Ato gsrtc ne choku nuksan kevay.

મારી 4/2/2021 ની ફરિયાદ નો કોઈ નિકાલ આવ્યો નથી . આ olineportl સોભાના ગાંઠિયા માટે છે એવું લાગી રહ્યું છે

also No any depo manager received call

Please change the bus because bus is never speed up 50 going to 50 and below so why are giving the express ticket

We are more than 30 updown passengers from Kapadwanj to Nadiad... There is no bus available from 6-45 pm to 7-30 pm...

વિષય:વાપી ડેપો વિરૂધ્ધ ફરિયાદ કરવા માટે

ઉમરગામ ટાઉન થી ૭.૩૫ એ ઉપડતી બસ મીની બસ રોજીંદા ફૂલ થય ને જાય છે. વાપી ડેપો માં આજ થી ૩ મહિના માં કેટલી ફરિયાદ રૂબરૂ મુલાકાત ડેપો મેનેજર ને ફરિયાદ કરવા છતાં મોટી બસ યા નવી બસ મૂકતા નથી.. સર યા મેડમ નો ૩ મહિના થી એક જ જવાબ આપે છે " થઈ જશે". પણ બસ મૂકતા નથી. રોજ ઉમરગામ થી વાપી સુધી ભીડ મા ઊભા રહી મુસાફરી કરવા પડે છે. હાલના કોરોના સમય માં વાપી થી ઉમરગામ અને ઉમરગામ થી વાપી ની બસ માં સોશિયલ ડિસ્ટન્સ ના નિયમો ન ધજાગરા દેખાય આવે છે એ તમે ફોટો માં જોય શકો છો. હાલ માં ટ્રેન ચાલુ ન હોવાથી બસ નો સહારો લઇ રહેલા મુસાફરો બસ માં લોકડાઉન થી બસ માં મુસાફરી કરી રહ્યા છે. વાપી ડેપો માં હેલ્પ ડેસ્ક પર પૂછતાછ માટે સર બેસે છે એ સરખો જવાબ આપતા નથી. ફોન કરે તો મોટા ભાગે સ્વીચ ઑફ બતાવે અથવા તો ફોન ઉપાડી સાઇડ પર મૂકી દે છે. ઉમરગામ ના મુસાફરો ની આ ફરિયાદ નું તાત્કાલિક નિવારણ લાવા વિનંતી.

We are facing issues with bus timings. There is one bus which has arrival time at my departure place i.e. kalavad ( jamnagar) at 7:30 AM but it arrives late daily and departures after 7:45 AM and that is why we are getting late daily. Bus name - Gadhethad Kalavad Rajkot...Our route is from kalavad to rajkot.
Please take steps as soon as possible as we can not take earlier bus daily.

Currently I am traveling in somanth - Gandhinagar trip bus. Where in night conductor is sleeping in passenger coach. And driver is alone in his cabin. Do conductor have no responsibilities?

I studied in silvass Collage. And. I am From Udavda Ta:pardi Gujarat, i went to vapi bus depo for student pass but they told come tomorrow and after the day says to come again tommorw and when i went they told that there will be no possibility to make student pass why it is happening ... The behaviour of the The depo officer was also too rude to me . Please help me out to make my student pass soon

Since nearly 2 years bus starting from route Nashik (6:00 pm) to patan is not aviable for online booking from G.S.T.C or any other online platform. one can only book ticket from any Gujrat depo . but i leave in Nashik so for it in connivance to book ticket . so please make it available in online platform so that ticket can be booked

જય ભારત સાથે જણાવવાનું કે આજે તારીખ 18/02/2021 ના રોજ સવારે 7.00 વાગ્યે કપડવંજ ખાતે થી GJ 18Z 1142 નંબર ની બસ માં બેસવા માટે હાથ ઉંચો કર્યો પરંતુ બસ ના ડ્રાયવર બલવંતસિંહ ઘ્વારા બસ ઉભી રાખવા માં આવી નહિ. છેલ્લા દશ વર્ષથી આજ બસ માં અપડાઉન કરતો હોવાથી કંડક્ટર ના કહેવાથી થોડે દૂર જઇ ને બસ ઉભી રાખી. ગુજરાત સરકાર ઘ્વારા નિયમ બનાવવામાં આવેલ કે " હાથ ઉંચો કરો ne બસ ma બેસો " શું આ અહીંયા સાર્થક થાય છે?
બસ માં બેઠા બાદ ડ્રાયવર ઘ્વારા અભદ્ર શબ્દોમાં બોલવાનું ચાલુ કર્યું તથા ફરી વાર બસ માં ના બેસાડવાની તથા તારીખ 20/02/2021 ના રોજ સવારે તેમની નોકરી હોઈ બસ ના ઉભી રાખવાની ધમકી આપેલ છે.
આજ રોજ na ડ્રાઈવર બલવંતસિંહ જેઓ અઠવાડીયા માં બે દિવસ શુક્રવારે બપોરે તથા શનિવારે સવારે આવતા હોઈ છે તેઓ એ બંને દિવસ બસ મ બેસાડવા હેરકન કરતા હોઈ તેની પાછળ નું મુખ્ય કારણ હું દલિત છું તેથી તેઓ આભડછેટ રાખી બસમાં બેસાડતા નથી અને બેસાડે તો તોછડું વર્તન કરે છે.
સદર બસ ના ડ્રાયવર બલવંતસિંહ તેમના રૂટ દરમિયાન તેમના રોજના માનીતા પેસેન્જર ને સ્ટેન્ડ નજીક આવતા ફોન કરી ને સામે થી બસ માં પોતાની પાસે બસ ના બોનેટ પર બેસાડે છે.
હું નિખિલ વાઘેલા રહું ગંગોત્રી સોસાયટી ડાકોર રોડ કપડવંજ. મોં.નું. [protected] આ અરજી મળે થી સાત દિવસ માં તેમના પર પગલાં લેવા તથા લીધેલા પગલાં ની વિસ્તુત માહિતી ની જાણ મને કરવા વિનંતી છે.
જો આપના ઘ્વારા યોગ્ય નિકાલ નહિ આવેતો સાત દિન બાદ cm online તથા pm online કોમ્પ્લેઇન પોર્ટલ પર તમામ સાબિતી સાથે online અરજી કરીશ.
આપણા ઘ્વારા યોગ્ય પગલાં લેશો આવી આસ સાથે.

Bus trip code is 1600DIUPANSS30
Bus departure time is 16:00 but bus is not arrived in Diu till 17:30.
I called una bus depo manager and he was tell bus arrived una at 2:25.
Depo manager gave conducter cell no. But conducter cell no switch off.

Whats responsible for this type of discomfort ?

I am from bochasan which is situated between borsad and dharmaj.
Me & my friends face difficulty for updown. Because of morning college (9:00a.m.) at vidhyanagar, we haven't arrange any vehicle for updown. Before
Corona pendamic, we had bus for vidhyanagar at 7:00a.m. which was stuck due to pendamic .

So I request you to please start earlier bus for vidhyanagar .

I am Manish Kumar Rajyaguru- Rajkot, Sir I am a disabled person and whenever I have ST. This does not happen when booking a bus online. This happens when I book in the general category. So what's wrong with us being disabled is that we can't book online in the disabled category.
It is my humble opinion to you that online booking of disabled category should be started
