Dear Sir
With reference to the above subject I am the regular passenger and doing updown since last 10 years from jetpur to rajkot.
There is one bus running at 8 to 8.30 am reaching jetpur st from junagadh to surendrangar bud no. Gj18z6725 in which the conductor is refusing to take passenger from jetpur and denying to stop bus at gondal st and nit allow passenger of gondal and taking only rajkot passenger .
Infact there is a stop at gondal st but conductor is telling that no stop .
And the problem is there is no other bus for gondal route between. 8 to 8.30.
Hence we request you to take appropriate action so that being a lady should nt suffer.

અમો નામદાર ગુજરાત હાઈકોર્ટમાં ફરજ બજાવીએ છીએ અને વારંવાર અમારે અમારા વતન ધારી ખાતે આવવાનું થતું હોવાથી જ્યારે અમો ભાવનગરના નારી બસ સ્ટોપ ખાતે ઉભા હોઈએ છીએ ત્યારે સમય અનુસાર નીકળતી એસ.ટી. બસ ભાવનગર ધારી જે બપોરે ૨ વાગ્યે ભાવનગર બસ સ્ટેશન થી રવાના થાય છે તે બસ સીટો ખાલી હોવા છતાં નારી ચોકડી ખાતે ડ્રાઇવર અને કંડક્ટરની મનમાની મુજબ ઉભી રાખવામાં નથી આવતી જેથી પેસેન્જરોની ખૂબ જ હાલાકીનો સામનો કરવો પડે છે..
આવી પરિસ્થિતિમાં ગુજરાત એસટી વિભાગ ને આ મુશ્કેલીને નિવારવા ઘટતું કરવા નમ્ર અપીલ અને આ કમ્પ્લેન નિવારણ રૂપે આપે લીધેલ પગલાંની જાણ અમોને અમારા mail id પર કરશોજી..

It's been one month completed and still refund has been not received.
Last month I have booked the bus ticket for my dad Ramesh Yadav from Bhuj to Somnath for the date of 19th November 2020 but the transaction got cancelled but the amount got deducted from my bank account so I had done enquiry at Nakhatrana bus depot and the one of the executive told me that amount will be credited to mine account within 7 days but now it's completed more than 1 month and yet the amount not received.
And the toll free numbers executive is disconnecting the call after picking up the phone so my question is why they are appointed fire all of them if they don't want to resolve the issues.
Now tell me how much more time required to pay my money?

Sanand to Khatraj Bus Timing is 6:55 am in the morning, at 07:01 am I asked to controlar about Bus He says dont come here to ask and we are in time!!! and the driver and other staff was making jokes there!!

Further Clock in the bus is late by 3:30 Minutes, to make arguments with passengers that bus is in time!!

At the time we were taking this bus from vadodara, we asked many times if bus would enter surat or not as we might reach after curfew timings, we were assured that bus would enter but when we reached kamrej crossroads inspite of the fact that there was no police bus conductor refused to enter the city and we were left at kamrej crossroads at 10:30 pm when there was no auto or cab nearby

I'm travelling from Ahemdabad to Amreli on 19th Dec, 2020. Pick time from Nehrunagar was 7.09AM. and bus Number is GJ-18Z-6434. Ref no is GS12772131. There is nothing like social distancing in this bus. There is no seat empty in this bus. Every seat is occupied. Who will be responsible If will infected with covid 19? Take an action against it quickly.

I travelled from Bhuj to Varmanagar on 6th Dec 2020 when I gave 10 Rupee Coin while purchasing ticket the conduction of the Bus has addamently refused to accept the same.

The condutor ask this bus is stope at Anjar bus station for dinner taken before 40km of destiney station Bhuj last stope of this bus. Gandhidham to Bhuj Deally passinjor up and down .So many time vest of reach home. In that case many pass holder cancle pass.

Yesterday night date 15/12/20 time 10 pm i am at anjar garden bus was arrived surat to bhuj express the cundoctor not pickup me and missguide u wait i am come back from anjar station and bus not come back bcoz he change the root for going so why not pickup. And its small mistake i am wet til 2 more hore at night in winter. And i got bus in after 1 and half l hour at 11.45 bus. For bhuj at this time covid 19 and very cool winter day why they guys not pickup to me i want in return otherwise i do very strict action.

I have travel pass for express buses from Gondal to Kunkavav moti and there is no mention in my pass via location and I frequently traveling through dalkhaniya to Rajkot(local bus) which is traveling from some rural locations but there main route is kunkavav moti - Deedi - Gondal but conductor does not agree. He always says you have to pay money for travel.

જય ભારત સાથે જાણવાનું કે દેગામ સ્ટોપ (આલીપોર ચીખલી ) ને એક્સપ્રેસ બસ નું સ્ટોપ અપીયા ને દોઢ વરસ થઇ ગયું છે . અને હજુ સુધી ગુજરાત ની દરેક ડેપો ની બસ માં કૅન્ડકટોર ટિકિટ મશીનમાં હજુ શુધી દેગામ સ્ટોપ આપવામાં આવ્યું નથી . માટે જલ્દી થી ટિકિટ મશીન માં દેગામ સ્ટોપ આપવા મહેરવાની કરશોજી અને બસ ને સ્ટોપ આપવા મહેરવાની કરશોજી.

Today morning near tri mandir adalaj bus no. Gj_18_z_5730 driver driving very closely to my two Wheeler and trying to hit me

Bus travelling from surat to kosamba the TC always misbehave with passengers and specially with female passengers. They don’t have any sense and manner. One of them is behaving so rude that he pushes female passenger while collecting tickets.

The bus i was traveling in is dirty and disgusting,

Moving on i got off to urinate at ankleshwar bus station and
toilets 🚻 at the bus station was on terrible situation they were blocked and its was full o[censored]rine the smell was terrible felt like womiting cause of the strong filthy smell its too dirty.
considering covid-19 situation is Gsrtc taking covid-19 seriously.??
This place could be center for spreading the virus the manager of ankleshwar bus station should be ashamed of himself for putting their customers life at risk.

I complaint to the contractor who was siting there to collet money, but he was making stupid excuses,
Toilets haven't been fixed or cleaned from months in my opinion

I request to the management to take appropriate action and ppl responsible should be dealt with

Im hoping for appropriate response to my complain before I escalate the issue..

In 21st century situation of this bus stations is unexpectable.
