મે. સાહેબશ્રી. હું દરરોજ
ડીસા થી વિસનગર અપડાઉન્ન કરીને નોકરી કરું છું. પરંતુ કૃષ્ણનગર_થી થરાદ બસ નંબર_GJ_18-Z_6432 ધરાવતી એક્સપ્રેસ કાંસા ચોકડી, વિસનગર સ્ટેન્ડ હોવા છતાં ઇરાદાપૂ્વક મને મુસાફરી માટે લેતાં નથી.તા:02_12_2020 સમય_4:30 તથા તા:04_12_2020 સમય:4:30ની આસપાસ કાંસા ચોકડી, વિસનગર એક્સપ્રેસ સ્ટેન્ડ હોવા છતાં બસ ઇરાદાપૂ્વક ઊભી રાખતા નથી.જેથી મને મુસાફરી માટે પરેશાની રહે છે.તો આ અર્થે ઘટતું કરવા વિનતિ છે. અપેક્ષા સહ લી.જાગૃત મુસાફર શ્રી એમ.બી. કુંભાર

Hello sir now I am today come radhanpur bus stand for going to patan there have a 11.30 pm bus bhuj -patan -kheralu but this bus not hold in radhanpur bus stand b, coz this bus not arrived there right and this kind of service passenger suffering very much problem. So I gave u this complaint to take action about this kind service

Nhi to bus gujarwada chokdi par ubha rahela pessenger ne leti nathi... Avi rite stand pr j ubhela pessengers ne rasto cross krava nu kahe chhe ane jo rasto cross krta koi pessengers ne akasmat thase to teni sampurn jawabdari gsrtc tatha te bus na driver conductor ni rehse..

Hey everyone I don't know i[censored] have face this or not but this is going too far as I have booked the tickets for the bus the route is from baroda to surat the bus starts at 6:50 PM from vadodara central station there is no social distancing in the bus on top of that it is full of people standing also why is this ignored why just for this reason we book tickets online and I need to know y red bus show the lies this bus is not with social distancing people who not book tickets they r also entered in the bus if this is the thing we all are stupid who book online tickets right and all this is is just lies and it's a false message given to the passage about the safety will redbus and gsrtc take take the responsibility if I m positive 😡😡😡😡

Your bus Conductor issue ticket of navsari to surat (Gujarat) and after that he said bus is not going to surat depot this bus is direct to other route, and he and depot not refund the payment, this is not done.

Virnagar bus station Barwala-Rajkot bus no.Gj18z 0683 bus already extra 3-4 passenger was standing and when bus arrive at virnagar the driver refuse to take more passenger and teach the protocols where as protocol he already broke then what he allow other passengers, at virnagar passengers are patients from shivanand hospital, they are facing troubles just because of drives and conductor like this. Take action on them this is not valid and not following protocols

હિંમતનગર-સુરેàª...⇄ બસ વાયા વિરમગામ થઈ ને આવે છે જેનો સમય રોજ નો વિરમગામ પોહચવાનો ૬:૧૫ વિરમગામ ડેપો માં તપાસ કરતા જણાવેલ છે, પરંતુ આ બસ રોજ à«­ વાગે à«­:૩૦વાગે કોઇક વાર ૯:૦૦વાગે આવે છે અમો રોજ આ બસ મા સુરેન્દ્રનગર અવરજવર કરીએ છીએ અમોએ ડેપો ઈંકવાયારી ઓફીસમા પૂછતાં complain book માગેલ જે complain બુક ધૂળ ખાતી હતી. આ બાબતે બસ સમયસર થાય અને અમો જેવા મુસાફરો ને તકલીફ ના પડે તેવુ ઘટતૂ કરવા વિનંતિ

Hi...I m a normal common man from middle class...& Daily using bus provided by our honorble GSRTC from Ranip modern bus station...place was very nice...clean...safe... regular buses
But... PROBLEM IS PARKING FOR OUR TWO & THREE WHEELERS VEHICLES..
QUESTIONS ARE...WHERE TO PARK???
IF PARKING AVAILABLE THAN IS IT FREE FOR ALL OR ONLY VIPS???...IF IT IS FREE THAN PLEASE SEE CURRENT STATUS OF PARKING CHARGES????...IF NOT FREE THAN GSRTC IS GOVERNMENT BODY OR NOT????

