I am from Kutch district . Today I wait for bus from gadhsisha to bhuj but bus was cancel from bus depo . I contact bhuj bus depo rep receive that bus was canceled. As per online software time is 17.00 but bus is cancel so I miss my trian from bhuj. My request gadhsisha is rular area so kindly give regular service of bus .

Today I travelled from Sanand to Ahmedabad via GSRTC bus ( GJ-08-Z-6906 ) . Dating my traveling, I felt misbehave from conductor side. He insults me by saying 'go out of my bus'. I want to ask the administrator, is it valuable ?? If not then plz take action against him.

I raise a complaint against bus conducter he was misbehaving with me resfused me to travel in bus because i have handicap pass bus no. Was 7892 time was 9.50 am bus name kapadvanj to baroda on 28 sep'2021
He told me to pass is not valid in city i request actually and give money for ticket though he was so rude.
I request to main source not to do with anyone with this humanless mannerless behavior

ખોલવાડ કઠોર તાલુકો કામરેજ જીલ્લો સુરત થી 4:45 વાગે સ્કૂલ ની છુટ્ટી પડે છે ઘણા સ્કૂલના બાળકો અટવાઈ જાય છે જે પહેલા કઠોર ની બસ ચાલતી હતી તે બસ ફરીથી ચાલુ કરવા વિનંતી જેથી બાળકોને સુવિધા મળી રહે પાસ કઢાવીને બાળકો અપડાઉન કરતા હતા જેને બદલે તેઓને 20 રૂપિયા રિક્ષાના અને બીઆરટીએસના દસ રૂપિયા ખર્ચી ને જવું પડે છે 15 દિવસનું ભાડું ચૂકવી 30 દિવસની મુસાફરી કરો આ યોજના મુજબ બસ સેવા ચાલુ હોય તો જ બાળકોને લાભ મળે ઘણીવાર સુરત ડેપો પર ફરિયાદ કરવા છતાં પણ કોઈ નિર્ણય આવ્યો નથી જેથી જેટલું બને તેટલું જલ્દી આ બસ સેવા ચાલુ કરવા વિનંતી હાલમાં પરીક્ષાનો ટાઇમ હોય બાળકો નો સમય બગડે છે

મેનેજર સાહેબ શ્રી,

ભુજ થી મુંદ્રા ભુજ જવા માટે સવારે .7. 35 કલાકે બસ જતી હતી પણ થોડા સમયથી તે બંધ થઈ ગયેલ છે. હાલે સવારે 7.10 વાગે બસ છે જે નાની બસ આવે છે અને સમયસર આવતી નથી જેથી તેમાં ટ્રાફિક બહુ રહે છે. આ અગાઉ સવારે 6.15 વાગે બસ છે તો ત્યાર બાદ 7. 10 વાગે ભુજ યજિ મુંદ્રા જવાની બસ છે એટલે લગભગ સવા કલાક નો સમય હોય છે અને આ સમય શાળા જવાનો સમય પણ છે જેથી આજુબાજુ ના ઘણા બધા વિધાર્થીઓ ને તકલીફ પડે છે. જેથી સત્વરે 7.30 વાગેઅથવા 6.45 વાગે બસ ચાલુ કરવા વિનતિ...આજરોજ ભારપર - સૂરજપર થી આ બસ આપ ડાઉન કરતી નારણપર જતી વિધ્યાર્થિનીઓ રહી ગઈ હતી. તેઓ માટે બીજો કોઈ વાહન બસ ઉપલબ્ધ નથી. આજે બસ માં થ્દોઈ ગિરદી હોવાથી ભારાપર ઊભી રાખવામા આવી નહોતી. જેથી આ પ્રોબ્લ્મ ના ઉપાય માટે એક બીજી બસ 6.45 અથવા 7.30 શરૂ કરવી બહુ જરૂરી છે.

મુંદ્રા થી ભુજ જવા માટે બ્પોરે 12.35 કલાકે બસ જતી હતી પણ થોડા સમયથી તે બંધ થઈ ગયેલ છે. હાલે બપોરે 12 વાગે બસ આવે છે અંત ત્યાર બાદ 1.15 વાગે મુંદ્રા થી ભુજ જવાની બસ છે એટલે લગભગ સવા કલાક નો સમય હોય છે અને આ સમય શાળા છૂટવાનો પણ છે જેથી આજુબાજુ ના ઘણા બધા વિધાર્થીઓ ને તકલીફ પડે છે. જેથી સત્વરે આ બસ ચાલુ કરવા વિનતિ...

i am doing daily up-down from surat to mosali chowkdi. I am pass holder.Yesterday[protected] at 06:30 p.M i was waiting for bus at gujarat agro infrastructure mega food park, near shah village. I had raise my hand to stop the bus but, the bus with vehicle no. Gj-18-z-2491, bus driver name:sanjay, had not stop the bus.
As, earlier he also done the same thing. Please take strict action agaisnt him otherwise i will complaint to road ministry and also viral photos of your bus in social media.

