આદરણીય સર / મેડમ,
ઉપર જણાવેલ વિષય મુજબ, હું, અમિત કલ્યાણી, ગઈકાલે એટલે કે તા.૧૨/૦૯/૨૦૨૧ ના રોજ અમદાવાદથી વાંકાનેર જતી બસ નંબર GJ-18-Z-5977 માં મુસાફરી કરી હતી. મેં મારી યાત્રા નહેરુ નગરથી સાંજે 4 વાગ્યે શરૂ કરી હતી. તે પછી, બગોદરા બસ સ્ટોપ પર બસે 15 મિનિટનો વિરામ લીધો હતો. ખરેખર, બસ 15 મિનિટ પછી શરૂ થવી જોઈએ તેના બદલે બસ ડ્રાઈવર કેટલાક મુસાફરોની રાહ જોઈ રહ્યા હતા અને તે સ્ટાફના સભ્યો હતા તે પછી જાણવા મળ્યું. અમુક પેસેન્જરો દ્વારા મોડું થતું હોવાથી પુછવામાં આવ્યું તો ડ્રાઈવરશ્રીએ કહ્યું કે, અમુક પેસેન્જર આવે છે અને આ છેલ્લી બસ છે વાંકાનેર જવા માટે થઇ ને. તેથી, તે તેમની રાહ જોતા હતા. તેથી, હું જાણવા માંગુ છું કે આવી રીતે સ્ટાફના સભ્યોની રાહ જોઈને સામાન્ય મુસાફરોનો સમય બગડે તો કશો વાંધો નહિ?. સામાન્ય મુસાફરો જયારે મુસાફરી કરતા હોય અને કહે કે પાંચ મિનીટ માં બીજા પેસેન્જર આવે છે તો આવી જ રીતે રાહ જુવો છો? શું GSRTC દ્વારા અન્ય સામાન્ય મુસાફરોને સમાન સુવિધા આપવામાં આવી છે? હું ૨૦૦૪ થી અપ-ડાઉન કરું છુ પરંતુ મેં ક્યારેય એ જોયું નથી. આ ઉપરાંત મેં એમને પુછ્યું કે, તમારી બસ કંડકટર વગરની છે તો તેમાં બહાર કાચ ઉપર લખેલ હોય કે આ “આ બસ કંડકટર વગરની છે અને ડ્રાઇવર પાસેથી ટીકીટ લેવી”. એ પણ મુસાફરી દરમ્યાન લખેલ ન હતું. તેમજ આ રીતે તમે ઉભી રાખી ના શકો. તેમને(ડ્રાઈવરશ્રીએ) એવું કહ્યું કે, તો તમે ફરિયાદ કરો જેથી ઉપરના અધિકારીને વાસ્તવિક સમસ્યા ખબર પડે. જેથી હું એ પણ જાણવા માંગું છુ કે, આ મુસાફરી દરમ્યાન ખરેખર કંડકટર એલોકેટ કરેલ હતો કે નહિ?

Bus no GJ-18-AZ-9295 timing 19:00 from baroda to Ahmedabad didn't came to platform and leave station without came to platform..I also called on crew no mentioned in massage but he/she didn't receive call..I went for inquiry at volvo ticket stattion but he didn't reply well and instead ask leading question to me..my kindly request to go through it and to make necessary action and improvement.. thank

Bus was booked for 10th September, 2021 at 7.50AM but didn't arrive till 8.47AM!!!

I have booked through online...Took 182 RS from me and bus didn't come??

GSRTC helpline number is pathetic. No one is answering even tried for 20 times!!!

They are free there but my mother was standing at bus station needs to reach to baroda? Is that important after taking the money.

Driver and conductor are rudely behave with passengers. And also observe that bus condition is very poor. There is damage seats, and no safety available for sleeper customer,

We have take jarny from adipur to amreli but not get satisfaction. Request for upadate your buses and staff also.

After 7 pm, Some bus not stop at Income tax station Ahmedabad & they go to over Income tax bridge.
Today, I have to go Vadaj station for pick bus for go to mehsana, & when I am in auto rickshaw i saw Bus No. GJ 018 Z 4882 go to deesa at 9.20 am over Income tax bridge.

Selvas-chotaudaipur bus always come late
Bus right time 7:15 am but always come late 7:45am then after driver take 2 tea break .

સવિનય સાથે જણાવવાનું કે કોરોના મહામારી બાદ શાળાઓમાં ફરીથી શેક્ષણિક કાર્ય રાબેતા મુજબ ચાલુ થયેલ હોય શાળાનો સમય સવાર પાળીમાં હોય તો નવી દુધઈ સ્થિત સરદાર પટેલ વિદ્યાલયમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ આસપાસના ગામડામાંથી કરે છે. જે ભુજ ડેપોમાંથી સવારે 6.00 વાગ્યે ભુજ રવેચી બસ ચાલુ હતી પણ ઘણા સમયથી આ બસ બંધ છે. જેના કારણે વિધ્યાર્થીઓ શાળાએ સમયસર પહોંચી સકતા નથી. આ બસમાં એ ડાઉન કરતા વિદ્યાર્થી ધાણેટી, હીરાપર, નવાગામ, કોટડા, ચાંદ્રાણી માંથી આશરે 50 વિદ્યાર્થી હોય તો વિદ્યાર્થીના ભવિષ્યને હિતમાં રાખી શેક્ષણિક કાર્યમાં સમયસર પહોંચે માટે આ બસ ફટીથી સવારે 6.00 વાગ્યે ચાલુ કરવા નમ્ર વિનંતી.
આ અગાઉ પણ કચેરીમાં બસ ચાલુ કરવા અંગે લેખિલ અરજી કરવામાં આવેલ પણ રાપર-ક્ચ્છ ડેપો મેનેજરશ્રી દ્વારા કોઈ કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવી નથી. આપશ્રી દ્વારા તત્કાલીન બસ શરૂ કરવામાં આવે એવી નમ્ર વિનંતી.

