Bus named surat to zalod having official stop at Godhra depo, but it didn't enter the godhra town, Driver took godhra bypass road for time saving while bus was running from surat to zalod at night of 16/06/2021...

Bus for route dharoi-Ahmedabad, male passengers are sitting in ladies reserved seats and do not co operating. Conductor also not instructed passengers to get up from ladies seats. There is not any meaning for ladies reserved seats. Kindly do needful....

Kindly take action immediately as we paid 400 rs for the travel and wifi is included in the fair as per gsrtc rules...
