I have booked ticket from Ahmedabad to vaghodia cross road today asusual money got deducted but ticket hasn’t been booked this is happening 4-5 times i am literally fed up with this thing and ur bloody helpline number is also not working feel like i am giving u this money everytime for free plss i really want my money back look into this matter kindly request or else give me ur damm helpline no which is working

I had processed for E Ticket booking on GSRTC Portal but due to transaction failure reason ticket not booked and amount of 394 Rs. debited from my SBI credit card.

OB Ref. No. : GS16284114 ... with dated 06/11/21.

I had complained on GSRTC portal by Refund Complaint menu and they given only one time reply as no any amount received you have to complain at your bank.

Then I had booked compliant to SBI credit card & they had replied with transaction ID as settled status.

Then again I had complaint to GSRTC with same Transaction ID on GSRTC - Refund Comlaint portal by every time they closed complaint without given solution also I had called on helpline no. then they did not given any solution and cut the call.

Please find attached document for same.

Please do the needful for the same.

Trip Savarkundla-Veraval actual time for starting its journey is 07:45 AM, I personally travel with this bus twice every month and never ever seen that the bus depart on its actual time. Every time start its journey after 08:00 AM.

Dear Sir,

We are traveling from surat to chikhli and GSRTC bus not working on the way near Udhana three Darwaja and we are not moving from their location to another bus and bus conductor asked about report we have not any report about previous bus orangery details and he has removed from the bus and take report then come to bus.

We are all passengers bus ticket money loss who will be Repay our money

NOTE:- in that case support to public and traveling managed by GSRTC team
No one can take responsibility bus staff
Who will be responsible ??????

I'm regular customer of your volvo service from Gandhidham to Ahmedabad or Rajkot or Somnath.
I seen from last more then 5 years gandhidham bus station lowest catagory bus station of gsrtc.
There is no cleaning, no any waiting space, no any toilet facilities, no any hygienic.
Pls look into this.

During journey frm surendrangar to somnath on[protected] bus came late to rajkot time was 4:00 pm although it came at 4:45 pm nd the phone of conductor was switch off when tried to call.

When asked at inquiry window people sitting there told that bus will be late. It can be two hours late three hours late

Sir, i vasim ali from rajasthan (jalore) have booked a ticket from ahmd ranip to vadodara ( on 12th of dec at 12 .24 am ) and it was 7-30 am from ranip ( and i have got an pnr with no :G46507301 and have got the conformation of seats and when we arrived there and asked about the booking there was no response and were not talking poitly and were just tlking rudly and miss behaving with us while we are from other state and when i have called to toll free the have said it was wrong pnr sonolz esure the mistake from you and take an action regarding them . Sir, I am vasimali my wrong pnr was G46507301 and when hearing this all talked to help toll free and got the refrnce no GS17056636 .my complaint is that when my booking is done they have to check what was the mistake .but they were missbehaving with us when we are new to this state I want take action regarding them i hooe you take an action on them and feedback me Thanking you hope obey my complaint and take an action .

Did not carry complaint book with him and treat passengers very badly on route the bus without picking of pre-booked passengers.

Depot manager Rajkot -》
Do not take any action properly and talk in a very rude way towards complaint filer. Support colleague and staff of his ST employees in wrong doing, no proper readdress the complaint of passanger who is dissatisfied towards the working and loopholes of our transportation facility, shifting his duty in the name of his limitations of his depot. Seen some portion towards facility receiver besides facility provider, Act as a public lord besides Public Servert.
This concern need to be address as soon as possible.

express fare is high

Odinurya has less and she tak station too

yet both take the right time

I think sabhi should be made local

હું નવા સચિવાલય માં સર્વિસ કરૂ છું. ગોતા ચોકડી થી નવા સચિવાલય આવતા ધોળકા - નવા સચિવાલય બસ નવા સચિવાલય નાં ૬ નંબર નાં ગેટ પાસેથી પસાર થતી હોવા છતાં કન્ડક્ટર બહેન ઉભી રાખવાનો ઇનકાર કરે છે.તેઓ પોતાની પાસે ફરિયાદ બુક પણ રાખતા હોવાનું જણાતું નથી. તેમની પાસે ફરિયાદ બૂકની માંગણી કરતા તેઓએ ફરિયાદ બુક આપવાનો ઇન્કાર કરેલ છે.આમ, કન્ડક્ટર બહેન દ્વારા ૬ નંબર નાં ગેટ નું સ્ટોપ હોવા છતાં બસ ઊભી રાખવાનો ઇનકાર કરતાં કસ્ટમર ને ઘણું લાંબુ અંતર કાપીને સચિવાલય પહોચવું પડે છે. સચિવાલય નો ૬ નંબર નો ગેટ કર્મચારી ની સુવિધા માટે જ ખુલો રાખેલો છે. ધોળકા - સચિવાલય બસ પણ કર્મચારીઓની સુવિધા માટે જ છે. તો કંડકટર બહેન દ્વારા કરવામાં આવતું મનમાન્યું વર્તન અને બસ ઉભી રાખવાનો કરાતો ઇનકાર બિલકુલ યોગ્ય ન હોય આપની કક્ષાએ યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરવા વિનંતી છે. ધોળકા - સચિવાલય બસ સવારના ૧૦:૩૦ આસપાસ સચિવાલય પહોંચે છે તો એ અનુસાર આપના દ્વારા યોગ્ય તપાસ કરી ધોળકા - સચિવાલય બસ નાં કન્ડક્ટર બહેન ને યોગ્ય સૂચના આપવા વિનંતી છે

સુરત ડેપો પરથી લોકલ બસ વાયા વરાછા થઇ કામરેજ, કીમ, માંડવી, કોસમ્બા, ઉમરપાડા, ઝ્ન્ખવાવ, દેવમોગરા, વગેરે ઉપડે છે પરંતુ હાલ મા મેટ્રોની કામગેરી ચાલતી હોય બસ ને ડાયવર્ઝન આપવામા આવેલ છે જેથી બસ વાયા સહરાદરવાજા થઇ સીમાડા જકાતનાકા થી કામરેજ, કીમ, માંડવી, કોસમ્બા, ઉમરપાડા, ઝ્ન્ખવાવ, દેવમોગરા વગેરે લોકલ બસ જાય છે જે થી બસ એક કલાક મોડી આવે છે જેથી ઓફીસ સમય પર પહોંચી શકાતુ નથી તો લોકલ બસ કામરેજ ચોકડી સુધી ની એકસ્ટ્રા બસ મુકવામા આવે તો ઘણા ના ઓફીસ સમય સચવાય કઠોર, જતી બસ લોકલ ચાલતી હતી પણ તેને રદ કરવામા આવેલ છે તેને ફરીથી ચાલુ કરાય ત તો ઘણા ની તકલીફ ઓછી થય જાય

I'm traveling in your GSRTC bus no. GJ-18-Z-3132,
My tickets confirmation screenshot already attached,
So, my issue is, the bus conductor is not public servent, he has collected unfair amount of luggage from the 2 o[censored]s passengers, and he is talking very rudely with the passengers & he's not wearing mask for public safety also, and they are stopping st bus on private hotels also which is in my knowledge is illegal
Please take strict actions against such people's to save the reputation of this an awasome organization...