At the time 8.15 to 8.45 am in this time five or six buses are came at anandpar (nikava). But no one bus is stopped at my station. I spend more than 70 rs. Per day to reach a rajkot at my regular office time.its so expensive for me.please attention on it

વિષય : ગુજરાત સરકાર દ્વારા દોડાવવા માં આવતી ગુર્જર નગરી બસ એક્સપ્રેસ બસ સેવા લોકલ બસ સેવા ની જેમ દોડી રહી છે બસ નો ગ્જ૧૮ ૨૨૫૬

ડેપો : ડાકોર ડેપો દ્વારા ડાકોર થી સુરત ની બસ ની સ્પીડ લોકલ બસ કરતા ઓછી હોવાથી અને રૂટ લમ્બો હોવા છતાં લોકલ બસ ની જેમ ચલાવવા માં આવવા બાબત અને નીચે પ્રમાણે ની ફરિયાદ છે

૧.ઉપરોક્ત રૂટ ની બસ સેવા માં માલુમ પડેલ છે કે બસ ની સ્પીડ બાંધવા માં આવી હોવાથી ઉપરોક્ત રૂટ માં મુસાફરી કરતા પ્રવાસીઓ ને મોડા પડવાથી અનેક પ્રશ્નો ઉભા થઇ રહ્યા છે

૨.ડાકોર થી સુરત ના માર્ગ માં ઉમરેઠથી વાસદ સુધી માં ૧૦૦ થી વધુ હરોળ વાળા મોટા ભાગના ગામડાઓ આગળ ગેર કાનૂની બમ્પર હોવા થી પણ ભારે પરેશાની છે

૩.ઉપરોક્ત બસ એક્સપ્રેસ હોવા સાથે નિઝામપુરા બસ સ્ટેન્ડ ખાતે અંદર મોકલવા થી સમય વેડફાય છે વળી ત્યાં થી પાસસેન્જર લઇ સકતા નથી તેમ છતાં અંદર લઇ જવાય છે અને કુરિયર ના કોથળા મુકવા બાબતે સમય વેડફાય છે જે બાબતે યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરવા વિનંતી છે .

ઉપર મુજબ ની ફરિયાદ પ્રમાણે જો ઉપરોક્ત બસ ના લોકલ ગતિ ની સ્પીડ બાબતે યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરી અમોને તત્કાલીન પ્રતિ ઉત્તર આપવા વિણંતી સહ

There is very iregularity and absense of the buses in the route of savli, district vadodara to udalpur, sevaliya, balasinor.
There is not a single bus available since from a month and we (the regular students and pesengers) are having so much problems due to lack of buses from udalpur to savli.
Please kindly note this complain and do proper actions accordingly.

The vendors (who have their shop in bus station) of VANTHALI BUS STATION (JUNAGADH), are taking double price if cold drinks and snacks. They are not following the policy of MRP. The incharge of bus station should ban such vendors or must take some action to save passengers from this LOOT. Completely dissatisfied with this.

My self Hitesh shah. And I am traveling between Surat to Ankleshwar. And Last 3 days ago I renewed my paas. Wich cost is 1980rs. Now from a days as per goverment bus schedule is change and some buses are not in service.
Respected sir, I humbly request u to that i am not able to travel as pr government bus schedule. Because I work in Ankleshwar GIDC . whic working time is shift wise. And GSRTC schedule is only 7am to 19pm.which is not applicable for me. And I am belonging from poor family. So, pls I kindly request u to that refund my pass money. Pls sir🙏

I am pharmacist generally travelling from palanpur to Ahmedabad,

Today on 20/11/2020 BUS NO: GJ-07-YZ-6476 Boarding time 13:00, i am facing that no social distance rules followed by conductor and driver also.

As per government guideline limited passenger allowed in one AC luxury bus. Ac bus is like isolated even there is no air circulation so chances of getting COVID-19 positive is more.

Please take strict action for this.

Dear Sir,

I was traveling from Santrampur to Vadodara by Santrampur - Surat express yesterday on 19th Nov 2020. Bus started from santrampur at 11:15 am and reach Vadodara at 3:00 pm. I lost my purse in bus. There were my license and RC BOOK were in my purse. Colour of hand purse is blue.

Kindly do the needful.

We started journey from surat
But when we went to our seat, there was somebody already occupied.
When we told to conductor of this bus he told us that now no social distancing
So what about our safety
We seat together now

સર રોડ ઉપર ચડી ને હાથ બતાવવા છતા પણ બસ
ઉભી નથી રાખતા 2વખત આવુ કર્યુ
રવેચી ટુ ભુજ
ને આના પછી કોઈ બસ નથી
અમારે સર સુ કરવા નુ
8:30 નો ટાઈમ છે
