Right now I am in gsrtc bus GSRTC: (PNR:G41272135, DOJ:19/06/2021, Pickup Point:GEETAMANDIR BUS PORT, Time:07:15, Crew No: [protected], GJ-18-Z-5608.Track :https://gsrtc.in/vehcleStatus/currentStatusForTTH.php?pnrNo=G[protected]
In this bus driver is very worst he is allowing people to sit and stand in bus without maintaining social distancing. For your reference please check his ticket record. He is influencing COVID and saying corona is no more take people as much as we can. If you dont take action than I will go to higher authority and I am having couple of picture of bus too for your reference.

I am traveling from Anjar to jamnagar.. IN GSRTC BUS Number : GJ 07 YZ 6295. On date 18/06/2021. .. I'm still in this bus.. driver is very badly driving.. all passengers are also complaining.. please do the need full..

વાઘોડીયા ડેપો ની બસ જે વડોદરા થી પાટવેલ બસ જેના ડ્રાઈવર દિનેશ પટેલ અમારા બસ સ્ટેન્ડ પર ઉતારવાની ના પાડે છે. તો અમે બસ ના ડેપો મેનેજર સર જોડે વાત કરી . મેનેજર સરે પણ ઉતારવા માટે કહ્યુ તેમ છતાય તે માનતો નથી.અને અમારા જોડે ઝઘડો કર્યા કરે છે.અને તમારે આ બસ આવાનુ નહી એવુ કહે છે. તો આના વિશે યોગ્ય પગલા લેવા નમ્ર વિનંતી.

I am sahil patel from matar I want to lodge a complaint about bus daily I am going to matar in last bus the time is 8.20 now few day ago depoanager change the time of bus at 8.00 pm so we are reach at karjan before 8.00 but now suddenly 2 day ago again change the time of bus by manager so please we are request you please confirmed time of bus at 8.00 all passenger are happy with this time because reach early at home so please do something as soon as possible...

Bhuj bust station's bust inquire no. [protected] number every time out of coverage comes, what does that mean..? Is there no network or pick up the phone and put it on the side?

Please tell your driver that the passengers standing above the mini stop are from their own country, and they wait for you, and don't break their trust, and give them a 2 second bus stop and a chance to sit in the bus, especially from Bhuj to Nakhatrana.

Bus for route dharoi-Ahmedabad, male passengers are sitting in ladies reserved seats and do not co operating. Conductor also not instructed passengers to get up from ladies seats. There is not any meaning for ladies reserved seats. Kindly do needful.

Kindly take action immediately as we paid 400 rs for the travel and wifi is included in the fair as per gsrtc rules

આપશ્રી ને જણાવવા નું ક હું આજે રાજકોટ મુન્દ્રા બસ માં મુશાફરી કરેલ જેનો ડ્રાઇવર ચાલુ બસ એ ફોન પર વાત કરતો હતો અને ગાળો બોલતો હતો તે પોતાના મિત્ર ને વચ્ચે ના રસ્તે થી બેસાડી ને વચ્ચે ઉતરી નાખ્યું જ્યારે તે પોતાના ઓળખીતાઓ ને વચ્ચે દરેક જગ્યા એ ઉતરતો હતો અને અમે કહેલું તે જગ્યા એ ના ઉતાર્યું જ્યારે અમે તેના આગળના સેન્ટર ની ટિકિટ લીધી હતી અમારી સાથે જેમ તેમ બોલવા માંડ્યો અમે પ્રેમ થી વાત કરી તોય ને આપશ્રી વિનંતી છે કે આપ કડક કાર્યવાહી કરશો

આજે તા.12 જૂન 2021 ના બપોરે 12:24 કલાકે વડોદરા VIP સર્કલ ઉપર બીલીમોરા થી મોડાસા જતી બસ માં જગ્યા ખાલી હોવા છતાં ડ્રાઈવર દ્વારા 15 જેટલા મુસાફરો કે જેઓ ત્યાં ઉભા હતા હાથ ઊંચો કરી બસ ઉભી રાખવા પ્રયાસ કરવા છતાં, બસ થોભાવી ન હતી અને નિગમ ને નુકશાન કર્યું છે, હુએ ત્યાં થી હાલોલ ડેપો મેનેજર ને મારા મોબાઈલ નંબર થી તેઓ ના મોબાઈલ નંબર ઉપર જાણ કરેલી છે, જેનો ડેટા મારી પાસે છે. આપ ને જરૂર જણાય તો રજુ કરવા ની ખાતરી આપું છું.

હાલોલ પહોંચી એ બસ વિશે મળેલી માહિતી આ મુજબ છે.

વડોદરા થી કેટલું બુકીંગ હતું અને કેટલી બેઠક ખાલી હતી એ તાપસ કરી - VIP સર્કલ ઉપર 15 જેટલા પેસેન્જર માટે બસ ન થોભાવી નિગમ ને આર્થિક નુકશાન કરેલ છે, એ નું કરણ ચકાસવા વિનંતી
