Bus is not available at time of origin place

Dear Sir/mam

I am a traveller from KESHOD to RAJKOT bus and Time of Bus Departure is 4:30 PM on date 17.Feb.2021 but Bus is not available at ST BUSSTAND KESHOD.
PNR - G39424923

It's already 4:55 PM and Still we are waiting for Bus. Very Disappointed answer from Inquiry Officer and DEPO MANAGER .

No route for college

I am from bochasan which is situated between borsad and dharmaj.
Me & my friends face difficulty for updown. Because of morning college (9:00a.m.) at vidhyanagar, we haven't arrange any vehicle for updown. Before
Corona pendamic, we had bus for vidhyanagar at 7:00a.m. which was stuck due to pendamic .

So I request you to please start earlier bus for vidhyanagar .

Online Disability booking

Respected Sir,
I am Manish Kumar Rajyaguru- Rajkot, Sir I am a disabled person and whenever I have ST. This does not happen when booking a bus online. This happens when I book in the general category. So what's wrong with us being disabled is that we can't book online in the disabled category.
It is my humble opinion to you that online booking of disabled category should be started

No response from buses

રાજકોટ માં ગોંડલ ચોકડીએ રાત્રે ૮ થી ૧૦ કોઈ બસ ઊભી રહેતી નથી જેથી ઘરે પહોંચવા માં તકલીફ પડે છે
મહેરબાની કરી બસ ને ગોંડલ ચોકડીએ ઊભી રાખવા કહો.....

I am waiting for bus for modasa from lunawada. Then bus (zalod-kalol) came at 2:00 pm in lunawada(date12/2/2021). Conductor deny to seat in bus and say no seat available but I see many blank seat in bus. Conductor used many bad words. Again one more bus came dahod-radhanpur and same story repeat. Both conductor denied to passenger to seat in bus. GSRTC and Gov of GUJARAT should need some action against this type of employee....

Misbehaviour Dholka Depot Manager

Respected sir,
I am living in Dholka rural. I am employed in privet sectors. I am daily going to my office by Bus. My office time is 10 am to 6pm. My problem is There no bus stop our bus station we wait more than 1 to 2 hrs waiting everyday. We Complain about these issues to our deposit manager but he can't take any action on it . And he answered in Angry ton and uses rude language in phone. So we Request take action on these matter...

Rude behaviour of conductor and driver

Bus from Sanand Depo Ahmedabad.

Bus is running from Gandhinagar to Sanad.
I am standing at Adalaj Cross road at 6:30PM on 11/02/2021.bus came from Gandhinagar and go to sanand route.one Passenger is drop from bus at Adlaj Cross, But Conductor is take to us in bus and he rudely behaving with us.

Rude Behavior of Driver and Conductor

I want to complain about bad behaviour of bus conductor of bus GJ-18-Y-9125. Firstly, he not answered me properly. I asked some details about my destination but he just refused from answering. There was no passengers on bus but he said me not to step in the bus and said, 'i don't have time, just stand there.' It was very bad behaviour for me. I think they are properly paid by government to do their duty and it was his duty to answer passengers...
