I have booked my seat for Baroda Makarpura stand and they have given me all wrong information of the bus conductor and everyone for contacts.

I found so helpless and no one come forward to help me. All helping hands were busy with their mobiles only... No one provided any kind of help to me... Even they don't response you back.

My bus details have a wrong contact of conductor... Even the real conductor didn't called me at any time.

Main thing is that I want to reach on time but its almost 2 hours and bus didn't arrived here yet.

When I complaining here about the scenario, they are responding back saying that it happens, bus gets late... Relax...

Really? What the hell they are saying? Someone need it urgently and they don't value someone's time or not even respect the budget levels... As they are not even supporting you for cancellation of the ticket and not even gstrc app supposed to help u in this... I am very much disappointed...

If there is really any honest or educated person who is handling this platform or recruiting people... Please please help me guys...

Or atleast provide me my 206rs backk 😞😞

    I am on a bus number, GJ 18 AZ 8418, going from Surat To Nehrunagar, there was a passenger who boarded the bus, the conductor abused him and dropped him off at a highway without issuing him the ticket.
    He was showing negligent behaviour in issuing tickets and instead of moving towards the passengers he was just shouting to the passengers to take the tickets.
    He didn't follow the protocol which is to collect the fine.

      Your bus driver is very rude with the batch number 7340 and not stop the bus outside the st depo and the bus is full then also he take the passenger and tell me the bus is full the gsrtc not allowed to standing passenger in bus due to this covid situation and this driver take extra 10 passenger which are standing and taking ruddly and taking in phone with driving the bus of PORBANDAR TO VERAVAL AT 8:15 AM he has so much attitude and taking ruddly and speaking bad words and said that say to anyone i am not afraid of my sir and senior he has very attitude my request is to suspend this person or transfer at very nice of far place from his home town i am waiting for your positive response soon 🙏.

        Date: 12th March, 2021
        Bus - Tharad - Krushna Nagar
        Bus Number - GJ 18 - z - 6432
        Arrival Time - 9:30 AM (Approx, at Unjha bus station)

        Respected Sir,

        Today (12th March, 2021), I was waiting for the above mentioned bus at Visnagar Circle (Aithor Circle).

        The bus arrvied approximately at 9:30 AM there. I gave a clear Sign to stop the bus, but the driver didn't stop the bus even when it wasn't full!

        I don't know what was going on in his head at that time! As if he were driving some private vehicle!

        As we all know, GSRTC Bus is a government property and that driver is just a servant who is bound to follow the route, schedule and stations!

        I hope some strict action will be taken against these kind of drivers. Specially, against THIS (one who was driving GJ 18 - Z - 6432) driver!

          Address: Bantva depo bus

          Worst experience in sitting Narayan Sarovar To Bantva bus on date[protected]. Cundoctor rudely talk with all passenger and still bus having space to sit still not allowed any passenger to seat in the bus. His behavior is like his own father bus. This type of employee creating not only loss of money but also reputation of GSRTC brand.

            Jalore surat bus stop at hotel in raj.

                As per government guidelines, few seats in Gsrtc Volvo are kept vacant for which booking is not allowed..still while boarding in Volvo, bus conductor issue the tickets for that vacant seats.. this is done on daily basis, and there is daily problem for the passengers who had already booked the tickets.. and if the conductor issue the ticket of vacant seats at any price to any passenger, then why the booking is not allowed for that particular seats???                   On the 10 March 2021 the mini bus from DAKOR-BARODA which is regular since many year suddenly CANCEL in which very day more than 60 passenger were traveling daily.
                  We contact dakor depo manager but he replied very rudly that do whatever you want to do etc
                  We gave application for that also but no response at all.

                    There is a regular bus for olpad to uchchal at 6 am morning in which most of the government employees traveling till uchchal. But without any reason it's timing change to 45 minutes. When bus was on time 6 am it was late by 30 mint due to traffic then now bus is reach to uchchal late by more than 1 hour. Employees should reach at time 9.40 am so they can attend duty on time 10 am. So please arrange bus time as previous 6 am.

                            Depot : Nadiad
                            Time to arrive at Nadiad depot is 2:45 pm
                            When i asked the driver about give a seat they refused to give though there is a many seats are available and they behave rudely and say do whatever you can do,
                            Please i want to know the reason about such issue
                            Is this bus is a private bus of them??

                                  I was traveling from ankleshwar to Ahmedabad with my wife and 4 year son I had a reservation of the same in surat Ahmedabad gsrtc Volvo bus for morning 9.20 dated 9-3-21 departure from ankleshwar I had a reservation upto Geeta mandir but driver shifted all the passanger to another Volvo for feeling diesel before ctm and at Geeta mandir also they told all passanger to get down on the road itself that driver not taken bus in Geeta mandir bus stand which caused all the passanger to get down on road with running vehicles coming from behind affecting highly individual safety.
                                  One lady got injured while shifting pasanger.
                                  What if some passanger get an accident while falling down the bus on moving vehicle such kind of safety issue is not tolerable and strict action must be taken for safety of individual

                                    હું મહેશ પાઠક, રહે.સેમાલિયા તા. તાલાળા ગીર જી. જૂનાગઢ
                                    હું પ્રાચી થી GSRTC ની બસ રુટ એભળવડ જૂનાગઢ માં સરત ચુકી જતા ચાલુ બસ માં ચડી ગયો બસ સામન્ય સ્પીડ ૨થી૫ કીમી/કલાક જેવી સ્પીડ હસે અને દરવાજો પણ સંપુર્ણ બંધ નહોતો કંડકટર દ્વારા.
                                    એવી બાબત માં મહીલા કંડકટર દ્વારા ઉદ્ધતાઇ ભર્યું વર્તન મારી સાથે કરવા માં આવ્યું એ બધા જ બસ માં બેઠેલા મુસાફરો સમક્ષ, મે એમને વિનંતિ કરી ને કહ્યું કે તમારું વર્તન એક સરકારી
                                    કર્મચરી ને સોભે એવું નથી, મહેરબાની કરી ને સભ્યતા રાખો એવામાં ડ્રાઈવર પણ ત્યાથી ઉદ્ધાતાઈ થી મને જેમ ફાવે તેમ બોલવા માંડ્યા એટલુ જ નહી તે પોતાની ડ્રાઈવિંગ સીટ પરથી ઉતારી અને નીચે આવ્યા અને જેમ ફાવે તેમ મને બોલ્યા અને મારો કાથલો પકડવા સુધી પેહોચે એ પેહલા હું ત્યાં થી ચાલવા માંડ્યો નહીતર ડ્રાઇવર પોતાની ભાન ભૂલેલી હલત માં મારા પર હાથચાલાકી પણ કરેત

                                    મહેરબાની કરીને વિનંતી કરું છું કે બીજી વખત કોઈ મુસાફર નાગરીક સાથે આવું ના બને એ હેતુ થી ડ્રાઇવર કંડકટર સામે યોગ્ય પગલાં લેવા નમ્ર વિનંતિ કરું છુ

                                      The driver don't stops for passenger on bus stand even though I booked my seat earleir by online methode and also behaves very rudely

                                        We book the 8 ticket from ambaji to Vadodara central but as we reached near Vadodara the conductor said the we will not be entering Vadodara and dropped us on highway near at 1:15 in middle of night where no transportation was available.
