मैने जो गाड़ी बुक की थी उसका गाड़ी नम्बर GJ-18-Z-3188 है.
PNR: G39696105 है.
मैने जो बस बुक की थी वो 12:30 की थी और वो अहमदबाद गीता मंदिर बस स्टॉप पर 1:00 बजे आई और मैने ड्राइवर से कहा के मैने जो सीट बुक की है वो मुझे चाहिए फिर ड्राइवर ने मुझे कहा जहां भी जगह मिले वहा बैठ जाओ मैने कहा नहीं मुझे जो सीट बुक की है वहीं चाहिए फिर ड्राइवर मेरे साथ खराब बर्ताव करने लगा और हम दोनों के बीच बहस हुई फिर मैने gsrtc की हेल्प लाइन नंबर पर कॉल किया और वहां कंप्लेन की फिर वहसे ड्राइवरको बोला गया फिर ड्राइवरने मुझे सीट दी और गाड़ी 1:15 बजे गितामंदिर डिपो से निकली ..
में इस कंप्लेन के माध्यम से यही कहना चाहता हूं के आप कस्टमर को जो सुविधा देने का वादा करते है वो सुविधा आप दे और अपने ड्राइवर को कहिए के कस्टमर के साथ व्यवहार अच्छे से करे..
( आशा करता हूं के आप मेरी कंप्लेन पर गौर करेंगे और आगे अपनी सुविधा में सुधार करेंगे..)

I have been booked my bus ticket online in which bus arriving timing was 12:10 and now I am waiting at bus stop since 12 pm bus is not arrive yet.

~ હાલમાં પેથાપુર ચોકડી થી પસાર થતી એક્સપ્રેસ બસો દ્વારા પેસેન્જરોને બસમાં લેવામાં આવતા નથી
અને ઉતારતા પણ નથી

~ગાંધીનગર મહાનગરપાલિકા (G.M.C.) દ્વારા ગાંધીનગરનુ છેલ્લું બસ સ્ટેન્ડ પહેલા ઘ-૬ હતું,
હવે (G.M.C.)નો વિસ્તાર વધારીને પેથાપુર ચોકડી કરેલ છે.

~ આથી અમે વિનંતી કરીએ છીએ કે,
તમામ એક્સપ્રેસ બસોના મશીનમા પેથાપુર ચોકડી સ્ટેન્ડ આપવામાં આવે .

My self nehalben parmar and i am traveling daily by bus.
Today[protected] i have take sit in bus which is palanpur to varandavir. When my stop at limboi village rajput kelavani mandal collage but driver refused to stop the bus so i want clearance for this.

I am a regular student passenger and there are no buses from savli to udalpur or sevaliya in afternoon .Most of the students of every schools and colleges of savli(dis.vadodara) are going in st buses and their timing for going home is around 3-4 p.m. but there is not even one bus at around 3-4 p.m. Even the bus of bhutdizampa to udalpur in savli at 3:30 is also stoped so please restart this bus also.
So kindly solve this problem....

Dear sir,

Today krishnanagar to mahuva bus covid-19 rules is not followed, i am speaking no any one seated allowed in seat number 12, my seat is 11 number (Kunal pipaliya). Driver and conductor is speak fighting me no covid-19 rules is running. After the few minutes after rules is broken in GSRTC driver and conductor.

Not all GSRTC, only for this bus conductor and driver rules is broken.

I am traveling from dakor-baroda everyday .i am a student.
Before corona the timing of baroda- balasinor- virpur bus is 5:15 but after corona tha timing not well managed .
As a girl it is not comfortable for me to wait at GSFC alone for more than 1 hr
Plz manage the things .
Driver & conductor of this bus are changing daily, they are not fixed so that bus is not regular
Plz manage things
I have contacted baroda & balasinor depo managers also but nothing happened

