The afternoon bus from Gandhinagar to Sadra does not come regularly due to which many students have to face difficulties...

The bus doesn't come at the time of our village and doesn't even stop. In between, the boys have trouble going to school or college. In the depot, Jay is told to go where you want to go. Give it a go

I am daily updown from dholka to Ahmedabad at 7 PM. Here we are thaks about we have lots of frequency. But the complaint is regarding very irregular timing. Sometime I need to wait by 1 hour at bus depo and after that we are getting 3 busses in same time. Because of that public also get stuck in bus depo and facing croud for taking seat in bus.
I request you to please try to solve this public transport...

On 11th oct i booked the ticket from vaghodiya cross road to ahmedabad but issue ticket hasn’t been booked but my money got deductedthis happened 2 times complaining i got one time money back but not got my second time money as it happened two times that money got deducted but ticket hasn’t been booked kindly check into it...

SURENDRANAGAR - MORBI-JAMNAGAR bus overcrowding by dhangdhra and Halvad passengers so Morbi and jamnagar passenger are not get seat and standing from surendrangar to jamnagar. In bus seating capacity is around 55 and passengers are around 85 . In this COVID Time this is creat a Problem and spreading disease. Overcrowding transporte also illegal as per traffic police.

So give Extra Buses...

I have travel Godhra to Navsari dated 14, oct 2021 and reached navssri at 15, oct 2021 at 3.50 Am in gsrtc bus number GJ18Z5948.I want to go further by same bus at tighra jakatnaka, jamalpore so I asked conductor (Mr Hardik ) for give me ticket for Gandevi . But He has deny for it and not allow me for further travel. Kindly look into matter. We are suffering due to such knowledge gap of bus conductor....

I have booked ticket fOR Jalore to nadiad from GSRTC website
but conductor is not giving seat.

THIS ROUTE BUS IS NOT COME AT TIME . THIS BUS IS COME IN RAJKOT BUS STAND ON TIME BUT BUS NOT START AT 6:45.
This bus is late 30/45 minitus from last one month.
so pessangera of bus is facing very hard problems.

Yestderday on 11th oct we have travelled in upleta upleta bus at 6PM from manavadar

Bus was super slow and passenger cant seat 10 min in it

Glasses broken

Everything shattered please change the bus...

Kal mene vaghodia cross road se nehrunagar abd ki ticket book ki thi but payement time pe transaction error aya and ticket book nai hui thi but at the same time money has been deducted and this happened 2 times so i kindly request you to look after it and refund the. Money...

Inquiry is not available at Halvad bus station . Door always close so passenger face many problems related to bus timetable . You also know that bus are not on time so problem created....

Not properly open door and seats are very dirty .
Bus are poor condition so when speadbreaker cross glasses come in seats. So change bus on route .
Maintain cleaness in bus also.People are not satisfied with gsrtc if this buses are available

The bus driver driving the 10th october 2021 7.30AM bus from Baroda Central Bus station to Nehrunagar was driving very aggressively, tailgating, harassing other truck drivers on the road and talking on the phone while driving on the expressway. Bus number- GJ 18 AZ 9256. Crew no- [protected]....
