I am right now travelling in siddhpur to jamnagar bus . I booked my ticket fron ranip - ahemdabad to Rajkot bus port. But now bus conductor says that there is no stop in rajkot bus port. Bus will only stop at Greenland pick up point and he is saying that we have to pay more money for the stop at madhapar chokdi.So how can i reach home before curfew start.There are some people travelling with me also have the same problem. And why there is no stop at bus port even if it is mentioned in ticket??

    I seat in Gj-18-z-2796 for many times Ahmedabad to una. But today the conducter of bus is very rude and answering properly. And specially he is asking for extra money but do not provide ticket and show me the rules and regulations.

      Your driver of bus number GJ-18-Z-1617 is talking bed to the passenger as they had taken passenger seat and we told him to please give our seat as we have to sleep then he is telling bed words kindly take same strick action agais him date of the journy is 14/jan/2021

        In this pandemic situation, government make guidelines for running a bus. GSRTC Not follow guidelines and running a bus. In 46 seater bus GSRTC allow more than 60-65 passenger. GSRTC violating the guidelines.

          I'm travelling from baroda-surat and one passengers (non-gujrati) picked up from bharuch and he didn't listen sound of conductor. At the time we reached to ankleshwar, lady conductor came and start yelling on Non-gujrati passenger that you didn't listen, you have to pay extra money because you didn't get ticket from bharuch..
          Lastly lady conductor gave 108 Rs ticket and charged 160 from that person..
          This whole incident happen on 13/01/2021,
          Bus number GJ 18 Z 4892, timing around 2pm

            I have suggestion . I think every bus should have atleast one dustbin. I have seen most o[censored]r buses don't have dustbin. If we want to keep our road clean than dustbins are necessary I think. Think about it. I hope this will apply. Have a great day.

                It's not a complain but Request to you. Sir, bus route of ahmedabad-Bareja-Navagam-Naika-Kheda .Previously It was departed from Gita Mandir (Ahmedabad) on 7.00P.M.

                But After Covid Pandemic it departs on 6.30P.M.

                A bus Ahmedabad-Naika -Kaloli departs on 6.15 P.M. from Gita Mandir And after 15 min (6.30P.M) Ahmedabad -Kheda(Via Navagam- Nayka) departs.

                After 6.30P.M there is No Bus for Navagam- Naika.

                So many passenger who are doing Job facing problem in Up Down.

                It's my humble request to look in to this matter. And Do Needful.

                    I am traveling at rajkot bus port to Ahmedabad central bus port by Jamnagar Zalod bus time 3.15 pm but not arriving at 4.15 pm. It is late more then 1 hour it is very irresponsible service please try to improve this this is very irritating for people

                      This is for Rajkot central bus stand. My cousins wallet was taken by a thief. There was no proper response team. After yelling for few mins security came in. But thy did not support much, instead of taking immediate response thy asked to file a police complaint 1st. 3 to 4 people wallet were take by the their.moreover thy did not look into cctv or allowed us..there is not a single complaint desk or police.worst experience ever

                          Dear Team,

                          Herewith, i am complaining aboute route change of nadiad to baroda in evening bus of 6p.m. The route was changed by local commuters but there is also commuters that will travel through route of nadiad to baroda from amit nagar circle but now route changes to nadiad to baroda from vasad as commonly route of all the buses.

                          So, kindly change is as before as now there is also bus is not shown for online booking so we have to wrap up our work early.

                          and on dated 08.01.2021 there is no bus driver nor bus conductor available so we suffer to travel and they told us that the bus will go after 20 minutes but than also there is not any confirmation.

                          Now, i Can't understand that on application of commuters how GSRTC will break its rule on very next day without any superior notice?

                              I am book tickets through GSRTC app but after that i have return all the passenger name & after that all the passenger name change as per last passenger name & also Gender will mismatch..
                              So how can we change or modified online tickets...???

                                Today i m travelling from Godhra (panchmahal) To Dahod in bus number GJ.18.Z.6047 . when santrod has been passed and the conductor did not gave me bus ticket, I asked him for ticket, instead of giving me bus ticket he misbehaved with me and abuse me in front of all bus passengers . I'm a regular traveler and user of ST buses of GSRTC .
                                BUT before this I hand never had any kind of issue but today this conductor bus drive using bad words " Gaali " to me which is a shocking and dreadful experience of mine with GSRTC, KINDLY TAKE STRICT ACTIONS AGAINST HIM
                                He also did same behavior with some other passengers, here I attached a video of the said incident.