અમો ફરિયાદ કરનાર તારીખ:26/02/2021 ના રોજ સાંજે 6.15 કલાકે અમદાવાદ ગીતા મંદિર ખાતે સ્થિત સેન્ટ્રલ બસ ડેપો ખાતેથી અમદાવાદ આણંદ બોરસદ બસ માં મુસાફરી હેતુ બસમાં પ્રવેશ કરેલ. જેમાં પ્રવેશ વખતે બસના ડ્રાઈવર દ્વારા બસમાં જગ્યા ના હોઈ ઉભા ઉભા પ્રવાસ કરવો પડશે તેમ જણાવી બસમાં ન આવવા જણાવેલ અમોએ જગ્યા ન હોય તો ઉભા રહીશું તેમ કહી પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ બસમાં પ્રવેશ કર્યા બાદ બસ ઉપડ્યા બાદ ડ્રાઈવર સીટની પાછળ ની 2જી લાઈનમાં સીટો ખાલી હોવાનું ધ્યાને આવેલ સદર બાબતે સીટ ઉપર બેસવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરતા બસના ડ્રાઈવર કમ કંડક્ટર દ્વારા તેઓના સંબંધી દૈનિક અપડાઉન કરતા કોઈ વ્યક્તિ આગળના સ્ટેશન સી.ટી.એમ. ચોકડી એક્ષપ્રેસ હાઇવે ખાતેથી બેસવાના હોવાથી તે સીટ ઉપર ન બેસવું ખાલી રાખવુ તેમ જણાવેલ. સદર બાબતે ખાલી રાખવામાં આવેલ સીટ સિઝર્વશન કરાવેલ છે તેમ ડ્રાઈવર કમ કંટક્ટર ને પૂછતાં રોજના પેસેન્જર આવવાના છે ખાલી રાખવી બેસવું નહીં તેમ તેઓએ જણાવેલ.

ઉપરોક્ત બાબતે આથી અમો તારીખ:26/02/2021 ના રોજ સાંજે 6.15 કલાકે અમદાવાદ ગીતા મંદિર ખાતે સ્થિત સેન્ટ્રલ બસ ડેપો ખાતેથી અમદાવાદ આણંદ બોરસદ ની ઉપડેલ બસના ડ્રાઈવર સામે ફરિયાદ નોંધાવવા માંગીએ છીએ કે તેઓ GSRTC ના નીતિ નિયમ વિરુદ્ધ તેઓના જાણીતા ઓળખીતા વ્યક્તિઓ માટે સિઝર્વેશન ન હોવા છતાં બસની સીટો ખાલી રખાવી અન્ય કોઈ મુસાફર ને સીટ માં બેસતા રોકી રહેલ છે તથા વહાલા દવાલા ની નીતિ રાખી માલતીયાઓ માટે બસની સીટો ખાલી રાખી સીટોનો વેપાર કરી રહેલ છે. બસ ડ્રાઈવર ના આવા વલણ ને કારણે ગીતા મંદિર ખાતેથી બેસતા મુસાફરો ને ટીકીટ લેવા છતાં સીટ ઉપલબ્ધ થતી નથી જ્યારે મળતીયાઓને આગળના સ્ટેશનથી પણ ડ્રાઈવરની મિલીભગત થી સીટ ઉપલબ્ધ થઈ રહેલ છે.

GSRTC એ સરકારનું સાહસ છે તેમ છતાં નિગમના આવા કર્મચારીઓના કારણે મુસાફરો ની નિગમ પ્રત્યેની વિશ્વસનીયતા ઓછી થતી જાય છે. આવા કર્મચારીઓ દ્વારા ભેદભાવની નીતિ છોડી ન્યાયિક રીતે તમામ મુસાફરો ને નીતિ નિયમનું પાલન કરી સેવા પ્રદાન કરવામાં આવે તે ઈચ્છનીય છે. સદર બસના ડ્રાઈવર દ્વારા દરરોજ આ પ્રકારનું વલણ રાખવામાં આવી રહેલ હોઈ સદર કર્મચારી સામે શિક્ષાત્મક પગલાં ભરી દાખલો બેસાડવા વિનંતી છે.

another tikit I book on 26th February 2021 rout. Of gitamandir ahmedabad to palitana same its happen my amount ₹262 debited to my account and tikit not generated as ref number GS13508382 please take action as possible as

જય ભારત સહ આપ સાહેબ શ્રી ને બાવળા બસ ડેપો વિશે નીચે મુજબ ની બે ફરીયાદ નીચે મુજબ છે.

(૧) બાવળા ડેપોમાં ૬:૪૫ એ સવારે અમદાવાદ માટેની બસ જાય છે, એ પછી ૬:૪૫ થી ૮:૦૦ વાગ્યા સુધી અમદાવાદ જવા માટેની બાવળા ડેપોની એક પણ બસ મુકવામાં આવતી નથી. પહેલા ગણપતીપુરા ની બસ ૭:૦૦ વાગ્યે મળતી. તે બસ પણ છેલ્લા એક મહિનાથી સ્ટાફ નથી નું બહાનું કાઢીને બંધ કરી દેવામાં આવી છે.

