અમારે બધાં ને ચરાડવા, હળવદ જવા માટે આવા ટાઈમે આ એક જ લોકલ બસ છે છતાં પણ અવારનવાર આ બસ બંધ કરી દેવામાં આવે છે આ બસ સિવાય બીજી કોઈ પણ લોકલ બસ આવા ટાઈમે નથી. અમારે જવામાં તકલીફ પડે છે

Bus from Vijapur (mehsana) to gandhinagar in the morning are not coming on time specially bus name Bamanvav to Ahmedabad and Sapteshwar to Sarkhej usually this buses come late daily causing us a loss in office hours and on the evening also there is no perfection of time . Gandhinagar to zalod bus. Starting timming at ahmedabad at 5.30 a m and reached zalod timming at 10.30 am bus this bus always late ane reached at zalod around 11.00 am to 11.15 am.

Driver drive bus very slowly and stop bus at each local stoppage also stoppage bus at hotel aroiund 20 minits.

Dur to this reaseon i am always reached my office late.

Please look in matter and solved it.

As per online software time is 17.00 but bus is cancel so I miss my trian from bhuj. My request gadhsisha is rular area so kindly give regular service of bus .

Today I travelled from Sanand to Ahmedabad via GSRTC bus ( GJ-08-Z-6906 ) . Dating my traveling, I felt misbehave from conductor side. He insults me by saying 'go out of my bus'. I want to ask the administrator, is it valuable ?? If not then plz take action against him.

He told me to pass is not valid in city i request actually and give money for ticket though he was so rude.

ખોલવાડ કઠોર તાલુકો કામરેજ જીલ્લો સુરત થી 4:45 વાગે સ્કૂલ ની છુટ્ટી પડે છે ઘણા સ્કૂલના બાળકો અટવાઈ જાય છે જે પહેલા કઠોર ની બસ ચાલતી હતી તે બસ ફરીથી ચાલુ કરવા વિનંતી જેથી બાળકોને સુવિધા મળી રહે પાસ કઢાવીને બાળકો અપડાઉન કરતા હતા જેને બદલે તેઓને 20 રૂપિયા રિક્ષાના અને બીઆરટીએસના દસ રૂપિયા ખર્ચી ને જવું પડે છે 15 દિવસનું ભાડું ચૂકવી 30 દિવસની મુસાફરી કરો આ યોજના મુજબ બસ સેવા ચાલુ હોય તો જ બાળકોને લાભ મળે ઘણીવાર સુરત ડેપો પર ફરિયાદ કરવા છતાં પણ કોઈ નિર્ણય આવ્યો નથી જેથી જેટલું બને તેટલું જલ્દી આ બસ સેવા ચાલુ કરવા વિનંતી હાલમાં પરીક્ષાનો ટાઇમ હોય બાળકો નો સમય બગડે છે

ભુજ થી મુંદ્રા ભુજ જવા માટે સવારે .7. 35 કલાકે બસ જતી હતી પણ થોડા સમયથી તે બંધ થઈ ગયેલ છે. હાલે સવારે 7.10 વાગે બસ છે જે નાની બસ આવે છે અને સમયસર આવતી નથી જેથી તેમાં ટ્રાફિક બહુ રહે છે. આ અગાઉ સવારે 6.15 વાગે બસ છે તો ત્યાર બાદ 7. 10 વાગે ભુજ યજિ મુંદ્રા જવાની બસ છે એટલે લગભગ સવા કલાક નો સમય હોય છે અને આ સમય શાળા જવાનો સમય પણ છે જેથી આજુબાજુ ના ઘણા બધા વિધાર્થીઓ ને તકલીફ પડે છે. જેથી સત્વરે 7.30 વાગેઅથવા 6.45 વાગે બસ ચાલુ કરવા વિનતિ...આજરોજ ભારપર - સૂરજપર થી આ બસ આપ ડાઉન કરતી નારણપર જતી વિધ્યાર્થિનીઓ રહી ગઈ હતી. તેઓ માટે બીજો કોઈ વાહન બસ ઉપલબ્ધ નથી. આજે બસ માં થ્દોઈ ગિરદી હોવાથી ભારાપર ઊભી રાખવામા આવી નહોતી. જેથી આ પ્રોબ્લ્મ ના ઉપાય માટે એક બીજી બસ 6.45 અથવા 7.30 શરૂ કરવી બહુ જરૂરી છે.

i am doing daily up-down from surat to mosali chowkdi. I am pass holder.Yesterday[protected] at 06:30 p.M i was waiting for bus at gujarat agro infrastructure mega food park, near shah village. I had raise my hand to stop the bus but, the bus with vehicle no. Gj-18-z-2491, bus driver name:sanjay, had not stop the bus.
As, earlier he also done the same thing. Please take strict action agaisnt him otherwise i will complaint to road ministry and also viral photos of your bus in social media.

I am frequent traveller of GSRTC bus from gandhidham to rajkot, every time i am facing timing issue of bus, every time bus was late due to fault in bus or puncher or traffic on highway.

Here from kutch many travellers are there every time bus is full reserved so, i request you to increase numbers of bus for this route and also We can use good quality of bus so that break down issue can be resolved.
