On 11th oct i booked the ticket from vaghodiya cross road to ahmedabad but issue ticket hasn’t been booked but my money got deductedthis happened 2 times complaining i got one time money back but not got my second time money as it happened two times that money got deducted but ticket hasn’t been booked kindly check into it

SURENDRANAGAR - MORBI-JAMNAGAR bus overcrowding by dhangdhra and Halvad passengers so Morbi and jamnagar passenger are not get seat and standing from surendrangar to jamnagar. In bus seating capacity is around 55 and passengers are around 85 . In this COVID Time this is creat a Problem and spreading disease. Overcrowding transporte also illegal as per traffic police.

So give Extra Buses from SURENDRANAGAR to Halvad with this bus at this time so passengers are divide and Happy journey of all passengers are possible.

I have travel Godhra to Navsari dated 14, oct 2021 and reached navssri at 15, oct 2021 at 3.50 Am in gsrtc bus number GJ18Z5948.I want to go further by same bus at tighra jakatnaka, jamalpore so I asked conductor (Mr Hardik ) for give me ticket for Gandevi . But He has deny for it and not allow me for further travel. Kindly look into matter. We are suffering due to such knowledge gap of bus conductor.

Rajkot to morbi route bus not availability from 7:00pm to 7:30 pm between
Kindly arrange the bus route 7:00pm to 7:30 pm between because very difficulty daily updown passengers.
Kindly take the action on as soon as possible.

Yestderday on 11th oct we have travelled in upleta upleta bus at 6PM from manavadar

Bus was super slow and passenger cant seat 10 min in it

Glasses broken

Everything shattered please change the bus

સર હું દર્શન દેસાણી કોડીનાર ગાંધીનગર જે લગભગ રાત્રીના બે વાગ્યાના સમયની બસ છે તે બસ ઓનલાઇન રિઝર્વેશન ની અંદર ના બતાવતા હું લાઠી ગામની અંદર આવેલ પોઇન્ટ પર ઊભો હતો અને બસ બારોબાર થી નીકળી ગયેલ છે અને હું એક પેસેન્જર જે ગાંધીનગર જવા નીકળેલ તે બસનો લાભ મેળવી શક્યો નથી આવા બનાવો ઘણીવાર પણ બનેલ છે કે પેસેન્જર ગામની અંદર આવેલ પોઇન્ટ પર ઉભો રહે છે અને બસ બારોબાર જતી રહી છે તો સર આવા બનાવો ફરી વખત ના બને અને પેસેન્જરને સમયસર બસ મળી જાય તેવી આપ સાહેબને વિનંતી છે

*લાઠી ગામની અંદર આવેલો પોઇન્ટ નો સમય સાજે 7:00 થી સવારના 07:00 વાગ્યા સુધીનો છે

Inquiry is not available at Halvad bus station . Door always close so passenger face many problems related to bus timetable . You also know that bus are not on time so problem created.

The bus driver driving the 10th october 2021 7.30AM bus from Baroda Central Bus station to Nehrunagar was driving very aggressively, tailgating, harassing other truck drivers on the road and talking on the phone while driving on the expressway. Bus number- GJ 18 AZ 9256. Crew no- [protected].

Hello sir I was traveling from junagadh to mangrol on 8th October 2021, i was waiting at motibag bus stop junagadh at 18:15pm Friday.. Actually I was waiting bus for mangrol destination.. So on 18:15pm mangrol junagadh bus came but she (conduter) didn't stop there and we were shouting but she didn't, after that I took junagadh chorvad bus and dropped at Leshia so I could get that same mangrol bus, and luckly I caught it at 19:30pm at keshod charchok so I asked her (condocter) why didn't you stop bus at motibag junagadh she replied bus was full, but she lie because we were there it was not full but she intensely not stopped, then I asked her to give me complaint book she replied I don't have, I will not give it if you have any problem go n asked to depo, I told her that it's mandatory to have complain book then I request her to give her name she refused to spoke anything, n she didn't replied and behave rudely, I want to inquire this issues because she didn't carry complaint book and not given proper replied to passenger. I confirmed my booking with GSRTC.a bus is dhanera surat with booked Sidhpur to bharuch from gsrtc website.on the time bus is not stopped at place and I contacted conductor then he said me to come at mehsana and pickup the bus at that time I I take a private vehicle and go at thare to pickup the bus.then after I picked up the at that time conductor miss behaviourd with me as like a servant and said me very shameful word to me so I wanted to request you to plz do needful about this type of your service and your employees behaviour with passangers..

રાજકોટ to હળવદ ની બસ રેગ્યુલર આવતી નથી .જે સાંજે મોરબી 6:, 30 વાગે આવે છે .
અમારે બધાં ને ચરાડવા, હળવદ જવા માટે આવા ટાઈમે આ એક જ લોકલ બસ છે છતાં પણ અવારનવાર આ બસ બંધ કરી દેવામાં આવે છે આ બસ સિવાય બીજી કોઈ પણ લોકલ બસ આવા ટાઈમે નથી. અમારે જવામાં તકલીફ પડે છે
