મારુ ઓનલાઇન બૂકિંગ ગાંધીનગર થી માંડવી સ્લીપર બસ માં કર્યું હતું ને ગાંધીનગર ડેપો માં જ્યારે બસ આવી તે સાદી બસ હતી હવે લાંબા રૂટ માં બેસીને કેમ કરીને જવું?
આથી અમે ફરિયાદ કરી ત્યાં DM સાહેબ શ્રી ને તેઓએ અમારા હાથ માં નથી અને અમારી પાસે બીજી બસ નથી તેવું કહી બેસવું હોય તો બેસો આજ બસ જશે નહિતો પૈસા રિફંડ મળી જશે.
તો આપ શ્રી ઘટતું કરી આપો તેવી મારી રજૂઆત છે.

If your GSRTC Online Booking Service and your GSRTC staff can't able to providing sufficient service then please check your staff, Online system and Enquiry numbers too.

We booked 5 tickets in bus 1146DWKBVNGJR47 at 11.47 Departure time from dwarka to Dhasa of 11th November 2021.

Not text messages received of conductor mobile number also not he call us for an bus. We are at busstop at Jakatnaaka point we tried to stop bus, Give Voice him but he didn't stop bus at busstop point.

We call at Dwarka bus depo, call receiver told us bus is from Bhavngar depo so we haven't bus conductor contact number, we again call to Bhavnagar depo thay not picked up call. As like we call us on 3-5 different number not any single person answer the call.

Please give us satisfied answer and our money back if you can't have any geninue answer.

I'm traveling in AHMEDABAD To Wav GSRTC bus from Mehsana to Ahmedabad.. I watched continuously the driving style of driver... That he driving bus in such a manner that an Express bus become more late than a local one..
The official time of Tharad to reach is 11.30 but it's still 35 kilometre far yet and the bus is halting at small stations between Deesa And Tharad and make bus more late...
Also driver using cell phone while driving .. If the bus is express than why it halts at small station?

I am trying to book a bus for marriage for 30/11/2021 from Nenki, Panchmahal, Gujarat. to Amba Panchmahal, Gujarat, but it is not taking me to next step, so now what shoud I do??? please do neccessary action and reply me asap.

I've recently ( on 8th nov) booked a ticket for bus travel from surat central bus stand to shirdi which was for 10th nov which has been confirmed. But when I reached the bus station they said all buses for Maharashtra has been cancelled due to strike and asked us to cancel our tickets. My point is if the buses are cancelled why is the bookings still online for buses on that route.

I would like you to register a complaint against driver of GSRTC Bus having route from Dakor to Chanod.
I am residing in Vadodara and regularly leave for office at around 7:00 o'clock in morning from Chhani to Fatehgunj on my bike and everyday at same time I am observing mentioned bus on my route. Almost at every alternate day I found that driver drives this bus in very rough manner and never stop at signal though the signal is Red.
Today on dated November 9, 2021, driver has crossed all limits as I was observing him since Chhani village, he was about to hit almost couple of people. When I was about to stop at Sainik Chhatralaya signal next to Chhani Jakat Naka circle, bus driver forced me to break the signal as I was almost got hit by the bus if have not broke the signal (authority can check footage from the camera installed at circle). Afterwards, I overtake the bus and informed driver for his rough driving but in abusing manner he almost ignored me. What I pursue is, driver is taking full advantage of his position as government employee and in real sense he got a license to death not a Driving License.
I would like authority to take strict action against this driver if authority don't want any tragic experience, unfortunate event or misshapening in future.
Though I am not consumer of GSRTC in this case but as a responsible citizen I would like to log the complaint.

Nizar Ahemdabad bus is too loaded and distribution of voice . We booked from Nizar and not comfortable from vadodara station .
We are traveling with reservation but not happy with sleeper facility.

Bus Driver behaviour is too bad, he is abusing to the passanger, he did the drinking and riding the bus.

मे अपने परिवार के साथ 06.11.2021 को शाम 3 बजे बिलोदरा चौकड़ी पर कठलाल जाने के लिये बस का इंतजार कर रहा था 15 मिनिट इंतजार के बाद एक बस आई जिसका नम्बर GJ18Y2542 था मैंने और बस स्टॉप पर खड़े सभी यात्रियों ने बस को रोकने के लिए हाथ का इशारा भी किया मगर बस ड्राइवर ने बस को स्टॉप पर नही रोका और वहाँ से सीधा निकल गया जिससे सभी यात्रियों को बहुत दिक्कत का सामना करना पड़ा.तो मेरा GSRTC से अनुरोध है कि ड्राइवर के खिलाफ उचित कर्यवाही की जाय जिससे आगे कभी वो ऐसा न करे ताकि भविष्य मे यात्रियों को ऐसी दिक्कत का सामना ना करना पड़े.

My date of journey is 07/11/2021 and my date of transaction is 06/11/2021. Neither I have received my PNR number or ticket nor I have received any confirmation message or mail. Badhi Bus surat ahemdabad route stop at Sahyog hotel near bharuch the hotel food quality is worst and price is to High like 1 glass of Butter milk price is 40 and normally who eat hear are normal middle class people and in this rod tons of good hotel with the price of 70 % down better quality

We booked volvo from Ahmedabad to morbi at 12.50 pm on 03/11/2021. You collect charge for volvo bus but AC completely damage in bus. In hot weather almost passanger irritating but conductor told that AC not working it's damage

I booked 4 tickets in gurjarnagari bus class for 2nd November 2021 at 11:45 in Ahmedabad ranip to Palanpur but bus came ranip at 12:30 and bus class is express and also bus stopped before reached to Ungha. This way is not convenient for passengers. I want refund for this tickets because I booked ticket to pay 112 rs per person for this bus but actual charges of this bus is 106 per person.

Conductor didn't receive the call as the bus was delayed by more than 45 mins. When we onboarded in bus, conductor talked very rudely and insulted in front of everyone. It's his duty to receive the call if the bus is delayed.

I had booking on gsrtc bus(Una to Gandhinagar, bus no. Gj07 yz 6456). It supposed to be 10:30 am at amreli. But it was more than hours late. I called to gsrtc help line number. They provide me conductor contact no. and asked me deal with him. There is no policy for late bus. There is no proper system for complaints.

In express bus Bhabhar-Bopal 6:30 AM Route. Bus driver overload bus with passengers because of their cast in these such period of corona and most of the passenger not wearing mask. There is no space available to put a foot on it. When I entered in bus there was many seats available but they said that these are booked, how this is local bus. We have to stand even though seats were available because of cast. Also, driver allowed to seat in cabinet which is completely illegal. Please take a look at pictures which I attached and also take appropriate action towards such situations.

અમે કૉલેજ ના સ્ટુડન્ટ છીએ, અમને દરરોજ સવારે 6 વાગે ગાંધીધામ થી ભુજ જવાનું હોય છે જેથી અમે 7 વાગ્યા ની આસપાસ ભુજ સ્ટેશન પર પહોંચી શકીએ પરંતુ બસ ન હોવાથી અમને તીવ્ર મુશ્કેલી નો અનુભવ કરવો પડે છે દરરોજ અમારું સરકાર શ્રી ને નિવેદન કરીએ છીએ કે અમારી આ મુશ્કેલી નો નિવેડો લાવો આ અમારા ભવિષ્ય નો મુદ્દો છે. અમે રોજ અમારી કૉલેજ માં સમય સર પહોંચી સકતા નથી...🙏 જય હિન્દ 🙏...
