I was traveling to Gandhidham to Bhuj in Bhuj-Dwarka Volvo sleeper bus. Bus time was 9-21 PM but bus was not arrive so I was go to inquiry table but inquiry table was closed

So my complaint for inquiry table. Who's person duty on that time and what is action you will take on him.

Many bus driver don't stop the buses at local bus stops for school and college students servuce/help. Then what is the meant of proposing such scheme for students if the transport company can't afford a bus for student so that they can reach their college at time.
Also the buses which are scheduled for college purposes that is not coming on time and get at that time where there is no student i.e., at 4 p.m. in the noon

Dated 23 Jan, 2022, I was traveling from Dwarka to Gandhidham, bus departed on his time at 8.00 pm but the driver was very unsafely driving that i though it would be my last journey, usually this bus is reaching Gandhidham at 4.00 am next day, but due that day I was at Gandhidham at 2.30 am, from this you can assume how fast the driver drives the bus. It's a request to the authority that please please whoever is traveling in a Government Bus, he has some faith that it is safe with GSRTC than other private buses, if something wrong is happened the Government is held responsible for this, the people who are traveling in this bus are tourists, employees who have their families, please at least think of them and instruct your bus drivers to drive safely.

I am travelling Mundra to Junagadh so I am going to urine but drive prohibited and agree word use

Your booking drowping time in jamnagar of paytm 12:30pm but your bus not tack to this time in jamnagar also lokdawon so not pic to any riksha this time and very trouble for me and my cousin for your driver very slovely driving and so i reqvest you to kindly remind this driver and conductor for his duty and following depo time.

એમ બસ દરેક સ્થળ પર મોડી પહોંચે છે તો આપ શ્રી ને વિનંતી છે કે આ બસ નો સમય ઓનલાઇન સુધારી નાખવામાં આવે જેથી મુસાફરને ખોટું બેસવું નહિ... ( દરેક સ્થળ નો સમય ઓનલાઇન સુધારવો... કારણકે બતાવેલા સમયે બસ નથી પહોંચતી)

રૂટ મા ચાલતા કંડકટર જોડે યોગ્ય સંકલન કરી લેવું.

Around 6:45 ahmedabad se aa rahi bus bich sadak pr stop huwi nd vaha se one passanger pick kiya. Me bhi vaha hi tha. Lekin bus stop nahi tha to bus driver ne fataft bus aage jane di. Me us bus k piche bhaga bcz aage ring road circle stand tha. Jab me stand par pahucha to vaha se conductor ne passangers ko pick kiya and darwaja band kar diya.. wo bola ki jagah nahi hai. Halaki andar jagah thi. I think us bus me 150% passangers thi. Aur bhi 7-8 passangers khade reh sakte the. me bhag kar aaya bus pakadne right stand pr fir bhi na bithaya.. and vaha bich sadak pr passangers bitha rahe hai.and wo b more than 100% capacity. Please do against bus conductor and driver. I file against him.

હુ સુરત થી કામરેજ અપ ડાઉન કરુ છુ હાલ મા બસ ને ડાયવર્ઝન આપવામા આવેલુ છે તો મુસાફરો ને જાણ કર્યા વિના જ ભાડા મા વધારો કરવામા આવેલો છે કોઇ જાહેર કર્યુ નથી કે ન્યુઝ પેપર મા નથી આવ્યુ. ડાયવર્ઝન અમે તો નથી કર્યુ ગુજરાત સરકારે કે પછી એસ.એમ.સી એ કરેલુ છે અમે હેરાન થઇ એ છીએ અમારો સમય સહારા દરવાજા પર ટ્રફીક ને કારણે વધુ બગડે છે અમારી કોઇ પણ કમ્પલૈન માન્ય રાખવામા નથી આવતી અગાઉ ઘણી કમ્પલૈન કરી છે પણ કોઇ ધ્યાન મા લેવામા આવી નથી

I have booked a ticket on 10 February but i haven't got my refund when i cancelled the ticket yet.

I complaint for driver and conductors because he is do not stop bus in Mithoi patna. and bus Name Jamnagar way khambhalia to porbandar time :- 4:40 in Mithoi patiya arrive

Rajkot SURENDRANAGAR bus is not stop at bus stop .and conductor behave is not proper .he is not pick passengers of moviya circle .he told that bus can not be stop at that place .while moviya circle is the bus stop on rajkot jamnagar highway .

Jab mai Surat bus depo pahucha., tabhi mere Saamne se meri bus subah 6:00am ki Surat gariyadhaar bus depo ke border tak pahuchi aur udhar maine haath deke rokne ki koshish ki... But un logo ne Surat bus depo me nahi roka.. Uske Baad mai complain conductor ko call kiya.. Fir unhone bola, kamrej Aa Jaao, uske Baad ankleshwar Aa Jaao, aur at last palej Aa Jaao, itna torture kiya hai., meri ticket book hai... Maine unhe bola... Tab to vo aur jyada speed me bus drive kiye... Mai unke piche Bhaaga bhi... But vo aur speed increase kar ke chale gaye...

Meri aapse ye request hai... Ki meri ticket ka paisa vapis kiya jaaye..
AUR conductor and driver pe sakt karyavaahi ki jaaye..
Bcoz unke wajah se Sirf mujhe kaafi problems face karni padi...
Mujhe compensation chaiye...
AUR agar aapse jald se jald solve nahi ho paya... Then I will write a mail to surat commissioner Sir.

This Driver conductor duo was late to arrive at every station and were badly treating passengers, They stopped at a place for Lunch officially but then left without announcing and made me run after The bus

I was traveling from morbi to Vadodara with PNR NO 47628555 on 15/01/22. In MORBI- SURAT route. Bus started from MORBI at 1800 hrs.
GSRTC sleeper bus made a Halt at SHIV SHAKTI HOTEL near Malvan . Halt is approved by GSRTC AUTHORITY.
AS A PASSANGER, WE FOUND THAT MALE/ FEMALE URINAL IS SMELLING BADLY. NO WATER FACILITY IS AVAILABLE FOR PASSANGER TO CLEAN THEIR HAND.
MORE OVER THEIR FOOD ITEMS RATES ARE HIGHER WITH LOW QUANTITY AS WELL AS QUALITY..
AFTER LONG JOURNEY PASSANGER AND DRIVER/ CONDUCTOR ALSOREQUIRED FEEL FRESH AT ENROUTE HOTEL, WHICH IS HAVING GOOD HYGIENIC CONDITION AND FOOD ITEM'S ARE AVAILABLE AT MARKET RATES WITH GOOD QUALITY AND QUANTITY.
