Dear Sir
This is to inform you that gandhinigar city Bus number GJ-18-Y-1717 which was supposed to stop at CH-0 circle did not stopped at that point . And the conductor refused me to provide ticket for the same . He further did bot provide me ticket too and i went to bus depo without ticket . Please look into the matter. I am also providing photo of that conductor .

Hello sir,

The bus rout of Baroda to Rajpipla and Rajpipla to Baroda is very crowded for whole day but bus for this rout is very irregular, some times metrolink ran very regular when it newly started but after some time it has been very irregular even depot cancle some buses instantly. Everyday public got very bothered so i request you to do regular bus for this rout.
And one more request most of young public put their bags and luggages from bus windows for occupy their sit at Rajpipla bus depo if they occupy whole bus's sits from outside, what can old people do. Please do somthing on that also if possible.

This issue from Ahmedabad gsrtc bus port. 5Rupiss charge for urine. Out side also bord for no pay for urine but in side women employ directy charge 5 rupees and also bad languages use.

Recently I've travelled from JAMNAGAR to Ahmedabad and I've booked gurjarnagri but I've to travel in express bus also I've booked window seat and not got one. Good morning,
I booked a ticket for Holol From Bharuch G N F C Bus pickup location, In application bus Time sawing 7:15 AM, But bus was coming at 8:17 AM. My booking was confirmed and I have conforming email as well, i ask the bus conductor why it's late he replied me that bus schedule is already one hour late, then why it's sawing Me 7:15 AM If bus timing was chenged, and one more thing, that bus conductor don't have any booking information he asked me that are you sure about this bus this is the right bus ? I booked a ticket so how can I forgot about the bus. This experience is such worse. This is such bad response by the gsrtc, GNFC bus depot, manger also very rude to me, she is not pass the correct information to me. I have to reached halol at 9:15AM, now I'm not able to reached at time, in this circumstance what should I do ??? Just suggest me how you will going to slove this problem,

Vanraj...what a nice cheater with company name called " Shree radha rising Transportation company".
I have transferred an amount 12000 as an advance for the transportation of goods om bhopal to Andhra Pradesh later he asked me to get a favor of fuel charges to transfer the amount of 15k t his driver account after he Transferred to my account, but his money I didn't receive at all. But my money is debited from my account and afterwards he is not lifting my phone.
Please block this posting and help to frefund 12k+15k to me.
ShreeRadha krishna transportation is a fraud company..
Becareful he provides all vehicle and driver details and gst details which looks like genuine.

I have called the gsrtc bus conducter and the conducter said that the bus is cancelled so I buy the another bus ticket and traveled from another bus to ahemdabad and the gsrtc bus comes at kalandri the same day. the conducter give me the wrong details so I missed my gsrtc bus and when I file a refund complaint the complaint is also rejected saying that the bus comes. I have the call recording of that call with gsrtc bus conducter.

જય ભારત સાથે જણાવવાનું કે તારીખ ૧૬/૧૨/૨૧ ના રોજ વડોદરા ગોધરા એક્ષપ્રેસ બસ માં આવવનું થયુ હતું અને મારે જરોદ ચાર રસ્તા (રેફરલ હોસ્પિટલ) પર ઉતરવા નું હતું કન્ડક્ટર શ્રી અને ડ્રાઈવર શ્રી ને મેં ઉતારવા માટે વાત કરી હતી પણ તેમને ત્યાં બસ ઉભી નથી રાખી એમના જણાવ્યા પ્રમાણે એ એમનું સ્ટોપ નથી પણ હું રોજ મુસાફરી કરું છું અને અત્યાર સુધી દરેક બસ તે સ્ટોપ પર ઉભી જ રહે છે અને મુસાફરો સાથે તોછડાઈ ભર્યું વર્તણૂક કરે છે... મજૂર વર્ગ ના મુસાફરો કે જેઓ આખા દિવસ ની મહેનત પછી ઘરે આવતા હોય તયારે ૧.૫ કિલોમીટર દૂર બસ ઉભી રાખે છે ત્યાંથી મુસાફરો એ પાછા ૧.૫ કિમી ચાલી ને આવું પડે છે અને મુસાફર દરવાજા પાસે આવી ગયા છતાં ઉતારવા ના દીધા છતાં ઉપરથી એમની સાથે જોર જોરથી ઊંચા આવાજે વાતો કરવી એ એસ ટી નિગમ ની છાપ બગાડે છે જેનાથી લોકો એસ ટી માં મુસાફરી કરવાનું ટાળશે અને એસ ટી નિગમ ની જન માનસ માં ખરાબ અસર પડશે...
ઉપરોક્ત બાબત આપનું ધ્યાન દોરવામાં આવે છે કે ભવિષ્યમાં આવી ઘટના ના બને તે માટે જે તે કન્ડક્ટર નું ધ્યાન દોરી યોગ્ય માર્ગદર્શન આપશો.

When I personally visit the reservation office at Dabhoi Bus Depot on 16 Dec 2021 and demand for passenger pass form, counter clerk replied that the form is not available and you can get it only at any zerox shop.

In pertaining to above there might not be any contract between all zerox shop and GSRTC regarding supply of passenger pass form.

Hence, it is my request that form should be available at Dabhoi Bus Depot.

સર હું નાગલપુર કોલેજ માંથી એમ કોમ સેમ 1 નો વિદ્યાર્થી બોલું છું અને મારું નામ શુભ પટેલ છે સર હું છેલ્લાં ગણા સમય થી બસ માં updown કરું છું તો સર અમારી નાગલપુર કોલેજ ની સામે નાગલપુર નું લોકલ બસ નું બસ સ્ટેન્ડ આવેલું છે જ્યાં લોકલ બસો ઉભી રહેતી હોય છે પરંતુ સર અમારે ઊંઝા અને સિધ્ધપુર ડેપો ની લોકલ બસો જેવીકે ઉમિયા માતા થી અમદાવાદ અને કૃષ્ણ નગર થી પસવાદર જેમનું નાગલપુર નું બસ સ્ટેન્ડ હોવા છતાં ઉભી રહેતી નથી અને કંડકટર પોતાની મનમાની કરીને અને નાગલપુર સ્ટેન્ડ નો પાસ હોવા છતાં ઉભી રહેતી નથી અને વિધાર્થીઓ ને મોઢેરા ચોકડી પર 2 થિ 3 km દૂર ઉતારે છે અને ત્યાંથી વિધાર્થી ને ચાલતા કોલેજ આવવું પડે છે અને જેમાં એમના કોલેજ ના લેક્ચર અને ટાઈમ ખૂબ જ બગડે છે તો સર મારી આપને નમ્ર વિનંતી છે કે તમે માંરી ફરિયાદ નું યોગ્ય નિરાકારણ લાવશો અને વિદ્યાર્થી ને યોગ્ય ન્યાય આપશો .

We are booked a ticket in Ahmedabad To Bhuj bus time 8:35 for to reach befor 13:00 at Dhrangadhra but the bus came at ahmedabad gita mandir busport at 9:10 And depart from there At 9:15 am

On road bus driver drive a bus like auto rickshaw and like a lokal bus we paid a fair of express bus but it is not express from any angle

It is nessary to reach before 13:00 at dhrangadhara to attend duty so we booked a ticket at 8:35 am but I fell i can not attend my duty due to worst service of this bus

And he also 20 minute waste on hault at hotel

Pls do the needful for about it
