Dear Sir,

I'm regular traveler from Kalol (PMS) to godhra, and everyday all the short root bus stop at hotel vrundavan near kalol. As today I'm traveling in Padra dahod bus, padra to kalol distance is hardly nearby 2:30 hours. And bus stoped at hotel for 20-30 min. The same situation applicable in all the bus. Please take necessary action so that we can reach our destination on time.

Respected sir,
I travel daily from manavadar to junagadh by way of ST bus in medium of passenger pass

Today on of the staff conductor from bantva depo did misbehavior with us and also oppose to rules of sitting capacity in today's covid-19 pandemic situation. He has not taken me into bus inspite of 1 capacity is available in bus

So, plz as early as possible take action against this complaint by me.
I attached here 1 proof here which is proof of this matter

But today i taken ticket offline from bus and its charged 367
So it was major difference

માનનીય સાહેબ શ્રી,
જય ભારત સાથે જણાવવાનું કે હાલોલ, તાલુકો- હાલોલ, જિલ્લો- પંચમહાલ ના બસ સ્ટેશનની અંદર છેલ્લા કેટલાય સમયથી સફાઈ બરાબર થતી નથી, બસ સ્ટેશનની બાજુમાં આવેલ ટોઈલેટની પણ બરાબર સફાઈ થતી નથી, જેથી બસ સ્ટેશનમાં બેસીએ ત્યારે ટોયલેટ માંથી દૂર સુધી દુર્ગંધ આવે છે.તેમજ ગોધરા અને ગોધરા તરફ જતી બસોના સ્ટેશનની બાજુમાં કચરા નો મોટો ઢગલો છેલ્લા કેટલાય સમયથી ત્યાં છે જેનો નિકાલ થતો નથી, જેના કારણે ત્યાં ઉભેલા પેસેન્જરોને તકલીફ પડે છે, જે કચરાના ઢગલા નો ફોટો પણ નીચે મુકેલ છે, તે જોઈ લેવા વિનંતી છે. આપ શ્રી ને વિનંતી છે કે હાલોલ બસ સ્ટેન્ડ ની રોજેરોજ સફાઈ થતી રહે તેમજ કચરાનો પણ નિકાલ થતો રહે એવી આશા રાખું છું.

Respected Sir,
The purpose of the above subject is to take all the buses from Ahmedabad to Mehsana in the evening time (6:30 to 8:00) on the bridge. We all wait for the bus for 1-2 hours and the bus driver-conductor takes the bus from the bridge. Why not stand on the income tax stand?
So, I requested to you please inform to all drivers and conductor pick up income tax passanger.

Dear sir, I am from jambusar District Bharuch. jambusar GSRTC bus depo manager not starting night routes bus All night routes bus stopped due to night curfew before 3 month
4:15 AM jambusar to bharuch
7:45 PM jambusar to bharuch
9:00 PM jambusar to bharuch this bus return at 12:15 AM from bholav bharuch to jambusar. jambusar to bharuch, dahej, ankleshwar panoli 200 to 250 people dependent on GSRTC. Please do needful.

સવિનય સાથે જણાવવાનું કે ઉપર જણાવેલ વિષય હેતુ થી અમુક બસ ડ્રાઇવર ઈન્કટેકસ સ્ટેન્ડ હોવા છતાં પણ બ્રિજ ઉપર થી લઇ જાય છે. તેથી અમારા જેવા મુસાફરો ને બહુ જ તકલીફ થાય છે અને એક - બે કલાકો સુધી રાહ જોવી પડે છે અથવા રાણીપ બસ ડેપો માં જવું પડે છે.
તો આપ ને અમારા તરફ થી વિનંતી છે કે આપ બધા ડ્રાઇવર અને કંડકટર ને કહો કે ઈન્કટેકસ સ્ટેન્ડ પર બસ ઉભી રાખે.

