I am pharmacist generally travelling from palanpur to Ahmedabad,

Today on 20/11/2020 BUS NO: GJ-07-YZ-6476 Boarding time 13:00, i am facing that no social distance rules followed by conductor and driver also.

As per government guideline limited passenger allowed in one AC luxury bus. Ac bus is like isolated even there is no air circulation so chances of getting COVID-19 positive is more.

I was traveling from Santrampur to Vadodara by Santrampur - Surat express yesterday on 19th Nov 2020. Bus started from santrampur at 11:15 am and reach Vadodara at 3:00 pm. I lost my purse in bus. There were my license and RC BOOK were in my purse. Colour of hand purse is blue.

Here I mansion the PNR in which we booked ticket online.
We started journey from surat
But when we went to our seat, there was somebody already occupied.
When we told to conductor of this bus he told us that now no social distancing
So what about our safety
We seat together...

we are a regular traveler in Jamnagar porbandar bus. As per the government rules aid Corona virus outbreak, GSRTC buses are not following any rules of social distancing and mask .

has official bus stop in Nadiad is at MGVCL and between MGVCL AND COLLECTOR OFFICE but to drop off passengers it stops at Collector office first gate which is not at all bus stop. In the bus I observed that there's no any kind if Rules are followed regarding COVID-19 which was very discusting as a government buses.
And for the reservation purpose you guy's are not alloting the near by seats and afterwards at the time of journey there were no any seats are left this is really very very unsatisfied as well inappropriate behaviour towards citizens and passengers.

I travelled from Junagadh to Rajkot in bus no. GJ18Z5846 which picked up from junagadh at 8:55. Meanwhile in the bus, the Conductor of the bus, misbehaved with the ladies in the bus inclusive of our family members to give seat to a non-reserved passenger, against the rule as decided by the Government of India for social distancing in the Covid-19 times. Atbthe very first the middle seats were not o be given to any passenger...

The bus no :106543 of Gondal depot which runs from Gondal to Jetpur at 16:22:16 on 17/11/2020 is not following guidelines for covid 19. The bus is not following social distancing also most of the passengers were not wearing masks. At the time of boarding the normal test by thermal gun also not done. This Shows that how the government departments itself is not following government rules.

If this will go ahead then take it will...

It is with highest concern we are raising this complaint to GSRTC that the bus with route from Ahmedabad to Rajkot has been overcrowded and passengers are offered and made to seat next to each other and no social distancing concept is seen. While making the booking over the App, it's written that some seats are blocked for social distancing due to Covid 19 pandemic. But in reality it's not like that. As per Booking seats available for alternate and accordingly we booked it.
But Conductor is allowing local Passengers and asked us to give seat beside us.
In between 2 people on 3 seat.
