Group of people misbehaving in bus and force fully not availability the seat .

As they are all together no body speak against him .

The bus from surat to masad time is 6:30 pm

પ્રાણગઢ ગામ મા કેટલાય વિદ્યાથી સુરેન્દરનગર અપ ડાઉન કરે છેે.તો પ્રાણગઢ રૂટ ચાલુ કરવા વીનંતી.અથવા તો પાટણ - દૂધરેજ રૂટ સુરેન્દ્રનગર થઇ પ્રાણગઢ નાઇટ રોકાઇ. જુનાગઢ - દુધરેજ જે બાપોરે ૧ વાગ્યે દુધરેજ પોચે તે પ્રાણગઢ લંબાવવા વિનંતી.સુરેન્દ્રનગર - પ્રાણગઢ સુરેદ્રનગર થી ૭:૩૦ ઉપાડે તેવી વિનંતી.

મારૂં ફેમીલી ઉક્ત બસમાં તા.૦૭/૦૮/૨૦૨૧ ના રોજ સુરત થી ભુજ આવવા માટે નીકળેલ હતું. તેઓને માધાપર (કચ્છ) ખાતે ગાંધી સર્કલ ખાતે ઉતરવાનું હતું પરંતુ ભુજની ટિકીટ હોવા છતાં તેઓએ માધાપર પોલીસ ચોકી બાય પાસ ઉતારી બસ મારી મુકી હતી. પેસેન્જરમાં બન્ને લેડીઝ એકલી હોવા છતાં, રિક્વેસ્ટ બસ સ્ટોપ પર ન ઉતારતા અન્ય જગ્યાએ ઉતારી દીધેલ છે. અને માધાપર ખાતે બસ સ્ટોપ નથી એવું કહ્યું હતું તો આ બાબતે બન્ને એસ.ટી.ના કર્મચારીઓ ઉપર ભટતી કાર્યવાહી કરવા વિનંતી. સવિનય જણાવવાનું કે, જૂનાગઢ-પાલીતાણા-હસ્તગીરી બસ જુનાગઢ થી સવારે ૬.૦૦ કલાકે જૂનાગઢથી રવાના કરવામાં આવે તો સાદર બસ માં ઉપ ડાવુંન કરતા ઘણા શિક્ષકો મિત્રો સ્કૂલમાં સમયસર પહોચી શકે અને અભ્યાસ પ્રવૃતિ માં કોઈ ખલેલ ન પહોચે.
આથી આપ સાહેબશ્રી ને નમ્ર વિનંતી છે કે, આપ સાહેબ આ બાબતે યોગ્ય નિર્ણય લઇ વહેલીતકે ઘટતું થવા નમ્ર વિનંતી.
વધુમાં જણાવવાનું કે, હાલમાં કોરોના ની પરીસ્થિતિ સામાન્ય થઇ રહી છે અને સરકારશ્રી ના આદેસ અનુસાર તમામ શૈક્ષણિક સંસ્થાઓ કાર્યાન્વિત થઇ ગયેલ છે તેથી હવે જૂનાગઢ-બગસરા (વાયા : વિસાવદર) બસ જુનાગઢ થી સવારે ૫:૪૫ કલાકે ઉપડતી હતી તે બસ ફરી સત્વરે શરુ કરવવા વિનંતી છે.
ઉક્ત બંને બાબતે આપશ્રી પેસેન્જર ના હિતમાં નિર્યણ લેશો તેવી આશા છે

Today i.e on dt.07/08/21, time:11:17:18, I purchased ticket no.38503 of Journey of MEHSANA HIG TO AHMEDABAD C by bus no.GJ 18Z 7189 of the route of PATAN- SONGADH.(Patan Depot). The conductor dropped me out and away of central bus station. He didn't take bus in to the bus station. Hence I lost my bus of further journey ..Hence you are requested to take necessary action please.

Respected all, we are facing covid pandamic from last year and for come out from that govt advice some guidelines to follow and whonever not follow that guidelines that will punishable.. Govt collect fine from public who are not follow this guidelines.. As I am from healthcare profession and helping public to take out from this pandamic, but I saw in your all bus no one follow covid guidelines.. No mask, most important no social distance, over crowded buses are running.. Who is answerable for that? Who are punishable for that??

