Without respect to you, The bus Bhuj to tharad time 6.30Am, without informe from work shop bhuj to its room going IN gate to Out side bus statuon. Pasdinger wainting for bus. Help desk not responce and give depo manager no. But not responce depomanager

Reporting time as per E Ticket: 06:05AM
Bus arrives: 06:35AM on or after on a daily bases

Passengers are facing problems. As this is a small town, public are not aware about this facilities.

Hope to have a look into this on priority....

I was conoformed my advance registration in bus name Surat to Gondal on date 21/08/2021 from Baroda central bus stand.
The time of that bus is 8:45 AM o'clock on Baroda central bus stand depot. That bus is always not on time & today also that bus was reach 20 min.before a actual time. As I was registered passenger, the conductor has responsibility to call the passenger as he/she should not come on time but conductor...

I and my friend have Gurjar Nagri pass regularly we travell bhachau from gandhidham in morning at 6.30am.

We have to face worst situation in 'Anjar Jamnagar' bus where lady conductor is always showing bad attitude and twice thrice refuse to give seat and saying driver as well that don't allow these passengers who have pass.

Today 21.08.21 when there was rush at bus stand we were about to board the Anjar Jamnagar...

Today morning bus driver has not stop the bus near Depo and stop little far and when I went there and I was about to open the door and he started the bus and I was about to fall so please do something

And no bus was there no time management...

Respected sir please provide the covid-19 guideline in the bus service.
The boss is going from Nathdwara to Surat and employees are not follow the guidelines of the covid-19....

I was at prem darvaja bus station at roughly 7 AM and bus number 69sh didn't stop for me while bus was completely empty...

i have face issue last 6 months for passenger pass renewal
jetpur depo not renew my pass his said to me printer not available
2 time talk to depot manager but not proper solution

In Ankleswar GIDC bus depo at 12am to 4am 90% bus not arrive, So for that we are not able to catch bus earlier.
Mostly bus going from highway.

Respect you to pls resolve this issue as soon as possible....

I am a regular pass holder and up down from Viramgam to Iscon Ahmedabad.
I am travelling in Viramgam to Zalod express bus, which is departure from Viramgam at 7.45 to 7.55 am.
In this bus almost 25 to 30 pass holder, whose office time is 9 am to 9.30 am. Due to connecting Sachana bus stand by express bus is let arrive in Ahmedabad and all pass holder deducted their half...

Bus from nadiad to Anand (Badalpur bus) is always late at 6:50am, as it's time is 6:30am. This bus is so full that there is no space to move even a leg in the bus just because NO other bus is AVAILABLE before this timing for nadiad. It will be a great favour if we are provided A BUS AT 6:30AM OR if we are provided this bus at its CORRECT TIME and NOT LATE....

But actually when I travel in bus, there is another sitting space in bus, I think it's wrong diagram, so please update right diagram in online booking .
