I didnt know why this complaint portal are started bcz here many complaint and request are pending from long time.
If you not done any responsibility and own work then you feel shame and give resignation from your post and appointment proper representatives for given reply and proper answer in related complaint and query.

    બાવળા ડેપો નો ખરાબ-ખોટી રીતે કરવામાં આવતા વહીવટ ને કારણે મુસાફરો ઘણાં સમય થી હેરાન થાય છે, છતાં સ્થાનિક અધિકારીઓ તેમજ ઉચ્ચ અધિકારીઓ ને કઈજ ફરક પડતો નથી. ઘણાં બધા ફેરા અને બસો સ્થાનિક કર્મચારીઓ ના મન મરજી મુજબ બંદ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. જેમાં સવારે બાવળા -મહેસાણા, બાવળા-બહુચરાજી જેવી બસો અને ફેરા નો સમાવેશ થાય છે. બાવળા થી SG HIGHWAY તેમજ અડાલજ સુધીના મુસાફરો કે જેઓ સરકારી નોકરી, ખાનગી નોકરી માટે તેમજ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને ખાસ કરીને સોલા સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલ માં સારવાર અર્થે આવતા-જતા મુસાફરો ને ખુબ જ હાલાકી નો સામનો કરવો પડે છે. આ સંદર્ભે અગાઉ લેખિત માં અરજી મુસાફરો ની સહી સાથે સ્થાનિક કર્મચારી તેમજ ઉચ્ચ અધિકારી ને Register AD (Registered Post with Acknowledgement Due) પોસ્ટ મારફતે મોકલી આપેલ.(Attachment 1 &2).
    અરજી આપ્યા ના પાંચ દસ દિવસ બાદ મૌખિક રીતે બાવળા ના ડેપો મેનેજર સાથે વાત કરવામાં આવી તો તેમના દ્વારા ઉત્તર આપવામાં આવ્યો કે પુરતો staff ન હોવાથી બંદ છે શું કરી શકીએ તમે કો એમ કરીએ !, અમે જવાબ આપ્યો કે સવારે અને જે બસો માં આવક અને મુસાફરોનું આવાગમન ઓછું હોય એવા ફેરા બંદ કરી અને યોગ્ય જગ્યા ના ફેરા ચાલુ કરો. પણ આ વાત થી કોઈ ફરક ના પડવાથી DC સાથે મૌખિક વાત કરવા માટે mobileકરવામાં આવ્યો તો એમણે સીધો જવાબ આપ્યો “એ તમારા ડેપો મેનેજર નો પ્રશ્ન છે” આવું કહીને ફોન મૂકી દેવામાં આવ્યો. આ બધું સાંભળીને એવું લાગે છે કે સ્થાનિક તેમજ ઉચ્ચ અધિકારીઓ ને પ્રજા ની મુશ્કેલીઓ થી કઈજ પડી નથી.
    બસો ના અનિયમિત ફેરા તેમજ ખરાબ ટાઈમ ટેબલ ને કારણે મુસાફરો ને ખુજ હાલાકી નો સામનો કરવો પડે છે.
    જો આ અરજી થી ૩-5 દિવસ માં કોઈ ફેરફાર જણાશે નહિ તો MEDIA તેમજ SOCIAL MEDIA નો સહારો લેવામાં આવશે.

      I'd got reservation on 22th September at 11:55 from Morbi to bhavnagar sleeper bus...and I'd called the number [protected] provided by GSRTC of the driver for 20 times and he hasn't responded and once he picked and just put the phone aside...it's his duty to respond reserved passenger otherwise there'll be no meaning of providing phone no. Of the driver ... I wish GSRTC take necessary steps to curb such apathetic attitude in the public interest

                Today i am in amreli and want to go to bagasara when I enter the bus station DHORAJI-AMRELI bus coming in front of me
                So i raised my hand and ask for stop but driver only show at me but did not stop the bus

                  Dear sir,

                  Im Dhiren patadiya traveling to Ahmedabad (Civil hospital) to keshod. I booked my ticke online on gsrtc webside and my PNR is G[protected]/18.09.21. got tex massage from gsrtc your about bus number and time to pickup and Also crew Mobil number [protected]. i reach my pick-up pont at 1828 and called Bus crew he said "hamna avsu -hamna su " im continuous calling bt he is not giving proper answer to me. And finally bus come on 1930 and without blocking us bus gone. Im try to call bus conductor but phn not conect. After few minutes bus conductor call to me and he said "tamr kya cho" i said "tame bus ubhi na rakhi" he said "bapunagar or Gita Mandir pohachi jao" i come to gitamandir with on sepnd 100 rs. Who is responsible for this 3rd grad service. This kind of serive not accept from gsrtc.

