સવિનય સાથે જણાવવાનું કે કોરોના મહામારી બાદ શાળાઓમાં ફરીથી શેક્ષણિક કાર્ય રાબેતા મુજબ ચાલુ થયેલ હોય શાળાનો સમય સવાર પાળીમાં હોય તો નવી દુધઈ સ્થિત સરદાર પટેલ વિદ્યાલયમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ આસપાસના ગામડામાંથી કરે છે. જે ભુજ ડેપોમાંથી સવારે 6.00 વાગ્યે ભુજ રવેચી બસ ચાલુ હતી પણ ઘણા સમયથી આ બસ બંધ છે. જેના કારણે વિધ્યાર્થીઓ શાળાએ સમયસર પહોંચી સકતા નથી. આ બસમાં એ ડાઉન કરતા વિદ્યાર્થી ધાણેટી, હીરાપર, નવાગામ, કોટડા, ચાંદ્રાણી માંથી આશરે 50 વિદ્યાર્થી હોય તો વિદ્યાર્થીના ભવિષ્યને હિતમાં રાખી શેક્ષણિક કાર્યમાં સમયસર પહોંચે માટે આ બસ ફટીથી સવારે 6.00 વાગ્યે ચાલુ કરવા નમ્ર વિનંતી.
આ અગાઉ પણ કચેરીમાં બસ ચાલુ કરવા અંગે લેખિલ અરજી કરવામાં આવેલ પણ રાપર-ક્ચ્છ ડેપો મેનેજરશ્રી દ્વારા કોઈ કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવી નથી. આપશ્રી દ્વારા તત્કાલીન બસ શરૂ કરવામાં આવે એવી નમ્ર વિનંતી.

ગાંધીનગર થી અમદાવાદ અપડાઉન કરૂ છું ખ રોડની ૯-3૦ કલાકે મહાત્મા મંદિર થી અમદાવાદ ટાઇમસ ઓફ ઇન્ડિયા બાટા શો રૂમથી અને સાજે આ જગ્યા એથી ૬-૧૫ કલાકે મહાત્મા મંદિર ગાંધીનગર ની બસ ચાલુ કરવા વિનંતી આ અગાઉ ગાંધીનગર ડેપોમાં અનેક રજુઆત કરી છે બસ ચાલુ કરી નથી

Buss bechraji thi surat jai rahi hati je sanje 6:45 PM Kim aveli. Mari age 56 varsh chhe, ane aa umarma ma 2 kilometres chaline mare Kim chowkdi aavvu padyu.

To above subject I request to you please entered the stand Baspa which is between radhanpur and sami.
Baspa pick up stand is connected with about 25 village, so please entered this stand in conducter divice of bus route Rapar to songadh.

I had done the reservation for my relative in surat- Radhanpur bus to go at ahmedabad from Ankleshwar GIDC on 02/09/2021. The bus time was 07:45 at Ankleshwar GIDC but bus came early in the bus stand. The conductor called us around 07:35 and told that bus is waiting since last 20 min. I was on the way to bus stand and getting little traffic. I reached to the bus at 07:43 still conductor is talking with us very rudely. I request you to take action against conductor.

બસ કેન્સલ થઈ છતાં અગાઉથી જાણ ન કરવાથી હું તથા મારુ ફેમિલી ખૂબ હેરાન થઈ ગયેલ છે.

ઘણી વાર કમ્પ્લેન કરવા છતાં પણ કોઈ એક્શન લેવાતું નથી આજરોજ તારીખ 30 8 2020 ના રોજ સવારે 1962 નંબરની બસ કંડકટર નંબર 191 કોસંબા જતી બસ બસ ડ્રાઈવરે હાથ ઉંચો કરવા છતાં પણ જોઈ ને આંખ આડા કાન કરી દીધા હતા અને બસ ઉભી ન રાખી હતી ત્યારબાદ માંડવી જતી બસ બસ નંબર 97 96 ના ડ્રાઇવર એ પણ હાથ ઉંચો કરવા છતાં બસ ઉભી રાખી ન હતી બસ ખાલી હોવા છતાં પણ બસ ઉભી રાખતા નથી અને આ બસ સ્ટેશન નથી આ સ્ટેશન નથી એવું કહે એવું કહે છે લેખિતમાં માંગીએ તો કમ્પ્લેન કરી દો મારી એવી વાત કહે છે લેડીઝ કોઈ વાત કહે તો દાદાગીરી કરતા હોય છે અને બરાબર જવાબ આપતા નથી બસ ખાલી હોય પછી નિગમને ખોટ જાય તો કોઈ ફરક પડતો નથી મારી ઘણી કમ્પ્લેન હોવા છતાં પણ કોઈ એક્શન લેવામાં આવતું નથી અમે રોજના અપડાઉન વાળા છે તથા પણ કોઈ પ્રકારની સુવિધા મળતી નથી બસનો પાસ કઢાવવા માટે ઘણા બોર્ડ લગાવવામા આવે છે પણ તેનો લાભ લેવામાં અમને મોંઘુ પડે છે બસ ન ઉભી રે એટલે એક્સપ્રેસ બસ પકડીને પૈસા ખર્ચી જવું પડે છે એક્શન લેવા વિનંતી

