Today even now I am travelling by Navsari Mansa Bus which just left Vadodara Bus Main Depot, while Bus was at Depot, I request Bus Driver to wait for 5 Minutes for my personal reasons but he denied straight away that he can't wait for such time period and I am very much aware of the reason behind that. Actually when we started our journey from Surat he was eager to take every passenger on the way but i denied for that due to social distance. I told him to take sufficient passanger to consider social distance rules. And now he is misbehaving for that reasons. My Ticket No. is 022852 GSRTC VALSAD.

Above tripe had cancelled, but still refund had not deposited in my account.

I wanted to go palanpur but conductor was not allowed me to seat in bus for palanpur and he said that it will no go palanpur when bus was gone palanpur.

It is to inform you that since last 15 years a Point bus route of Vasna Sachivalay via Ring Road is in continuation but all of sudden morning services with held and now only evening services of the bus available.

It is requested to start again this route for both morning and evening because there is no service available to the Ring road passengers/employees. Even point route of Shyam Gokul is also closed now, passenger of that route are also beneficiary of Vasna Sachivalaya point service.

Looking to the above facts, it is humble request to restore the Point service of Vasna-Sachivalaya via Ring road for the benefit of employees who served GoG offices.

Morning local bus service (7:00 AM) from Anand to Vadodara is suddenly stopped.

Please start that bus service. Passengers found it difficult as that time is crucial for daily job doing people. Express bus is crowded and also expensive.

Please insert curtains on the bus now because ladies on single seat and couples on double seat feels uncomfortable in sleeper bus in night travel. Also keep the seats and curtains clean. when i ask the conductor or driver about cleanliness of seat and curtains, his always reply is, we r not responsible for this, don't complain this about to me in rude manner.. i think driver and conductors forgetting that their salaries is coming from the pessangers only, if pessangers stops travelling in government bus, loss will bear by government, government servents nevertheless think about it . Reason for rude replies from drivers and conductors is that, they know their salaries will anyhow credited whether their is loss or profit to the government.
Humble request to department please think for middle class families also who regularly travells in s.t sleeper, who can't afford s.t volvo facilities.
It is the only negligence of government who promotes privatization.
Another reason for their rude replies is they very well know that illiterate people don't know how to complain regarding.

Honable GSRTC DEPARTMENT

I am student who use GSRTC service for traveling from my village Badalpur to Junagadh.
I feel satisfaction for GSRTC services.
But after lockdown period today everything day by day is getting open.
Student collage also started
But my route service till today doesn't completely started.
The bus service Junagadh to Moti Monpari via Sakhdavadar which is regular bus service of my route before lockdown .
But after lockdown getting over and everything getting normal but till today that service isn't started.
Which causes trouble to all that students and workers who are relies on this bus service for traveling.

I urge you to start this service as soon as possible.

I m a daily advance booking passenger of Zadeshwar- kirti MLS.
I hereby inform u that earlier i have already given written complain regarding kirti stoppage to bharuch district controller. But i think no action has been taken by department. Today also i faced an issue regarding the same and conductor refuse to drop me at pre decided stoppage of the bus by gsrtc and force...

Our bus is everyday late 10 to 15 minutes, if this bus late so missed our log route buses..if we missed bus so we took another bus but we reached at our location late

We are from bhadkodra village and bus start from malpur to jambusar. In between 6 to 7 stand and every stand has stop so obviously bus taken more time to reached at jambusar late and we are frustrated for these kind of problem

I traveled today at 11.30 AM from GSRTC Bus Number GJ 18 3485, Vadodara-Kevadia Local Bus. I had taken ticket for Tilawada Village Bus Stop from Somatalav Bus Stop.

While reaching at Tilakwada, Driver denied to take bus in village and he is very rudely behavior with us and he didn't take bus into village and done bypass.

This is Sonali Vaghela. I'm working at Statue o[censored]nity. I live in Rajpipla hence I need to travel from Rajpipla to my work location (statue o[censored]nity) Kevadiya. I'm working at Statue o[censored]nity since 27th October 2018. Daily, I'm coming here for bus inquiry at inquiry desk but there's no one at Control cabin, Kevadiya bus depo after 4:00pm. And the depo manager is very rude. He was not giving any reply. Kevadiya has became the main tourist attraction because of Statue o[censored]nity so, here should be a proper Bus-station with professional staff and that should be meet to an international standards. I already have raised this issue before but I didn't get any response from your end.

Do the needful at earliest!!!