                  I want proper department action for this BUS conductor.

                      ગુજરાત એસટી ... શા માંટે ગંદકી વાળા હોટેલ પર સ્ટે કરે છે.. આજે જાણવા અને જોવા મળ્યું કે એસટી એ ગુરુકૃપા હોટેલ પર ઊભી રહે છે.. પરંતુ ગુરુકૃપા હોટેલ પર ખૂબ જ ગંદકી છે . જ્યાં જૂઓ ત્યાં કચરો જ કચરો...!!!

                      બીજી સારી ઘણી હોટેલ છે પણ અહી જ ગદકી વાળી હોટેલ જ શા માટે ઊભી રાખો છો??

                      જો કોઈ મુસાફર અહી થી બીમાર પડ્યું તો એની સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી GSRTC ની રહેશે.

                        Most of GSRTC buses stop at unhgenic places. Hotel sell cheap quality food and water bottles in double rupees. They are looting people. Stop them.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I am traveling in GSRTC bus since long time.
                            I appreciate your facility of public transport in Gujarat. We can comfortably and easily reach to our metro cities in time.

                            I daily do up-down from Bharuch to Vadodara by bus number GJ-18-Z-6811 (Bharuch-Anjar)and it is an actually good service.

                            But sir, I have one grievance regarding Uncleanness as well as rude behaviour of bus driver.

                            The person who is driving the bus by inappropriate manner and very fast. He had also fought with one truck driver on highway.
                            I was very afraid o travelling in this bus with the driver.
                            Also he denied to stop the bus at SUSSEN Circle, Baroda while entering into baroda city though it's a main bus stop for all public transport. Is this the approach?

                            Regarding Uncleanness, There is lot of dirtness on floor and tobacco on the the side walls. You should take some steps towards that passanger who chew tobacco and spit in the bus. I also doubt that as per COVID-19 guidelines does buses sanitizer before starting journey?

                            I hope this message will find right solution and will take care for every passenger's health and safety.

                                GNFCBharuch online booking ticketed bus from Surat to Vijayanagar GJ 18z6346 'Its time was 6:00 am. But the bus arrived at 5:32 am early and we reached 5:45 point. Took the number [protected] of the conductor and did not answer the conductor. And don't pick up the phone and we had to take another bus from Surat to Bahucharaji and also had to get a ticket.

                                    I am holding Gurjernagari Passenger Pass. Conductor of Siddhpur depot bus no GJ-18-Z-7471 which is a extra bus running from ahmedabad to ambaji on date 14-sep-2021 9:00 a.m. is not allowing my gurjernagari passenger pass from visnagar to satlasana so take necessary action about that

                                      માનનીય સાહેબ શ્રી,
                                      malsar-modasa બસ સવારે ટાઈમ એ આવતી નથી સાંજે પણ 2 કલાક લેટ હોય છે કરજણ ડેપો મેેજરને ને જાણ કરતા કોઈ જવાબ આપતું નથી. આગળ રોડ નું કામ ચાલુ છે એટલે બસ મોડી જ આવશે એવા બહાના કેટલાક મહિનાઓ થી ચલાવે છે, સરખો જવાબ પણ આપી સકતા નથી અને હવે કોલ પણ કોઈ ઉપાડતા નથી રોજે આ બસ માં 40-50 જેટલા મુસફરો આવે છે, નોકરિયાત અને મુસાફરો ને ખુબ તકલીફ પડે છે. સાંજે સિનોર પહોંચવા નો ટાઈમ 7:30 થી 8:00 નો છે તો છેલા 3 મહીના થી રોજે રાતે 10 વાગે આવે છે. 3-4 વાર અરજી આપતા પણ કોઈ નિરાકરણ આવેલ નથી. બીજું કે 6 મહીના પહેલા બસ બાયાડ સુધી હતી તો સમય સાચવી લેતી હતી બસ, પણ હવે મોડાસા સુધી લંબાઈ છે અને બસ પણ એટલી જ જૂની આપે છે .
                                      આપ શ્રી ને વિનંતી છે કે આ પ્રોબ્લેમ નું સમાધાન કરી આપો.
