati hati te yesterday thi 6:30 Karel che jethi service karta Gandhinagar, Ahemdabad, Talod thi daily up down karta musafar heran thae che je 6 minutes mate te Bas chhutti jae che.
Chhela 5 yaer thi 6:40 a upadati hati a atyare driver and conductor na time mate chenge Karel che temna time mate...

Dear gsrtc department I'm a student and Today date 8/1/22 .my money stollen by any rendom guy .at rajkot bus depot . Money amount is 7000/ rs and money is in sky bule ladies pouech .plz take some action form this complain .

Dear sir, sihor (364240) bus stand does not respond properly. If someone goes by asking the bus, then they say that coming after two hours. My police ground is in Amreli and when I went to inquire about the arrival of Amreli bus, I was told from the depot that I am doing my calculations now and come after two hours. and was talking to me. If you want, you can ask any conductor of the bus going from Bhavnagar via Sihor....

First bus arrived too late at 09:45 Am
After that at iscon cross road driver told us my duty is over so he left bus at iscon cross road. We were waiting till 1 and half hours for new driver.

Its very difficult to updown to do in Nadiad to Umreth
Today I m at bus.stand on Nadiad at 6.00 pm but till 6.45 not a single bus is coming for dakor lots of bus coming for other but not a single bus reached for going to dakor as well as Umreth

Sir this is very tuff situation for regular basis

Can anyone solve this problem on daily basis....

Sir morbi to rajkot. Intercity or bus chale 6 ema bhada ma 39 rs bhadu hoi 6 bt koi bhi conductor 1 rs pacho aapto nthii and jyare 410 local nu bhadu hoi tyare 1 rs compulsory Apvanu kye etle kato fx bhadu karo kato rs retain aapvanu kyo...

I have tried to booked TICKETS (on 4 th January 2022) on GSRTC online booking system through my PAYTM bank UPI for "BHAVNAGAR" to "AHMEDABAD”, my transaction was done successful but due to some reason i didn't get the ticket from gsrtc and i didn't get the option for print your e-ticket and some error message will displayed on the screen .The amount of Rs630/- was deducted...

The attendant in Public convenience at Paldi Bus Stand is Collecting Rs.2/- for Urinal, kindly take strict action against the company Toiles & Toilets Pvt Ltd as many people are urinating in open in Bus Stand premises to avoid paying 2 rupees which as per my knowledge should not be charged and these contractors are collecting money putting all rules at par.
Request to take strict action, so that public can't be blamed for unhygienic...

Issue with conductor gj18z6129 doj:-04/01/2022 dilipsinh jadeja he says gsrtc is my property and behaviour is so poor he is not allowed me to my luggage in dicky I also agree with luggage payment but he says dicky only use in gsrtc work 30 people arround me and he use bad language my igo will hurt please kindly action......