ગાંધીનગર થી અમદાવાદ ખ રોડની 9-30 કલાકે મહાત્મા મંદિર થી અમદાવાદ બાટાશો રૂમ અને સાજે આ જગ્યા એથી 6-15 કલાકે મહાત્મા મંદિર ગાંધીનગર ની બસ ચાલુ કરવા વિનંતી.

ગાંધીનગર થી અમદાવાદ અપડાઉન કરૂ છું ખ રોડની ૯-3૦ કલાકે મહાત્મા મંદિર થી અમદાવાદ ટાઇમસ ઓફ ઇન્ડિયા બાટા શો રૂમથી અને સાજે આ જગ્યા એથી ૬-૧૫ કલાકે મહાત્મા મંદિર ગાંધીનગર ની બસ ચાલુ કરવા વિનંતી આ અગાઉ ગાંધીનગર ડેપોમાં અનેક રજુઆત કરી છે બસ ચાલુ કરી નથી

Aaje tarikh 2 September 2021, hu rojinda time mujab bharuch thi Kim aavyo. Tyare buss driver e mane Kim chowkdi na utaryo, pan chowkdi pahela bridge start thay tya jabardasti utarva majbur karyo. Buss bechraji thi surat jai rahi hati je sanje 6:45 PM Kim aveli. Mari age 56 varsh chhe, ane aa umarma ma 2 kilometres chaline mare Kim chowkdi aavvu padyu.

To above subject I request to you please entered the stand Baspa which is between radhanpur and sami.
Baspa pick up stand is connected with about 25 village, so please entered this stand in conducter divice of bus route Rapar to songadh.

I had done the reservation for my relative in surat- Radhanpur bus to go at ahmedabad from Ankleshwar GIDC on 02/09/2021. The bus time was 07:45 at Ankleshwar GIDC but bus came early in the bus stand. The conductor called us around 07:35 and told that bus is waiting since last 20 min. I was on the way to bus stand and getting little traffic. I reached to the bus at 07:43 still conductor is talking with us very rudely. I request you to take action against conductor.

પ્રિય સર અમારુ રીજરવેન કરેલ હોવાછતા કંડકટરે અમારી સીટ ઉપર લગેજ રાખવાની ના પાડેલશે તો તે કનેકટેડ ઉપર કાયદેસર કાર્યવાહી કરવામા વીનંતી મરો પીએન આર નં જી42991611 છે અને બસ વૅરાવલ મોરબી છે મુસાફરી તારીખ ૦1/09/2021છે

બસ કેન્સલ થઈ છતાં અગાઉથી જાણ ન કરવાથી હું તથા મારુ ફેમિલી ખૂબ હેરાન થઈ ગયેલ છે.
ના તો કઈ પણ બાબતે બસ સ્ટોપ ઉપર થી જવાબ વ્યવસ્થિત
મળેલ છે તથા કોઈ પણ જાત ની વ્યવસ્થા કરી આપવા માં આવેલ ન હતી

ઘણી વાર કમ્પ્લેન કરવા છતાં પણ કોઈ એક્શન લેવાતું નથી આજરોજ તારીખ 30 8 2020 ના રોજ સવારે 1962 નંબરની બસ કંડકટર નંબર 191 કોસંબા જતી બસ બસ ડ્રાઈવરે હાથ ઉંચો કરવા છતાં પણ જોઈ ને આંખ આડા કાન કરી દીધા હતા અને બસ ઉભી ન રાખી હતી ત્યારબાદ માંડવી જતી બસ બસ નંબર 97 96 ના ડ્રાઇવર એ પણ હાથ ઉંચો કરવા છતાં બસ ઉભી રાખી ન હતી બસ ખાલી હોવા છતાં પણ બસ ઉભી રાખતા નથી અને આ બસ સ્ટેશન નથી આ સ્ટેશન નથી એવું કહે એવું કહે છે લેખિતમાં માંગીએ તો કમ્પ્લેન કરી દો મારી એવી વાત કહે છે લેડીઝ કોઈ વાત કહે તો દાદાગીરી કરતા હોય છે અને બરાબર જવાબ આપતા નથી બસ ખાલી હોય પછી નિગમને ખોટ જાય તો કોઈ ફરક પડતો નથી મારી ઘણી કમ્પ્લેન હોવા છતાં પણ કોઈ એક્શન લેવામાં આવતું નથી અમે રોજના અપડાઉન વાળા છે તથા પણ કોઈ પ્રકારની સુવિધા મળતી નથી બસનો પાસ કઢાવવા માટે ઘણા બોર્ડ લગાવવામા આવે છે પણ તેનો લાભ લેવામાં અમને મોંઘુ પડે છે બસ ન ઉભી રે એટલે એક્સપ્રેસ બસ પકડીને પૈસા ખર્ચી જવું પડે છે એક્શન લેવા વિનંતી

My pickup point was dayapar at 7:30. Bus attended don't call me and leave the bus stop at 7:21am . I was clearly saw bus and fly my hand for bus but they didn't stop bus and leave 7:21am from bus station. it was very painful for me because I have a urgent work on my reaching stop point but due to your miss discipline and misbehaviour I don't reached my target location.
So kindly stop this type of discipline otherwise people don't trust on GSRTC.
Please refund my ticket amount Rs153.00.

mane 500/- nuksan tamara staff ne lidhe thyu...badhu proof attachment che
