As per government guidelines, few seats in Gsrtc Volvo are kept vacant for which booking is not allowed..still while boarding in Volvo, bus conductor issue the tickets for that vacant seats.. this is done on daily basis, and there is daily problem for the passengers who had already booked the tickets.. and if the conductor issue the ticket of vacant seats at any price to any passenger, then why the booking is not allowed for that particular seats??? On the 10 March 2021 the mini bus from DAKOR-BARODA which is regular since many year suddenly CANCEL in which very day more than 60 passenger were traveling daily.
We contact dakor depo manager but he replied very rudly that do whatever you want to do etc
We gave application for that also but no response at all.

There is a regular bus for olpad to uchchal at 6 am morning in which most of the government employees traveling till uchchal. But without any reason it's timing change to 45 minutes. When bus was on time 6 am it was late by 30 mint due to traffic then now bus is reach to uchchal late by more than 1 hour. Employees should reach at time 9.40 am so they can attend duty on time 10 am. So please arrange bus time as previous 6 am.

By requesting conductor to off my sheet over tube lights but conductor did not satisfied answer. In this regard very poor knowledge in service please take some action against driver and conductor bus no- GJ-18 Z6244.

Yeh msg aane ke bad abhi tak refund nahi mila.. Ak to achanak se cancel krke hamare Sare kam bigad diye aur abhi tak refund bhi nahi mila.. Kya aise paise lutne baithe hai log

I have tried to book bus ticket, from Anjar to Manavadar, i selected a seat and complete the payment, than only payment done but i didn't get ticket conformation message or e mail

Depot : Nadiad
Time to arrive at Nadiad depot is 2:45 pm
When i asked the driver about give a seat they refused to give though there is a many seats are available and they behave rudely and say do whatever you can do,
Please i want to know the reason about such issue
Is this bus is a private bus of them??

I was traveling from ankleshwar to Ahmedabad with my wife and 4 year son I had a reservation of the same in surat Ahmedabad gsrtc Volvo bus for morning 9.20 dated 9-3-21 departure from ankleshwar I had a reservation upto Geeta mandir but driver shifted all the passanger to another Volvo for feeling diesel before ctm and at Geeta mandir also they told all passanger to get down on the road itself that driver not taken bus in Geeta mandir bus stand which caused all the passanger to get down on road with running vehicles coming from behind affecting highly individual safety.
One lady got injured while shifting pasanger.
What if some passanger get an accident while falling down the bus on moving vehicle such kind of safety issue is not tolerable and strict action must be taken for safety of individual

હું પ્રાચી થી GSRTC ની બસ રુટ એભળવડ જૂનાગઢ માં સરત ચુકી જતા ચાલુ બસ માં ચડી ગયો બસ સામન્ય સ્પીડ ૨થી૫ કીમી/કલાક જેવી સ્પીડ હસે અને દરવાજો પણ સંપુર્ણ બંધ નહોતો કંડકટર દ્વારા.
એવી બાબત માં મહીલા કંડકટર દ્વારા ઉદ્ધતાઇ ભર્યું વર્તન મારી સાથે કરવા માં આવ્યું એ બધા જ બસ માં બેઠેલા મુસાફરો સમક્ષ, મે એમને વિનંતિ કરી ને કહ્યું કે તમારું વર્તન એક સરકારી
કર્મચરી ને સોભે એવું નથી, મહેરબાની કરી ને સભ્યતા રાખો એવામાં ડ્રાઈવર પણ ત્યાથી ઉદ્ધાતાઈ થી મને જેમ ફાવે તેમ બોલવા માંડ્યા એટલુ જ નહી તે પોતાની ડ્રાઈવિંગ સીટ પરથી ઉતારી અને નીચે આવ્યા અને જેમ ફાવે તેમ મને બોલ્યા અને મારો કાથલો પકડવા સુધી પેહોચે એ પેહલા હું ત્યાં થી ચાલવા માંડ્યો નહીતર ડ્રાઇવર પોતાની ભાન ભૂલેલી હલત માં મારા પર હાથચાલાકી પણ કરેત

મહેરબાની કરીને વિનંતી કરું છું કે બીજી વખત કોઈ મુસાફર નાગરીક સાથે આવું ના બને એ હેતુ થી ડ્રાઇવર કંડકટર સામે યોગ્ય પગલાં લેવા નમ્ર વિનંતિ કરું છુ

The driver don't stops for passenger on bus stand even though I booked my seat earleir by online methode and also behaves very rudely
Gurjar nagri Bus GJ18z 2095 on date 8 march 2021 at 3 :00 pm to 8 :00 pm journey from bhavnagar to junagadh please kindly take this into your notice otherwise I will go for further help from concern authority

We book the 8 ticket from ambaji to Vadodara central but as we reached near Vadodara the conductor said the we will not be entering Vadodara and dropped us on highway near at 1:15 in middle of night where no transportation was available.

As per our tender we have completed our work before three years with in time limit. But they are not releasing us from that work and also not give us withheld amount, extra work amount, and GST amount. We have wrote tones of mail to the department through speed post and by the Mail but they haven't gave Please guide us.

Stop in between Rajkot-Ahmedabad Hotel Rajmahal is charging passenger heavily. They charge passenger more then MRP. so request to change the stop and discontinue the Hotel Rajmahal and do the needful.

Hu morbi java mate uprokt time par rajkot s t bus stand pohchyo.. parantu na to 7.45 ni intercity aavi k na 8.00 am ni. Morbi java mate 8.05 ni local bus aavi parantu te pan platform 9 k 10 par nahi platform 7 par. Na to tya koi st na person ae jan kari k na mice ma announce karyu. Su passenger 9 k 10 par rah jota na rahi jai??? Ae to thik je bus aavi platform 7 par local te no root karan vagar aakhu rajkot 80ft road & bhavngar road thai ne parewadi chowk taraf lidho. Rastama koi passenger leva mate kyay ubhi to na rahi??? To kem root change??? Hospital chowk bandh chhe ame samjiye chhiye. Parantu jubeli same chowdhari highschool circle thi hospital chowk thai ne parewadi chowk no rasto chaluj chhe to sukam passenger no time and fuel bagado chho??? Rajkot morbi ni darek bus ma vara farti ek bus madhapar chowkdi thi and bus parewadi chowk thai ne chalava namra vinanti... and parewadi chowk wali bus no root kaik samjdari purvak karva request...

Dear gsrtc team currently I am traveling surat to Ahmedabad in Volvo bus but the bus facility is very poor not a single parda in bus it's very difficult traveling in day and afternoon so request to accept my complain and do very fast process

There is no conductor on my bus route of vadodra, bus no : Gj18z0216.
Driver put running bus aside on highway & take tickets of all passengers. Inconvenience of Delay, lack of facilities as per norms& heavy Crowd...

i am doing daily up down from ambika(kalol) to income tax(ahm), in this bus conductor is doing very bad behiviour to passenger he is not interested to take passenger to invcome tax, only interested to take surat passengers.

And income tax (ahm) bus stand is below the over bridge he is taking bus from upper side of bridge and when i asked to him he is dong very bad behaviour.

Please take action againts him.