I have to travel from kadodara to surat everyday. I have been in awe of the great connectivity and availability of buses that GSRTC provides to far and remote places too. Sometimes though the bus is crowded and I have to travel standing such a long journey, the incident that happened on 6th August while returning from kadodara to surat left me in shock. The issue is though some seats are reserved for women and it is clearly noted above the window of the bus that the concerned seat is for women passengers and should be emptied, the male passenger seated there did not get up and denied to follow what is written. Then I talked to the conductor but even he said the rule doesn't apply and didn't say a word to the passenger seated. He totally ignored my plea. It is really sad and disheartening how the the travelling passengers and even the conductor are insensitive towards problems faced by female passengers. The bus number is GJ18Z2611. It happened on 6th August around 6:20pm on the route from kadodara to surat. As a female passenger, standing while travelling inspite of seats reserved for female being occupied by male passengers, it's not just about comfort for a long journey or the rights being denied or the misbehaviour on raising voice against something unjust, it also made me feel humiliated, unsafe and vulnerable while standing uncomfortably squeezed by people standing around or trying to pass by. It is very upsetting how some people can be so insensitive and deny rights. I felt so weak . I request GSRTC to look into the matter and sensitize it's conductors and drivers towards struggles of its female passengers. I hope my feedback is responded positively.

While travelling from kadodara to surat, though seats are reserved for female, even those seats are denied to female travellers . Even conductor denied and said there is no such rule though it is written above the window in the bus beside the seat. It is fairly unjust.

Jambusar to Khambhat bus બપોરે એક વાગ્યે જંબુસર થી ઉપડી ૩:૪૫ કલાકે ખંભાત પહોંચે છે અને પછી ખંભાત થી ૦૪:૦૦ કલાકે ઉપડી જંબુસર ૦૭:૦૦ વાગ્યે પહોંચે છે .જે લોકો ખંભાત અને બોરસદ એરિયા માં નોકરી કરવા જંબુસર થી આવે છે તેઓ જે તે કંપની કે ઓફિસ માંથી ૫:૩૦ થી ૦૬:૦૦ વાગ્યે છૂટે છે તો તે લોકો હાલનો સમય અનુકૂળ નથી આવતો અને પછી પ્રાઇવેટ વાહન માં વાયા વાયા જવું પડે છે અને સમય અને પૈસા પણ બરબાદ થાય છે .તો આપ શ્રી ને નમ્ર વિનંતી છે કે જો આ બસ નો સમય જંબુસર થી ઉપાડવાનો ૦૨:૩૦ અને ખંભાત થી ઉપડવાનો સમય ૦૫:૩૦ કરી દેવામાં આવે તો ઘણા બધા લોકો તેનો લાભ લઈ શકે તેમ છે ...બીજું કે ખંભાત થી કે બોરસદ થી સાંજે ૦૬:૦૦ વાગ્યા પછી જંબુસર રુટ પર કોઈ બસ નથી તેથી ગણી તકલીફ પડે છે ...તો આપ સાહેબ ને વિનતી કરું છું કે મારી અરજી પર વિચાર કરી યોગ્ય નિર્ણય લેવા વિનંતી... ભારત માતા કી જય