Not even basic facilities such as fan are working in bus station at bus station junagadh

People have to suffer a lot plzz see regarding this

I am frequent traveller of GSRTC bus from gandhidham to rajkot, every time i am facing timing issue of bus, every time bus was late due to fault in bus or puncher or traffic on highway.

Here from kutch many travellers are there every time bus is full reserved so, i request you to increase numbers of bus for this route and also We can use good quality of bus so that break down issue can be resolved.

I didnt know why this complaint portal are started bcz here many complaint and request are pending from long time.
If you not done any responsibility and own work then you feel shame and give resignation from your post and appointment proper representatives for given reply and proper answer in related complaint and query.

બાવળા ડેપો નો ખરાબ-ખોટી રીતે કરવામાં આવતા વહીવટ ને કારણે મુસાફરો ઘણાં સમય થી હેરાન થાય છે, છતાં સ્થાનિક અધિકારીઓ તેમજ ઉચ્ચ અધિકારીઓ ને કઈજ ફરક પડતો નથી. ઘણાં બધા ફેરા અને બસો સ્થાનિક કર્મચારીઓ ના મન મરજી મુજબ બંદ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. જેમાં સવારે બાવળા -મહેસાણા, બાવળા-બહુચરાજી જેવી બસો અને ફેરા નો સમાવેશ થાય છે. બાવળા થી SG HIGHWAY તેમજ અડાલજ સુધીના મુસાફરો કે જેઓ સરકારી નોકરી, ખાનગી નોકરી માટે તેમજ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને ખાસ કરીને સોલા સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલ માં સારવાર અર્થે આવતા-જતા મુસાફરો ને ખુબ જ હાલાકી નો સામનો કરવો પડે છે. આ સંદર્ભે અગાઉ લેખિત માં અરજી મુસાફરો ની સહી સાથે સ્થાનિક કર્મચારી તેમજ ઉચ્ચ અધિકારી ને Register AD (Registered Post with Acknowledgement Due) પોસ્ટ મારફતે મોકલી આપેલ.(Attachment 1 &2).
અરજી આપ્યા ના પાંચ દસ દિવસ બાદ મૌખિક રીતે બાવળા ના ડેપો મેનેજર સાથે વાત કરવામાં આવી તો તેમના દ્વારા ઉત્તર આપવામાં આવ્યો કે પુરતો staff ન હોવાથી બંદ છે શું કરી શકીએ તમે કો એમ કરીએ !, અમે જવાબ આપ્યો કે સવારે અને જે બસો માં આવક અને મુસાફરોનું આવાગમન ઓછું હોય એવા ફેરા બંદ કરી અને યોગ્ય જગ્યા ના ફેરા ચાલુ કરો. પણ આ વાત થી કોઈ ફરક ના પડવાથી DC સાથે મૌખિક વાત કરવા માટે mobileકરવામાં આવ્યો તો એમણે સીધો જવાબ આપ્યો “એ તમારા ડેપો મેનેજર નો પ્રશ્ન છે” આવું કહીને ફોન મૂકી દેવામાં આવ્યો. આ બધું સાંભળીને એવું લાગે છે કે સ્થાનિક તેમજ ઉચ્ચ અધિકારીઓ ને પ્રજા ની મુશ્કેલીઓ થી કઈજ પડી નથી.
બસો ના અનિયમિત ફેરા તેમજ ખરાબ ટાઈમ ટેબલ ને કારણે મુસાફરો ને ખુજ હાલાકી નો સામનો કરવો પડે છે.
જો આ અરજી થી ૩-5 દિવસ માં કોઈ ફેરફાર જણાશે નહિ તો MEDIA તેમજ SOCIAL MEDIA નો સહારો લેવામાં આવશે.

I'd got reservation on 22th September at 11:55 from Morbi to bhavnagar sleeper bus...and I'd called the number [protected] provided by GSRTC of the driver for 20 times and he hasn't responded and once he picked and just put the phone aside...it's his duty to respond reserved passenger otherwise there'll be no meaning of providing phone no. Of the driver ... I wish GSRTC take necessary steps to curb such apathetic attitude in the public interest

About Veraval to talala bus everyday 2 pm bus either cancel or late as much as one hour it means bus pick up time is 2 pm but daily time 3 pm please do something help people

I have booked for this. I have arrived 6.20. and still standing 6.40 and also heavy rain . then knowing that bus gone away. There is no any acknowledgement. No any message. No announcement. There is poor service. So that I missed to reach my location.
