Padadhari bus stand par savare rojinda musafaro ni bhid hoi che ane bija passenger pan hoi che. Ajanya passenger ne koi bus no time table puchvu hoi to savare 10;30 sudhi pn tya control point ma koi hajar hotu nthi.
Gertc nigam ne namra vinanti k padadhari point ma tc ne samaysar hajar reva suchana aape to passenger ne ghani muskeli no samno krvo pde che e karvo nahi pade.

Today[protected] night at 01:20am Surat to Dwarka sleeper bus go to Dwarka but 1- passager many time hand shake but bus driver not stop in Sat Rasta point,
Bus is many sitting empty but bus not stop full speed driving go to Dwarka side,
I complain to Jamnagar bus depot she is telling me very ruldy reply and not serious my complaints and telling me 2-bus more available so traveling other bus,
Sat Rasta point bus stop many driver not stopping so every times come to bus stand otherwise not responsible,
So I requested change mind and many times request please driver and bus depot manager change he's behavior and respect one of one passager,
Very rudely behavior change,
And special thish time to covid every passanger pickup every location,
All possible location stop bus
Please process my complain and reply me

મારા ગામ માં આવતી બસ માં બોર્ડ નથી હોતો, મે વાત કરી બોર્ડ માટે તો પણ એજ બોર્ડ વગર ની બસ આવે છે. બસ નંબર GJ 18 Y 9894 આ બસ મોરબી થી પીઢડ નો રૂટ હોય છે. આ બસ ના રૂટ ના કેટલાય પેસેંજર ને ખબર નોહતી કે આ બસ તેના ગામ જાય છે. તો પછી ખાલી બસ રૂટ માં ચલાવવાનો કોઈ મર્મ રહતો નથી.. આવી કેટલીય બસ જેમકે મોરબી થી ભાવપર આઈ કેયલીસ બસ માં બોર્ડ નથી તે તાકીદે રાખી દેવા વિનંતી . જેના કારને આમ માણસો બસ ના લાભ લઈ શકે.

Yesterday night i.e. date : 29/03/2021 - 10:05PM i have tried to book ticket for volvo bus from vadodara to ahmedabad at first time i have proceed with netbanking and Rs.218 deducted from my account my bank's transaction reference no. is BILLDESKVYBK[protected] and immidiate after that GSRTC's page was stopped my login and no ticket generated or no SMS received
after that second time i have same transaction done by my Debit card and got succeed to book ticket
but still i didn't received refund of Rs.218 in my account
please do the needful and give refund of my transaction

With reference to the subject, I booked my trip tickets from Nadiad to Rajkot in bus trip no. 1800GNGRWKRGJRD PNR NO - G40380974, even time line crossed, I did not get any trip details like bus no. Conductor no. Even I can't track trip on GPS Online GSRTC app. While checked with concern depo. (Dahod depo) They said trip was cancel, (I am talking about the matter was occurred on 29.3.2021) this bus not running... I really surprised that even if the chart not prepared and this trip going to cancel, there should not having such system to inform customer that the same trip cancel they can arrange own. But no communication made. And you can check my booking history of on basic my (mo. No. and my user ID) You will find I used GSRTC 8-9 time in month. Our station is between two main cities. It is important that we get some tracks information with right details of Bus no. And conductor no. Or can track Bus. Because it is the one good option for intermediate pick up points. But some employees of GSRTC of some selected depo are feeding wrong information of there bus no. And their conductor contact no. also. And take reservations chart from respective depo. And then make mobile switch off. So, Then result customer suffering a lots of. And when customer asked them they said it is your problem we are not responsible for these reservation. I.e Padra depo, bilimora depo, Dahod depo, Surat depo., Rajkot depo (Landline no. Not working since long), some conductor learn that feed wrong information in system and take print of reservations chart and not paying their responsibility by take hands up.

It should be having some audit of some depo transaction history of when the chart prepared. So such scam come out.

GSRTC take many good positive step but need to find some nusons to prevent ST Gujarat impression in public mind.

