Than in all place reach late by 30 to 45 minutes.

Bus driver has not stopped bus at official stop of gujarat government in Surendranagar even bus is not full.
I request to accept this complaint against this issue.

Here I am submitting this complain for late bus arriving at Atkot bus stop. Bus route is Jetpur to Ahmedabad krishna nagar. Bus Departing time was 02:55 PM from Atkot bus stop but bus was arriving at 04:22PM. Who will responsible for West of many people time who is waiting for bus? Is government will pay for there West of time. Every time in GSRTC services bus always too late more then 15 or 20 minutes who took responsibility for regulation in bus arriving time?

GSRTC need to improve there services at least bus must arrive on time at station. 🙏

Here I am write this complain against late bus from GSRTC jetpur to ahmedabad bus. bus pickup time from Atkot is 02:55 PM but at 4:19 PM Still bus not arrive. Please regulate your services cause so many people waiting for bus what about our time west. Who will took responsibility if bus arriving too late?
Government should improve there services. Cause in transportation many people loss there time as mine. There is must low for GSRTC too so for public and GSRTC dept. So government can regulate easily there services.

Over collage started but students pass permission is not allowed...
Please give students there pass permission

Please dear sir your staff Mahuva to waghodiya bus conductor miss behavior and rudely toking I have unchakotda to bhavnagar journey but unchakotda bus brake daun but not my information bhandariya stopes today mahuva waghodiya bus conductor rudely taking and missed behavior and other deesten up

I am very disappointed by your bus service today I am traveling from kodinar to bhavnagar but the conductor of this bus (kodinar-vadodra) does not follow the rules of covid 19 guidelines he allow to passengers to Seat on a blocked seats 25% of the seats of the bus should be blocked as per guidelines but the conductor is not following this rules.
Worst service.

I am traveling from jamnagar to godhra the bus was scheduled at 3:45 but was late by an hour. There is no guidelines related to covid-19 followed in the bus. There is no social distance maintained and most of the people are without mask. Even driver and conductor of the bus are not wearing mask.

Kesod Jam-Jodhpur GSRTC Bus no.0576 will not stop on the point of Jakat Naka, Dhoraji since so many days even there are seats available for seatings.today we four passengers were late for funeral of our family and we show the hands to stop the bus then also bus will not stop at the time of 2:45 PM dated 15/7/2021.

There is low pooer service in this bus. Both driver and cunducter hold bus in himatnagar depo for 45 min.

નમસ્તે સાહેબશ્રી,
અમદાવાદ થી ડીસા બસ એ કોઈ દિવસ ઈનકમ ટેક્સ સ્ટેન્ડ પર લાવવાની જગ્યા એ બ્રીજ ઉપર થી લઇ જાય છે. તો આપણે નમ્ર વિનંતી કરીએ છીએ કે તમે આ વિષય ઉપર વિચાર કરી ને યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરશો.

આ અગાઉ પણ ગણી ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરી છે પણ કોઈ ધ્યાન જ નથી આપતું.

સાહેબશ્રી અમારે લોગો ને પણ ઘરે જવાનું હોય છે તો આપ આ વિષય પર વિચાર જો.

તારીખ:12/7/21ના રોજ ભાવનગર થી વેરાવળ બસ નો ઉપડવાનો ટાઈમ3:00 વાગ્યા નો છે પણ આ બસ કયારેય ટાઇમ પાર હોતી જ નથી તથા તેમના દ્દ્વારા 4 કલાક માં 2 હોલ્ટ લેવામાં આવ્યા બસ 3:26 ઉપડી ત્યાં બોરડા નજીક ખોડિયાર હોટેલ માં10થી15 મિનીટ નો હોલ્ટ લીધો ત્યાર પછી વીક્ટર નજીક સમર્પણ હોટેલ માં તો 35 મિનિટ થી પણ વધુ હોલ્ટ લેવામાં આવ્યો કન્ડક્ટર ને વાત ને કરી કે આટલા હોલ્ટ અમારે આગળ થઈ બસ પકડવાની હોઈ ને એકલા લડી ટ્રાવેલિંગ કરતા હોય તમારે આટલો હોલ્ટ ના લેવાય તો ક એ તો લેવા પડે અમારે!!!ને કંમ્પ્લેઇન બૂક માંગી તો કે અમને આપી જ નથી તો આ બાબત પર આપ યોગ્ય પગલાં લેશો.

Bus driver and conductor told me that intercity between Ahmedabad-Vadodara will not go central bus stand vadodara because of Rathyatra, while other buses going to station

As my friends were on trips they can't see a night bus coming from they book a bus from saputara but dew to late timing they were waiting for bus in vaghai bus stand but they did'nt find any bus coming explain this to

Today i book my ticket in bhavnagar - naliya bus for traveling Surendranagar to Anjar .
In tickets they indicates time for bus 9:35p.m but it arrived at 12:00 pm ! It runs 3hr late.
We suffered a lot, and in gsrtc application they can't see a live location of bus. Pls work it on
And no of them taking call at bus depo all numbers are switched off.
Pls take action as soon as possible.

I booked my 2 tickets from gsrtc.in website on 11/July/2021 from rajkot to adipur in Mangrol to narayansarovar bus. My money was deducted from bank but I didn't get PNR no. So I m suffered in bus I didn't get seat. I hv to pay further for that tickets . So kindly refund my e-ticket amount

તારીખ 11.07.2021 ના રોજ સવારે 8.42 વાગ્યે કોટડાબાવિશિ ઓખા રૂટમા ખંભાળિયા સરકારી હોસ્પીટલ પાસે કંડકટર ને બદલે અન્ય વ્યક્તિ કંડકટર ની સીટ પર બેસેલ અને સરકારી હોસ્પીટલ પાસે 5 પેસેન્જર માથી તેમના ઓળખીતા 2 વ્યક્તિઓને બેસાડેલ જ્યારે અન્ય 3 વ્યક્તિને બેસાડેલ નથી અને ઉદ્ધતાઇ થી જવાબ આપેલ. તો યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી થવા વિનંતી.
