Driver 298 always self main up stand before about 5 minute. કલયાણસિહ ડાયવર 298 બેજ નંબર પોતાની રીતે સવારે ભાભર થી ઈડર રૂટ માં મૂળ 7:25 સમયે ઉપાડવાના બદલે 7:15 આસપાસ ઉપાડે છે જે કોઈપણ કંડકટરે કહેવા છતાં પોતાની રીતે ઉપડી દિયોદર 7:45 આજુબાજુ લાવી દે છે જયારે બીજા કોઈ પણ ડાયવર કંડકટર 8:00 આસપાસ લાવે છે. 298 ડાયવર દ્વારા મનસ્વી રીતે ઉતરી જાય છે. આ રૂટ માં આવતા તમામ કંડકટરો ડાયવર ની આ આદતથી કંટાળેલા છે. તેમજ સાંજે ઈડર થી ભાભર આવવામાં મોડી લાવે છે. સત્વરે gsrtc પાલનપુર વહીવટ દ્વારા આ ડાયવર ની કાયમી માટે આ લાઈનમાંથી લાઈન સ્પેર કરવામાં આવે તો મુસાફરો ને તકલીફો દૂર થાય. શિડયુલ ડેપો દિયોદર ડિવિઝન પાલનપુર

    With reference to above we were travelling Dharangadhra to surendranagar at 6 pm through dhrangadhra sayla bus meanwhile due to some technical problems bus breakdown. While we tried to boarding up in other bus, conductor denied us even though there were a vacant sheet available.
    Bus no is GJ 18Y 8951(halvad to surendranagar)
    Take action against conductor and driver for inconvenience

      Today at mangrol in junagadh distric. Bus come from porbandar. Bus name.. porbandar to div. Conductor not mark in a seat of reservation. And when i sit before all passengers form mangrol than after he come and say to left my seat beacuse it's reserved. And expect give me other seat say to left bus.i reached before all passengers yet he don't adjust seat and i need to left bus. It's his mistake that he not mark on seat. Why he can do this type of misbehaviour with any ladies. Take some step againts this counductor.

        At mangrol depo in junagadh district here management is in worse condition in this corona situation. Mangrol depo cancel too many bus at mangrol to veraval at morning so all passengers depand on buses come form dwarka or porbandar too much traffics but only 2 or 4 passenger can get sit on bus form porbandar and other passengers wait for next bus and also same situation. In this case ladies can not get sit due to traffic and wait for bus for too long time. Gent's got sit by running but what about ladies specially no management of social distancing in this corona situation. Than what a meaning of 50 or 75% passenger.Please do nessasary step in this matter.

            Refund my bus booking Amount

            I booked bus at 7:30 Amreli to Ahmedabad on date 7 june 2021
            I have received msg from gsrtc portal at 7:00 with wrong bus number

            I was travelling in a bus to junagadh - ahemdabad on 7 june 2021 at 7:15. During the travelling conductor not follow the guideline. According to covid guideline only one person sit on seat of 2 and 2 person sit on seat of 3 but the conductor gave a ticket to extra passangers instead of following covid guideline.its risky for each and every passanger's health so please pay attention to this.

              On June 4, 2021 bus driver of bus number GJ18Z5265 was driving the bus very rashly and would have cause accident with our car had we not applied immediate brakes. We would request you to take necessary actions as this would have caused harm not only to us but even the passenger in the cars and has caused us mental agony and trauma

                I booked ticket on 1/6/2021 but my ticket was not confirmed and not any confirmation massage come from gsrtc but ma money was cut and traction was successful but ticket not and after few hours I booked ticket on gsrtc second time that time transection and ticket both are confirmed so plz give me my first ticket refund bcz any confirmation msg was not come from gsrtc so why my money was cut ?

                  I booked ticket on 1/6/2021 on gsrtc app but my ticket not confirm and not any confirmation msg come from gsrtc than I book ticket second time after few hours and my ticket confirm but in both process transection is done so plz give me my fist ticket refund bcz first ticket was not confirm...it's emergency...so plz do somthing ...

