I am now sit in gsrtc bus which has mosquitos and very dirty bus in this covid situation.
Conductor is very lazy to give ticket instantly. And then do argue with passenger.
I request you to give training to conductor how to speak with passenger.
Also not in uniform with badge name plate.

We are very Facing problem when Bus not stopped at Victoria pool Pick up stand Jamnagar.
Today Time 20.15pm
Route Jamnagar to Jakhau Salt Kutch
Express bus not stopped at Victoria pool Pick up stand Jamnagar.
We are waiting half hour at pick up stand Jamnagar but bus came and not stopped even we have do hands up for stop.
Let us know or reply why this type problem made and how much time we will facing the problem.

Hello sir
I am faiz kureshi from Dholka Taluka
At Old Dholka bus depot there are so many passengers including student and Sr.citizen are feel uncomfortable of too much crowd.
This crowd at morning is too much, this crowd are due to mismanagement of buses. There are no proper timing or schedule of Arrival and departure of this buses. And there are less buss than requirements.
So we expect perfect time table Display of buses and then we expect that you increase number of busses of Dholka to Ahmedabad.

તારીખ 26.6.2021 ના રોજ હું સાંજે 8.30 વાગ્યે જામનગર થી વડોદરા બસ માં બેઠો..રાતે 2 વાગ્યા સુધી ડ્રાઈવર દ્વારા HOULT કરવામાં ન આવ્યો...ત્યારે હું લીમડી ડ્રાઈવર પાસે ગયો મેં કીધું મને ટોઇલેટ લાગી છે ના જાઉં એટલે દુખાવો થાય છે..ડ્રાઈવર તરફથી અભદ્ર વ્યવહાર કરવામાં આવ્યો બસ ઉભી ના રખાઈ... સર આવામાં કોઈ પણ મુસાફર ને કાઈ પણ થઈ જાય તો જવાબદારી કોણ લેશે સર આ બાબત એ નોંધ લેવા અને ડ્રાઈવર સામે પગલાં લેવા વિનંતી

Ranip bus depo to kharaghoda bus no-GJ-01 Z 1889 regular and good service of state transport organisation
we are daily travel from prahlad nagar to sanand from last few years.we are satisfied for your service.
from last one week bus was not stopped on prahlad nager stop due to driver igo and his personal intend. i observed that if bus have full passanger i would like to ignore . but bus have minimum passenger and and he not stopped its very bad .
so plese inform cocern person (Driver)to stop prahlad nager bus stop and provide passenger service.

1) I was traveling on gsrtc bus Veraval to Gandhinagar on 24/06/2021. Bus number was GJ-18-Z-2038. My pick up point was Junagadh. I had my luggage with one mango box and wight of total luggage was also less than 20 kgs. Even so the bus conductor taken extra charge of the box. Can he take it??
2) Facilities were poor. Window of my seat was not open, seat was not clean, etc..
3) The bus conductor behaviour was not good.

I booked tickets for 2 passengers from Bhachau New to Porbandar. What happened is ticket is not confirmed and transaction is been done. Please help me get my money back. I know according to your policies you return them in 7-21 days but this never happens. This is happening with me 4th time and my refund has never came and neither my ticket is cinfirmed. Please look into it.

This was not the first time my money was debited and ticket was not confirmed and i didn't get my money back. But this 4th time i got my money back not just because i sent email to official gsrtc website for refund but also because i complained on this consumercomplaints forum.

Unsafe overtaking, short breaks. Due to extreme short break my laptop bag from the seat went to conductors seat. This is very serious. I think it is time to take some action before something big and serious happens. Yes we may loose lives very soon if they keep jerk driving at this scale. I am a frequent volvo traveler on this route and hence this is into my note since quite long. This time I reported as it came to me with a loss of 1 lakh rupees. My laptop got broken and my knee is heavily injured. If I am left unheard here I'll make sure to make this complaint audible and readable to media.

I am travelling from Ukai Ahmedabad bus with PNR Number: G41322886. I reserved my seat as per COVID rules provided by government. One passenger came and asked me to let him sit. When I denied due to social distancing protocols he started arguing and said "agar social distancing chahiye to private gaadi kar lo". Other passengers along with the conductor also supported that person and told me that the social distancing rules didnot apply nowadays, they have become old. The seats are all full and even people are standing in the bus. If the public will not support the social distancing rules how will we cope the situation. I request you to take some actions so that people donot behave like this next time and maintain social distancing while travelling via public transportation. Hoping for your positive response. Thank you.

મારી દીકરી ને પાટણ સરખેજ બસમાં થી મહેસાણા સ્ટેન્ડ પર થી બસ માં ચડેલી હતી ત્યારે કંડકટર દ્વારા બસ માં થી ઉતારવામાં આવી. બસમાં જગ્યા હતી તો પણ બસમાં થી ઉતારવા માં આવી મારી દીકરી અમદાવાદઃ જોબ માટે જાય છે
કંડકટર દ્વારા ગેર વર્તુણક કરવામાં આવેલ છે. બસ માં જગ્યા હોવા છતા કંડકટર એમના માનીતા પેસેન્જર ને લેવા આકરે છે મહેસાણાના બસ સ્ટેન્ડ પર થી પેસેન્જર લેતા નથી અને હાઇવે પરના એમના પાસવાળા મીત્રો ને લેય છે.

today morning at 7:25 AM I used to going job ahmedabad by GSRTC bus but At Mehsana junction GSRTC bus driver(1687 ) stoped the bus, when I start going in bus the bus conducter ( 41217 )stop me and do not allow me Used bus. I requested him so many time but he did not me allow to seat in the bus.. 3 seats was remains vecancy Or empty. Bus conductor (41217) also used bad words and misbehave with me.

In this bus driver is very worst he is allowing people to sit and stand in bus without maintaining social distancing. For your reference please check his ticket record. He is influencing COVID and saying corona is no more take people as much as we can. If you dont take action than I will go to higher authority and I am having couple of picture of bus too for your reference.
