I booked 4 tickets in gurjarnagari bus class for 2nd November 2021 at 11:45 in Ahmedabad ranip to Palanpur but bus came ranip at 12:30 and bus class is express and also bus stopped before reached to Ungha. This way is not convenient for passengers. I want refund for this tickets because I booked ticket to pay 112 rs per person for this bus but actual charges of this bus is 106 per person....

Conductor didn't receive the call as the bus was delayed by more than 45 mins. When we onboarded in bus, conductor talked very rudely and insulted in front of everyone. It's his duty to receive the call if the bus is delayed.

I had booking on gsrtc bus(Una to Gandhinagar, bus no. Gj07 yz 6456). It supposed to be 10:30 am at amreli. But it was more than hours late. I called to gsrtc help line number. They provide me conductor contact no. and asked me deal with him. There is no policy for late bus. There is no proper system for complaints.

In express bus Bhabhar-Bopal 6:30 AM Route. Bus driver overload bus with passengers because of their cast in these such period of corona and most of the passenger not wearing mask. The dirty bus depo of kutchh gujrat there is no cleaning of toilet and seating areas there is no complaint book with manager please clean...

I am traveling in gsrtc sleeper Volvo from valsad to Vadodara.! However bus is nice but the conductor has very bad behaviour and not helping in anything.! First when i board i want to put my bag in lagage are but conductor denined and told me to have my bag with me.! Than on one stop i want to go for washroom as bus did not take any hault ! I told the driver that i m going to washroom but still he took off the bus and i was not in the bus...

I have planned a journey from Ahmedabad ctm to Baroda and bus was 1.5 hrs late.

Also the PNR number provided was wrong and I was facing issue while searching bus at the stop.

My scheduled bus arrived at 4:30 pm instead of 3:07 pm.

I have waited almost more than my journey time at my busstop.

I am looking for refund for this bad management shown by GSRTC.

The local bus from Dhrangadhra to Rajkot at 6:30 AM is not started regularly after completion of road repair work...

Please start it regularly. 🙏...

Surat to mandvi(district - surat) time -9:40 am (departure)
Local bus hoi, varachha stop hova chhata, bus driver last one week thi hath btavva chhta stop karta nthi.

We are doing job at mandvi taluka .we are doing up & down at mandvi taluka daily.A new bus driver couldn't take stoppage at varachha stop since last one week.we are getting late ..please help us....

Bus hanumanmadhi to radhanpur is to late at surendranagar bus station daily . It's daily late at surendranagar and than holt 15 minutes daily . So we not reached at destination at time daily . Pls resolved this problem . We humble request to solve issues...

Morbi Kawant bus expected to arrive at Surendranagar at around 5.30PM

This bus never arrival as per schedule posted over GSRTC site.

Due to inconsistent time, passanger has to wait .

Please follow the schedule or Change schedule to avoid further inconveniences....

Fir conducor ne dusri bus ruki or us bas main me chad gaya or bus main sit khali thi fir bhi dirver ne bus chalu kar di or dusre passenger nahi chad paye...
Or muje Forcefully dusri tickets leni padi ...ye bat[protected] ki hain .....

Vijapur to surat bus driver, bus not Stop in Ankleshwar depo at 11:10 pm.even bus is almost empty.this event do not only one time, it's happened many times.i request to you sir, plz take action for it....

I want to complaint again bus conductor and driver of rajkot- mendarda ( non stop). On date: 20/10/2021. Time :05:35 pm.

In this bus have seats available and I want to suffer by this bus to junagadh from rajkot - nagrikbank chowk and I am doing up down daily from junagadh to rajkot but they haven't stop bus at rajkot nagrik Bank chowk. Always this both conductor and driver do this. Other busses are stop at this stop of rajkot....

Start canceled bus route raiyadhar to radhanpur its first bus in morning for this route so many traffic available .we are daily travel in gsrtc bus from surendranagar to patdi and many other passengers travel in bus for rajkot to radhanpur. suddenly this bus canceled by depo manager for traffic issue. So we not reached at our destination at time .