સવિનય સાથે જણાવ વા નુ કે ખેડા ડેપો થી સાંજ ના 18:30 વાગે ખેડા-પેટલાદ બસ ઉપડતી હતી જે વાયા રતનપુર, ઉંઢેલ, Alindra, હેરંજ, khandhali, nandoli, badkad, dabhou, malataj, kasor, piplav થઈ ને પેટલાદ night હતી.. જે વહેલી સવારે 5:00 વાગે પેટલાદ થી ખેડા આ રૂટ ઉપર ઉપર દર્શાવેલ દરેક ગામ મા થાય ખેડા પહોંચતી હતી. કોરોના ને કારણે આ રૂટ બંધ કરેલ હતો. જે હવે કોરોના કંટ્રોલ મા આવી જવા થી ખેડા ડેપો ની બસો ના તમામ રૂટ ચાલુ કરેલ છે. પરંતુ ખેડા-પેટલાદ બસ ચાલુ કરેલ નથી.. આ બસ ના હોવાં ને કારણે નોકરિયાત વર્ગ તથા આ રૂટ પર આવતાં દરેક ગામડા ના લોકો ને પારાવાર મુશ્કેલીઓ પડે છે. ખેડા ડેપો મા રજુઆત કરવાથી કોઈ અધિકારી વ્યવસ્થિત જવાબ આપતાં નથી . તેઓ જણાવે છે કે ઉપર થી DC સાહેબ નો ઑર્ડર નથિ. તો આપ સાહેબ ને જણાવ વા નુ કે આ Kheda-Petlad બસ વહેલી તકે ચાલુ કરાવી ગામડા ના લોકો ની મુશ્કેલી દુર કરવા વિનંતિ

હિંમતનગર થી ભિલોડા અને વિજયનગર જવા માટે સવારે જે રાણીપ - વિજયનગર બસ ચાલુ હતી તે બોપલ - વિજયનગર કરવામાં આવી હતી. પણ હવે તે એક્સપ્રેસ કરી દેવામાં આવી છે અને બીજી 1 બસ ધોળકા - વિજયનગર હતી એ પણ બંધ થઇ ગઇ છે. તો મુસાફરો ને બહુ જ હાલાકી ભોગવવી પડે છે. તો વહીવટ ને અમારા મુસાફરો ની નમ્ર વિનંતી છે કે સવારે 8.30 ની જે રાણીપ - વિજયનગર બસ ફરીથી ચાલુ કરવા માટે મહેરબાની કરશો.

કારણ કે 8.15 થી 9.15 સુધી બીજી કોઈ લોકલ બસ નથી જેથી માણસા - વિજયનગર માં બહુ જ ભીડ થાય છે અને સામાજીક અંતર જે અત્યારે કોરોના ની મહામારી માં જરૂરી છે તે જાળવાતું નથી.

Hello sir.
I want to draw your attention to some problems.
Since GSRTC has resumed its operation from last few days, some buses are still not available for booking online. I'll give you example of route JAMNAGAR-MANSA. Which depart from Jamnagar around 8.30PM.
This route has started after night curfew was lift off but currently not available for booking.
And this is just one incident I've pointed out.
I request you to audit and UPDATE ALL DATABASE for available buses to book tickets. Because i guess there may be more such a error possible.
I hope you take appropriate steps to fix this issue and make GSRTC customer friendly.

St bus for viramgam to sankheswer daily early morning but not come before privet vehicals are allmost full there are setting between privet vehicals and bus driver and bus is from viramgam railway station but not come on railway station he go directly from bus stop this issue is from very long time and many complains for issue but no action from gsrtc pls take some action

Address: Vallbhipur bus depot

Hey Team,

The booking office is always close on Sunday and even in between the days at times at Vallbhipur bus depot, as per my knowledge at least a person has to be be there at one time if anyone is on lunch, however this do not happen, and if due to any issue we are unable to book the ticket online and if we go to the depot that is not useful as it is closed most of the time. Kindly check and help reason people need support from them and if no one is there it is very difficult.

I am in a bus from batva to ahmedabad gita mandir and i took my seat from manavadar at 8.45

In this bus conductor is forcing me to let other pessanger seat next to me

I have already booked my ticket online and as per covid guidelines only 2 people are allowed in 3 seat and 1 people in 2 seat

I am in 2seat.

Ill go further against it for not following covid guidelines of government