                    Every day driver not stop bus at Udalpur station. Today on 6th June, 2021 he stopped the bus he miss behave and said that bus will not stop do what you want do. And started abusive words in whole ride he continue speaking. He told me that I have completed my 28 so you can't do anything.( Maare 28 pura thai gya che taare je bhadaka karva hoy e kari le) and keep your phone shut.

                        જય ભારત સાથે જણાવવાનુ કે, મહુધા તાલુકાના મુખ્ય એવા ચુણેલ ગામમાં છેલ્લા બે મહિના થી આણંદ ડેપો ની તમામ બસો બંધ છે. જેના કારણે તમામ નોકરીયાત વર્ગ ને તથા સામાન્ય લોકો ને બહુ મોટી હાલાકી નો સામનો કરવો પડે છે. એટલા માટે મારી આ અરજી છેકે તમે સવારે તથા સાંજના સમય ની બસો ચાલુ કરશો.

                          I have booked my ticket From Rajkot Busport to Keshod on 16/05/2021 on GSRTC.My journey was scheduled on 17/05/2021.but due to some reason trip was cancelled by GSRTC.my PNR no G40868416.but they have not provided refund for the same.
                          So Iwant my 180rs back as refund .

                              ભારત સાથે જણાવાનું કે રાણીપ થી પીપળીધામ વાયા વિરમગામ જતી બસ માં અમુક લોકો ને બીજી બાજુ થી લઇ લે છે અને સ્ટેશન પરથી કોઈને લેતા નથી

                              જો આવુ ચાલ્યા રાખશે તો નહિ ચાલે માટે હુ તમને નમ્ર વિનતી કરું છું કે તે બસ માં આવતા મુસાફર તથા બસ ના કંડકટર અને ડ્રાઇવર ને સલાહ આપવા વિનંતી કરું છું

                              અને ખાસ કહું છું કે તમે તેમને કહેવા વિનતી કરુ છું

                              હું ડેઇલી એ બસ માં જોવું છું કે ગમે ત્યાંથી મુસાફર ને લેવાનાં અને ગમે ત્યાં ઉતારવાના આવુ જો એમના પર્સનલ મુસાફર ને કરો છો તો બધા મુસાફર ને આવી રીતે કરવા વિનતી કરું છું...

                              નહીતર આ રીતે બંધ કરવા વિનતી કરું છું

                                Hello sir/madam
                                I regret to writing complaint against padra depo management.
                                We are total 20+ travelers daily travel in ST bus, all are passenger pass holders.
                                Our bus from kirti stambh to piludara night time 6:30pm from kirti stambh 7:00pm from padra depo and reached piludara at around 8:00pm but the management change the bus schedule without any reason.
                                New timing of this route is 8:15pm from kirti stambh 8:45pm from padra depo and reached piludara at around 9:30pm.
                                Wasting daily 2 hrs of all passengers and without any reason how thay change the bus schedule please do something we all are tired and irritated from this management.

                                Old timing - 6:30pm from kirti stambh

                                  I m tushar joshi, my pick up point was Green land X Rajkot at 21:00 on 31/05/21 and going to Surat with bus starting point Amaran, I reached green land X at 20:50 and waited for 50 mins. After so many trying for contacking bus depot for information, i came to know that bus has already passed Green land X by passing over bridge not visited Green land X GSRTC pick up point, i want my full money back with mental harrasement compensation.

                                    I visited the ST depot of Deesa (Banaskantha) 3 times for parcel.

                                    First time the concern person was absent..second time he denied to give me a simple parcel receipt and third time again he closed the service.

                                    Now my concern is..this kind of pathetic services provided by agency leads to ruin the mark of GSRTC.

                                    I request to take some strick action against the parcel service of Deesa bus depot.

                                    Kindly inform the steps taken against him.
