Sir, i vasim ali from rajasthan (jalore) have booked a ticket from ahmd ranip to vadodara ( on 12th of dec at 12 .24 am ) and it was 7-30 am from ranip ( and i have got an pnr with no :G46507301 and have got the conformation of seats and when we arrived there and asked about the booking there was no response and were not talking poitly and were just tlking rudly and miss behaving with us while we are from other state and when i have called to toll free the have said it was wrong pnr sonolz esure the mistake from you and take an action regarding them . Thanking you hope u obey my complaint .And send me an feed back

Sir, I am vasimali my wrong pnr was G46507301 and when hearing this all talked to help toll free and got the refrnce no GS17056636 .my complaint is that when my booking is done they have to check what was the mistake .but they were missbehaving with us when we are new to this state I want take action regarding them i hooe you take an action on them and feedback me Thanking you hope obey my complaint and take an action .

Did not carry complaint book with him and treat passengers very badly on route the bus without picking of pre-booked passengers.

Depot manager Rajkot -》
Do not take any action properly and talk in a very rude way towards complaint filer. Support colleague and staff of his ST employees in wrong doing, no proper readdress the complaint of passanger who is dissatisfied towards the working and loopholes of our transportation facility, shifting his duty in the name of his limitations of his depot. Seen some portion towards facility receiver besides facility provider, Act as a public lord besides Public Servert.
This concern need to be address as soon as possible.

Busses are always late for more than hour and take unecessary haults in interval of 1 to 1:30 hour

On 4th december i booked my bus from Ahmedabad nehrunagar to vaghodia cross road but at the time of payment money got deducted but ticjet haven’t been booked and regarding that i registered a complaint also gor refunding my money but its one week my complaint haven’t been resolved yet I kindly request you to see nd generate my money back

All buses from Gandhidham to varahi take 4 hours whether it is express or odinury.

express fare is high

Odinurya has less and she tak station too

yet both take the right time

I think sabhi should be made local

Why is there no time left but whose money is saved?

બેચરાજી બસ સ્ટેશન માં બપોરે 1.15 વાગ્યે આવતી બેચરાજી અમદાવાદ એક્સપ્રેસ બસ અમુક દિવસ થી 15 મિનિટ મોડી આવે છે.

હું નવા સચિવાલય માં સર્વિસ કરૂ છું. ગોતા ચોકડી થી નવા સચિવાલય આવતા ધોળકા - નવા સચિવાલય બસ નવા સચિવાલય નાં ૬ નંબર નાં ગેટ પાસેથી પસાર થતી હોવા છતાં કન્ડક્ટર બહેન ઉભી રાખવાનો ઇનકાર કરે છે.તેઓ પોતાની પાસે ફરિયાદ બુક પણ રાખતા હોવાનું જણાતું નથી. તેમની પાસે ફરિયાદ બૂકની માંગણી કરતા તેઓએ ફરિયાદ બુક આપવાનો ઇન્કાર કરેલ છે.આમ, કન્ડક્ટર બહેન દ્વારા ૬ નંબર નાં ગેટ નું સ્ટોપ હોવા છતાં બસ ઊભી રાખવાનો ઇનકાર કરતાં કસ્ટમર ને ઘણું લાંબુ અંતર કાપીને સચિવાલય પહોચવું પડે છે. સચિવાલય નો ૬ નંબર નો ગેટ કર્મચારી ની સુવિધા માટે જ ખુલો રાખેલો છે. ધોળકા - સચિવાલય બસ પણ કર્મચારીઓની સુવિધા માટે જ છે. તો કંડકટર બહેન દ્વારા કરવામાં આવતું મનમાન્યું વર્તન અને બસ ઉભી રાખવાનો કરાતો ઇનકાર બિલકુલ યોગ્ય ન હોય આપની કક્ષાએ યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરવા વિનંતી છે. ધોળકા - સચિવાલય બસ સવારના ૧૦:૩૦ આસપાસ સચિવાલય પહોંચે છે તો એ અનુસાર આપના દ્વારા યોગ્ય તપાસ કરી ધોળકા - સચિવાલય બસ નાં કન્ડક્ટર બહેન ને યોગ્ય સૂચના આપવા વિનંતી છે

