Today morning bus driver has not stop the bus near Depo and stop little far and when I went there and I was about to open the door and he started the bus and I was about to fall so please do something

And no bus was there no time management

Respected sir please provide the covid-19 guideline in the bus service.
The boss is going from Nathdwara to Surat and employees are not follow the guidelines of the covid-19.

I was at prem darvaja bus station at roughly 7 AM and bus number 69sh didn't stop for me while bus was completely empty

i have face issue last 6 months for passenger pass renewal
jetpur depo not renew my pass his said to me printer not available
2 time talk to depot manager but not proper solution

ગોંડલ ડેપો ની રાજકોટ- દીવ ગાડી નંબર:- ૫૪૯૬ સવારે રાજકોટ થી ૬.૪૫ ઉપડવાનો ટાઇમ છે અને દીવ થી બપોરે ૧.૨૦ નો ટાઇમ છે પરતું છેલ્લા ચાર-પાચ માસ થી દરોજ બ્રેક ડાઉન થાય છે કોઈ વારંવાર ટાયર પંચર કે પછી ગાડી જ ચાલુ ના થાય કે ધક્કા મારવા પડે ગાડીને ફરજ કામ કરતાં ડ્રાઈવર- કંડક્ટર પણ બીચરા હરરોજ કમ્પ્લેંન કરીને થાકેલ છે પરંતુ વારંવાર કરવા પછી પણ ગોંડલ ડેપો ના મેનેજર કોઈપણ જાત ની કેર લેતા નથી વધુ માં કોઈ બૂકિગ વાડું રહી ગયું છે એમ કરી ભર ગોંડલ ડેપો ના મેનેજરજંગલ માં ગાડી ઊભી કરાવી દેછે .જેની અસર અમારા નોકરી-ધંધા પર અસર થાય છે માટે તાકીદે આના પર કામગિરિ કરવી.

In Ankleswar GIDC bus depo at 12am to 4am 90% bus not arrive, So for that we are not able to catch bus earlier.
Mostly bus going from highway.

Respect you to pls resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I am a regular pass holder and up down from Viramgam to Iscon Ahmedabad.
I am travelling in Viramgam to Zalod express bus, which is departure from Viramgam at 7.45 to 7.55 am.
In this bus almost 25 to 30 pass holder, whose office time is 9 am to 9.30 am. Due to connecting Sachana bus stand by express bus is let arrive in Ahmedabad and all pass holder deducted their half day.
So I humble request please arrange a New express bus at 7.30 am daily from Viramgam to Ahmedabad or bypass of Zalod express from Sachanagam, all express bus of other depo are bypass from sachana.

Today at 9:10 Am i am waiting this bus at cottege hospital lunawada but this bus driver not stop bus at cottege hospital lunawada.
Please and my humble request to GSRTC some serious action against my complain.

Plse sir start local bus jetpur to kathrota at 9:am and plse start any local buses from junagadh to jetpur at 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm plse sir we students faces so much trouble due to bus issue.plse take action fast🙏

Yesterday (16/08/2021) Morning i waiting at Jamnagar ST bus stand for Bus from Jamnagar to Rajkot and i found 1 bus Jamnagar to Gondal so i step up in bus and found my seat. And it was very heavy rush in bus. I found driver himself was distributing tickets to passenger's so when he asked me to buy ticket i gave him 100 rupees and told him to give me a ticket of Jamnagar to Rajkot and he denied me to give me a ticket just because he wanted direct passenger's of Gondal. But the bus route is Jamnagar to Gondal Via Rajkot so how can he deny me to give me a ticket and step down to bus. He forced me, he misbehaved me, he abused me, he got angry with me, to step down to the bus and then i had no option left so i had to step down from the bus. It was really a worst experience with GSRTC.
Please have a serious look into this matter.

Morbi to rajkot intercity bus have pick up a 100 up passengers during corona situation

Bus from nadiad to Anand (Badalpur bus) is always late at 6:50am, as it's time is 6:30am. This bus is so full that there is no space to move even a leg in the bus just because NO other bus is AVAILABLE before this timing for nadiad. It will be a great favour if we are provided A BUS AT 6:30AM OR if we are provided this bus at its CORRECT TIME and NOT LATE.

Conductor Miss behaved and Alloted Booked seat of My Wife and Daughters

I booked ticket for dhrol in barwala Jamnagar route. My ticket seat number shown that 22 (w),

But actually when I travel in bus, there is another sitting space in bus, I think it's wrong diagram, so please update right diagram in online booking .

I requested you to start st bus at 8.45 am from surat to madhi via sumul route. There are no bus from surat to madhi, it is more difficulty in transportation for all the passengers .for St bus we had to go to sumul and there was no bus from sumul to madhi. Therefore, request to start the bus which used to come to surat depot 2 year. Which was closed due to covid 19 . So I request again to start bus 8.45 am from suart to madhi via sumul and 10.30 am bus from madhi to surat via sumul. Thank you..

ખંભાત થી છીપડી બસ ટાઈમ 19:30 નો નડિયાદ થી ઉપાડવાનો હતો તે વહેલો કર્યો છે તેના થી ઘણા મુસાફરો હેરાન થાય છે તો તમને મારી નમ્ર વિનંત છે કે જે કેટલાય વર્ષો 19:30 ટાઈમ છે તે કરશો. અને જે કેટલાક ડાઈવર ભાઈઓ સંતાકૂકડી રમે છે તે બંધ કરાવશો અને સાહેબ આપણો દેશ વસ્તી પ્રધાન છે.તો પણ આપણે મિની બસ ને શટલ બસ રાખવાની જગ્યાએ મર્યાદિત સ્ટોપેજ જે એક્સપ્રેસ નોય બાપ બનાવી દીધો છે.આપણે શૂ વિચારીએ છે? આપણે શૂ કરવા માગીએ છે તે આપનેજ ખબર નથી.અને કન્ટ્રોલ પોઈન્ટ છે તેમા ત્રણ અને ચાર માણસો શા માટે ભાઈ બેસાડ્યા છે.શૂ તેમને પોથી ભરવા બેસાડાય છે.આ બધૂ સુધારો કરાવો અને ખરા અથૅ મા આપણી એ.ટી.આગળ લઈ જઈએ.

We requested you to start 8.45 am bus from surat to madhi via sumal.. All the passengers did not get a bus to go to surat to madhi in the morning . It is more difficult to Bend. And there is no bus from madhi to surat at 10.30 am to 11 am.. So please.. We request you to start bus 8.45 am from surat to madhi via sumul and 10.30 am bus from madhi to surat via sumul..

Dear team

Today i was waiting at ghela somnath bus stop for travelling to rajkot. But the bus was heavily crowded with passenger as students are daily traveling fro that bus. Due to this situation many students are getting late as there is no space after this stop in the bus. So students are not reached at school on time. And it is also very risky for all passengers to travel in that bus.. no. Of bus is GJ 18 Z 4086. Please start 1 extra bus for the route ghela somnath to rajkot or the bus which travel from ghela somnath and reach at rajkot because daily many students are traveling from this route. I request you to please do something on this case. Waiting for your positive reply.
