Staff has no two minutes time for delivery they Don't matter how far we come from and they close office at 7 pm and no timings message while providing otp messag, worst service by GSRTC...

Every morning I wave my hand to local bus passing by. Even after seeing me waving hand the bus driver does not stop the bus. I have registered myself to the student pass and the boarding point is Antroli village ( Surat Bardoli road) but still I have travell by rickshaw to kadodra bus station to catch the busso I daily have pay for extra 10 rupees for that journey. Sir, As I have traveled from Rajkot to Surendranagar on 22/02/2021. There conductor was not following Corona Guidelines like he has more than 56 seats passengers.You would get surprised total number of passengers are more than 70. Bus timing was from Rajkot 3 pm it was mini bus. When I told him at last that why have added the said bad words to me I have that why are violating Government guidelines he was cursing me by bad words I am attaching...

However it is stoppage of local as well as express bus at lal-darwaja in Umreth of Anand district, local bus for the root of anand doesn't stop here.Apart from this, the bus is always in out of capacity in sitting or standing matter. I always used to travel by standing in door of the bus.

Due to COVID-19, bus authority has been told to maintain social distancing and to provide one seat only for the seat of two. But I’m travelling on 22/02/2021 at 17:02 bus and they have violated the rule by giving ticket to another person who is sitting next to me.

also No any depo manager received call...

Please change the bus because bus is never speed up 50 going to 50 and below so why are giving the express ticket

We are facing issues with bus timings. There is one bus which has arrival time at my departure place i.e. kalavad ( jamnagar) at 7:30 AM but it arrives late daily and departures after 7:45 AM and that is why we are getting late daily. Bus name - Gadhethad Kalavad Rajkot...Our route is from kalavad to rajkot.
Please take steps as soon as possible as we can not take earlier bus daily....

Currently I am traveling in somanth - Gandhinagar trip bus. Where in night conductor is sleeping in passenger coach. And driver is alone in his cabin. Do conductor have no responsibilities?...

I studied in silvass Collage. And. I am From Udavda Ta:pardi Gujarat, i went to vapi bus depo for student pass but they told come tomorrow and after the day says to come again tommorw and when i went they told that there will be no possibility to make student pass why it is happening ... Since nearly 2 years bus starting from route Nashik (6:00 pm) to patan is not aviable for online booking from G.S.T.C or any other online platform. one can only book ticket from any Gujrat depo . but i leave in Nashik so for it in connivance to book ticket . so please make it available in online platform so that ticket can be booked...

Bus trip code is 1600DIUPANSS30
Bus departure time is 16:00 but bus is not arrived in Diu till 17:30.
I called una bus depo manager and he was tell bus arrived una at 2:25.
Depo manager gave conducter cell no. But conducter cell no switch off.

Whats responsible for this type of discomfort ?
