On dt.12.11.21, above referred bus arrived at Dhasagam cross road at official bus stop, there were vacant seats in the bus. However conductor did not stop the bus and he raised his thumb towards the private bus operator!
Such type of behaviour is the direct loss to GSRTC and customer satisfaction.

    At ahmedabad bus depo ther is lot of counters for booking tickets but unfortunately one one is open how they are unresponsible like that there is long queue for reservation but only one window open... Please take action against it's either I complain to higher command

      સાહેબ શ્રી,

      અમો રાજકોટ થી સુરેન્દ્રનગર મુસાફરી કરવા માટે
      સતાધાર -- હારીજ બસ માં બેઠા છીએ .
      આ બસ રાજકોટ માં વીસ મીનીટ નો હોલ્ટ કરેલ.
      પછી ચોટીલા થી ૧૦ કીલોમીટર આગળ હાઈવે પર
      રાજમહેલ હોટલ પર ૧૫ મીનીટ હોલ્ટ કરેલ.
      જે કંડકટરને કહેવા છતાં પણ નહીં માનેલ.
      આ બાબતે ધ્યાને લઈ જે કાયદેસર થતું હોય તે કરવા અનુરોધ છે.

            વિષય:- બગોદરા બસ સ્ટેન્ડમાં બસ ના આવવા બાબત.
            સવિનય જય ભારત સાથ ભારત દેશના એક જાગૃત નાગરિક તરીકે લખી જણાવવાનું કે, બસ નંબર GJ 18 Z 6900 રાજકોટ થી પાણીગેટ વડોદરા તરફ જતી gurjarnagri બસ તારીખ:૨૦/à«§à«§/૨૦૨à�... ના રોજ સવારે ૯:૩૦ કલાકે બગોદરા બસ સ્ટેન્ડમાં આવેલ નથી અને હાઈવે પર સીધી જતી રહેલ છે લગ્ન ‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌â�... ઘણા મુસાફર આ બાબતે હેરાન થતાં જોવા મળ્યા. આ બાબતે બગોદરા ડેપો માં પૂછપરશ કરતા સંતોષ કારક જવાબના બદલે દાદાગીરી વાળા શબ્દો પ્રયોગ જેવા કે, ઈચ્છા હોઈ તો બસ આવે, ફરિયાદ કરવી હોય ત્યાં કરી દેજે, શું ઉખાડી લેવાનો છે વગેરે જણયો આ બાબતે ઉપરોક્ત બસનાં ડ્રાઇવર, કંડકટર તેમજ બગોદરા બસ સ્ટેશન ના કર્મચારી ઉપર આમ જનતાના હિતાર્થે કાર્યવાહી કરશો..

                Sir .Good Evening .
                We had booked a ticket to travel from Baroda to Shridi . The date of journey was 12/11/2021. we boarded on bus but when bus reached to "SURAT", we were told that Bus would not go ahead of Saputara . So we had to get down and return back .
                So I request you to refund my fare as service not provided.

                    Respected sir there is a ST Bus stop called Government polytechnic College Raska near raska check post village raska district Kheda state gujrat, village students use to travel from this stand to Maninagar and during that period there is a ST Bus no GJ18Z 5560 comes from Borshad and goes to Ahmedabad, but not stopping at this stand . Sir please take necessary action in the favour of these village students.

                      This is the new gartc busstand, dholka...since long time there is no one present in help desk...as u can see there is lock since long time...all passengers suffer due to lack of information about buses ...i strongly recommend you to chek why there is no one in help desk ...nd take action ..its a request from all passengers present here...

                      Hope u understand the problem nd take action according...nd if your job is not related to this work then pls send or forword this messsage to responsible representative of gsrtc management

                        I have Booking Ac sleeper bus Rajkot to Ahmedabad..Bus arraival time at Rajkot 22:10 but bus yet not reach at time..Bus was delayed more than 2 hours..GSRTC customer care team and depot manager not supportive and not provided any solution..Gsrtc team tolde me please raise refund and take other bus after 2 hours of my Boarding time

                        Please Strictly action against GSRTC TEAM because we have pay more money for comfortable travel experience but they not up to the mark...

                          રવેચી થી ભુજ વાયા: દુધઈ જવા માટે ની બસ વારંવાર કહેવા છતાંય મોળી નીકળે છે ...ભચાઉ થી બસ ને નીકળવાનો ટાઇમ ૭:૪૫ છે એની જગ્યા એ ૮:૩૦ કલાકે નીકળે છે...કન્ડક્ટર કહે છે અમારે જમવું છે તો સર અમારે ત્યાં સુધી માં તેમની રાહ જોઈ ને બેસી રહવાનું ...અમે બધા દરરોજ એજ બસ માં ઘરે જઈએ છીએ...સર અમે પણ બધા નોકરિયાત જ છીએ ઠીક છે સાહેબ એક બે દિવસ આતો દરરોજ આજ પ્રશ્ન સામે આવે છે તો સાહેબ મારી નમ્ર વિનંતી છે કે આ મારી અરજી વાંચી ને આ પ્રોબ્લેમ પર એક્શન લેસોજી...જય હિન્દ..જય ભારત ...