સવારે ૭:૦૦ થી ૮:૦૦ દરમ્યાન શાળા, કોલેજ જનાર વિધ્યાર્થીઓ તથા રોજ બરોજ અપ-ડાઉન કરતા નોકરીઆત વર્ગના લોકો ને છેલ્લા એક મહિનાથી ભારે હાલાકીનો સામનો કરવો પડી રહ્યો છે.

આ સમયગાળા દરમ્યાન ધોળકા ડેપોની એક બસ આવે છે, તેમાં પણ પેસેંજર સમાઇ સકતા નથી, એટલી બહોળી ભીડ સવાર માં હોય છે.

વારંવાર મૌખીક રજૂઆતો કરવા છતાં બાવળા બસ ડેપોનું તંત્ર આંખ આડા કાન કરે છે.

આ અનુસંધાને આપ સાહેબ શ્રી સવારે ૭:૦૦ થી ૭:૩૦ વચ્ચે એક કે બે બસ અમદાવાદ માટે મુકાવવા નમ્ર વિનંતી.

(૨) મેઘરજ-બાવળા ની બાવળા ડેપોની બસ સાંંજે ૭:૧૫ થી ૭:૪૫ દરમ્યાન ગીતામંદિર ડેપો પર આવે છે.

આ બસ અમદાવાદ થી બાવળા વાયા ધોળકા લાવવામાં આવે છે. આ સમયગાળા માં ધોળકાની ૩ થી ૪ લોકલ બસ આવે છે, જેના લીધે તેમાં ધોળકા જનાર માંડ કોઇ પેસેંજર બેસે છે, અને એ બસ ધોળકાથી પણ ખાલી જેવી જ બાવળા પરત આવે છે. નિગમને ડીઝલ નો ખર્ચ પણ એ ટ્રીપનો માંડ નિકળતો હોય એમ પણ નથી લાગતું.

તો આ બસ ને અમદાવાદ થી બાવળા કરવામાં આવે તેવી આપ સાહેબ શ્રી ને અરજ છે.

Disgusting!!! This is such a disappointing thing that I have received a wrong bus number & crew number in the message. Second thing It’s a responsibility of conductor to contact to those passenger who booked a ticket when bus arrives at the station. But instead of contacting passenger, conductor is scolding on passenger. How do I get to know that this is the bus I booked when I get a different bus number in the massage.
Ridiculous Gujarat government & their crew members.
I want my refund. It wasn’t my mistake because you provided me a wrong message.

Staff has no two minutes time for delivery they Don't matter how far we come from and they close office at 7 pm and no timings message while providing otp messag, worst service by GSRTC

Every morning I wave my hand to local bus passing by. Even after seeing me waving hand the bus driver does not stop the bus. I have registered myself to the student pass and the boarding point is Antroli village ( Surat Bardoli road) but still I have travell by rickshaw to kadodra bus station to catch the busso I daily have pay for extra 10 rupees for that journey. I

Sir, As I have traveled from Rajkot to Surendranagar on 22/02/2021. There conductor was not following Corona Guidelines like he has more than 56 seats passengers.You would get surprised total number of passengers are more than 70. Bus timing was from Rajkot 3 pm it was mini bus. When I told him at last that why have added the said bad words to me I have that why are violating Government guidelines he was cursing me by bad words I am attaching photo of bus number is GJ18Z 3994. I want answer for this we want safety n security that's why we use ST bus otherwise option are always there. I pay tax to government not for this kind of stupid 2paisa's driver n conductor.

However it is stoppage of local as well as express bus at lal-darwaja in Umreth of Anand district, local bus for the root of anand doesn't stop here.Apart from this, the bus is always in out of capacity in sitting or standing matter. I always used to travel by standing in door of the bus.
Hope you understand regarding this matter.

Due to COVID-19, bus authority has been told to maintain social distancing and to provide one seat only for the seat of two. But I’m travelling on 22/02/2021 at 17:02 bus and they have violated the rule by giving ticket to another person who is sitting next to me.
I am sitting on num 25 and other person is on 26.

મારી 4/2/2021 ની ફરિયાદ નો કોઈ નિકાલ આવ્યો નથી . આ olineportl સોભાના ગાંઠિયા માટે છે એવું લાગી રહ્યું છે