સુરત ડેપો પરથી લોકલ બસ વાયા વરાછા થઇ કામરેજ, કીમ, માંડવી, કોસમ્બા, ઉમરપાડા, ઝ્ન્ખવાવ, દેવમોગરા, વગેરે ઉપડે છે પરંતુ હાલ મા મેટ્રોની કામગેરી ચાલતી હોય બસ ને ડાયવર્ઝન આપવામા આવેલ છે જેથી બસ વાયા સહરાદરવાજા થઇ સીમાડા જકાતનાકા થી કામરેજ, કીમ, માંડવી, કોસમ્બા, ઉમરપાડા, ઝ્ન્ખવાવ, દેવમોગરા વગેરે લોકલ બસ જાય છે જે થી બસ એક કલાક મોડી આવે છે જેથી ઓફીસ સમય પર પહોંચી શકાતુ નથી તો લોકલ બસ કામરેજ ચોકડી સુધી ની એકસ્ટ્રા બસ મુકવામા આવે તો ઘણા ના ઓફીસ સમય સચવાય કઠોર, જતી બસ લોકલ ચાલતી હતી પણ તેને રદ કરવામા આવેલ છે તેને ફરીથી ચાલુ કરાય ત તો ઘણા ની તકલીફ ઓછી થય જાય

Ahmedabad to modasa busses are not in time as schedule timing daily we have to waste lots of time please take some legal action about this situation

So, my issue is, the bus conductor is not public servent, he has collected unfair amount of luggage from the 2 o[censored]s passengers, and he is talking very rudely with the passengers & he's not wearing mask for public safety also, and they are stopping st bus on private hotels also which is in my knowledge is illegal
Please take strict actions against such people's to save the reputation of this an awasome organization...

I am eagerly waiting for a bus at Bhildi bus stop. I check last bus from Bhildi to Palanpur GJ-18-Z-2469 in Rapid go app. And I went to bus stop before the time 8.15 p.m today. And bus came at 8.35 p.m but it cannot Stop at bus stop. I and my family wants to pick up this last bus from Bhildi to Palanpur but bus driver can't Stop bus at my station. I am raising my hand and speaking loudly but bus driver can't Stop bus at my stand . So i want to complaint it.

As on 6/12/2021 I have reservation from BHILODA to JAMNAGAR, I have reservation on seat no 4 but it was damaged seat when I was ask to change they refused I also talked to the depo manager of BHILODA his response is inconvenient after my argument they take bus to the himatnagar bus depo and repair. Seat was damaged 4-5 days ago but they didn't repaire the seat, as said by the driver

Facing issues for Halt between the stations where many of people were struggling for thirst and food starving
As well as its needed for toilet respectively.
At least 10-15 minutes halt should be compensate
Kindly look over problem cause its very worst condition
As Conductor and driver stated that we are following orders from Management.
What kind of management is this?

I was waiting for 3AM for bus route name DAHOD TO JAMJODHPUR (Via samana, berada, shethvadala).Which was schedule on 4 AM.Driver not stop the bus, i raised hand to stop, but he could not stop bus ...

Today I traveled with my booked ticket from palanpur to Ahmedabad in bus service from palanpur to vapi.
Bus departure timing from palanpur was 06:00 pm & arrival time of Ahmedabad was 09:35pm
But bus already late come at departure station at 06:20 pm & also reach Ahmedabad at 10:28 pm.
I booked my ticket in this bus because I also travel from Ahmedabad to dadar by train.The train timing from Ahmedabad was 22:50 pm.
But due to late arrival of bus at Ahmedabad geeta mandir I miss my train & the train fare was 1300/- inr.
Who is responsible for this kind of issues.
I do same complaint to bus conductor & driver but both are doing miss behavior with me.
Bus also halt at hotel sagar for dinner that's why I reached late

Today i booked the ticket from nehrunagar to vaghodia cross road at time money deduction money got deducted but ticket hsnt been booked yet so i kindly request you to look into this matter and send my refund

Today i traveled in GRSRTC local bus from city junagadh to keshod.Arlund 7 pm i alslmost reacbing keshod and i said to stop bus at bus stop at Airport road bus stop but they drop me char chok directly.they dint stop at airport road bus stop even i was front of doors and i request to conductor but he dont even listen.bus number is GJ.18 Z.5453
Bus root was from junagadh to madiya hatina evening around 6 pm.on date of 4rth december 2021 Saturday .their is bus stop already but why they are not stoping local buses even i request to conducter they dint stop bus and they drop so long to char chok keshod.i stay near airport road bus stop than i have to walk so long from char chowk, please note my complain stricly.i have uploaded bus number photo and my travel ticket also.kindly listen my complain anyhow.many people's passed from this problem kindly short it.
