Dear sir im regular student from deesa to patan i have an issue with bus timming is not fix some times bus comes 10 min before some times comes 10~15 min delay But actual time of bus is 8.00 am
After that we facing many fluctuation in clg timming so when we are b/w the road bus driver not stop bus even he know very well we are regular traveller students so plz give us some support .. Bus name deesa patan deesa local

I have book my ticket today from baroda to jamnagar and PNR no is G42717231. During journey near bagodar bus tire puncher and we picked up bus for rajkot. At rajkot bus depo bus mahuva-jamnagar drive and conductor said that we did not sit on bus by my original bus conductor report. Also on mahuva-jamnagar bus sit is available not book and both driver and conductor behavior is very rude. So please take it on priority and give some reply regarding my complaint.

Today 6/02/2071 My son was going to Ahmedabad, so I made an online booking. The time to pick up the bus from Jambusar to Ahmedabad from the depot is 2:00 pm. So if the depot manager is given the authority to take off the bus 15 minutes early today if he is taken out of the depot at 1:45 am. Who is responsible for the harassment that happens to the passenger?

Dear sir,
Complain against Karjan Depo and Dabhoi Depo.
We lots of passengers travelling everyday in these bus. Modasa-Malsar (Karjan depo) and Baroda-malsar (Dabhoi depo) Both night buses arrive late everyday, Both Buses Lifting time is 6.10 PM from baroda depo but someone bus arrives at 7 o'clock, and someone arrives at 8 o'clock, and It is 9.30-10 o'clock when we reach home at night. it is very heard and difficult situation in night.
we already complain to depo manager about this. but they doesn't take any action. and they give rudely answer. Please reschedule both buses to 6.10 at baroda depo .

I request you to contact head office of vapi bus depo to make proper schedule for vapi to umbergaon bus and increase frequence of bus schedule. and make metrolink to big bus on 6:20 pm in evening.

માંડવી થી સુરત અને સુરત થી માંડવી જતી બસ ના ડ્રાઈવર હાથ ઊંચો કરીએ તો પણ બસ ઉભી રાખતા નથી બસ ખાલી હોય તો પણ ઉભી રાખતા નથી અને અમારું સ્ટોપ નથી એવું કહે છે સુરત માંડવી થી ડેપો ની બસ નંબર ઝીરો 102 ખૂબ જ ખરાબ હાલતમાં છે છતાં પણ તેને દોડાવવામાં આવે છે વરસાદમાં ખૂબ જ પાણી ગણે છે પેસેન્જર બેસી શકતા જ નથી ઉભા ઉભા પેસેન્જરે આવું પડે છે હાલમાં રક્ષાબંધન તહેવાર હોય ઘણા પેસેન્જર સુરત થી માંડવી જતા હોય છે સુરત થી માંડવી ની બસ ની સંખ્યા ઘણી ઓછી હોય પેસેન્જરોએ બાળકો સાથે ઉભા ઉભા જવું પડે છે જ્યારે હોળીનો તહેવાર હોય ત્યારે ગોધરા અને દાહોદની એકસ્ટ્રા બસ દોડાવવામાં આવે છે એ જ રીતે સુરત થી માંડવી અને માંડવી થી સુરતની એક્સ્ટ્રા બસો ની જરૂર હોય બસ મૂકવા વિનંતી છે

Respected sir,
I was conoformed my advance registration in bus name Surat to Gondal on date 21/08/2021 from Baroda central bus stand.
The time of that bus is 8:45 AM o'clock on Baroda central bus stand depot. That bus is always not on time & today also that bus was reach 20 min.before a actual time. As I was registered passenger, the conductor has responsibility to call the passenger as he/she should not come on time but conductor doesn't follow them & because of that I missed my bus because of his mistake. So for that I was face a problems. As I was inquire for that bus at baroda depo, sir wasn't gave us proper answer & he continue said bus is not come still It's time is near about but in actual bus was leave the station before a time.
So I want that you take a strict action on above mention bus & on conductor also. Hope you follow my complaint & solve it.

I and my friend have Gurjar Nagri pass regularly we travell bhachau from gandhidham in morning at 6.30am.

We have to face worst situation in 'Anjar Jamnagar' bus where lady conductor is always showing bad attitude and twice thrice refuse to give seat and saying driver as well that don't allow these passengers who have pass.

Today 21.08.21 when there was rush at bus stand we were about to board the Anjar Jamnagar bus there were enough vacant seats and passengers booking were from Bhachau then also that lady conductor refuse to give the seat and shown worst attitude.

Inspite of having pass we have to travell with ticket in volvo bus.

Kindly keep some polite and genuine staff who can deal public well and take strict action against that lady conductor.

ગોંડલ ડેપો ની રાજકોટ- દીવ ગાડી નંબર:- ૫૪૯૬ સવારે રાજકોટ થી ૬.૪૫ ઉપડવાનો ટાઇમ છે અને દીવ થી બપોરે ૧.૨૦ નો ટાઇમ છે પરતું છેલ્લા ચાર-પાચ માસ થી દરોજ બ્રેક ડાઉન થાય છે કોઈ વારંવાર ટાયર પંચર કે પછી ગાડી જ ચાલુ ના થાય કે ધક્કા મારવા પડે ગાડીને ફરજ કામ કરતાં ડ્રાઈવર- કંડક્ટર પણ બીચરા હરરોજ કમ્પ્લેંન કરીને થાકેલ છે પરંતુ વારંવાર કરવા પછી પણ ગોંડલ ડેપો ના મેનેજર કોઈપણ જાત ની કેર લેતા નથી વધુ માં કોઈ બૂકિગ વાડું રહી ગયું છે એમ કરી ભર ગોંડલ ડેપો ના મેનેજરજંગલ માં ગાડી ઊભી કરાવી દેછે .જેની અસર અમારા નોકરી-ધંધા પર અસર થાય છે માટે તાકીદે આના પર કામગિરિ કરવી.
