Whenever he calls customer care, he picks up his thank you phone and mutes itAnd no one speaks from the front and inevitably the customer has to hang up the phone and if we do it again then those people keep mute and talk and once they get the information by phone they would tell me to talk to them when you get a call. If we miss you for you, we will call you from anywhere at any time. Those people already have minutes and inevitably the customer has to hang up.So please stop this mute practice and request to suspend or dismiss such employee immediately.Because the passenger is in trouble when they are calling, this is how these people do it, it happens every now and then, so please, you are requested to giveSo you are requested to get rid of this as soon as possible

I'm Taslimahemad, today I was booked gsrtc tickets and travel in their bus I'm facing very irritating experience, I booked tickets for palanpur to ahmedabad, PNR Num G38691564, OB reference number:GS13062041, i booked tickets for Gurjarnagri but palanpur depot appointed Local bus, I think that's one type fraud from Gsrtc, and bus conductor don't have sense of talk, conductor talking rudely, and the conductor is giving me threat of leave the Bus, and also saying me no one can Proceedings on her, so I just want to say kindly do some strictly design for this type services,

Dear sir,
I am a G.S.R.T.C. bus no. GJ-18-Z-6702 traveling from Jafrabad to Ahmedabad at 22:45 on 15/01/2021 in.In the meanwhile, according to online ticket booking, my seat is number 29, 31 and no one can sit in seat number 30 due to COVID-19.So when I told this to the conductor, the conductor told me that 3 people sit if you want to sit. So one is that your conductor does not follow the rules of Covid and behaves rudely.The third person sitting next to me doesn't even wear a mask and coughs So who is responsible for our safety and the spread of Covid in this. You can check the conductor's ticket to see how many passengers have boarded the bus So please take appropriate steps for the safety o[censored]s and the society.

It's not a complain but Request to you. Sir, bus route of ahmedabad-Bareja-Navagam-Naika-Kheda .Previously It was departed from Gita Mandir (Ahmedabad) on 7.00P.M.

But After Covid Pandemic it departs on 6.30P.M.

A bus Ahmedabad-Naika -Kaloli departs on 6.15 P.M. from Gita Mandir And after 15 min (6.30P.M) Ahmedabad -Kheda(Via Navagam- Nayka) departs.

After 6.30P.M there is No Bus for Navagam- Naika.

So many passenger who are doing Job facing problem in Up Down.

It's my humble request to look in to this matter. And Do Needful.

This is for Rajkot central bus stand. My cousins wallet was taken by a thief. There was no proper response team. After yelling for few mins security came in. But thy did not support much, instead of taking immediate response thy asked to file a police complaint 1st. 3 to 4 people wallet were take by the their.moreover thy did not look into cctv or allowed us..there is not a single complaint desk or police.worst experience ever

Dear Team,

Herewith, i am complaining aboute route change of nadiad to baroda in evening bus of 6p.m. The route was changed by local commuters but there is also commuters that will travel through route of nadiad to baroda from amit nagar circle but now route changes to nadiad to baroda from vasad as commonly route of all the buses.

So, kindly change is as before as now there is also bus is not shown for online booking so we have to wrap up our work early.

and on dated 08.01.2021 there is no bus driver nor bus conductor available so we suffer to travel and they told us that the bus will go after 20 minutes but than also there is not any confirmation.

Now, i Can't understand that on application of commuters how GSRTC will break its rule on very next day without any superior notice?