સવિનય જણાવવાનું કે આજ રોજ તા: 28/03/21 ને રવિવારના રોજ આણંદ ડેપો ની બસ આણંદ થી લુણાવાડા જવા માટે ડેપો પર મૂકાઇ હતી. જે આણંદ થી 1:30 એ ઉપડીને લુણાવાડા જવા રવાના થઈ હતી .હું વણકર નયનકુમાર વીરાભાઇ મોજે વિરણયા તાલુકો લુણાવાડા જીલ્લો મહીસાગર ના વતની, આ બસમાં સવારી કરેલ હતી .જે બસ નો નંબર GJ 18 Z 5706 હતો. તે બસના કંડક્ટર એ ભારતીય ચલણ રૂપિયા 100 ની નોટ સહેજ ફાટી ગયેલી હતી તે લેવાની ના પાડી તેમજ અભદ્ર વર્તન કરી ચાલુ બસે ઉભી દોઢ કિલોમીટર ના અંતરે ઊભીરાખીને મને ઉતારી દીધો.ભારતીય ચલણ ભારતમાં નહી ચાલે તો બીજે કયાં ચાલશે?. આવા લોકો ના કારણે જ આમ જનતાને ઘણી મુશ્કેલીઓ નો સામનો કરવો પડે છે .તો હું એવી આશા રાખું છું કે તમે જરૂર થી કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરશે.

Me and my friend started journey from Naroda Patiya Ahmedabad to Prantij. We have small luggage with us, and conductor added illegally charge about luggage. I asked him why he applied charge, i rud manner i said to pay or get of from bus, check ticket photo

We have booked ticket from iscon-ahmedabad to godhra.
Bus to be reach @6:30 but bus aarrived @8:30.
Neither a call received from driver and nor driver number passed from the booking.
Once catch bus from iscon driver tone was too badly and answered me inspite of reaching bus @11 after late by 2 hrs now it wil reach @2 in morning.

The time of bus departing from Godhra was Ahmedabad at 5:50 o'clock and arrives at 7 : 20o'clock.
And his conductor Ajay Parmar also did not good behaviours the phone.

On bas station handicapped booking can occur .but at home it ...12numver digit?
Please update online booking app
And at least give proper instructions how to booking for handicapped person

Tarik 27.03.2021 na roj me mari mata savita ben ni ticket karavi Surat to tadaja bus ma Ankleshwar thi bhavnagar bus no.GJ.18.Z.7028 me mari mata ne ek kagad par pnr no.ane seat no.vagare babat lakhi api karan ke mari mata pase mobile nathi.tyare tamara bus na conductor a kahi ne na padi ke mare to print j jove nahi to hu a ticket ne manya nahi ganu.to sir su online ticket ma compulsory print kadvi jaruri 6 to sir online ticket nu mahatva su . please sir mari problem nu niraran lao.

I am travelling from Jamnagar to Una through GSRTC bus on 26th March 2021 & departure time was 9:45PM hrs. as covid 19 increasing day by day though GSRTC are very liberal on the current covid 19 situation. have seen that more people are traveling by standing up in bus lobby and no social distance being follow and no single person has wear a mask. Conductor has given permit to travel & fill extra person in bus due to pressure of they senior officer of Jamnagar. if I would infected by covid 19 then who will be responsible? one side govt asking for maintain social distance and wear mask and othe safety precautions but if these guideline being not follow by govt officer and GSRTC then it would very difficult to prevent spread of covid 19 pandemic

Kindly take strictly action against such officer who doing such unacceptable act and playing with people safety. don't allow to people travell in bus without mask, sanitizer.

I booked ticket in gsrtc from naliya to bhavnagar at 2:30 pm on 24/3/2021... But bus arrived at 4:30 pm...it's inconvenient for a lady to sit at bus stand at midnight... And on calling bus conductor he replied rudely... Is this ok? We booked ticket according to our schedule...and what to be done if transportation is such a slow and rude...kindly needful to this...

I m travelling since last 3 years through bus no. Gjb18bz 6074 Anand Dahod express bus. Today this bus has not stopped at Mahendsa shah bus stop.I am daily sitting from this stattion. Driver's base no. Is 12466 and conductor's base no is 3624. I called immediately to anand depo but they have not replied promptly and they advised me to call to dakor depo because anand dahod belonged to Dakor depo.This is so ridiculous and giving dissatisfaction to customers. I had applied for license with online services and in fess payment section of sarthi pariwahan my fess had been paid twise due to server problem. It had been around 3 months and my fess are not refunded.
