I am eagerly waiting for a bus at Bhildi bus stop. I check last bus from Bhildi to Palanpur GJ-18-Z-2469 in Rapid go app. And I went to bus stop before the time 8.15 p.m today. And bus came at 8.35 p.m but it cannot Stop at bus stop. I and my family wants to pick up this last bus from Bhildi to Palanpur but bus driver can't Stop bus at my station. I am raising my hand and speaking loudly but bus driver can't Stop bus at my stand . So i want to complaint it.

As on 6/12/2021 I have reservation from BHILODA to JAMNAGAR, I have reservation on seat no 4 but it was damaged seat when I was ask to change they refused I also talked to the depo manager of BHILODA his response is inconvenient after my argument they take bus to the himatnagar bus depo and repair. Seat was damaged 4-5 days ago but they didn't repaire the seat, as said by the driver

Facing issues for Halt between the stations where many of people were struggling for thirst and food starving
As well as its needed for toilet respectively.
At least 10-15 minutes halt should be compensate
Kindly look over problem cause its very worst condition
As Conductor and driver stated that we are following orders from Management.
What kind of management is this?

I was waiting for 3AM for bus route name DAHOD TO JAMJODHPUR (Via samana, berada, shethvadala).Which was schedule on 4 AM.Driver not stop the bus, i raised hand to stop, but he could not stop bus ...

Today I traveled with my booked ticket from palanpur to Ahmedabad in bus service from palanpur to vapi.
Bus departure timing from palanpur was 06:00 pm & arrival time of Ahmedabad was 09:35pm
But bus already late come at departure station at 06:20 pm & also reach Ahmedabad at 10:28 pm.
I booked my ticket in this bus because I also travel from Ahmedabad to dadar by train.The train timing from Ahmedabad was 22:50 pm.
But due to late arrival of bus at Ahmedabad geeta mandir I miss my train & the train fare was 1300/- inr.
Who is responsible for this kind of issues.
I do same complaint to bus conductor & driver but both are doing miss behavior with me.
Bus also halt at hotel sagar for dinner that's why I reached late

Today i booked the ticket from nehrunagar to vaghodia cross road at time money deduction money got deducted but ticket hsnt been booked yet so i kindly request you to look into this matter and send my refund

Today i traveled in GRSRTC local bus from city junagadh to keshod.Arlund 7 pm i alslmost reacbing keshod and i said to stop bus at bus stop at Airport road bus stop but they drop me char chok directly.they dint stop at airport road bus stop even i was front of doors and i request to conductor but he dont even listen.bus number is GJ.18 Z.5453
Bus root was from junagadh to madiya hatina evening around 6 pm.on date of 4rth december 2021 Saturday .their is bus stop already but why they are not stoping local buses even i request to conducter they dint stop bus and they drop so long to char chok keshod.i stay near airport road bus stop than i have to walk so long from char chowk, please note my complain stricly.i have uploaded bus number photo and my travel ticket also.kindly listen my complain anyhow.many people's passed from this problem kindly short it.

Below my 2 orders When Reach At delivery Address then In correct Address Return To Seller.
Hence My Third order I order 4 Quantity of pouch And Delevered me on my same Address but 3 pouch then I Return to agent and refunding me 3 Quantity 621 rs but already deducted 828 rs why this kind of issues occurred by Amazon recognized company of world.
Why this type of partiality with me..
I hate Amazon...reach palanpur 18:30 start journey 14:00 it's Take 4:30 not much Traffic on road as per Google speedometer it's average speed is 50 to 52 kmph it's veery slow for utilizing of Four Lane Road.Also Bus not stop at mahesana central Bus stop for toilet use it's stop at radhanpur char rasta it's public toilet is worst condition why .we not use central Bus stop utility. And conductor also told Bus will not stop any where for toilet I am patient of kidney and small children with us.its shame full experience from gsrtc.. Bus no. Is GJ 07 YZ 6132..

In between route of surendrangar to dhrangadhra bus frequency timing is unusual. Also no pickup from other than station.. Than how it is manage to those who are daily traveling..

Here I request to you that there is a very big problem regarding updown at Nadiad to Dakor. I have daily updown since last 06 month till date I have not use the service pass because of irregularities of bus. After 6.15 pm there is vary big trouble for going at home.

Please do something asap.

I hàd confirmed with conductor befor taking ticket that bus will go via Bholav or zadeshwer?
Ans by conductor was I don't know, he said driver will decide that on which rout, he want to go, then I said to conductor please inform me at Ankleshwar so I can take another bus for Bholav, but he didn't inform me finally I reached at Ankleshwar and bus started towards zadeshwer then I asked to conductor for stop the bus but he said I am not right person to talk, talk with driver he said then I asked to driver for stop, he said bus will stop at zadeshwer,
Again i requested to conductor but he just enjoying the situation at the end I rang the bell and stop the bus near valiya chokdi, now conductor came dawn from the bus and talked dirty words and slapped me, when I oppose to conductor, suddenly drive ceme out from the bus and hit me. When I was trying to take video, both driver and conductor caughted my mobile and stop recording.

Now let me know GSRTC who will be responsible if I am dead.

Give me response earlier other wise I will file FIR against your mafiya driver and conductor

My name is vivek, i had booked a bus from rajkot to savarkundla (route- rajkot una) at 1:00pm on 1dec, 2021. Booking partner was paytm. As per timings i was at bus depot on 12:45pm, but bus was not on the platform i was told.

At 1:10 i called the crew member and he told me that bus was departed from the station. He didn't even called me even i had booking in that bus.

Please refund my money as possible.

Respected sir iam from Dalwana village near SIDDHPUR gsrtc so our route in many students every day up-down to callage primary school an high school how can they up- dawn my complaint to mangement gstrc or siddapur bus depot please inform bus routes regular night route and day route bus service presently bus service is very poor noted the points

I have bookd tickets from Ahmedabad to gandhidham for 2 person Dated on 01 Dec 2021. Pickup point for that was iskon cross road. Pick-up time was 1:45 am. PNR No. Is 46028209 . We have waited from 12:30 to 2:50 and bus still not arrived. Nithee GSRTC has not provide any contact details for conductor. Also Conductor has not contacted us.

I have booked the tickets for surat to baroda on[protected]..but my bus was canceled.. Then i requested for refund to paytm and also to gsrtc.. But they are don't replying properly.. Gsrtc saying I have to contact paytm.. Where i contact to paytm they saying i have to contact gsrtc... Please help me to resolve my problem.. I am sharing below my booking details...

The conductor of bus no. GJ 18 Z 7743 misbehaved while I had asked why the bus got delayed and where it was reached. He replied rudely and told me to wait at bus depot and not to call again. The route of bus is Ahmedabad to Surendranagar scheduled at 18.00 (6 pm). The date of journey is 30.11.2021. While during the journey also, he made me waited in providing the ticket. The name of Conductor is Ghanshyam Prajapati and his mobile number is[protected]. He also used the vulgar language while I sat into the bus. Kindly suspend him and punish him such that the others can be saved from becoming victim of such kind of harrasment.
