I have complaimt regarding local bus modasa ahmedabad. At about 04.00pm both two local buses even though vacant not stopped at the gate of modasa bus depo.

આજ રોજ તારીખ ૧૩ /૧૨/૨૦૨૦ ના રોજ સવારે ૧૦:૧૫ મિનિટે ચોટિલા બસ સ્ટેન્ડ એ બસ માં જગ્યા નથી એવું કહીને ડ્રાઇવર અને કંડકટર બંનેએ બસ ઉભી રાખી નથી જગ્યા હોવા છતાંય બસ માં લીધા નથી અમારે આવા લાંબા રૂટમાં જવાનું હોવાથી શું થાય અમે હેરાન થાય છે ચોટીલા થી ભૂજ જવાનું હતું આવી રીતે હેરાન કરે છે જે મેન ડ્રાઇવર અને કંડકટર જેના નામ જયંતીભાઈ પરમાર જેનો બેચ નંબર૩૧૭ અને કિરણ ભાઈ સોલંકી જેનો બેચ નંબર ૨૪૧૪ છે

GSRTC site and app both are not responding and I am not able to book tickets for tomorrow's journey. Kindly look in to the matter. It is urgent

As state Government implied curfew on few cities, Passengers doing up-down from morbi has to reach Rajkot by 9 PM but due to limited no. Of bus available between 5.30 to 7 pm the time between most of passenger completes their duty, about 200 to 300 total passengers are waiting for bus during this time and as mentioned about due to limited buses and limited no. Passengers allowed on buses it becomes very bad situation of pushing each other for getting sheet avoiding social distancing and ending in fights many times. Specially the women passengers suffers very bad of this situation.

There must be minimum 5 to 6 buses during this time to accommodate all the passengers and get them home in rajkot before curfew begins.

Government is blindly putting curfew but system for public to follow this curfew is not prepared by government.

Ahmedabad to Undava bus not stop at Naroda stop even whole bus empty. This is totally mismanagement by bus driver... Please do the needful and oblige...

I'm that case best time and not reach timely office. Many pass holder cancle pass and going Private bus. Only reigion of Holt S.T lost passenger

હું દર્પિત ગાંધી ડેઈલી વડોદરા-ખેડા-વડોદરા અપડાઉન કરું છું તારીખ ૯ ડિસેમ્બર, ૨૦૨૦ ખેડા થી વડોદરા આવતી વખતે બસ ખંભાળિયા થી વડોદરા બસ ન GJ18Z4938 માં બેઠા પછી, કંડક્ટર ટિકિટ માટે આવ્યા, મેં પાસ વડોદરા એમ કહ્યું .છતાં પણ કંડક્ટર પોતાની સાંભળવાની બેદરકારી ને કારણે મને ૯૭ રૂપિયા ની ટિકિટ ફાડીને આપી દીધી જેનો મેં અસ્વીકાર કરતા મને ધાક ધમકી આપવા લાગ્યો તથા બસ માંથી નીચે ઉતારી જવા ધમકી આપવા લાગ્યો, તેનો મેં રિપ્લાય આપતા તે મને જોઈ લેવાની, ખબર પાડી દેવાની, ઠેકાણે પડી દેવાની તથા ટિકિટ મશીન છુટ્ટુ મારવાની ધમકી આપી અને ખુબ જ દાદાગીરી કરી.
ઉપરોક્ત ઘટના ના કંડક્ટર સામે યોગ્ય પગલાં લેવાય તેવી કમ્પ્લેન છે શું ગુજરાત માં આવી ધમકી યોગ્ય છે ??

We are reserve for shahada to Ankleshwar; bus is delayed to come at shahada location and bus driver not stop the bus even though people sought.
Bus was gone without taken reserve passenger.