ઉપરોક્ત વિષયના અનુસંધાનમાં આપ સાહેબશ્રી ને જણાવવાનું કે આજ રોજ તા - ૦૬.૦૮.૨૦૨૧, સમય સવારે ૧૧.૩૦ થી ૧૧.૪૫ ની વચ્ચે સરકારી એસ.ટી. બસ નંબર GJ18Z6959 બગસરા- અમદાવાદના ડ્રાઈવર દ્વારા અમદાવાદ શહેરમાં ટાગોર હોલ પાલડી થી ગીતામંદિર બસ સ્ટેન્ડ સુધીના ભરપુર ટ્રાફિકમાં બેફામ ગાડી ચલાવતા હતા જેના કારણે રસ્તામાં ઘણા વાહન ચાલકોને હાલાકી ભોગવવી પડી હતી. એ દરમ્યાન મેં પણ પાછળ આવતી આ એસ.ટી. બસ ને મારી કારની બારીમાંથી હાથ બતાવી ડ્રાઈવરને થોડીવાર રોકાવવા ઈશારો કર્યો છતાં ડ્રાઈવર દ્વારા રોન્ગ સાઈડમાંથી ઓવરટેક કરવાની કોશિશ કરી હતી. આ દરમ્યાન મેં ડ્રાઈવરને ગાડીમાંથી બૂમ મારીને રોકવાનો પ્રયાસ કર્યો છતાં ડ્રાઈવર દ્વારા બસને રોકી ન હતી. અન્ય આ બસની સ્પીડ ૪૦ કિમી/કલાકની સ્પીડ કરતા પણ વધારે હતી જે હેવી વાહનો માટેની સ્પીડના નિયમ કરતા પણ વધારે હતી. જેના કારણે મારી કારનું અકસ્માત થતા રહી ગયું. જેના કારણે મારે ડ્રાઈવરને એસ.ટી બસને અમદાવાદ એસ.ટી.બસ સ્ટેન્ડ પાસે રોકવાની ફરજ પડી હતી. આ અન્વયે ડ્રાઈવરને પૂછતા ખુબજ ઉદ્ધતાઈપૂર્વક જવાબ આપતા કહ્યું કે "આ અમારે ૩૬૫ દિવસનું કામ છે, અમારાથી કોઈ અકસ્માત નાં થાય, અમારે સમયસર પહોચવાનું હોય છે, તમે નવરા છો તો અમને પણ નવરા સમજો છો??, તમારી ગાડીને નુકશાન તો નથી થયું ને???, જેને ફરિયાદ કરવી હોય કરી દો" વગેરે જેવા વાક્યો બોલવા માંડ્યા તથા મને ડ્રાઈવર દ્વારા મને ધમકી આપવા માંડ્યા કે તમે મને રોકયો છે તો હું તમારી ફરિયાદ પોલીસમાં કરી દઈશ એમ કહીને મારી ગાડીના ફોટા લેવા માંડ્યા. જેથી આપશ્રી સાહેબને મારી નમ્ર વિનંતી છે કે અમદાવાદ શહેરમાં ટાગોર હોલ, પાલડી થી ગીતામંદિર બસ સ્ટેન્ડ સુધીના સીસીટીવીના ફૂટેજ ચેક કરીને સદર બાબતે યોગ્ય ન્યાય કરવા વિનંતી.

Sir my job is in Khambhaliya.I have to reach my job in specifically in time limit. I'm updown in Dwarka-Talaja root bus. My complaint is that your st bus is often breakdown in the half way and it becames often. I'm daily updown in this bus and most of times it becames breakdown, so I can't reaches on time.so pls do necessary action against this or provide good vehicle.so that your bus reaches on time at the depot and passengers don't get trouble.

Palitana Route local Bus driver not stop in local bus stand. So we are very not reached our destination. We are face very problem but it's happening day to day. So we hope you are realized our problem. And do need as Early as possible.

I was traveling to Ahmedabad by GJ18Z7312 at morning 5:50AM in between the bus was stopped at Godhra for 5 minutes, and I was gone for toilet.
Within 3 minutes I came back and seen that my bus was departed, without tied up my pant and washing hands I run for bus and also shouted to the Conductor for stopping the bus, but instead of stopping the bus, he was just laughing and didn't stopped the bus.
Without paying money to the Pay and Use center, I caught up the bus.

And still the conductor was laughing.

Isn't he knows the responsibility of him?

I've never ever meet such a kind of conductor, they ask twice for anyone remaining or not?

But this conductor didn't asked!

I'm student, there was my documents inside the bus, please Guide all the staff to obey thier responsibilities!

Sami-Harij bus come in evening 2 days a week..not comming regular.All the passanger waiting 2 hours after Sami-Harij bus not come...even there is no frequency on mehsana-vijapur newly high scale highway and this is not comming regularly then what we passengers do...Kindly rectify our hardships and resolved the problem...Moreover to start new passenger bus on mehsana-Vijapur highway in evening time.

My ticket Somnath was booked on Mundra Sleeper Bus on 01/08/2021. Bus time is 18.30 bus diparted from 18.25. and conductor not imphormed ti to pesenger.

હું સવારે 4.45 ની લોકલ બસ દ્વારા વિરમગામ થી શંખેશ્વર જઈ રહ્યો હતી, આ મુસાફરી નો સમય અંદાજે 1 થઈ 1.30 કલાકનો જ છે તો પણ બસના હજાર કર્મચારીએ 45 મિનિટ પછી ચા પાણી માટે એક ખાનગી હોટલ પર બસ ઉભી રાખી
મુસાફરીની આ પહેલી જ ટ્રીપ હતી એટલે કે બસ ના હાજર કર્મચારી સવારે 4.30 મિનિટે જ ફરજ પર હાજર થયા હતા.
મારી મુસાફર દરમ્યાન ની ટિકિટ નંબર - 143496 છે
