Respected sir iam from Dalwana village near SIDDHPUR gsrtc so our route in many students every day up-down to callage primary school an high school how can they up- dawn my complaint to mangement gstrc or siddapur bus depot please inform bus routes regular night route and day route bus service presently bus service is very poor noted the points
please regular bus route and help our student and Indian citizen so please suddenly action...

I have bookd tickets from Ahmedabad to gandhidham for 2 person Dated on 01 Dec 2021. Pickup point for that was iskon cross road. Pick-up time was 1:45 am. PNR No. Is 46028209 . We have waited from 12:30 to 2:50 and bus still not arrived. Nithee GSRTC has not provide any contact details for conductor. Also Conductor has not contacted us....

I have booked the tickets for surat to baroda on[protected]..but my bus was canceled.. Then i requested for refund to paytm and also to gsrtc.. But they are don't replying properly.. Gsrtc saying I have to contact paytm.. Where i contact to paytm they saying i have to contact gsrtc... Please help me to resolve my problem.. I am sharing below my booking details......

The conductor of bus no. GJ 18 Z 7743 misbehaved while I had asked why the bus got delayed and where it was reached. He replied rudely and told me to wait at bus depot and not to call again. I booked a Seat on Gandhinagar to Una bus tor traveling in A/C bus but while i seen inside that not working properly AC. It's an money waste to booked on this hus you took money for AC and not giving sufficient cooling also. As per mentioned in subject krishnanagr to Gariyadhar bus timing 12.45 pm always running late. Even origin is krishna nagar still bus will never run on time. Please check and this and solve. So many customers are facing this issue. As we are getting common answer from bus depo is due to traffic bus will be late. Many students and officers are travel by this bus, linked citys like radhanpur deodar, shihori Bhabhar, bus is not operate time to time so we can't catch other bus from patan and other depots
