Dear Sir,
There is bus route shecudeled @10.30 AM from Ranip to Bhiloda. After confirmation Ranip bus depot we went to drop my father and other passanger @10AM today i.e 16.07.2021. However waiting at bus deport for more than a 2 hours bus not arrived.

We asked 3 times at inquiry office but they are unable to help us. As they said Bhiloda bus deport bus are never on schedule so we cant say anything and we dont have...

I am travelling on every monday from Ahmedabad Gitamnadir Bus Port to Surendranagar at 7.00 am. in bus vehicle number- GJ- Z- 6741.
Every time I am leaving the bus at C. U. Shah College of Engineering and Technology. But today i.e. 26/07/2021 the bus conductor has refused to stop the bus at the college place and behave very rudely. The driver was ready to stop the Vehicle but conductor has enforced him not to stop in very bad manner.br...

Driver drives bus very careless, he put all passanger's life in danger while journy.
We told both of them driver and conductor twice but he drives very careless.
I booked the bus unai to ahmedabad but I realise that my life in danger so I left the bus in mid of journey at vadodra depot because I warried about my life. And eight passanger's also left the bus.

Always coming late at rajkot depot by 7.30am as per rajkot depot manager!

Than in all place reach late by 30 to 45 minutes.

Here I am submitting this complain for late bus arriving at Atkot bus stop. Bus route is Jetpur to Ahmedabad krishna nagar. Bus Departing time was 02:55 PM from Atkot bus stop but bus was arriving at 04:22PM. Who will responsible for West of many people time who is waiting for bus? Is government will pay for there West of time. Every time in GSRTC services bus always too late more then 15 or 20 minutes...

Here I am write this complain against late bus from GSRTC jetpur to ahmedabad bus. bus pickup time from Atkot is 02:55 PM but at 4:19 PM Still bus not arrive. Please regulate your services cause so many people waiting for bus what about our time west. Who will took responsibility if bus arriving too late?
Government should improve there services. Cause in transportation many people loss there time...

Over collage started but students pass permission is not allowed...
Please give students there pass permission...

I am very disappointed by your bus service today I am traveling from kodinar to bhavnagar but the conductor of this bus (kodinar-vadodra) does not follow the rules of covid 19 guidelines he allow to passengers to Seat on a blocked seats 25% of the seats of the bus should be blocked as per guidelines but the conductor is not following this rules.
Worst service....

I am traveling from jamnagar to godhra the bus was scheduled at 3:45 but was late by an hour. There is no guidelines related to covid-19 followed in the bus. There is no social distance maintained and most of the people are without mask. Even driver and conductor of the bus are not wearing mask.

Kesod Jam-Jodhpur GSRTC Bus no.0576 will not stop on the point of Jakat Naka, Dhoraji since so many days even there are seats available for seatings.today we four passengers were late for funeral of our family and we show the hands to stop the bus then also bus will not stop at the time of 2:45 PM dated 15/7/2021....

There is low pooer service in this bus. Both driver and cunducter hold bus in himatnagar depo for 45 min.

Such reducilas service...
