Statue o[censored]nity is an important project of government. From Rajpipla depot in Moring between 8am to 9 am their is no bus to reach kevadia. Many visitors and the local persons who employed over there are not getting bus. When person inquire about bus the answer is we have no bus let one bus come from other destination then we provide it.. Many complaints done by people but there is no solution.. Please take some action against it..

સવિનય ઉપરોકત વિષય અન્વયે જણાવવાનું વલસાડ થી મરલા બસનો રૂટ સારંગપુર થઇને જાય છે જેના કારણે જે કાંપરીયા ગામના પેસેજરો (વિર્ધાર્થી, સરકારી કર્મચારીઓ, મહિલા, નોકરીયાતો વગેરે) તેમનાથી વંંચિત રહી જાય છે કાપરીયા ખાતેથી COVID-19 પહેલા જે બસો જતી તેમને પણ રેગ્યુલર કરવા આપ સાહેબશ્રીને મારી નમ્ર વિનંતી છે.
વધુમાં જણાવવાનું કે વલસાડ થી મરલા રૂટ પર લોકલ ડ્રાઇવર તથા કંડકટર હોય છે જે પોતાની મનમાની કરે છે. અવાર નવાર પેસેજરો સાથે બોલાચાલી થાય છે. તે અંગે ઘટતું થવા વિનંતી છે.

But volvo officer some one sat there.

Who's responsible if my health not good after a day.

I am really disappointed with the volvo officer.

My pick up location is Ranip, ahmedabad.gujarat.this conductor has give me a ticket with fare of 37₹ from Ranip to ambika nagar Bus stand, Kalol..The actual fare is 21₹ to 24₹ from Ranip to ambika nagar, Kalol
The conductor give me a ticket from income tax, ahmedabad to ambika nagar Bus stand, kalol whare my pick location is Ranip, ahmedabad.the conductor give me wrong fare ticket.i saw him regular fare tickets also but he is not answer me well.the Bus run between 7: 30 am to 8:15 am.conductor cheat me.
Plz do needful.

During traveling from Godhra to Ankleahwer in above bus at Vadodara Central bus i had informed to conducter and I am going at wash room, cunducter has informed to driver but driver has refused to pick up and bus taken left from bus stand,

As conducteur and passenger statement Cunducter has informed to driver but they have refused again and again,

Here attached audio recording for your reference

With support of sepi manager Mr Suresh Solanki and I got cunducter mobile number and I get may laggege, in may laggege having costly items but final i got that, spacial thanks to Mr Suresh solanki Dahod depo manager and Bharat bhai (1064), for providing extreem support,

Driver Language and behavior is very bad,

Please take action against them

Bus conductor and driver miss behaviour upto stopping bus on the highway and letting to threat the passenger about will bit you and leave you here on the highway i was totally unsafe and when there was my stop they even not allow me to comeout of the bus and told after 2km now you can go i have to walk that much to my vehicle from madhapar chowk they have dropped me upto 2km i told now i will file the complain to gsrtc again about you were threatning me and this all happened because they just not allowed handicapped person to get in the bus and i just told the conductor and driver about it and they got angry that you also get out of our bus even after u have bought ticket and ticket rs was 39 i have gave him 500 he last cash available in my wallet was one 500rs note i told him about it after this much of mis behaviour of driver and conductor i asked about my 461rs return they told complaint wherever you want told i[censored] complaint i will beat you at st depo threatened me and left taking there bus if it not resolved i am going to file FIR to the bus driver and conductor for harming my self respect as well as not returning my money and doing fraud all happened because i have raised voice for handicap the bus number was GJ18Z3476 i am attaching bus driver image i have been so much frustrated by there behaviour from last 2hrs i am standing front of bustop as i was hopeless my money also they not returned and where i parked my vehichle at madhapar chowk busttop they not let me to get out from bus at that point get me my refund back and suspend this driver and conductor as soon as possible or else i will sue them to court I also complaint to dhoraji depo

Between time of 6:30 PM to 7:45 not received single bus of Morbi to Rajkot. All the passanger suffering.

Please solve the problem because its a question of 150 passengers at a time.

I have reserved 2 seats in morbi to kwant bus(Gj18Z6360). Due to covid few seat are not displayed for reservation. I have reserved seat no 13 and 15. However after boarding I got to know that no one has wore mask and all the seats are filled. Conductor asked me to give seat number 14 to some passenger. Front seats were filled by so called VIPs who kept one seat empty in the name of a child of 2 year. Also these people are spitting and throwing garbages out of the window, which directly comes on us. On complain, conductor told me to adjust for some time instead of asking those VIPs to stop.

I have booked my seat for Baroda Makarpura stand and they have given me all wrong information of the bus conductor and everyone for contacts.

I found so helpless and no one come forward to help me. All helping hands were busy with their mobiles only... No one provided any kind of help to me... Even they don't response you back.

My bus details have a wrong contact of conductor... Even the real conductor didn't called me at any time.

Main thing is that I want to reach on time but its almost 2 hours and bus didn't arrived here yet.

When I complaining here about the scenario, they are responding back saying that it happens, bus gets late... Relax...

Really? What the hell they are saying? Someone need it urgently and they don't value someone's time or not even respect the budget levels... As they are not even supporting you for cancellation of the ticket and not even gstrc app supposed to help u in this... I am very much disappointed...

If there is really any honest or educated person who is handling this platform or recruiting people... Please please help me guys...

Or atleast provide me my 206rs backk 😞😞

I am on a bus number, GJ 18 AZ 8418, going from Surat To Nehrunagar, there was a passenger who boarded the bus, the conductor abused him and dropped him off at a highway without issuing him the ticket.
He was showing negligent behaviour in issuing tickets and instead of moving towards the passengers he was just shouting to the passengers to take the tickets.
He didn't follow the protocol which is to collect the fine.

Your bus driver is very rude with the batch number 7340 and not stop the bus outside the st depo and the bus is full then also he take the passenger and tell me the bus is full the gsrtc not allowed to standing passenger in bus due to this covid situation and this driver take extra 10 passenger which are standing and taking ruddly and taking in phone with driving the bus of PORBANDAR TO VERAVAL AT 8:15 AM he has so much attitude and taking ruddly and speaking bad words and said that say to anyone i am not afraid of my sir and senior he has very attitude my request is to suspend this person or transfer at very nice of far place from his home town i am waiting for your positive response soon 🙏.

Arrival Time - 9:30 AM (Approx, at Unjha bus station)

Respected Sir,

Today (12th March, 2021), I was waiting for the above mentioned bus at Visnagar Circle (Aithor Circle).

The bus arrvied approximately at 9:30 AM there. I gave a clear Sign to stop the bus, but the driver didn't stop the bus even when it wasn't full!

I don't know what was going on in his head at that time! As if he were driving some private vehicle!

As we all know, GSRTC Bus is a government property and that driver is just a servant who is bound to follow the route, schedule and stations!

I hope some strict action will be taken against these kind of drivers. Specially, against THIS (one who was driving GJ 18 - Z - 6432) driver!

Worst experience in sitting Narayan Sarovar To Bantva bus on date[protected]. Cundoctor rudely talk with all passenger and still bus having space to sit still not allowed any passenger to seat in the bus. His behavior is like his own father bus. This type of employee creating not only loss of money but also reputation of GSRTC brand.