                              Respected Sir/Madam,
                              This is regarding above mentioned subject. It has been observed that the bus running between Rajula to Bhuj is having very poor condition. Seats are not working properly.

                              The distance between these two stations is approximately 450 kilometres and it takes almost 12 hours of journey. It is difficult to travel in such conditions. We believe that GSRTC is doing it's best in other routes, but you are requested to please give some extra time and resolve issues to give optimum amount of comfort to the passengers.

                              I hope that the GSRTC will take some serious action on this and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.

                                Today on[protected] I was waiting for GSRTC bus at Jakatnaka Bus stop, Jasdan city, Rajkot District.
                                Around 16:02 pm Barvala-Jamnagar bus has passed from the stop, although I have raisd hand to stop the bus but it couldn't.

                                I am working as a Dy Mamlatdar & Executive Magistrate (MDM) at Jasdan Mamlatdar office. IT was very important for me to reach collector office Rajkot in time. But it couldn't get possible only because of the carelessness of GSRTC's bus driver. Please note down my complaint regarding driver/bus conductor's mischief.

                                    Respected Sir,

                                    The bus from Ahmedabad to Dahod (Express) at Kheda Depot has a bus time of 08:15 pm but it brings the bus to the platform at 08:40 every day. If asked, he will say that the bus time has changed. When another new driver and conductor, he arrives at the appointed time. On-line booking fences are also disturbed and at half past eight, a passenger from Dahod sits in the another buses of Dakor route. After they bring The bus in platform.

                                    If there is no other express bus from Ahmedabad to Kathlal from 07:20 to 08:20 then this causes inconvenience to the daily commuters.

                                    Please keep the bus on the time according to bus timetable

                                        હું gsrtc બસનો ગ્રાહક હતો જે અમદાવાદ થી ધાનેરા જતી હતી. આ બસ સવારે 10.30 વાગ્યે નઈનકમ ટેક્સ (અમદાવાદ) થી ઉપડતી હતી અને હું બસમાં હતો. મેં ડ્રાઈવર અને કંડક્ટરને પૂછ્યું કે તેઓ બંને હતા. વાઇફાઇ ઉપલબ્ધ નથી અને મેં આ બસમાં મુસાફરી કરવા માટે 229 રૂપિયા ચૂકવ્યા છે. gsrtc ના નિયમો અને વેબસાઇટ્સમાં�... સ્પષ્ટ રીતે લખેલું છે Wifi સેવા તમામ ગ્રાહકો માટે ઉપલબ્ધ છે. પરંતુ તે બસમાં તે ઉપલબ્ધ ન હતી અથવા કામ કરતી ન હતી, મેં બસ ડ્રાઇવર અને કંડક્ટર બંનેને પૂછ્યું. હું આ સેવાની તરફેણમાં ઝડપી પગલાં લેવા માંગું છું કારણ કે અમે આ માટે 229 ચૂકવીએ છીએ તેથી અમને બધી સેવાઓ અપડેટ મળવી જોઈએ. હું આ સેવા માટે ચૂકવેલ મારા પૈસા પાછા (રીફંડ) માંગું છું. મારો ફોન નંબર [સંરક્ષિત] છે. હું ઈચ્છું છું કે સેવા નિયમિત રૂપે ખોલવામાં આવે અન્યથા તમારે કંઈક કરવું જોઈએ કારણ કે 229rs ચૂકવી રહ્યા છે અને તેના બદલામાં અમને સેવાઓ મળી રહી નથી. મારી તમને વિનંતી છે કે તમે ઝડપથી પગલાં લો. હું તમારા જવાબ અને કાર્યવાહી અને રિફંડની પણ રાહ જોઈ રહ્યો છું. આભાર. મારું નામ અરવિંદ કુમાર સેન છે. મેં [protected]@ gsrtc પર પણ ફરિયાદ સબમિટ કરી છેપરંતુ તેઓ મને જવાબ આપતા નથી. મેં આ ફરિયાદ gsrtc ના કંટ્રોલ પોઈન્ટ પર બસ સ્ટેશન પર પણ નોંધાવી છે . કૃપા કરીને મને રિફંડ કરો અને તે સેવા શરૂ કરો. મને તમારી મદદ જોઈએ છે, હું તમને વિનંતી કરું છું. કારણ કે અહીં બધા લોકો આ પ્રકારના જીવનનો ઉપયોગ કરે છે પરંતુ મને આ જોઈતું નથી, હું કંપનીના માલિકને તેનાથી વાકેફ કરવા માંગુ છું અને મને મારો અધિકાર જોઈએ છે. આભાર.