My pickup point was dayapar at 7:30. Bus attended don't call me and leave the bus stop at 7:21am . I was clearly saw bus and fly my hand for bus but they didn't stop bus and leave 7:21am from bus station. it was very painful for me because I have a urgent work on my reaching stop point but due to your miss discipline and misbehaviour I don't reached my target location.
So kindly stop this type of discipline otherwise people don't trust on GSRTC.
Please refund my ticket amount Rs153.00.

Behavior of conductor of bus from Ahmedabad to Surat
Sunday morning 10 am is not good against women
And even the bus is not following covid guidelines

Rajkot-amreli bus- gj 18 z 3520. This bus condoctor and bus driver denied for travel in his bus and bus was full empty. And stop was also available in my destination point. Please i request to gsrtc depot manager that please remove that conductor and bus driver.

I booked a seat (seat no. 55) in a bus (service from vadodara to kesod) but bus is having seating capacity of 52 passengers only.

I and other 5 fellows are suffering due to miss management of irresponsible authorities of GSRTC.

We raised complain in depo and we came to know that conductor is continuously complaining for the same problem to Mr. Rathod (ATS) but nothing came out.

Depo staff called Mr. Rathod (ATS) in front of me and other 5 passengers but he responded very rudely and irresponsibly to demo staff.

Please take strict action against responsible.

I was booked my Ticket From Bavla to Keshod PNR Number G42845719. DOJ was 27/08/2021. Bus Depart time was 23:25 i was reach bavla 23:10 and wait till 23:25 bus not come then i call to Conductor number on [protected]. he say me bus is reach near bagodara. i was reach depart location before 15 mins.i am not get any call from conductor. and conductor blam be to reach on time and he was depart bus before depart time. he miss behave with me and told to reach bagodara bus stop so how can i reach bagodara in 10 mins because bagodara is 30 Kms aprox from bavla. and how can i take vehicle in short time. i am Annoying full night i reach keshod after change 3 or 4 vehicle. is this not responsiblity service of GSRTC. i was booked in GSRTC for safety and not Annoying.

Litrary there are no curtains there is no mean of air-condition if curtains ain't there.

Dear sir/Madam,

My complaint against olpad depo.

After conona pandemic Morpopadi bus not start. bus is stop due to the income not getting from it as per the manager says.

Many request of passengers, Bus is started for 15 days to check the income of the bus upto 20 July.

I am regular passanger of that bus.But when I ask to olpad depo manager she told me only having 4 or 5 direct passengers (mor and popadi)in the bus.and bus is stopped.But actual 8 to 9 Direct passengers is available.

She doesn't do proper analysis of that bus. there are many more constrain.

For example before pandamic bus time is 7:05pm from Adajan depo. and now timing is 6:55pm. more of the passengers come from job or other 7:00PM to 7:10pm.

And the Other bus is also coming late. so 6:30 to 7:40 no bus available to reaching destination.

As per the telephonic discussion with the depo manager she doesn't understand the problem.she only says please give me in written note so I will work on it.i don't know why she take it personally or she don't know how to do analysis or she doesn't know how to increase more income.or there less experience.

Request to GSRTC team check the every aspects and then stopped the bus.

Kindly look into the matter.you reply will highly appreciate.

I am travelling in Viramgam to Zalod express bus, which is departure from Viramgam at 7. 45 to 7. 55 am. In this bus almost 25 to 30 pass holder, whose office time is 9 am to 9. 30 am. Due to connecting Sachana bus stand by express bus is let arrive in Ahmedabad and all pass holder deducted their half day...
