We journey bus kathan depo bus name karjan ambaji without any reason bus is stop visnagar depo 45 minutes . Bus starter gandhinagar 15-00 p.m.and reach vis nagar 16-15. Vis nagar bus stared 17-00 p.m.without any reason my ticket no.057800 gandhinagar to kheralu bus concudter Bas no.839

At 2:30 noon Rajkot satadhar ofbus did not stop at Gondal chawkdi . I am commuter and daily I have to face this problem. Conductor said that there were no space in bus .

હું વરિઆ કેતન રમેશભાઈ છું. હું દરરોજ હાલોલ થી વડોદરા મુસાફર પાસ થી મુસાફરી કરી છું. હું હાલોલ શહેરના નૂતન વિદ્યાલય, વડોદરા રોડ પાસે થી બસ સ્ટોપ પર થી બસ માં બેસી છું જ્યાં GSRTC ની બધી બસો ઊભી રાખવામાં. આવે છે. પણ કેટલાક દિવસો થી ત્યાં (નૂતન વિદ્યાલય પાસે) સવારે 7 થી 7:30 દરમિયાન કેટલીક બસોના ડ્રાઇવર બસ બસ માં બેસવા માટે જગ્યા હોવા છતાં બસ ઊભી રાખતાં નથી. બસ નો નંબર Gj18 Z 7469 છે.

I booked a Seat on Gandhinagar to Una bus tor traveling in A/C bus but while i seen inside that not working properly AC. It's an money waste to booked on this hus you took money for AC and not giving sufficient cooling also. Very disappointed with this bus .I hope you will do proper guidance and feedback to my complaint

As per mentioned in subject krishnanagr to Gariyadhar bus timing 12.45 pm always running late. Even origin is krishna nagar still bus will never run on time. Please check and this and solve. So many customers are facing this issue. As we are getting common answer from bus depo is due to traffic bus will be late. My simple question is one bus is already available krishnanagr Gariyadhar at bus depo. They should replace with that bus timing right... Please look this problem and solve it

I'm book online ticket on GSRTC portal for 26.11.21 in Savarkundla-Gagardi-Dahod bus & confirm sit number is 30 which is window sit. But physical in which bus my sit no 30 is middle in three sit line.

I am doing up and down from bajipura to surat. We were standing at bajipura bus station since 7:53 am. There was not even a single bus. after that at 8:40 am only single bus named Songadh-Surat-Vadodara came…
Driver didn’t stop the bus at station and we ( hardly 4-5 passengers, not much crowded ) were running after the bus. he stopped the bus way far from the station, there was enough space for standing, so we were trying to climb and bus driver suddenly pick up the bus with full speed and I was about to fall, due to sudden high speed pick up of the bus, I was literally hanging outside the bus. being a lady it was to embarrassing and horrifying for me, then also I didn’t speak a word. Luckily I was safe but Who will responsible if someone hurt?
But after that driver was continuously using his phone while driving, u can check his call records. Then I went to him to tell that he is doing wrong, and he started lying. U can check that in video
lady conductor - she was damn rude. She started lying, driver told me I only drive after all passengers were on bus. I asked that lady conductor, she answered- “ I told you to leave the gate of bus”. Here u can notice the controversy.. if I am already in the bus then how can I leave the gate. It is clear here that I was trying to climb and he pick up the bus. and then in video they both started lying. That conductor herself told that there is enough space 10 more people can come but I don’t want to go there to push them..
I don’t understand why she was there in bus as conductor. She can’t handle the passenger, she don’t stop bus at station. She don’t bell even passenger is climbing and driver was running a bus. moreover she started lying… and after that she started humiliating me - with her so called daily friend male passengers.

Many students and officers are travel by this bus, linked citys like radhanpur deodar, shihori Bhabhar, bus is not operate time to time so we can't catch other bus from patan and other depots
So make bus shidual time to time

જખૌ અને જખૌ બંદર જે ગુજરાત ના છેવાડા માં આવેલ છે અને ભારત પાકિસ્તાન ની બોડર ઉપર આવેલું છે જખૌ માં કોઈ મેડિકલ તકલીફ હાઈ એજ્યુકેસંન માટે સરકારી ઓફીસ ના કામ કાજ માટે ભુજ જવા માટે એક જ બસ જખૌ સોલટ જે સવાર ના ૭:૦૦ વાગે આવે છે પણ તે નલિયા ડેપો ના નબળા મેનેજમેન્ટ અને આળસુ નીતિ થી ઉપરી અધિકારીઓ ધ્યાન આપતા નથી તો મેહરબાની કરી ને જખૌ ને નલિયા અને ભુજ થી જોડતી ગ.સ.ર.ટ ની બસો ચાલુ કરવા જખૌ ના બધા નાગરિકો આપની પાસે યોગ્ય રીતે અમારો પડતર પ્રશ્નો ઉપર ધ્યાન આપી જલ્દી થી જલ્દી યોગ્ય ધ્યાન આપી પડતી હાલાકી દૂર કરો એવી આશા રાખીએ છીએ

I need to inform you that there is no facility of getting your Bus Pass Renewal Online, due to this we students have to stand in long queues/Lines for hours and that's painful.

I missed my four morning lectures for this.

This will also help in achieving Digital India Project of our PM Narendra Modiji as well as Helps in curb corruption if happening there/exist.

Please look into it.

આ માટે હું મારા સવારના ચાર પ્રવચનો ચૂકી ગયો.

Conductor has not allowed to anyone to travel who having passenger Pass and also not record entry of this bus in Ranip Depo

We have requested to conducter to show order or any reason for not allowing to enter in this Bus but he did rude behaviour with us and not reply properly

I would request to you please take this complaint and registered in your record and take strictly action against him

I'm traveling from Dhrangadhra to Ahmedabad on 23/11/2021, Tuesday at 10:20 am... Bus conductor is giving seat to his family members when I was already seated on the seat... He forcefully told me to vacant the seat by using bad language

On dt.12.11.21, above referred bus arrived at Dhasagam cross road at official bus stop, there were vacant seats in the bus. However conductor did not stop the bus and he raised his thumb towards the private bus operator!
Such type of behaviour is the direct loss to GSRTC and customer satisfaction.