સવિનય જણાવવાનું કે વડોદરા ખંભાત વચ્ચેનું એકસપ્રેસ સ્ટોપ દાવોલ જયારથી ઓવર બ્રિજ થયો છે. ત્યારથી બસ દાવોલ સ્ટોપ પર માત્ર અમુક જ બસ આવે છે અને અમુક બિજ ઉપરથી જતી રહે છે જેથી મારા જેવા અપ-ડાઉન કરનારાઓ તેમજ અન્ય પેસેન્જરને આવવા જવા મા તકલીફ પડે છે તો આપ એ બસોને નિયમીત સ્ટોપ પર મોકલવા મહેરબાની કરશોજી

I booked my bhuj to ahmedabad ticket through e reservation. When bus arrived to bhuj I asked conductor for ticket conform and is it this bus in which I have to travel. At that time his behavior was too rude firstly he said how do I know without checking ur e reservation. I simply smiled and give my phone to show him ticket. Then I asked for my seat number I said in bus seat number is mentioned by alphabets and in ticket I have seat number. Which one is mine he answered go on seat xyz and then again he called me back and said not this it was yzx with rough voice. And said do what I said just go on tht seat on which I said.

No one is at Thangadh Bus Depot Not an person in office for enquiry whom ato ask and our Chotila Bus Station is not answering a calls whom to ask about timing

I booked ticket of bardoli for my mom from vadodara - makarpura depo. That bus is junagadh-songadh. In tickets departure time shows 12:55 & bus arrives at 2:35. This is a major issue. & yes, when i booked a ticket, messages still not arrives in our Mob. No. Bus conductor & inquiry officer both says that ragulary arrival time of this bus is 2:30. This is major issue. Plz chack your timetable & after that give tickets yo service receive. Plz kindly note this problem. I complaint this bcz i don't want other suffer from this problem. Plz solve this problem & check other buses timetable also so that any point related with time solved quickly.

In the day of 5_12-2020 the busstand was standing to go to Visnagar and the 12:50 p. Bus to Barmer Himatnagar and the bus came and the conductor said that there was no place, I told him so and he gave his relative a place in the bus. I said that I have an exam and I need to go to Visnagar, he made the relative sit.Tells me that there is no space and gives space to their relative.I also understand that if there is a corona, there cannot be a place, but the conductor refused me and he gave his relative a place.

I have booked ticket from Baroda Makarpura to surendranagar, Bus name : Karajan to Morbi, Dt: 05.12.20

Today I m traveling in this bus,

But I m very surprised to seen that in bus no covid guide lines are follow up.
Bus is packed, some members are traveling by standing, no social distance guidelines follow up, bus is crowded.

Pls, say who is responsible for this, if corona spread by this who is responsible for this.

Take immediate action on thismatter.

Dear sir / madam,

I had booked two bus tickets for 28th Nov-20. First one is from VYARA to SURAT on 1:30 pm and Second is From SURAT to VERAVAL on 04:30 pm.
The VYARA to SURAT bur (Nandurbar- Surat) running too late and reached at Surat on 04:50 pm. Hence, SURAT to VERAVAL (Selvas-Somnath) sleeper bus got missed.
This is not my problem in any way so I want my refund amount of 664 rs.

ડીસા થી વિસનગર અપડાઉન્ન કરીને નોકરી કરું છું. પરંતુ કૃષ્ણનગર_થી થરાદ બસ નંબર_GJ_18-Z_6432 ધરાવતી એક્સપ્રેસ કાંસા ચોકડી, વિસનગર સ્ટેન્ડ હોવા છતાં ઇરાદાપૂ્વક મને મુસાફરી માટે લેતાં નથી.તા:02_12_2020 સમય_4:30 તથા તા:04_12_2020 સમય:4:30ની આસપાસ કાંસા ચોકડી, વિસનગર એક્સપ્રેસ સ્ટેન્ડ હોવા છતાં બસ ઇરાદાપૂ્વક ઊભી રાખતા નથી.જેથી મને મુસાફરી માટે પરેશાની રહે છે.તો આ અર્થે ઘટતું કરવા વિનતિ છે. અપેક્ષા સહ લી.જાગૃત મુસાફર શ્રી એમ.બી. કુંભાર
