Hello sir I was traveling from junagadh to mangrol on 8th October 2021, i was waiting at motibag bus stop junagadh at 18:15pm Friday.. Actually I was waiting bus for mangrol destination.. So on 18:15pm mangrol junagadh bus came but she (conduter) didn't stop there and we were shouting but she didn't, after that I took junagadh chorvad bus and dropped at Leshia so I could get that same mangrol bus, and luckly I caught it at 19:30pm at keshod...

I confirmed my booking with GSRTC.a bus is dhanera surat with booked Sidhpur to bharuch from gsrtc website.on the time bus is not stopped at place and I contacted conductor then he said me to come at mehsana and pickup the bus at that time I I take a private vehicle and go at thare to pickup the bus.then after I picked up the at that time conductor miss behaviourd with me as like a servant and said me very shameful...

અમારે બધાં ને ચરાડવા, હળવદ જવા માટે આવા ટાઈમે આ એક જ લોકલ બસ છે છતાં પણ અવારનવાર આ બસ બંધ કરી દેવામાં આવે...

Worst experience ... Bus conductor ha taken too much charges ... From Source to Destination the total distance was 7 km but he counted the fare of 14 km ... My experience was very bad... In my point of view GSRTC bus service is Very bad compare to Vadodara smart bus...

Bus from Vijapur (mehsana) to gandhinagar in the morning are not coming on time specially bus name Bamanvav to Ahmedabad and Sapteshwar to Sarkhej usually this buses come late daily causing us a loss in office hours and on the evening also there is no perfection of time . Please do the needful

Gandhinagar to zalod bus. Starting timming at ahmedabad at 5.30 a m and reached zalod timming at 10.30 am bus this bus always late ane reached at zalod around 11.00 am to 11.15 am.

Driver drive bus very slowly and stop bus at each local stoppage also stoppage bus at hotel aroiund 20 minits.

Dur to this reaseon i am always reached my office late.

Please look in matter and solved it....

The bus dahod to limkheda in not going to limkheda so many people can not go their workplace time to time please start the bus from Dahod to limkheda...

I am from Kutch district . Today I wait for bus from gadhsisha to bhuj but bus was cancel from bus depo . I contact bhuj bus depo rep receive that bus was canceled. As per online software time is 17.00 but bus is cancel so I miss my trian from bhuj. My request gadhsisha is rular area so kindly give regular service of bus ....

Today I travelled from Sanand to Ahmedabad via GSRTC bus ( GJ-08-Z-6906 ) . Dating my traveling, I felt misbehave from conductor side. He insults me by saying 'go out of my bus'. I want to ask the administrator, is it valuable ?? If not then plz take action against him....

I raise a complaint against bus conducter he was misbehaving with me resfused me to travel in bus because i have handicap pass bus no. Was 7892 time was 9.50 am bus name kapadvanj to baroda on 28 sep'2021
He told me to pass is not valid in city i request actually and give money for ticket though he was so rude.
I request to main source not to do with anyone with this humanless mannerless behavior...
