I am traveling in gsrtc sleeper Volvo from valsad to Vadodara.! However bus is nice but the conductor has very bad behaviour and not helping in anything.! First when i board i want to put my bag in lagage are but conductor denined and told me to have my bag with me.! Than on one stop i want to go for washroom as bus did not take any hault ! I told the driver that i m going to washroom but still he took off the bus and i was not in the bus ! I ran as i saw it and as it is there fault still they are blaming me and saying "driver nu dhyan ek jagiya a no hoy " where do you want to se in standing still bus ! And most importantly the driver is driving while having earphone on ! That is rule breaking of rto and gsrtc.! So please take strict action against the driver and conductor.! I have planned a journey from Ahmedabad ctm to Baroda and bus was 1.5 hrs late.

Also the PNR number provided was wrong and I was facing issue while searching bus at the stop.

My scheduled bus arrived at 4:30 pm instead of 3:07 pm.

I have waited almost more than my journey time at my busstop.

I am looking for refund for this bad management shown by GSRTC.

Surat to mandvi(district - surat) time -9:40 am (departure)
Local bus hoi, varachha stop hova chhata, bus driver last one week thi hath btavva chhta stop karta nthi.

We are doing job at mandvi taluka .we are doing up & down at mandvi taluka daily.A new bus driver couldn't take stoppage at varachha stop since last one week.we are getting late ..please help us.

Bus hanumanmadhi to radhanpur is to late at surendranagar bus station daily . It's daily late at surendranagar and than holt 15 minutes daily . So we not reached at destination at time daily . Pls resolved this problem . We humble request to solve issues

Morbi Kawant bus expected to arrive at Surendranagar at around 5.30PM

This bus never arrival as per schedule posted over GSRTC site.

Due to inconsistent time, passanger has to wait .

I want to complaint again bus conductor and driver of rajkot- mendarda ( non stop). On date: 20/10/2021. Time :05:35 pm.

In this bus have seats available and I want to suffer by this bus to junagadh from rajkot - nagrikbank chowk and I am doing up down daily from junagadh to rajkot but they haven't stop bus at rajkot nagrik Bank chowk. Always this both conductor and driver do this. Other busses are stop at this stop of rajkot. There have many passengers but they don't stop bus. Please do strick action against both of them. I Don't have bus number but I mentioned date and time and route of bus.

Start canceled bus route raiyadhar to radhanpur its first bus in morning for this route so many traffic available .we are daily travel in gsrtc bus from surendranagar to patdi and many other passengers travel in bus for rajkot to radhanpur. suddenly this bus canceled by depo manager for traffic issue. So we not reached at our destination at time .

We hope you start the bus route raiyadhar to radhanpur . We are requesting you for this
