I am traveling at rajkot bus port to Ahmedabad central bus port by Jamnagar Zalod bus time 3.15 pm but not arriving at 4.15 pm. It is late more then 1 hour it is very irresponsible service please try to improve this this is very irritating for people

This is for Rajkot central bus stand. My cousins wallet was taken by a thief. There was no proper response team. After yelling for few mins security came in. But thy did not support much, instead of taking immediate response thy asked to file a police complaint 1st. 3 to 4 people wallet were take by the their.moreover thy did not look into cctv or allowed us..there is not a single complaint desk or police.worst experience ever...

In Rajkot GSRTC Rajkot Bus Station Call not attended and conductor not accept the calls for online bookings....

Dear Team,

Herewith, i am complaining aboute route change of nadiad to baroda in evening bus of 6p.m. The route was changed by local commuters but there is also commuters that will travel through route of nadiad to baroda from amit nagar circle but now route changes to nadiad to baroda from vasad as commonly route of all the buses.

So, kindly change is as before as now there is also bus is not shown for online...

I am book tickets through GSRTC app but after that i have return all the passenger name & after that all the passenger name change as per last passenger name & also Gender will mismatch..
So how can we change or modified online tickets...???

Today i m travelling from Godhra (panchmahal) To Dahod in bus number GJ.18.Z.6047 . when santrod has been passed and the conductor did not gave me bus ticket, I asked him for ticket, instead of giving me bus ticket he misbehaved with me and abuse me in front of all bus passengers . I'm a regular traveler and user of ST buses of GSRTC .
BUT before this I hand never had any kind of issue but today this conductor bus drive using bad...

Baroda to chhota udepur 7.10 pm Metro link bus(bus No:- GJ18Z0430 ) not complete please replace a new bus. Many times we not riched a proper time....

The bus conductor of the bus named surat- bhavnagar(2:30 pm at ankleshwar) behaved very rudely. Insulted us among all passengers. Please teach some manners to conductor they just behave insane and rude. Its such a disgrace. Just teach them how to behave with people. They behave like guns!...

I booked a ticket via mobile application for Palitana to Surat, journey date[protected]. I booked a sleeper class ticket which was clearly mentioned while booking as well as mentioned on ticket. After boarding the bus from palitana, we were shocked to hear by the bus in charge saying your ticket is for seating seat. This is really a big fraud of booking system. Surat to Chhota udaipur at 12-40 bus not pick up passenger at ankleshvar gidc .I ask Surat to Chhota udaipur bus driver is their bus he denie and don't even ask for reservation seat . He atleast ask to reserved seat passenger he say no it's not bus bus is behind and than go .I have reach ankleshvar gidc at 12-00 but he refuse it's not your bus and what I will do I can't teach my place at time and it my time west please refund my money or...

As Per subject, I daily travel in GSRTC Bus for my work in Junagadh - Maliya Hatina Route ( 8878) which goes at 08:30 from Junagadh Bus Stand towards Maliya Hatina.
But Today i.e 02/01/2021 I reached bus stand at 08:28AM but the bus had gone before 08:30AM.When I asked enquiry counter at 08:31AM they said that Bus had gone at 08:30 only.
I was waiting for the bus since 08:29AM. This issue is normally faced in many other bus...

In the morning 9:30am, it was office hours. There were other buses standing to get the traffic clear and this driver took last lane from first lane, me and other biker were going to be crushed there. We were lucky enough there and then also that driver abused us. This kind of cynical characters are not good for bus driving....
