Dear sir,
I daily updown from surat to Ankleshwar due to work in pharmaceutical company.i faced difficulty in 2nd shift completed at 11:00pm.after that very few bus comes in surat.as per my knowledge bus started from surat to any other city is gone, only inside bus in surat is not come, other vechical are also allowslike auto riksha but they taken more rent (3 times higher) than routine.so, I requested to you that plz do necessary action.so we can do our job with more effort.

Today I travel in Dwarka bus which is departure from Baroda Central Bus depot and I have one issue regarding Bus Ticket taken more than as usual.
Actually Bus Rate is Baroda to Nadiad Is INR 55.00. But today They taken INR 74.00.
I have Ticket same like Express bus.
Please solve my issue and this is not fare In GSRTC taken more amount ..

We are daily up down by white express bus from surat to ankleshvar. But all bus get different fare some bus demand 53 rupees some demand 54 and specially aanand depot bus demand 55 rupees and all bus have different km some one have 58 km, other 59 km how it possible ? Pls informe me and do some actions other wise i will go to consumer court

In 5.00 pm to 6 pm no bus for borsad to Vadodara and at 4.30 to 4.45 2 buses available than we daily updown people are pareshan

I called cundocter 3 times ..for bus Gandhidham to Ahmedabad ...time of bus was 10 pm and bus arrived at 10:30 pm ...and before I confirm that it's my bus he just drive away ...then I had to catch this bus by auto ...it's so ridiculous behaviour by conductor. Bus detail as below

Two days ago, I had done booked tickets two times for Bharuch to botad n amount debited my account but ticket not confirmed & not sent my email/sms address. Please check ticker booking history as per below details

Dear sir,

We are approx 60 People waiting to board Bus at 6:10 AM in Morning but from last 5 Days are not able to board because Bus doesn't arrive .
Due to this all people who wish to reach office/work is late and this lead to lot of issues.

We are travelling in Dahod Ahmdabad Express bus which time is from Dahod to depak he at 6.30 pm they are stopping a bus with out bus station and taking a luagge from them and not taking the lauggauge charges and we are facing a many problems and the bus is codueter less. so please take a action on this mater. We don’t had taken a video of this mater this mater is between Dahod And Limkheda rout.

i stood on the bhayali station stand That's when the jambusar -kirti-jambusar bus arrived bus No:-Gj 18 z 4365 local bus
The bus does not stand still despite raising my hands.

I have book journey from Junagadh to Rajkot dated on 1 / 03 / 2021 at 7.00 hrs according to covid guideline and government rules buses should run with 100% capacity but your conductor is running bus with over capacity in this pandemic situation the moral responsibility is not follow by GSRTC is irresponsible act and strict action is demand.

I reserved seat no 20, in bus no gj-18-z-0098...dt 01/03/2021...but bus was not arrived at surat central bus station. And also there was no information about bus...and conductor has not informed me about bus...hence i took another bus to reach my destination...i request for refund ...

આજ રોજ જણાવવાનું કે, મેં મારા પત્ની ની ઓનલાઇન ટિકિટ તા. ૨૮/૨/૨૦૨૧ની બુક કરાવેલ હતી, જુનાગઢ થી અમદાવાદ તરફની. પેસેન્જર અને સાથે ૩ વર્ષ ની બેબીને લઈને ૧૦:૦૦ વાગ્યા ના જુનબસ સ્ટેશન પર રાહ જોઈ રહ્યા હતાં. પૂછપરછ બારી પર વારંવાર એવો જવાબ મળે છે કે બસ મોડી છે. અને બસ આવીને નીકળી જાય છે. કડંકટર પણ બેજવાબદારી દાખવી છે. અને ખૂબ જ ઉધ્તાઈ થી વાત કરેલ છે. કડંકટર બેઝ નંબર: ૧૦૮૫ અને નામ: દિપકભાઇ વ્રજલાલ બારવડીયા છે. આ ફરિયાદ નોંધવા વિનંતી છે. જો આપના તરફથી ફરિયાદનું ચોકક્સ અને સંતોષકારક નિવારણ નહી આવે તો આગળ ફરિયાદ કરીશું. જય હિંદ...

I booked a seat for date 26 February 2020...
My ticket was not confirmed money is debited from my account

Now 2 Days has been passed and I did not get any refund

I have attached screenshot shot below which shows transaction of debited money

मैने जो गाड़ी बुक की थी उसका गाड़ी नम्बर GJ-18-Z-3188 है.
PNR: G39696105 है.
मैने जो बस बुक की थी वो 12:30 की थी और वो अहमदबाद गीता मंदिर बस स्टॉप पर 1:00 बजे आई और मैने ड्राइवर से कहा के मैने जो सीट बुक की है वो मुझे चाहिए फिर ड्राइवर ने मुझे कहा जहां भी जगह मिले वहा बैठ जाओ मैने कहा नहीं मुझे जो सीट बुक की है वहीं चाहिए फिर ड्राइवर मेरे साथ खराब बर्ताव करने लगा और हम दोनों के बीच बहस हुई फिर मैने gsrtc की हेल्प लाइन नंबर पर कॉल किया और वहां कंप्लेन की फिर वहसे ड्राइवरको बोला गया फिर ड्राइवरने मुझे सीट दी और गाड़ी 1:15 बजे गितामंदिर डिपो से निकली ..
में इस कंप्लेन के माध्यम से यही कहना चाहता हूं के आप कस्टमर को जो सुविधा देने का वादा करते है वो सुविधा आप दे और अपने ड्राइवर को कहिए के कस्टमर के साथ व्यवहार अच्छे से करे..
( आशा करता हूं के आप मेरी कंप्लेन पर गौर करेंगे और आगे अपनी सुविधा में सुधार करेंगे..)

I have been booked my bus ticket online in which bus arriving timing was 12:10 and now I am waiting at bus stop since 12 pm bus is not arrive yet.
